工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻R1應根據試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)容量(liang)來(lai)選擇(ze)。如(ru)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)流(liu)(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya));高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)流(liu)(liu)為1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya))。常用(yong)水電(dian)阻作為限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻,管子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足夠(gou)的(de)(de)熱容量(liang)(水阻液配(pei)制方法(fa):用(yong)蒸餾水加入適量(liang)硫酸銅配(pei)制成各種不同的(de)(de)阻值)。

球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)及保護電阻:當電壓超過球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)整定(ding)值(zhi)時(一般取(qu)試驗(yan)電壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)放電,對被試品起到保護作(zuo)用。球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)保護電阻可按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓)選取(qu)。

在工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準確的,其原因(yin)是由于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)(cun)在著(zhu)漏抗,在這個漏抗上必然存(cun)(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容升(sheng),使試(shi)品上的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或(huo)高(gao)于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上反(fan)映出來的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)時,被試(shi)品上的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的輸(shu)出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是所謂(wei)容升(sheng)現象(xiang)。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的漏抗必然存(cun)(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測(ce)量(liang)被試(shi)品上所施加的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此(ci)常在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻(zu)容分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)壓試驗(yan)操(cao)作注意事項

1)試(shi)驗人員(yuan)應做好分(fen)工(gong),明確(que)相互間聯(lian)系方(fang)法。并(bing)有專門人監(jian)護現場**及觀察(cha)試(shi)品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)應(ying)先清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以(yi)免損壞(huai)被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)和(he)試(shi)驗帶來(lai)的(de)誤差。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大(da)型試驗,一(yi)般都應先進(jin)行空升試驗。即不接試品時升壓(ya)至(zhi)試驗電壓(ya),校對(dui)各種(zhong)表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速(su)度不能太快,并必須防止突(tu)然加壓(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)器不在(zai)零(ling)位(wei)時突(tu)然合閘。也不能突(tu)然切(qie)斷電源,一般應在(zai)調(diao)壓(ya)器降(jiang)至零(ling)位(wei)時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開始(shi)計時(shi),到1min后,迅(xun)速降壓(ya)到1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)以(yi)下時(shi),才(cai)能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升(sheng)壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中(zhong),如發(fa)現下列不正(zheng)常(chang)情況時,應立(li)即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源(yuan)。停(ting)止試驗(yan)并查(cha)明原因:①電(dian)壓(ya)表(biao)指(zhi)針擺動很大;②發(fa)現絕(jue)緣燒焦(jiao)或(huo)冒煙;③被試品內有不正(zheng)常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前(qian)后應(ying)測量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器在(zai)做被試品的直(zhi)流(liu)耐壓(ya)或泄露試驗時(shi)接線原理圖如圖6。

注(zhu):此(ci)試(shi)驗應先抽出短(duan)路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示(shi)。

泄露試驗中(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)阻R1選擇(ze)在額定(ding)輸出電(dian)壓時,輸出端短路電(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓硅堆的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)壓硅堆的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)(de)試驗裝置中(zhong),限流(liu)電(dian)阻按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限流(liu)電(dian)阻還(huan)應(ying)具有足夠(gou)的(de)(de)容量和沿面(mian)放電(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一(yi)般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的(de)電容(rong)量很大時,C1可(ke)省(sheng)略(lve)不用(yong)。

泄露試驗的操作及(ji)注(zhu)意(yi)事項

1)試驗(yan)前(qian)應先檢查被試品是否停電(dian),接(jie)地放電(dian),一切對外連線是否擦干凈。要(yao)嚴防將試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)加到有人工(gong)作的部(bu)位上去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗裝置的接(jie)線(xian)后,應(ying)復查(cha)無誤后才(cai)可加壓(ya)。應(ying)特(te)別注(zhu)意檢(jian)查(cha)高(gao)壓(ya)設(she)備及引線(xian)與地、與操作人員的**距離,被試(shi)品的外殼是否可靠接(jie)地,要(yao)按**規程(cheng)中(zhong)所(suo)規定的內容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設(she)備應緩慢升壓,防止被試品的(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流燒(shao)壞(huai)微(wei)安表。必要時應分級加壓,分別讀取各級電(dian)壓下微(wei)安表的(de)穩定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應密切監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置、微安表(biao),一旦發生擊(ji)穿、閃爍等(deng)異常現(xian)象應立(li)即(ji)降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因,詳(xiang)細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷電(dian)源(yuan)后應將被試品及試驗裝置本身充分放(fang)電(dian)。

