二、WBYD-100KVA/300KV高壓成套試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗變壓器(qi)(qi)采用單框芯式鐵芯結構(gou),初(chu)級繞組(zu)繞在(zai)鐵芯上,高壓繞組(zu)在(zai)外(wai),這種同軸布置減(jian)少了漏磁通,因而增大了繞組(zu)間(jian)的耦合。產(chan)品(pin)的外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式容器(qi)(qi)結構(gou),能耐受(shou)0.8MPa以(yi)上壓力。其結構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器為(wei)單相(xiang)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器,聯(lian)結(jie)組(zu)(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為(wei)380V)電(dian)源接入(ru) (為(wei)本(ben)公司生產的試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器配(pei)套(tao)專用設備,詳(xiang)細資料請見其具(ju)體使用說明書)系(xi)列(lie)操作(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺),經操作(zuo)箱(xiang)內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以(yi)上調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器外附)調節至0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的初級繞組(zu)(zu),根(gen)據電(dian)磁感應原理,在試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)可(ke)獲(huo)得試驗(yan)所需的高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直(zhi)(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)工(gong)作原理(li)圖見(jian)圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管(guan)中(zhong)裝有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接(jie)在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路中(zhong)作半(ban)波整(zheng)流,以獲得直(zhi)(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當(dang)用一短路桿(gan)將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆短接(jie)時(shi),可獲得工(gong)頻高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作為(wei)交(jiao)流輸出(chu)狀態;取消短路桿(gan)時(shi),作為(wei)直(zhi)(zhi)流輸出(chu)狀態。

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)做被試(shi)品的工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗使用接線原理圖見(jian)圖5。

注:高(gao)壓尾(wei)必須可靠接地

工頻耐壓試驗中(zhong)限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據試驗變壓器的(de)額(e)定容(rong)量來選(xuan)擇(ze)。如高壓側額(e)定輸出電流(liu)(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電壓);高壓側額(e)定輸出電流(liu)(liu)為1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗電壓)。常用水(shui)電阻(zu)(zu)作為限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電阻(zu)(zu),管(guan)子長度(du)可(ke)按(an)150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗(cu)細應具有足夠的(de)熱容(rong)量(水(shui)阻(zu)(zu)液配制方法:用蒸餾(liu)水(shui)加入適量硫酸(suan)銅(tong)配制成各(ge)種不同(tong)的(de)阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi))。

球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)及(ji)保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)超過(guo)球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)整定值時(一(yi)般取試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian),對(dui)被試品起到保(bao)護作用。球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)(xi)保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))選取。

在工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中,低電壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電壓(ya)(ya)(儀表電壓(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準(zhun)確的(de),其原因是(shi)由于(yu)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在著漏抗(kang),在這個(ge)漏抗(kang)上(shang)(shang)(shang)必然存(cun)在著壓(ya)(ya)降或容升,使試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電壓(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)(shang)反映出(chu)來的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時(shi),被(bei)試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)輸出(chu)電壓(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是(shi)所謂容升現象。感(gan)應耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時(shi),試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)漏抗(kang)必然存(cun)在著壓(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)確測(ce)量被(bei)試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)(shang)所施(shi)加(jia)的(de)電壓(ya)(ya),因此(ci)常在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)量電壓(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操(cao)作注意事(shi)項

1)試驗(yan)人(ren)員應做(zuo)好分工,明確相互(hu)間聯系方法。并有專門人(ren)監(jian)護現場**及觀(guan)察試品(pin)狀態。

2)被試(shi)(shi)品應先(xian)清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞(huai)被試(shi)(shi)品和試(shi)(shi)驗帶來(lai)的誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)驗(yan)(yan),一般都應(ying)先進行空升(sheng)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。即不接試(shi)品時升(sheng)壓至試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓,校對(dui)各(ge)種表(biao)計,調整(zheng)球(qiu)間隙(xi)。

4)升壓(ya)速度不(bu)能(neng)太快(kuai),并(bing)必須防止突(tu)(tu)然(ran)加壓(ya)。例如調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)器不(bu)在零(ling)位(wei)時突(tu)(tu)然(ran)合閘(zha)。也不(bu)能(neng)突(tu)(tu)然(ran)切斷電源,一般應(ying)在調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)器降至零(ling)位(wei)時拉閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓升至試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),開始計時(shi),到1min后,迅速降壓到1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓以下時(shi),才能拉(la)開電(dian)(dian)源。

