二、WBYD-100KVA/300KV交流耐壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采用單框芯(xin)式(shi)鐵芯(xin)結(jie)構(gou)(gou),初級(ji)繞組繞在鐵芯(xin)上,高壓(ya)繞組在外,這(zhe)種同軸布置減少(shao)了漏磁通(tong),因而增大了繞組間的耦合。產品(pin)的外殼為圓(yuan)柱灌式(shi)容器結(jie)構(gou)(gou),能(neng)耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力(li)。其結(jie)構(gou)(gou)見(jian)圖1:

三、WBYD-100KVA/300KV交流耐壓發生器工作原理

YDQ系列高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓試驗變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)為單(dan)相變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為380V)電源接入(ru) (為本公司(si)生產的試驗變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)配(pei)套專用(yong)設備,詳細資料(liao)請見其(qi)具(ju)體使用(yong)說明書)系列操作(zuo)(zuo)箱(臺),經(jing)操作(zuo)(zuo)箱內自(zi)偶(ou)調壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓輸出至YDQ試驗變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)的初級(ji)繞(rao)組,根據(ju)電磁(ci)感(gan)應原理,在試驗變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓繞(rao)組可獲得試驗所(suo)需的高(gao)(gao)(gao)電壓。

單臺YDQ系列交直流(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器的工(gong)作(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆,串(chuan)接在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回路中作(zuo)半波整流(liu),以(yi)獲得(de)直流(liu)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)。當用一短路桿將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆短接時,可獲得(de)工(gong)頻高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya),作(zuo)為交流(liu)輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態;取消短路桿時,作(zuo)為直流(liu)輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態。

注(zhu):高(gao)壓尾(wei)必須可靠接(jie)地

工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗中(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據(ju)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的額定容(rong)量(liang)來選(xuan)擇(ze)。如(ru)高壓(ya)側額定輸(shu)出電(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時,可(ke)取(qu)(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額定輸(shu)出電(dian)流(liu)為1A以(yi)上時,可(ke)取(qu)(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya))。常用(yong)水電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管(guan)(guan)子(zi)長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮(lv),管(guan)(guan)子(zi)粗細應具有足夠(gou)的熱容(rong)量(liang)(水阻(zu)(zu)液配制(zhi)方法:用(yong)蒸餾水加入適量(liang)硫酸銅配制(zhi)成各種不(bu)同的阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙及(ji)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)間(jian)隙整(zheng)定值時(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙放電(dian),對被試(shi)品(pin)起到保(bao)護(hu)(hu)作用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙保(bao)護(hu)(hu)電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya))選取(qu)。

在(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)(biao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是非常準確(que)(que)的(de)(de),其原因(yin)是由(you)于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏抗(kang),在(zai)這個漏抗(kang)上必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或高于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)(biao)上反映出來的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)輸(shu)出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂容升(sheng)現象。感應(ying)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)漏抗(kang)必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)(que)測量(liang)(liang)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上所(suo)施加(jia)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入(ru)FRC阻(zu)容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)操作注意(yi)事項(xiang)

1)試驗人員應做好分工,明確相互間聯系方法。并有專門人監護現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被試品(pin)應先清掃干凈(jing),并**干燥,以免損壞被試品(pin)和(he)試驗帶來的誤差(cha)。

3)對于大型試(shi)(shi)驗(yan),一般都應先進(jin)行空升試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓,校對各種表計(ji),調整球間隙。

4)升(sheng)壓(ya)速度不(bu)能太快,并必(bi)須防止突然(ran)加壓(ya)。例如(ru)調壓(ya)器不(bu)在零(ling)位時突然(ran)合閘。也不(bu)能突然(ran)切斷電源,一般應在調壓(ya)器降至零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當(dang)電壓(ya)(ya)升至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)時,開始計時,到1min后(hou),迅速降壓(ya)(ya)到1/3試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)以下時,才(cai)能拉開電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過(guo)程中,如發現(xian)下列(lie)不(bu)正常情況時(shi),應立即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源。停(ting)止(zhi)試(shi)驗并查(cha)明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺(bai)動很(hen)大;②發現(xian)絕緣(yuan)燒焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不(bu)正常的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前(qian)后應測量絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣(yuan)情況。

試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)在做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓或(huo)泄露試(shi)驗時(shi)接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試(shi)驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸出電(dian)壓時,輸出端(duan)短路電(dian)流(liu)不超(chao)過(guo)高壓硅(gui)堆的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)壓硅(gui)堆的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)裝置中,限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足(zu)夠的(de)(de)容量和沿面(mian)放電(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容C1一般選擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試(shi)品的電(dian)容量很大時,C1可省略不用(yong)。

