YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采用單框(kuang)芯(xin)式鐵(tie)(tie)芯(xin)結構,初級繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)(rao)在(zai)鐵(tie)(tie)芯(xin)上,高壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)在(zai)外,這種同軸(zhou)布(bu)置減少了漏磁通,因而(er)增(zeng)大了繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)間的(de)耦合。產品的(de)外殼為圓柱灌(guan)式容器結構,能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結構見圖(tu)1:

注:高(gao)壓尾必須(xu)可(ke)靠(kao)接地

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)中限(xian)流電阻R1應根(gen)據試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的額(e)定(ding)容量(liang)來選擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定(ding)輸出電流在(zai)100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定(ding)輸出電流為1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓(ya))。常用(yong)水電阻作為限(xian)流電阻,管子長度(du)可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足夠(gou)的熱(re)容量(liang)(水阻液(ye)配制(zhi)方法:用(yong)蒸餾(liu)水加入適(shi)量(liang)硫酸銅配制(zhi)成各種不同的阻值)。

球間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)及保護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓超過(guo)球間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)整定值時(一般取試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放電(dian),對被(bei)試品(pin)起到保護作用。球間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)保護電(dian)阻可按(an)1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓)選取。

在(zai)工(gong)(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)(shi)非常準(zhun)確(que)的(de),其原(yuan)因(yin)是(shi)(shi)由于試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)著漏(lou)抗(kang),在(zai)這個(ge)漏(lou)抗(kang)上必然存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容升,使試品(pin)上的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或(huo)高(gao)(gao)于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)(biao)上反(fan)映出(chu)來(lai)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)時,被(bei)試品(pin)上的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)于試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是(shi)(shi)所謂容升現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)時,試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)必然存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了準(zhun)確(que)測量被(bei)試品(pin)上所施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工(gong)頻耐壓試驗操作注意事項(xiang)

1)試驗人員應做好(hao)分(fen)工,明(ming)確相互間聯系方法。并有專門人監護(hu)現場**及(ji)觀察(cha)試品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品應先清掃干凈,并**干燥(zao),以(yi)免損(sun)壞被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗,一般都(dou)應先(xian)進行空升試(shi)驗。即(ji)不接試(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)驗電壓,校(xiao)對各(ge)種表(biao)計,調整球(qiu)間隙(xi)。

4)升(sheng)壓速度不能太快,并(bing)必須(xu)防止(zhi)突然(ran)加壓。例如調壓器不在零位(wei)時突然(ran)合閘。也不能突然(ran)切斷電(dian)源(yuan),一般應(ying)在調壓器降至零位(wei)時拉閘。

5)當(dang)電(dian)壓升(sheng)至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓時,開始(shi)計時,到1min后(hou),迅(xun)速(su)降壓到1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓以下時,才能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中(zhong),如發現下列不正常情況時,應立(li)即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試驗(yan)并查明(ming)原(yuan)因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺動很(hen)大;②發現絕緣燒焦或冒(mao)煙;③被試品內有不正常的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應(ying)測量絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器在做(zuo)被(bei)試(shi)品的直流耐(nai)壓(ya)或泄(xie)露試(shi)驗時接線原(yuan)理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此(ci)試驗應先(xian)抽出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖6中所示(shi)。

泄露試驗中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇(ze)在(zai)額定輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),輸(shu)(shu)出端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過高(gao)壓硅堆的*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的試驗裝置中,限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足(zu)夠的容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾(lv)波電(dian)容C1一般選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被(bei)試品(pin)的電(dian)容量很大時,C1可(ke)省略(lve)不(bu)用。

泄露試驗的操作(zuo)及注意事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應先檢查被試(shi)品(pin)是(shi)否(fou)停電,接地放(fang)電,一切對外連線是(shi)否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防(fang)將(jiang)試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)加到有人(ren)工作的部位上去。