四、WBYD-75KVA/150KV交直流試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所(suo)進行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)試驗接好工作線路。試驗變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)外(wai)殼以及(ji)操作系統的(de)(de)(de)(de)外(wai)殼必須可靠(kao)接地(di)。試驗變壓器(qi)高(gao)壓繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓尾)以及(ji)測量(liang)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)F端必須可靠(kao)接地(di)。

2、做(zuo)串級試驗(yan)時,**級、第(di)三級試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)X端,測量繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)F端以及高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均接(jie)本級試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)外殼。**級、第(di)三級試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)外殼必須通過絕緣支架(jia)接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)通電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)前(qian),操作(zuo)系(xi)統的調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)必須調(diao)到(dao)零(ling)位后方可(ke)接(jie)通電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),合閘(zha),開(kai)始(shi)升(sheng)壓(ya)。

4、從(cong)零開始(shi)均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有(you):快速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20s逐(zhu)(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60s逐(zhu)(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選(xuan)用(yong)。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零開始(shi)按一定的升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)(su)度上升(sheng)到您(nin)所需的額(e)定試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的75%后,在(zai)以每(mei)秒2%額(e)定試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的速(su)(su)度升(sheng)到您(nin)所需的額(e)定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量(liang)儀表的指(zhi)示以及被試(shi)品(pin)的情況。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)或試(shi)驗過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)如發現測量(liang)儀表的指(zhi)示及被試(shi)品(pin)情況異(yi)常,應立(li)即降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查(cha)明情況。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒內勻(yun)速的將調(diao)壓器返回至(zhi)零位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產品不(bu)得超過(guo)額定參數使(shi)用。除試驗必(bi)須外,決不(bu)允許全(quan)電壓通電或(huo)斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如(ru)發現以下不(bu)正(zheng)常情(qing)況時(shi),應立即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)源,停止試驗并查明(ming)原因(yin)。

⑵電流表直線上升

被試品內有不正常(chang)的(de)聲音

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項系壓力(li)閥(fa)及壓力(li)表,為長期關閉狀態。每6個月開閥(fa)一次(ci),以(yi)檢(jian)查SF6壓力(li),應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓力(li)后立(li)即關閉閥(fa)門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時(shi)應加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以(yi)增(zeng)加(jia)氣(qi)絕(jue)緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實驗前后應測(ce)量被試設備的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗(yan)變壓器長期不使用時(shi),應放置于通風、干燥(zao)、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該產(chan)品不(bu)允許在(zai)高于45℃的溫度下長期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運(yun)(yun)輸搬(ban)運(yun)(yun)途中不得重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固件及壓(ya)(ya)力(li)閥(fa)、壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表不得擅自(zi)松動。

14、使用本產品做(zuo)高壓試(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟悉本說(shuo)明(ming)書外,還必須嚴格執行(xing)國家有(you)關標準和操作規程(cheng)(cheng)。可參(can)照GB311-83《高壓輸變設(she)備的絕緣配(pei)合,高壓試(shi)驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設(she)備預防性試(shi)驗(yan)規程(cheng)(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-75KVA/150KV交直流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器容量Pn的(de)確定公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標(biao)稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓器的(de)額定輸出高壓的(de)有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓(ya)(ya)Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓(ya)(ya)較低(di)時(shi),k值(zhi)可取高一(yi)些。

Ct——被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)電容(rong)量(pF)
