二、WBYD-75KVA/150KV高壓耐壓成套裝置產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高壓(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器采用單框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結構(gou),初級繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯(xin)上,高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)在外,這種同軸布置減(jian)少了漏磁通,因而增大了繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)間的(de)耦合。產(chan)品的(de)外殼為(wei)圓柱灌式容器結構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結構(gou)見圖1:

三、WBYD-75KVA/150KV高壓耐壓成套裝置工作原理

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為(wei)單相變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結(jie)組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為(wei)380V)電(dian)(dian)源接入(ru) (為(wei)本(ben)公司生產的試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配(pei)套專用設備(bei),詳(xiang)細資料請見其具體使用說(shuo)明書)系列操(cao)作箱(xiang)(臺),經操(cao)作箱(xiang)內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出(chu)至YDQ試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初級繞組(zu),根(gen)據電(dian)(dian)磁感應(ying)原理(li),在試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)可(ke)獲得試驗所需的高電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺(tai)YDQ系列交直流(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的工作(zuo)原理(li)圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接(jie)(jie)在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中作(zuo)半波整流(liu),以獲得直流(liu)高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當用(yong)一(yi)短(duan)路(lu)桿將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆短(duan)接(jie)(jie)時(shi),可獲得工頻高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)交流(liu)輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態;取消(xiao)短(duan)路(lu)桿時(shi),作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)直流(liu)輸出(chu)狀(zhuang)態。

試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器高(gao)壓套(tao)管中的高(gao)壓硅(gui)堆未畫(hua)出,其原理(li)與上圖相同。

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)中限流電阻R1應根據(ju)試驗(yan)變壓器的(de)(de)額(e)(e)定(ding)(ding)容(rong)量(liang)來選擇。如高壓側額(e)(e)定(ding)(ding)輸(shu)出(chu)電流在100~300mA時,可(ke)(ke)(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓);高壓側額(e)(e)定(ding)(ding)輸(shu)出(chu)電流為1A以上時,可(ke)(ke)(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓)。常(chang)用水(shui)電阻作(zuo)為限流電阻,管子長度(du)可(ke)(ke)(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗(cu)細應具(ju)有足夠的(de)(de)熱容(rong)量(liang)(水(shui)阻液配制方法:用蒸(zheng)餾水(shui)加(jia)入(ru)適量(liang)硫(liu)酸(suan)銅配制成各種不(bu)同的(de)(de)阻值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(shi)(一般取試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品起(qi)到保(bao)護(hu)作(zuo)用。球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻可(ke)按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)工頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是非常準確的(de)(de),其原(yuan)因是由于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)著漏(lou)抗(kang),在(zai)這(zhe)個漏(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)(shang)必然(ran)存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)(rong)升,使(shi)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或高于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映(ying)出來的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容(rong)(rong)升現象。感(gan)應耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)必然(ran)存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)所施加的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入(ru)FRC阻(zu)容(rong)(rong)分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)操作注意事項

1)試驗人(ren)員應做好分工(gong),明確相互間聯系方法。并有專門人(ren)監(jian)護(hu)現場**及(ji)觀察試品狀態。

2)被試品應先(xian)清(qing)掃(sao)干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被試品和(he)試驗帶來的誤(wu)差。

3)對于(yu)大型試驗,一般都應先進(jin)行空升試驗。即不接試品時升壓至試驗電壓,校對各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升(sheng)壓速度不(bu)能太快,并(bing)必須(xu)防(fang)止突(tu)然(ran)(ran)加(jia)壓。例如調(diao)壓器(qi)不(bu)在零(ling)位時突(tu)然(ran)(ran)合閘。也不(bu)能突(tu)然(ran)(ran)切斷電源(yuan),一般應在調(diao)壓器(qi)降至零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當電壓(ya)(ya)升(sheng)至試驗電壓(ya)(ya)時,開始計時,到(dao)1min后,迅速(su)降壓(ya)(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗電壓(ya)(ya)以下時,才(cai)能拉開電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中(zhong),如發現下列不(bu)正常(chang)情(qing)況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)并查明原因:①電壓(ya)表(biao)指(zhi)針擺動很大(da);②發現絕緣燒(shao)焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)(shi)品內有(you)不(bu)正常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗(yan)前后(hou)應測量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)在做(zuo)被試品(pin)的直流(liu)耐壓(ya)或(huo)泄(xie)露試驗時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄(xie)露(lu)試驗中(zhong)限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)不(bu)超過(guo)高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的*大整流(liu)(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的*大整流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的試驗裝置中(zhong),限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠(gou)的容(rong)量(liang)和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距離(li)。

高(gao)壓濾波電(dian)容(rong)C1一般選擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)容(rong)量很大時,C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄露試(shi)驗(yan)的(de)操作及注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)(shi)驗前應先檢查被試(shi)(shi)品是否停電,接地放電,一切(qie)對外連(lian)線是否擦干(gan)凈。要(yao)嚴防將(jiang)試(shi)(shi)驗電壓加到有人工作(zuo)的部位(wei)上去。