2)接好(hao)試驗(yan)裝置(zhi)的接線后,應復查(cha)無誤后才可加壓(ya)。應特別注意檢(jian)查(cha)高壓(ya)設備及引線與地(di)、與操作(zuo)人員的**距離,被(bei)試品的外殼是否可靠接地(di),要(yao)按**規程中(zhong)所規定的內容進行試驗(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設(she)備應緩慢升壓,防止被試(shi)品的(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安表(biao)。必要時應分級加壓,分別讀取(qu)各級電(dian)壓下微安表(biao)的(de)穩定(ding)讀數(shu)。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,應密切監視被試(shi)品(pin)、試(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微(wei)安表,一旦發生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應立即降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因,詳(xiang)細記錄。

5)試驗完(wan)畢,降(jiang)壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源后應(ying)將(jiang)被試品及試驗裝置本身充(chong)分放電(dian)。

1、按照您所進行的(de)試(shi)驗接好工作線路。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼以及操作系統的(de)外(wai)殼必須可靠(kao)接地。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞組的(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以及測量繞組的(de)F端必須可靠(kao)接地。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗時,**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的低壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的X端,測(ce)量(liang)繞(rao)組的F端以及(ji)高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接(jie)(jie)本級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)(wai)殼(ke)。**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)(wai)殼(ke)必須(xu)通過絕緣支架接(jie)(jie)地。

3、接通(tong)電源(yuan)前,操作系統的調壓(ya)器必須(xu)調到零(ling)位后(hou)方(fang)可(ke)接通(tong)電源(yuan),合(he)閘(zha),開始(shi)升(sheng)壓(ya)。

4、從零開(kai)始(shi)均勻(yun)旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)(ji)20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)(ji)60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極(ji)慢速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供(gong)選用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開(kai)始(shi)按一(yi)定(ding)(ding)的升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)度上升(sheng)到您(nin)所需的額定(ding)(ding)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的75%后,在以每秒(miao)2%額定(ding)(ding)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的速(su)度升(sheng)到您(nin)所需的額定(ding)(ding)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀表的指(zhi)示(shi)以及被試(shi)品(pin)的情況(kuang)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中或試(shi)驗過(guo)程中如發現測量儀表的指(zhi)示(shi)及被試(shi)品(pin)情況(kuang)異常(chang),應立(li)即(ji)(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電源,查明情況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在數(shu)秒(miao)內勻速的將調壓器返(fan)回至零位,然后(hou)切(qie)斷電源。

6、本(ben)產品不得超過額定(ding)參數(shu)使用。除試驗必須(xu)外(wai),決(jue)不允許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如發(fa)現(xian)以下不正常情況時,應立即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷電源,停止試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)并查明原因。

被試品(pin)內有不正(zheng)常(chang)的聲音

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項系壓(ya)力(li)(li)閥及壓(ya)力(li)(li)表,為長期關閉狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以檢查SF6壓(ya)力(li)(li),應不小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力(li)(li)后立(li)即(ji)關閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣體,以增加(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗前后應(ying)測量被(bei)試設(she)備的絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻(zu),檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗變壓(ya)器長期(qi)不使用時,應放置于(yu)通風、干燥、無陽光直射(she)的地(di)方(fang)。

11、該產(chan)品不允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期(qi)存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途(tu)中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本產品做高壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),出(chu)熟悉(xi)本說明書外,還必須(xu)嚴格執行國家有(you)關標(biao)準和操(cao)作規程(cheng)。可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設備的絕緣配合(he),高壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)技(ji)術》;《電氣(qi)設備預防性試驗(yan)(yan)規程(cheng)》等(deng)。

五、WBYD-75KVA/150KV試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器容(rong)量Pn的(de)確定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗(yan)變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)額定(ding)輸(shu)出高壓的(de)(de)有效值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較低時,k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電(dian)源的(de)頻率(lv)

被試(shi)設備的電(dian)容量(liang)Ct可由交流電(dian)橋(qiao)測出。Ct的變化很大(da),

可(ke)由設備的類型而(er)定。