6)在升壓或(huo)耐壓試(shi)(shi)驗過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),如發現(xian)下列不正常(chang)情況時,應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源。停止試(shi)(shi)驗并(bing)查明(ming)原因:①電(dian)壓表指針(zhen)擺動很(hen)大;②發現(xian)絕(jue)緣燒(shao)焦或(huo)冒(mao)煙;③被試(shi)(shi)品內(nei)有不正常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查(cha)絕(jue)緣(yuan)情(qing)況(kuang)。

試驗變(bian)壓器在做被試品的直流耐壓或(huo)泄露試驗時接線(xian)原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄(xie)露試(shi)驗中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電阻(zu)R1選擇在(zai)額定輸(shu)出(chu)電壓時,輸(shu)出(chu)端短路電流(liu)(liu)(liu)不超過高壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)(liu)(liu)。如電壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)(liu)(liu)電流(liu)(liu)(liu)為(wei)100mA時用于60kV的試(shi)驗裝置中,限(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電阻(zu)還應(ying)具有足(zu)夠的容(rong)量和(he)沿面放(fang)電距離。

高壓濾(lv)波電(dian)容C1一般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)容量很大時,C1可(ke)省略(lve)不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注意事項

1)試驗前應先檢查(cha)被試品是(shi)否停電,接地(di)放電,一切對外連線(xian)是(shi)否擦(ca)干凈。要嚴防將試驗電壓加到有(you)人工(gong)作的(de)部位上去。

2)接好試驗(yan)裝置的(de)接線后,應(ying)(ying)復查(cha)(cha)無誤后才可加壓。應(ying)(ying)特別注意檢(jian)查(cha)(cha)高(gao)壓設備及引線與地(di)、與操作人員的(de)**距(ju)離,被試品的(de)外殼是否可靠接地(di),要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定(ding)的(de)內容進(jin)行試驗(yan)。

3)對于大電容量設備應緩慢升壓,防止被試(shi)品的充電電流燒壞(huai)微安表。必要(yao)時(shi)應分級加壓,分別(bie)讀(du)取各級電壓下微安表的穩(wen)定讀(du)數(shu)。

4)試(shi)(shi)驗過(guo)程中,應密切監視被試(shi)(shi)品、試(shi)(shi)驗裝置(zhi)、微安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異(yi)常現象應立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源,并(bing)查明(ming)原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完(wan)畢,降壓,切斷電(dian)源(yuan)后(hou)應將被試(shi)品及(ji)試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)本身充分放電(dian)。

四、WBYD-100KVA/300KV高壓成套試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)試驗接好工(gong)作(zuo)線路。試驗變壓器的(de)外殼以(yi)及(ji)(ji)操作(zuo)系統的(de)外殼必須(xu)可靠接地。試驗變壓器高壓繞組的(de)X端(duan)(duan)(高壓尾)以(yi)及(ji)(ji)測(ce)量繞組的(de)F端(duan)(duan)必須(xu)可靠接地。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)繞組的(de)X端(duan)(duan),測量繞組的(de)F端(duan)(duan)以及高壓(ya)繞組的(de)X端(duan)(duan)(高壓(ya)尾(wei))均(jun)接(jie)本級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必(bi)須通(tong)過絕緣支架接(jie)地(di)。

5、試驗完(wan)畢后,應在數秒(miao)內勻(yun)速的(de)將(jiang)調壓器返回至零(ling)位,然(ran)后切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過額定參數使用。除(chu)試驗必須外,決不允(yun)許(xu)全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如發現(xian)以下不正常情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電源,停止試驗(yan)并查明原因。

8、圖(tu)1中第9項系壓(ya)(ya)力閥及壓(ya)(ya)力表(biao),為長期關閉(bi)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。每(mei)6個月開閥一次,以檢查SF6壓(ya)(ya)力,應不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)(ya)力后立即關閉(bi)閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體(ti),以增(zeng)加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量被試設(she)備(bei)的絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗(yan)變壓器長期(qi)不使用時(shi),應放(fang)置于(yu)通風、干燥、無陽光直射(she)的地方。

11、該產(chan)品不允許(xu)在高于(yu)45℃的溫度下長(chang)期存放(fang)、使(shi)用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬(ban)運途中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件(jian)及壓(ya)力(li)閥、壓(ya)力(li)表(biao)不得擅自松動。

14、使用本產(chan)品做高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)時,出熟悉本說(shuo)明書外,還(huan)必須嚴格執行國家有關標準和操作規(gui)程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變設備的絕緣配(pei)合,高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)技(ji)術(shu)》;《電(dian)氣設備預防(fang)性試驗(yan)規(gui)程》等。