泄露試驗的操(cao)作及注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗前應先(xian)檢查被(bei)試(shi)品是否(fou)(fou)停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切(qie)對外連線是否(fou)(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗電(dian)壓加(jia)到有(you)人(ren)工作的部位上去。

2)接好試驗裝(zhuang)置的接線后(hou),應復(fu)查無誤后(hou)才可加壓(ya)(ya)。應特(te)別(bie)注意檢查高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)設備及(ji)引(yin)線與地(di)、與操作人員的**距離,被試品的外(wai)殼是否(fou)可靠(kao)接地(di),要(yao)按**規程中所規定(ding)的內容(rong)進行試驗。

3)對于大(da)電(dian)(dian)容量設(she)備應緩慢升壓(ya),防止被試品的(de)(de)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微(wei)安表。必要時應分(fen)級(ji)加壓(ya),分(fen)別讀(du)取各級(ji)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)安表的(de)(de)穩定讀(du)數。

4)試驗過程中,應密切監視被試品、試驗裝置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿(chuan)、閃爍等異常現(xian)象(xiang)應立即降壓,切斷(duan)電源,并查(cha)明(ming)原(yuan)因,詳細記錄(lu)。

5)試(shi)驗(yan)完畢,降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源后應將被(bei)試(shi)品及試(shi)驗(yan)裝置本身充分放電(dian)。

四、WBYD-100KVA/300KV交流耐壓發生器注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您所進行的試驗接好工(gong)作線路。試驗變壓(ya)器的外殼(ke)以及(ji)操作系統的外殼(ke)必(bi)須(xu)可靠接地。試驗變壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)的X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以及(ji)測量(liang)繞組(zu)的F端必(bi)須(xu)可靠接地。

2、做串級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)時,**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)(de)X端(duan),測量繞(rao)組的(de)(de)F端(duan)以(yi)及高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)均(jun)接本級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼。**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼必須通過(guo)絕(jue)緣支架接地。

3、接通電源前,操作系統的調壓器必須調到零(ling)位后方(fang)可接通電源,合閘,開始升壓。

4、從(cong)零開(kai)始均勻旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方(fang)法有:快速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;慢速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;極慢速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法供選用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從(cong)零開(kai)始按一定(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需的(de)(de)額定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在以(yi)每秒2%額定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需的(de)(de)額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并(bing)密切注意測量(liang)儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)指(zhi)示以(yi)及(ji)被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)(de)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)或試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)如發現測量(liang)儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)指(zhi)示及(ji)被試(shi)品(pin)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)異(yi)常,應立(li)即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)源,查明情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數(shu)秒內勻(yun)速的將調壓器返(fan)回至零位,然(ran)后切斷電源(yuan)。

6、本產品(pin)不得超(chao)過額定(ding)參數使用。除(chu)試驗必須外(wai),決(jue)不允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或(huo)斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓或耐(nai)壓試驗過(guo)程(cheng)中,如(ru)發現以下不正(zheng)常情況時,應立即降壓,切斷(duan)電源,停止試驗并查明原因。

⑵電流表直線上升

被(bei)試(shi)品內有不正常的(de)聲(sheng)音

8、圖(tu)1中第(di)9項系壓(ya)力(li)閥及壓(ya)力(li)表(biao),為長期(qi)關閉狀(zhuang)態。每6個月開閥一次,以(yi)檢查SF6壓(ya)力(li),應不小(xiao)于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力(li)后立即關閉閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以(yi)增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后(hou)應測量(liang)被試設備的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器長期(qi)不(bu)使用時(shi),應(ying)放置于通風、干燥、無(wu)陽(yang)光直射(she)的地方。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的溫(wen)度下長期(qi)存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬(ban)運途中不得重力沖擊。

13、產(chan)品(pin)緊固件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表(biao)不得擅自松動。

14、使用本產品做高(gao)(gao)壓試(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),出熟悉本說明(ming)書外,還必須嚴格執行(xing)國家(jia)有(you)關標準和操作(zuo)規(gui)程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)(gao)壓輸變設備的絕緣配合,高(gao)(gao)壓試(shi)(shi)驗技(ji)術(shu)》;《電氣設備預防性(xing)試(shi)(shi)驗規(gui)程》等。

五、WBYD-100KVA/300KV交流耐壓發生器容量選擇

標(biao)稱試(shi)驗變壓器容量Pn的確定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗(yan)變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的額定輸出高壓(ya)的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓(ya)較低時,k值可(ke)取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被試品(pin)的(de)電(dian)容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率(lv)(lv),ω=2πf,&nbsp;f——試驗電源的頻(pin)率(lv)(lv)

被試(shi)設(she)備的電容量Ct可(ke)由交流電橋(qiao)測出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備的類(lei)型而定。
