二、WBYD-75KVA/150KV高壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗變壓器采用單框芯式鐵芯結(jie)構,初級繞組(zu)繞在鐵芯上,高壓繞組(zu)在外,這種同軸布置(zhi)減少(shao)了漏磁通,因而(er)增大了繞組(zu)間(jian)的耦(ou)合。產品的外殼為圓柱灌(guan)式容(rong)器結(jie)構,能(neng)耐受0.8MPa以上壓力。其結(jie)構見圖1:

單臺YDQ系(xi)列交(jiao)直流高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器的(de)工作(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)圖見(jian)圖3,圖中(zhong)(zhong)高壓(ya)套管中(zhong)(zhong)裝(zhuang)有(you)高壓(ya)硅堆,串接(jie)在高壓(ya)回(hui)路(lu)(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)作(zuo)半波整流,以(yi)獲得直流高電(dian)壓(ya)。當用(yong)一短(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)桿(gan)將高壓(ya)硅堆短(duan)(duan)接(jie)時,可獲得工頻(pin)高電(dian)壓(ya),作(zuo)為(wei)交(jiao)流輸(shu)出狀態(tai)(tai);取消短(duan)(duan)路(lu)(lu)桿(gan)時,作(zuo)為(wei)直流輸(shu)出狀態(tai)(tai)。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗中(zhong)限流(liu)電阻(zu)R1應(ying)根據試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)額(e)(e)定容量(liang)來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)(e)定輸出電流(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)(e)定輸出電流(liu)為1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya))。常用水電阻(zu)作為限流(liu)電阻(zu),管子(zi)長度可(ke)按150kV/m考(kao)慮(lv),管子(zi)粗(cu)細應(ying)具有(you)足(zu)夠的(de)熱容量(liang)(水阻(zu)液(ye)配制方(fang)法:用蒸餾(liu)水加(jia)入適量(liang)硫(liu)酸銅配制成各種不同(tong)的(de)阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間隙及(ji)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)壓超過球(qiu)間隙整(zheng)定值時(一般(ban)取(qu)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙放電(dian),對被試(shi)品(pin)起到保(bao)護(hu)作用。球(qiu)間隙保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻(zu)可(ke)按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在(zai)工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非(fei)常(chang)準確(que)的(de)(de),其(qi)原因是(shi)由于試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)漏抗,在(zai)這個漏抗上(shang)必然存在(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容升,使試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或高(gao)于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出(chu)來(lai)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是(shi)所謂容升現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)漏抗必然存在(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了(le)準確(que)測(ce)量(liang)被試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所施加的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來(lai)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試驗操作注(zhu)意事項(xiang)

1)試驗人員應做好分(fen)工,明確相互(hu)間聯系方法(fa)。并有專門人監護現(xian)場**及觀察試品(pin)狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試品應先清掃(sao)干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免損(sun)壞被試品和(he)試驗帶來(lai)的(de)誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗(yan),一般都應先(xian)進行空升(sheng)試(shi)驗(yan)。即(ji)不接試(shi)品時升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya),校(xiao)對各種(zhong)表計(ji),調整球(qiu)間隙(xi)。

4)升壓速(su)度不(bu)(bu)能太快(kuai),并必須(xu)防止突(tu)然(ran)加(jia)壓。例如(ru)調壓器(qi)不(bu)(bu)在零(ling)位(wei)時(shi)突(tu)然(ran)合閘。也不(bu)(bu)能突(tu)然(ran)切斷電(dian)源,一般應在調壓器(qi)降至零(ling)位(wei)時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓升(sheng)至(zhi)試(shi)驗電(dian)壓時,開(kai)(kai)始計(ji)時,到1min后(hou),迅速降壓到1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓以(yi)下時,才能拉(la)開(kai)(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過(guo)程中,如發現(xian)下列不(bu)正(zheng)常情況時,應立即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。停止試(shi)驗并查明原因:①電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)表指(zhi)針擺動很大;②發現(xian)絕(jue)緣(yuan)燒焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不(bu)正(zheng)常的聲(sheng)音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗前后應(ying)測(ce)量絕緣電(dian)阻,檢查絕緣情況。

試驗變壓(ya)器在做(zuo)被(bei)試品的直流耐(nai)壓(ya)或泄(xie)露(lu)試驗時接線(xian)原(yuan)理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽(chou)出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所(suo)示。

泄(xie)露試驗中限(xian)流電阻R1選擇在額(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)電壓時(shi),輸出(chu)端短路(lu)電流不超過高壓硅堆的*大整(zheng)(zheng)流。如電壓硅堆的*大整(zheng)(zheng)流電流為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的試驗裝置中,限(xian)流電阻按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流電阻還應具有足夠的容量和沿(yan)面放電距離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品(pin)的電容(rong)量(liang)很大(da)時,C1可(ke)省略不用(yong)。

