二、WBYD-100KVA/300KV交直流試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓試驗變壓器采用(yong)單框(kuang)芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結構(gou),初級繞(rao)(rao)組繞(rao)(rao)在(zai)鐵芯(xin)上(shang),高(gao)壓繞(rao)(rao)組在(zai)外(wai),這種同(tong)軸(zhou)布置(zhi)減少(shao)了漏(lou)磁通,因而(er)增大(da)了繞(rao)(rao)組間(jian)的(de)耦合。產品的(de)外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式容器結構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上(shang)壓力。其結構(gou)見(jian)圖1:

YDQ系列高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)單相變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi),聯結組(zu)標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工(gong)頻(pin)220V(10kVA以(yi)上(shang)為(wei)(wei)(wei)380V)電源接入 (為(wei)(wei)(wei)本公司生產的試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)配套(tao)專用(yong)設備(bei),詳細資料(liao)請見其具(ju)體使(shi)用(yong)說明書)系列操作箱(臺),經操作箱內自偶調壓(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上(shang)調壓(ya)器(qi)外(wai)附)調節(jie)至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的初級繞組(zu),根(gen)據電磁感應原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)所需的高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)。

注:高壓尾必須可靠接地

工頻耐壓試(shi)驗中(zhong)限(xian)流電(dian)阻(zu)R1應(ying)根據(ju)試(shi)驗變壓器的額定(ding)容量來選擇。如高壓側額定(ding)輸出電(dian)流在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓);高壓側額定(ding)輸出電(dian)流為1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓)。常(chang)用(yong)水電(dian)阻(zu)作為限(xian)流電(dian)阻(zu),管子長度可(ke)按(an)150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應(ying)具有足夠的熱容量(水阻(zu)液配(pei)制方法:用(yong)蒸餾(liu)水加入適量硫酸銅配(pei)制成各種不同的阻(zu)值(zhi))。

球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)及(ji)保護(hu)電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)整定值時(shi)(一般取試驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)放(fang)電(dian),對被(bei)試品起到(dao)保護(hu)作用。球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)保護(hu)電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))選(xuan)取。

在工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確的(de)(de),其(qi)原因是(shi)由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在著(zhu)漏(lou)(lou)抗,在這個漏(lou)(lou)抗上必然存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高(gao)(gao)于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上反映(ying)出來的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂(wei)容升(sheng)現(xian)象。感(gan)應(ying)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)漏(lou)(lou)抗必然存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測(ce)量被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上所施加的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入(ru)FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試驗操作注(zhu)意(yi)事項

1)試驗人員應(ying)做好分工,明(ming)確相互(hu)間聯系方法(fa)。并有專門(men)人監護現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品應先(xian)清掃干凈,并**干燥(zao),以免損壞被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗(yan)帶來的誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)驗(yan),一般都應先(xian)進行空升試(shi)驗(yan)。即(ji)不(bu)接試(shi)品時升壓(ya)至(zhi)試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya),校對(dui)各種表(biao)計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓速(su)度不(bu)能太(tai)快(kuai),并必(bi)須防止(zhi)突(tu)然加壓。例如(ru)調壓器(qi)不(bu)在零位時突(tu)然合閘。也不(bu)能突(tu)然切斷電源(yuan),一般應在調壓器(qi)降(jiang)至零位時拉(la)閘。

5)當電(dian)壓升(sheng)至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓時,開始(shi)計時,到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓到(dao)1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)壓以下(xia)時,才(cai)能(neng)拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升(sheng)壓或耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗過程中,如發現(xian)下列不正常(chang)情況時(shi),應立(li)即降壓,切斷電源。停止(zhi)試(shi)驗并查明原因:①電壓表指針擺動很(hen)大;②發現(xian)絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被(bei)試(shi)品內有(you)不正常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)前(qian)后應測量絕緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣情況。

試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)在做被試品的直(zhi)流耐壓(ya)(ya)或泄露試驗(yan)時接線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注(zhu):此試驗應先抽出短路(lu)桿(gan)“D”,圖(tu)6中所(suo)示。

泄露試(shi)驗中限(xian)流電(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇(ze)在額定輸出電(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出端短(duan)路電(dian)流不(bu)超過高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)的*大(da)(da)整流。如電(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)的*大(da)(da)整流電(dian)流為(wei)100mA時用于60kV的試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置中,限(xian)流電(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)。限(xian)流電(dian)阻還應(ying)具有足夠的容量和沿面放(fang)電(dian)距離。

高(gao)壓(ya)濾波電(dian)(dian)容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)(dian)容量很(hen)大時,C1可(ke)省(sheng)略不用。

