YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓試驗變壓器(qi)(qi)采用單(dan)框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結(jie)構,初級繞(rao)組繞(rao)在(zai)鐵芯(xin)上,高(gao)壓繞(rao)組在(zai)外,這種同軸布置(zhi)減少了漏(lou)磁通(tong),因而增大(da)了繞(rao)組間(jian)的耦合。產品(pin)的外殼為圓柱灌式容器(qi)(qi)結(jie)構,能耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓力。其(qi)結(jie)構見圖1:

注:高壓尾必須可靠(kao)接地(di)

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong)限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的額(e)(e)定(ding)容量(liang)來(lai)選擇(ze)。如高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額(e)(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)電流(liu)在100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額(e)(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)電流(liu)為(wei)1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya))。常用水(shui)電阻(zu)(zu)作(zuo)為(wei)限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)(zu),管(guan)子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考(kao)慮,管(guan)子粗(cu)細應具有足夠的熱(re)容量(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)(zu)液(ye)配(pei)制方法:用蒸餾水(shui)加入適(shi)量(liang)硫酸銅(tong)配(pei)制成各種不同的阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間隙(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)超過球(qiu)間隙(xi)整(zheng)定值(zhi)時(一般取試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品起到保(bao)護(hu)作用。球(qiu)間隙(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))選(xuan)取。

在(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非(fei)常(chang)準確的(de)(de)(de)(de),其原因是由于試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)著漏(lou)抗,在(zai)這(zhe)個漏(lou)抗上(shang)必然存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容(rong)升,使試品上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或高于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反映出來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時,被試品上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容(rong)升現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時,試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)漏(lou)抗必然存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了(le)準確測量(liang)被試品上(shang)所施(shi)加的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)試驗操作注(zhu)意事(shi)項

1)試(shi)驗人員應做好分工,明確相(xiang)互間聯系方法。并有專(zhuan)門人監護現場**及(ji)觀察試(shi)品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試品應先清(qing)掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥(zao),以免損(sun)壞被試品和試驗(yan)帶(dai)來(lai)的誤差。

3)對于大型(xing)試驗,一(yi)般(ban)都應先進行空升(sheng)(sheng)試驗。即(ji)不接(jie)試品時升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)至試驗電壓(ya),校對各(ge)種表計,調(diao)整球間隙。

4)升壓速度不(bu)能太快,并必須防止突然加壓。例如調壓器不(bu)在零位(wei)時突然合(he)閘。也不(bu)能突然切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan),一(yi)般(ban)應在調壓器降至零位(wei)時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開(kai)(kai)始(shi)計(ji)時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)以下時(shi),才(cai)能拉(la)開(kai)(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在升壓或耐壓試驗過程中(zhong),如發(fa)現下列不正常情況時,應立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源。停止試驗并查明原因:①電(dian)壓表(biao)指針擺動很大;②發(fa)現絕緣燒(shao)焦或冒煙;③被(bei)試品內有(you)不正常的聲(sheng)音。

7)耐壓試驗前后(hou)應測(ce)量絕緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣情況。

試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)在做被試(shi)(shi)品的直流耐壓或泄露(lu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時接線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此(ci)試驗應先(xian)抽出短路桿“D”,圖(tu)6中所示。

泄露試驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇在額(e)定輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)100mA時用(yong)于60kV的(de)(de)試驗(yan)裝置中,限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻還應具有(you)足夠的(de)(de)容量和沿(yan)面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高(gao)壓濾波電(dian)容C1一般選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試(shi)品的電(dian)容量很(hen)大時(shi),C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄(xie)露試(shi)驗(yan)的操作(zuo)及(ji)注意事項

1)試(shi)驗前應(ying)先檢查(cha)被試(shi)品是否(fou)(fou)停電,接地放電,一切對外(wai)連線是否(fou)(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將(jiang)試(shi)驗電壓加到有人工作的(de)部(bu)位上去。

2)接(jie)好試驗裝置的接(jie)線后,應復查(cha)無誤(wu)后才可加壓(ya)。應特別注意檢查(cha)高壓(ya)設(she)備(bei)及引線與(yu)地(di)、與(yu)操作人(ren)員的**距離(li),被試品的外(wai)殼是(shi)否可靠接(jie)地(di),要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定的內容進行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)(dian)容量設備(bei)應緩慢(man)升(sheng)壓,防止(zhi)被試品(pin)的(de)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞(huai)微安(an)表。必要時(shi)應分級加壓,分別讀(du)取各級電(dian)(dian)壓下微安(an)表的(de)穩定讀(du)數。

4)試驗過程中,應密切監視(shi)被試品、試驗裝置、微安表,一旦發生(sheng)擊(ji)穿、閃(shan)爍等異常現(xian)象應立即降壓,切斷(duan)電源,并查明原因,詳細記錄(lu)。

5)試驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷電(dian)源后應(ying)將(jiang)被(bei)試品及試驗(yan)裝置(zhi)本身充分放電(dian)。

四、WBYD-100KVA/300KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您所進行的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)接好工作線路。試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)外殼以(yi)及操作系統的(de)外殼必須(xu)可靠(kao)接地。試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)以(yi)及測量繞組的(de)F端必須(xu)可靠(kao)接地。

2、做串級(ji)試(shi)驗時,**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)繞組的(de)X端(duan),測量繞組的(de)F端(duan)以及高壓(ya)繞組的(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾)均接本級(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼。**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼必須通(tong)過絕緣支架接地(di)。

3、接(jie)通電源(yuan)前,操作系統的調壓器必須(xu)調到(dao)零(ling)位(wei)后方(fang)可(ke)接(jie)通電源(yuan),合閘,開始(shi)升(sheng)壓。

5、試(shi)驗完畢后,應在(zai)數秒內勻速的將調(diao)壓器(qi)返(fan)回至零位,然后切斷電源。

6、本(ben)產品不得超過(guo)額定參數使用。除試(shi)驗必須外,決不允許(xu)全(quan)電壓通電或斷(duan)電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發現以下不正常情況時,應立(li)即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源,停止(zhi)試驗并(bing)查(cha)明原(yuan)因。

8、圖1中第9項系壓力閥(fa)及(ji)壓力表,為長期關(guan)閉(bi)狀(zhuang)態。每(mei)6個月開(kai)閥(fa)一次,以(yi)檢查(cha)(cha)SF6壓力,應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查(cha)(cha)壓力后(hou)立即關(guan)閉(bi)閥(fa)門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣(qi)體,以(yi)增加氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測(ce)量被試設備的絕(jue)緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣情況(kuang)。

10、當試驗變壓器(qi)長期不使用時,應放(fang)置(zhi)于(yu)通風、干(gan)燥、無陽(yang)光直射的地方。

11、該(gai)產(chan)品(pin)不允(yun)許在高(gao)于45℃的溫度下長期(qi)存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得(de)重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表(biao)不得擅(shan)自松動。

14、使(shi)用本產品做高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)時,出熟悉本說(shuo)明書外,還必(bi)須嚴格執行國家有關標準和操(cao)作(zuo)規(gui)程(cheng)(cheng)。可(ke)參(can)照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸(shu)變設備的絕(jue)緣(yuan)配(pei)合,高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設備預防性試驗(yan)規(gui)程(cheng)(cheng)》等。

標稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的額定輸出高(gao)壓(ya)的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電壓較低時(shi),k值可取(qu)高(gao)一些。

Ct——被試品的電容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源的頻率

被試(shi)設備的電(dian)容量Ct可由交流電(dian)橋(qiao)測(ce)出。Ct的變化(hua)很大(da),

可(ke)由設備的類型而定。