泄露試驗的操作及(ji)注意事項

1)試(shi)(shi)驗前應(ying)先檢查被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)是否(fou)停電,接(jie)地(di)放電,一切對外連線是否(fou)擦干凈。要(yao)嚴防將試(shi)(shi)驗電壓加(jia)到有人工作的部(bu)位上去。

2)接(jie)好試驗裝置(zhi)的接(jie)線后,應復查(cha)無誤后才可(ke)加(jia)壓。應特別(bie)注意檢(jian)查(cha)高壓設備及引線與地、與操作人員的**距離(li),被試品的外(wai)殼是否(fou)可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)地,要(yao)按**規程(cheng)中所規定的內容(rong)進行試驗。

3)對于大電容(rong)量設(she)備應(ying)緩慢升壓,防(fang)止被試品的(de)充電電流燒壞微安表。必要時應(ying)分級(ji)加(jia)壓,分別讀取各級(ji)電壓下微安表的(de)穩定讀數(shu)。

4)試驗過程中,應(ying)密切監視被試品、試驗裝置、微安表(biao),一旦發生(sheng)擊(ji)穿、閃爍等異常現象應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電源(yuan),并(bing)查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源后應將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置本身(shen)充分放電(dian)。

四、WBYD-75KVA/150KV高壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)試(shi)驗接好工作(zuo)線路。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼以(yi)及操(cao)作(zuo)系統的(de)外(wai)殼必(bi)須可(ke)靠接地。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)以(yi)及測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端必(bi)須可(ke)靠接地。

2、做串級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)低壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端,測量繞組(zu)的(de)(de)F端以及高壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)均接(jie)本級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼。**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼必須通(tong)過絕緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)通電源前,操作系統的調壓(ya)器必須調到零位后方可接(jie)通電源,合閘,開始升壓(ya)。

4、從(cong)零(ling)開始均勻(yun)旋轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有(you):快(kuai)速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢(man)(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極(ji)慢(man)(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供(gong)選用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零(ling)開始按(an)一定(ding)的升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需(xu)(xu)的額定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的75%后,在以(yi)每秒2%額定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的速度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需(xu)(xu)的額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切(qie)注意測(ce)量(liang)儀表的指示以(yi)及(ji)被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)的情況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中或試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過程中如發現測(ce)量(liang)儀表的指示及(ji)被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)情況(kuang)異(yi)常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)(dian)源,查明情況(kuang)。

5、試驗完(wan)畢后,應(ying)在數秒內勻速的將調壓器返回至(zhi)零位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過(guo)額定(ding)參(can)數使用。除試驗必須外,決(jue)不允許全電壓通(tong)電或斷(duan)電。

7、再(zai)升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發(fa)現以下不正常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源(yuan),停止(zhi)試驗并查明原因。

⑵電流表直(zhi)線上(shang)升

被(bei)試品內有(you)不正常的(de)聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)(ya)力(li)閥(fa)及壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表,為長期關閉狀態。每6個(ge)月開閥(fa)一次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)(ya)力(li),應(ying)不小于(yu)(yu)0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)(ya)力(li)后立(li)即(ji)關閉閥(fa)門),低于(yu)(yu)0.2MPa時應(ying)加(jia)SF6氣體,以增(zeng)加(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后(hou)應(ying)測(ce)量被試設備的絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)阻(zu),檢查(cha)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)情況(kuang)。

10、當(dang)試(shi)驗變壓器長(chang)期不使(shi)用(yong)時,應放置(zhi)于通風、干(gan)燥、無(wu)陽(yang)光直射(she)的地方。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的溫(wen)度下(xia)長期(qi)存放、使(shi)用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件(jian)及(ji)壓(ya)力(li)(li)閥、壓(ya)力(li)(li)表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高(gao)壓試驗時,出熟悉本(ben)說明書外,還必須嚴格(ge)執行(xing)國(guo)家有(you)關標準和操作規(gui)程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設備的絕緣配(pei)合(he),高(gao)壓試驗技術》;《電氣設備預防性試驗規(gui)程》等。

五、WBYD-75KVA/150KV高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定(ding)公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額(e)定輸(shu)出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時(shi)(shi),k=2;標稱電(dian)壓較低時(shi)(shi),k值可(ke)取高一(yi)些。

Ct——被試(shi)品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電源的頻率

被試設(she)備的電容量Ct可(ke)由交(jiao)流(liu)電橋測出。Ct的變化很大,

可(ke)由(you)設備的類型(xing)而定。