泄露試(shi)驗的操作(zuo)及(ji)注(zhu)意(yi)事項

1)試驗前應先檢查被試品是否停(ting)電,接地(di)放電,一切對外連(lian)線是否擦干凈(jing)。要嚴防將試驗電壓加(jia)到有(you)人工(gong)作的部位上去(qu)。

2)接(jie)(jie)好試(shi)(shi)驗裝置的(de)接(jie)(jie)線后(hou),應復查無誤后(hou)才可加壓。應特別注意檢查高壓設備及引線與地、與操作人員的(de)**距離,被試(shi)(shi)品的(de)外殼是否可靠接(jie)(jie)地,要按**規程中所規定的(de)內容進行試(shi)(shi)驗。

3)對(dui)于大(da)電容量設備應緩慢升壓,防止被試(shi)品的充電電流燒壞(huai)微安(an)表。必要時應分(fen)級(ji)加壓,分(fen)別讀取各級(ji)電壓下(xia)微安(an)表的穩定讀數。

4)試驗過(guo)程中,應密切(qie)監視被試品、試驗裝置、微安表,一旦(dan)發生擊(ji)穿、閃爍等異常現象應立即(ji)降壓,切(qie)斷電源,并查(cha)明原因,詳(xiang)細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源后(hou)應(ying)將(jiang)被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置本身充(chong)分放電(dian)。

1、按照您所(suo)進行的(de)(de)試(shi)(shi)驗接(jie)好工作線路。試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼以(yi)及操作系(xi)統的(de)(de)外(wai)殼必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地。試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)以(yi)及測量繞組的(de)(de)F端必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地。

2、做串級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端,測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端以及高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接(jie)本(ben)級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)外(wai)(wai)殼。**級(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)外(wai)(wai)殼必須通過絕緣支(zhi)架(jia)接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)通(tong)電(dian)源前,操作系統的調(diao)(diao)壓器(qi)必(bi)須調(diao)(diao)到零位(wei)后方可接(jie)通(tong)電(dian)源,合閘(zha),開(kai)始升壓。

4、從零開始(shi)均勻旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選(xuan)用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從零開始(shi)按一定(ding)的(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)度(du)上(shang)升(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需的(de)額定(ding)試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以每秒(miao)2%額定(ding)試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)度(du)升(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需的(de)額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密切注意測(ce)量儀表(biao)的(de)指示(shi)以及被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)情況(kuang)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中(zhong)或試(shi)驗過(guo)程中(zhong)如發現測(ce)量儀表(biao)的(de)指示(shi)及被試(shi)品(pin)情況(kuang)異常,應立即降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明情況(kuang)。

5、試驗(yan)完畢后,應在數秒(miao)內勻速的將調壓器返回至零位,然(ran)后切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過額定(ding)參數(shu)使(shi)用。除試驗必須(xu)外,決不允許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗過程中,如發現以(yi)下不(bu)正常情況(kuang)時,應(ying)立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷(duan)電源,停止試(shi)(shi)驗并查明(ming)原因。

被試(shi)品內有不正常的聲音

8、圖(tu)1中第9項系(xi)壓力閥(fa)及(ji)壓力表(biao),為長期關閉(bi)狀態。每6個(ge)月開閥(fa)一(yi)次(ci),以(yi)檢查SF6壓力,應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓力后立即關閉(bi)閥(fa)門(men)),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以(yi)增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實(shi)驗前后應測量被試設(she)備的絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情(qing)況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期(qi)不使用(yong)時,應放置(zhi)于通風、干燥、無陽(yang)光直射的地方。

11、該產品不允許(xu)在高于45℃的溫度下長期存(cun)放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓(ya)力(li)閥、壓(ya)力(li)表不得擅自松動。

14、使用(yong)本產品做高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)時,出熟悉本說(shuo)明(ming)書外,還必須嚴格執行國家有關標準(zhun)和操(cao)作規程。可(ke)參照(zhao)GB311-83《高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)輸變設(she)備(bei)(bei)的絕緣配合,高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)技術(shu)》;《電氣(qi)設(she)備(bei)(bei)預防性試驗(yan)規程》等。

五、WBYD-100KVA/300KV交直流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量(liang)Pn的確定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定(ding)輸出(chu)高(gao)壓的有效值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標稱電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓(ya)較低時,k值可(ke)取高一些。

Ct——被試品的電(dian)容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電(dian)源的(de)頻(pin)率(lv)

被試設備的電容量Ct可(ke)由(you)交流電橋測出。Ct的變化很大(da),

可由設備的類型而定。
