二、WBYD-75KVA/150KV交流耐壓機產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)采用單框(kuang)芯(xin)式(shi)鐵芯(xin)結(jie)構,初(chu)級(ji)繞組繞在鐵芯(xin)上,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組在外(wai),這(zhe)種同軸(zhou)布置減少了(le)(le)漏磁(ci)通,因而增大了(le)(le)繞組間的耦合。產品的外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式(shi)容器(qi)結(jie)構,能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)(ya)力(li)。其結(jie)構見圖(tu)1:

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組標號(hao)Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電源接入 (為本公司生(sheng)產的試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用(yong)設備,詳細資料請見其具體使(shi)用(yong)說明書(shu))系列操作箱(臺(tai)),經(jing)操作箱內自偶(ou)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附(fu))調(diao)節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的初級繞(rao)組,根據電磁感應原理(li),在試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組可獲得試驗(yan)(yan)所需的高電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交直(zhi)流高壓(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的工作(zuo)(zuo)原理圖見(jian)圖3,圖中高壓(ya)套(tao)管中裝有高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接(jie)在高壓(ya)回路中作(zuo)(zuo)半波整流,以獲(huo)得(de)直(zhi)流高電壓(ya)。當用一短(duan)(duan)(duan)路桿(gan)將高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆短(duan)(duan)(duan)接(jie)時,可獲(huo)得(de)工頻(pin)高電壓(ya),作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)交流輸出狀(zhuang)態(tai);取(qu)消(xiao)短(duan)(duan)(duan)路桿(gan)時,作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)直(zhi)流輸出狀(zhuang)態(tai)。

試驗變壓器高(gao)壓套管中的高(gao)壓硅堆未畫(hua)出,其原理與上圖(tu)相同。

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根(gen)據試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)額定容(rong)量來選(xuan)擇(ze)。如高(gao)壓(ya)側額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)側額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流為(wei)(wei)1A以(yi)上時(shi),可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為(wei)(wei)限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管子長(chang)度可(ke)按150kV/m考(kao)慮,管子粗細應具有(you)足(zu)夠(gou)的(de)熱容(rong)量(水(shui)阻(zu)液配(pei)制方(fang)法:用蒸餾(liu)水(shui)加入適量硫酸銅配(pei)制成各種(zhong)不同的(de)阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間隙及保護(hu)電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)超(chao)過球(qiu)間隙整定值時(一般取試驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙放(fang)電(dian),對被試品(pin)起到(dao)保護(hu)作用。球(qiu)間隙保護(hu)電(dian)阻可按(an)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))選(xuan)取。

在(zai)工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是非常準(zhun)確的(de)(de)(de)(de),其原因是由于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在(zai)著漏抗(kang),在(zai)這(zhe)個漏抗(kang)上(shang)必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升,使試(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反(fan)映出來的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是所謂容升現(xian)象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)(de)漏抗(kang)必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了(le)準(zhun)確測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)上(shang)所施加的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入(ru)FRC阻(zu)容分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)操(cao)作注(zhu)意事項

1)試驗(yan)人(ren)員應做好(hao)分(fen)工,明確相互間聯系方法。并有專門人(ren)監護(hu)現場**及(ji)觀察(cha)試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被(bei)試品和試驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于大(da)型試驗(yan),一(yi)般(ban)都應先(xian)進行(xing)空升(sheng)試驗(yan)。即不接(jie)試品時升(sheng)壓(ya)至試驗(yan)電壓(ya),校對各(ge)種表(biao)計,調整球間隙。

4)升(sheng)壓(ya)速度不能太快,并(bing)必須防止突(tu)然(ran)(ran)加壓(ya)。例(li)如調壓(ya)器不在零位時(shi)突(tu)然(ran)(ran)合閘。也不能突(tu)然(ran)(ran)切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)源,一般應在調壓(ya)器降至(zhi)零位時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升(sheng)至試驗電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開始計(ji)時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗電(dian)壓(ya)以下(xia)時(shi),才(cai)能拉開電(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在(zai)升壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗過程(cheng)中,如發(fa)現(xian)下列不正(zheng)常情況時,應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電源。停止(zhi)試驗并查(cha)明(ming)原因:①電壓(ya)(ya)表(biao)指針擺動(dong)很大;②發(fa)現(xian)絕緣(yuan)燒焦或冒煙;③被試品內有不正(zheng)常的聲音(yin)。