2)接(jie)好(hao)試(shi)(shi)驗裝置的接(jie)線后,應復(fu)查無誤后才可加(jia)壓。應特(te)別注意檢查高壓設(she)備及引線與地、與操作人(ren)員的**距(ju)離(li),被試(shi)(shi)品的外殼是否可靠接(jie)地,要按**規(gui)(gui)程中所規(gui)(gui)定(ding)的內容進(jin)行(xing)試(shi)(shi)驗。

3)對于(yu)大電(dian)容量設備應緩慢升(sheng)壓(ya),防止被(bei)試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安表(biao)。必要時應分級加(jia)壓(ya),分別讀取各級電(dian)壓(ya)下微安表(biao)的穩(wen)定讀數。

4)試驗(yan)過程中,應密切監(jian)視被(bei)試品、試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置、微安表,一旦發(fa)生(sheng)擊(ji)穿(chuan)、閃爍等異常現象應立即降(jiang)壓,切斷電源,并查(cha)明(ming)原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓(ya),切斷電源后(hou)應將被試品及試驗裝(zhuang)置(zhi)本身充分放電。

四、WBYD-75KVA/150KV高壓耐壓成套裝置注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您所進行的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)接(jie)(jie)好(hao)工(gong)作線路(lu)。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)外(wai)(wai)殼以(yi)及操作系統(tong)的(de)外(wai)(wai)殼必須(xu)可(ke)(ke)靠(kao)(kao)接(jie)(jie)地(di)。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)高壓繞組的(de)X端(duan)(高壓尾)以(yi)及測(ce)量繞組的(de)F端(duan)必須(xu)可(ke)(ke)靠(kao)(kao)接(jie)(jie)地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗時,**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)(di)三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器的低壓(ya)繞組的X端,測(ce)量(liang)繞組的F端以及(ji)高(gao)壓(ya)繞組的X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)均接本(ben)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器的外(wai)殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)(di)三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器的外(wai)殼必須通(tong)過絕緣支架接地。

3、接通電源前,操(cao)作系(xi)統的(de)調(diao)壓器必(bi)須(xu)調(diao)到零(ling)位后(hou)方可(ke)接通電源,合閘,開(kai)始(shi)升壓。

4、從零開始(shi)均勻旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法;慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法;極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始(shi)按一定的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)額定試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以每秒(miao)2%額定試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)額定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注(zhu)意測量儀(yi)表的(de)指示以及被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)的(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中或試(shi)驗(yan)過程中如發現測量儀(yi)表的(de)指示及被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)情況異常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明情況。

5、試驗完畢后,應(ying)在數(shu)秒內勻速(su)的(de)將調壓器返回至零位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產品不得(de)超過額定(ding)參數使用。除試驗必須(xu)外,決不允許全(quan)電壓通電或斷(duan)電。

7、再升壓或耐壓試(shi)驗過程中,如發(fa)現以下不正常情況(kuang)時,應立(li)即降壓,切斷電(dian)源,停止試(shi)驗并查明(ming)原(yuan)因。

⑴電(dian)壓(ya)表(biao)指針擺動(或數字跳動)很大(da)

⑵電流表直線上(shang)升

被試品內有不正(zheng)常的聲音

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項系壓(ya)力(li)閥及(ji)壓(ya)力(li)表,為長期關(guan)閉(bi)狀態。每6個(ge)月開閥一次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)力(li),應不小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)力(li)后立即關(guan)閉(bi)閥門),低于0.2MPa時(shi)應加SF6氣(qi)體,以增加氣(qi)絕(jue)緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實驗(yan)前(qian)后應測(ce)量被試設備的(de)絕緣電(dian)阻,檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試(shi)驗變壓器長期不使用時,應放(fang)置于通風、干燥(zao)、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的(de)溫(wen)度(du)下(xia)長(chang)期存(cun)放(fang)、使(shi)用、放(fang)氣(qi)。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重力(li)沖擊。

13、產(chan)品(pin)緊固(gu)件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得(de)擅自松動。

14、使用本產(chan)品做高壓試(shi)(shi)驗時,出熟悉本說(shuo)明書外,還必須嚴(yan)格執行(xing)國家有關標準和(he)操作(zuo)規(gui)程(cheng)。可(ke)參(can)照GB311-83《高壓輸(shu)變(bian)設(she)備(bei)的絕緣配合,高壓試(shi)(shi)驗技術》;《電氣設(she)備(bei)預防性試(shi)(shi)驗規(gui)程(cheng)》等(deng)。

五、WBYD-75KVA/150KV高壓耐壓成套裝置容量選擇

標稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的額定輸出(chu)高壓(ya)的有效(xiao)值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數(shu)。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)較低時,k值可取高一些。

Ct——被(bei)試(shi)品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源(yuan)的頻(pin)率

被(bei)試(shi)設備的電容(rong)量Ct可由(you)交(jiao)流電橋(qiao)測出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設(she)備的類型而定。

典型數據如下:

簡單(dan)的棒式或(huo)懸式絕緣子             ;幾十微法
