二、WBYD-30KVA/150KV交流耐壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)采用單框芯(xin)式(shi)鐵芯(xin)結構,初(chu)級(ji)繞(rao)組繞(rao)在鐵芯(xin)上(shang),高壓(ya)繞(rao)組在外,這種同軸布置減(jian)少了(le)(le)漏(lou)磁通(tong),因而(er)增大了(le)(le)繞(rao)組間的(de)耦合。產品的(de)外殼為圓柱灌式(shi)容器(qi)結構,能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)力。其(qi)結構見圖(tu)1:

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為(wei)單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為(wei)380V)電源接入 (為(wei)本(ben)公司生產的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)配(pei)套專用(yong)設備,詳細資料(liao)請見其(qi)具體使用(yong)說明(ming)書)系列(lie)操作箱(臺),經操作箱內(nei)自偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)初級繞組(zu),根(gen)據電磁感(gan)應原理,在試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)可獲得試(shi)(shi)驗所需的(de)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系(xi)列(lie)交(jiao)直流高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的工作原(yuan)理(li)圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接(jie)在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路中作半(ban)波整流,以獲得直流高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當用(yong)一短路桿(gan)將(jiang)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆短接(jie)時,可(ke)獲得工頻(pin)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作為交(jiao)流輸出狀(zhuang)態;取消(xiao)短路桿(gan)時,作為直流輸出狀(zhuang)態。

工頻耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應(ying)根據試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器的額定容(rong)量(liang)來選(xuan)擇。如(ru)高壓側額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓);高壓側額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)。常用水電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為(wei)限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮(lv),管子粗細應(ying)具有足夠的熱(re)容(rong)量(liang)(水阻(zu)液配制方法:用蒸(zheng)餾水加(jia)入(ru)適量(liang)硫酸銅配制成(cheng)各種不同(tong)的阻(zu)值)。

球間隙(xi)及(ji)保(bao)護(hu)電阻:當電壓超(chao)過球間隙(xi)整定值(zhi)時(一般(ban)取試驗電壓的110%~120%),球間隙(xi)放電,對被(bei)試品起到保(bao)護(hu)作(zuo)用。球間隙(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電阻可(ke)按1Ω/V(試驗電壓)選取。

在(zai)(zai)工頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常(chang)準確(que)的(de)(de)(de),其原因是(shi)由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)著漏(lou)抗,在(zai)(zai)這個漏(lou)抗上(shang)(shang)必然(ran)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容升,使(shi)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)(di)于(yu)或(huo)高于(yu)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反(fan)映(ying)出(chu)來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容升現象。感應耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)漏(lou)抗必然(ran)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測(ce)(ce)量被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)所施加的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻(zu)容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來(lai)測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工(gong)頻耐壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人員應做好分工,明確相互間聯系方法。并有專門(men)人監護現場**及觀(guan)察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品應先(xian)清掃干(gan)(gan)凈(jing),并**干(gan)(gan)燥,以免損壞被(bei)試品和試驗(yan)帶來的誤差。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大(da)型試驗(yan)(yan),一般都(dou)應先進行空升(sheng)試驗(yan)(yan)。即不(bu)接試品時升(sheng)壓至試驗(yan)(yan)電壓,校對(dui)各種表(biao)計(ji),調(diao)整球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓(ya)速度不(bu)能太快,并必須防止突然加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器不(bu)在(zai)零(ling)位時突然合閘。也不(bu)能突然切(qie)斷電源,一般應在(zai)調壓(ya)器降(jiang)至(zhi)零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓升至試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),開始(shi)計時(shi),到1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓到1/3試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓以(yi)下時(shi),才能拉(la)開電(dian)(dian)源。

6)在升(sheng)壓或(huo)(huo)耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如發現(xian)(xian)下列不(bu)(bu)正常情況時,應立即降(jiang)壓,切斷電源。停(ting)止試(shi)驗(yan)并查明(ming)原(yuan)因:①電壓表指針擺動(dong)很(hen)大(da);②發現(xian)(xian)絕緣燒焦(jiao)或(huo)(huo)冒煙(yan);③被(bei)試(shi)品內有不(bu)(bu)正常的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓試驗前后應(ying)測(ce)量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情(qing)況。

注(zhu):此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗中限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇(ze)在額定(ding)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸(shu)出(chu)端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過(guo)高壓(ya)硅堆的*大整流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的*大整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的試驗裝置中,限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻還(huan)應具有足夠的容(rong)量和沿(yan)面放(fang)電(dian)(dian)距離(li)。

高壓(ya)濾波(bo)電容C1一般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容量很大時,C1可省(sheng)略不(bu)用(yong)。

泄露試(shi)驗的操作及注意(yi)事項

1)試驗(yan)前應先檢(jian)查被試品(pin)是(shi)否(fou)停電(dian)(dian),接地放電(dian)(dian),一切對外連線是(shi)否(fou)擦干(gan)凈。要嚴(yan)防將試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)加到有(you)人工作(zuo)的部位上去。