7)耐(nai)壓試驗前(qian)后應測量絕緣電(dian)阻,檢查絕緣情況。

試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)在(zai)做被(bei)試(shi)品的直(zhi)流耐(nai)壓或(huo)泄露試(shi)驗時接線(xian)原理(li)圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試(shi)驗應先抽出短(duan)路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)R1選(xuan)擇(ze)在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),輸出端短(duan)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)*大整(zheng)流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)*大整(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于(yu)60kV的(de)試驗(yan)裝置中,限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)。限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)還應具(ju)有足夠的(de)容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容C1一般選(xuan)擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的(de)電(dian)容量很大(da)時(shi),C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操(cao)作及注意事(shi)項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應先檢查(cha)被試(shi)品(pin)是否停電(dian),接地(di)放電(dian),一切對(dui)外連線是否擦干(gan)凈(jing)。要嚴防將(jiang)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓加(jia)到有人工作的部位上(shang)去(qu)。

2)接(jie)好試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置的(de)接(jie)線(xian)后(hou),應復查無誤(wu)后(hou)才(cai)可(ke)加壓。應特別注意檢查高(gao)壓設備(bei)及(ji)引線(xian)與地(di)、與操作人員的(de)**距離,被試品的(de)外殼是否可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di),要按**規程中(zhong)所規定(ding)的(de)內(nei)容進行試驗(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設備應緩慢升壓(ya)(ya),防止被試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安(an)表(biao)。必(bi)要時(shi)應分(fen)級加壓(ya)(ya),分(fen)別讀(du)取各級電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)下微安(an)表(biao)的穩定讀(du)數。

4)試驗(yan)過(guo)程中(zhong),應(ying)密切監視(shi)被試品、試驗(yan)裝置、微安(an)表,一(yi)旦發生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電源,并查明原(yuan)因(yin),詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切(qie)斷電源后應將(jiang)被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗(yan)裝置(zhi)本身充分(fen)放電。

四、WBYD-75KVA/150KV交流耐壓機注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您所進行的試(shi)驗(yan)接(jie)好工作(zuo)線路。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的外殼以及操作(zuo)系(xi)統的外殼必(bi)(bi)須可靠(kao)接(jie)地。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組的X端(duan)(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以及測量繞(rao)組的F端(duan)(duan)必(bi)(bi)須可靠(kao)接(jie)地。

2、做串(chuan)級試(shi)驗(yan)時,**級、第三(san)級試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端,測量繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端以及高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接本(ben)級試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼。**級、第三(san)級試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼必須通過絕緣(yuan)支架接地。

3、接通電(dian)源(yuan)前,操作系統的調壓器必須調到零位后方(fang)可接通電(dian)源(yuan),合閘,開始升(sheng)壓。

4、從(cong)零開(kai)始(shi)均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)(fang)法有:快速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)20s逐(zhu)(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法;慢速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)60s逐(zhu)(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法;極慢速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法供選用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零開(kai)始(shi)按一定的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)(fang)式和速度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的(de)額定試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以(yi)每秒2%額定試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的(de)額定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并(bing)密切注意測(ce)量儀(yi)表的(de)指示以(yi)及(ji)被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)情況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中或試(shi)驗(yan)過程中如發現測(ce)量儀(yi)表的(de)指示及(ji)被試(shi)品(pin)情況(kuang)異常,應立即(ji)降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)源,查明情況(kuang)。

5、試(shi)驗(yan)完畢后,應在數秒內勻(yun)速(su)的(de)將(jiang)調壓(ya)器返(fan)回至零位(wei),然后切斷電(dian)源。

6、本產品不(bu)得超過額(e)定(ding)參數使用。除試驗(yan)必(bi)須外,決不(bu)允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發現以下(xia)不正常情(qing)況時(shi),應立即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源,停(ting)止試驗并查明原因。

⑴電(dian)壓表指針擺動(或數(shu)字跳動)很大

⑵電流表直線上升

被試品內有(you)不(bu)正常的聲(sheng)音

8、圖1中第9項系壓力閥及(ji)壓力表,為長期關閉(bi)狀態(tai)。每6個月開閥一次(ci),以檢(jian)查SF6壓力,應不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓力后立即關閉(bi)閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實(shi)驗前后應測量被(bei)試設備的絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長(chang)期不(bu)使用(yong)時(shi),應放(fang)置于(yu)通風、干燥(zao)、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該產(chan)品不允許在高(gao)于45℃的溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途(tu)中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固件(jian)及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表(biao)不得(de)擅(shan)自松動。

14、使用本產(chan)品做高壓試(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟悉本說明書外,還必須嚴格執行(xing)國家有關標準和操(cao)作規(gui)程。可參(can)照GB311-83《高壓輸變設(she)備(bei)的絕緣配(pei)合,高壓試(shi)驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設(she)備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗(yan)規(gui)程》等。

五、WBYD-75KVA/150KV交流耐壓機容量選擇

標稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量(liang)Pn的(de)確(que)定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)額定輸出高壓(ya)的(de)有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓較低時(shi),k值可取(qu)高一些(xie)。