2)接(jie)(jie)好(hao)試驗(yan)(yan)裝置的(de)接(jie)(jie)線(xian)后(hou),應復查無誤后(hou)才可加壓。應特別注(zhu)意檢查高(gao)壓設(she)備及引線(xian)與(yu)(yu)地、與(yu)(yu)操作人(ren)員的(de)**距離(li),被試品(pin)的(de)外殼是否可靠接(jie)(jie)地,要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定的(de)內容進行(xing)試驗(yan)(yan)。

3)對于大電(dian)容(rong)量設備應緩慢升壓(ya),防止被試(shi)品的(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流燒(shao)壞微安表。必要時應分(fen)級(ji)加壓(ya),分(fen)別(bie)讀取各級(ji)電(dian)壓(ya)下微安表的(de)穩定(ding)讀數。

4)試驗過程中(zhong),應密切監視被(bei)試品、試驗裝置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃(shan)爍(shuo)等異常現象應立即降(jiang)壓,切斷(duan)電源,并查明原(yuan)因,詳細記(ji)錄。

5)試(shi)驗完(wan)畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將(jiang)被試(shi)品(pin)及(ji)試(shi)驗裝置本身充(chong)分放(fang)電。

四、WBYD-30KVA/150KV交流耐壓發生器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)(de)試驗接好工作線路。試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼以及操(cao)作系統(tong)的(de)(de)外殼必須可(ke)靠接地。試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)尾(wei))以及測(ce)量繞組(zu)的(de)(de)F端(duan)必須可(ke)靠接地。

2、做串級試驗(yan)時,**級、第三級試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端,測(ce)量繞(rao)組的(de)F端以及高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接本級試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼。**級、第三級試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼必須通過絕(jue)緣支架接地。

3、接通電源前,操作系(xi)統的調壓器必(bi)須(xu)調到(dao)零位后方可接通電源,合(he)閘,開始(shi)升壓。

4、從(cong)零(ling)開始均勻旋轉調壓器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓。升(sheng)(sheng)壓方法(fa)(fa)有:快(kuai)速升(sheng)(sheng)壓法(fa)(fa),即20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓法(fa)(fa);慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓法(fa)(fa),即60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓法(fa)(fa);極慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓法(fa)(fa)供選用。電壓從(cong)零(ling)開始按一定的升(sheng)(sheng)壓方式和速度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的額(e)(e)定試(shi)驗電壓的75%后,在以(yi)每秒2%額(e)(e)定試(shi)驗電壓的速度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的額(e)(e)定電壓,并密切注意(yi)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)儀(yi)表的指示(shi)以(yi)及(ji)(ji)被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)的情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓過(guo)程(cheng)中或試(shi)驗過(guo)程(cheng)中如發(fa)現測(ce)量(liang)(liang)儀(yi)表的指示(shi)及(ji)(ji)被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)情(qing)況異常,應立(li)即降壓,切斷電源,查明情(qing)況。

5、試驗完(wan)畢后,應在數秒(miao)內勻速的將調壓器返回至零位,然后切斷(duan)電源。

6、本產品不(bu)得超過額定參數使用。除試(shi)驗必須外(wai),決不(bu)允許(xu)全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或(huo)斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓或耐壓試(shi)驗過程中(zhong),如發現以下(xia)不正(zheng)常情況時,應立即降壓,切斷(duan)電源,停止(zhi)試(shi)驗并查(cha)明原因。

⑴電壓(ya)表指針(zhen)擺動(或數字(zi)跳動)很大(da)

⑵電流(liu)表直線上升

被試品內有(you)不正常(chang)的聲音(yin)

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)壓(ya)力閥及(ji)壓(ya)力表,為(wei)長期關(guan)(guan)閉狀(zhuang)態。每6個(ge)月開閥一(yi)次(ci),以(yi)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)SF6壓(ya)力,應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)壓(ya)力后立即關(guan)(guan)閉閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體(ti),以(yi)增加氣絕(jue)緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實驗(yan)前后應測量被試設備的絕(jue)緣電阻(zu),檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣情況(kuang)。

10、當試驗變壓(ya)器長期不使用(yong)時,應放置于通風、干燥、無(wu)陽光直射的地(di)方。

11、該產品不允(yun)許在高(gao)于45℃的溫度下長(chang)期存(cun)放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中(zhong)不得重力沖擊。

13、產(chan)品緊(jin)固(gu)件及壓力閥、壓力表不(bu)得擅自松動(dong)。

14、使用本(ben)產品(pin)做(zuo)高(gao)壓試驗時,出熟悉本(ben)說(shuo)明書外(wai),還必須嚴格執(zhi)行國家有關標準和操作規(gui)程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設備(bei)的絕緣(yuan)配合,高(gao)壓試驗技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預防性試驗規(gui)程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-30KVA/150KV交流耐壓發生器容量選擇

標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器的額定輸出高壓(ya)的有效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱電壓較低時,k值可(ke)取(qu)高(gao)一(yi)些。

Ct——被試品(pin)的電(dian)容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電源(yuan)的頻率
