二、WBYD-30KVA/150KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)采用單框(kuang)芯式(shi)鐵芯結(jie)構,初級繞組(zu)繞在鐵芯上,高(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)在外,這種同軸(zhou)布置(zhi)減少了(le)漏磁通,因而(er)增(zeng)大了(le)繞組(zu)間的耦合。產品的外殼為圓柱灌式(shi)容(rong)器(qi)結(jie)構,能耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓(ya)力。其結(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)為(wei)單(dan)相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯(lian)結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻(pin)220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電源接入(ru) (為(wei)本公司生產的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用設備,詳細資料請(qing)見其具體使用說明書)系(xi)列(lie)操作箱(xiang)(臺),經操作箱(xiang)內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)初級繞組,根據電磁(ci)感應原理,在(zai)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組可(ke)獲得試(shi)驗(yan)所需(xu)的(de)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的工(gong)作原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中高(gao)壓(ya)套(tao)管中裝有高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆,串接在高(gao)壓(ya)回路(lu)中作半波整流(liu),以獲(huo)得直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)。當用一短(duan)(duan)路(lu)桿將高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆短(duan)(duan)接時,可(ke)獲(huo)得工(gong)頻高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya),作為交流(liu)輸出狀態;取消短(duan)(duan)路(lu)桿時,作為直(zhi)流(liu)輸出狀態。

注:高(gao)壓尾必須(xu)可靠(kao)接(jie)地

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong)限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根(gen)據試驗(yan)(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)額(e)定容量(liang)(liang)來選擇。如高(gao)壓側額(e)定輸出電(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時,可(ke)(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓);高(gao)壓側額(e)定輸出電(dian)(dian)流為(wei)1A以上時,可(ke)(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓)。常用水電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為(wei)限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管子(zi)長(chang)度可(ke)(ke)按(an)150kV/m考(kao)慮,管子(zi)粗(cu)細應具有(you)足夠的(de)熱(re)容量(liang)(liang)(水阻(zu)液(ye)配(pei)制方法(fa):用蒸(zheng)餾水加入適量(liang)(liang)硫(liu)酸銅配(pei)制成各種不(bu)同的(de)阻(zu)值(zhi))。

球間隙(xi)(xi)及保(bao)護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓超(chao)過球間隙(xi)(xi)整定值時(一般(ban)取(qu)試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間隙(xi)(xi)放電(dian),對被試(shi)(shi)品起(qi)到保(bao)護作用。球間隙(xi)(xi)保(bao)護電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在(zai)工頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常(chang)準(zhun)確(que)的(de)(de),其(qi)原(yuan)因是(shi)由(you)于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗,在(zai)這個漏(lou)抗上(shang)必(bi)然存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升,使試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或高于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出來(lai)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂(wei)容升現象(xiang)。感應(ying)耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)漏(lou)抗必(bi)然存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準(zhun)確(que)測量(liang)被試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所施加(jia)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此(ci)常(chang)在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試(shi)驗操作(zuo)注意(yi)事項

1)試驗人(ren)員應做好(hao)分工,明確相互間聯(lian)系方法。并有(you)專門(men)人(ren)監護現場**及觀察(cha)試品狀態。

2)被試品應先清(qing)掃干凈,并(bing)**干燥(zao),以免損壞(huai)被試品和試驗帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對于大型試驗,一般都(dou)應(ying)先進行空升(sheng)(sheng)試驗。即(ji)不接試品時升(sheng)(sheng)壓至試驗電壓,校對各(ge)種表(biao)計,調整球間(jian)隙。

4)升壓速度不能太快,并必(bi)須防止突(tu)(tu)然加壓。例如調(diao)壓器不在零位時(shi)突(tu)(tu)然合(he)閘(zha)。也不能突(tu)(tu)然切斷電源,一般應在調(diao)壓器降至零位時(shi)拉(la)閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開始計時(shi),到1min后,迅速(su)降壓(ya)到1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)以下時(shi),才能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過(guo)程中,如(ru)發(fa)現(xian)下(xia)列不正(zheng)常(chang)情況時,應立(li)即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源。停(ting)止試(shi)驗并查明(ming)原(yuan)因(yin):①電壓(ya)表指針擺動很(hen)大;②發(fa)現(xian)絕緣燒(shao)焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不正(zheng)常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后(hou)應測量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情(qing)況。

試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓器(qi)在做被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品的直流耐壓或(huo)泄(xie)露試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時接線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此(ci)試驗應先抽(chou)出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖(tu)6中所示。

泄(xie)露試驗(yan)中(zhong)限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時,輸(shu)出(chu)端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過高壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于(yu)60kV的試驗(yan)裝置中(zhong),限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠的容量(liang)和沿(yan)面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)距離(li)。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一(yi)般選擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品的電容(rong)量很大時,C1可省略不用(yong)。

泄露試驗的(de)操作及注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應(ying)先檢查被試(shi)品是(shi)否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切對(dui)外連線是(shi)否擦干凈。要嚴防(fang)將試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓加到有人工作的部(bu)位上去。

2)接好試驗裝置的接線后,應復(fu)查無誤后才可加壓。應特別注意檢查高壓設備及(ji)引(yin)線與地、與操作人(ren)員的**距離,被試品的外殼是否(fou)可靠接地,要按**規程中所規定的內容進(jin)行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設備(bei)應緩(huan)慢升(sheng)壓(ya),防止被(bei)試品的(de)(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流燒(shao)壞微(wei)安(an)表。必要時(shi)應分級加壓(ya),分別讀(du)取各級電(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)安(an)表的(de)(de)穩定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中(zhong),應密切監視被試(shi)(shi)品、試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿(chuan)、閃(shan)爍等異(yi)常現(xian)象應立即(ji)降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因,詳細記(ji)錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓,切斷(duan)電源后應將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置本身充(chong)分放電。

四、WBYD-30KVA/150KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進(jin)行的(de)試驗(yan)接(jie)好工作線路。試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)外殼以及操(cao)作系統的(de)外殼必(bi)須可(ke)靠接(jie)地。試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)高(gao)壓繞組(zu)的(de)X端(高(gao)壓尾(wei))以及測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端必(bi)須可(ke)靠接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)通(tong)(tong)電源前,操(cao)作系統的調壓(ya)器(qi)必須調到零位后方可接(jie)通(tong)(tong)電源,合閘(zha),開始升壓(ya)。

5、試(shi)驗完畢后,應(ying)在數秒內勻速(su)的(de)將調壓器返回至零(ling)位,然(ran)后切斷電(dian)源。

6、本產品不(bu)得超過額(e)定參(can)數使用。除(chu)試驗必(bi)須外,決不(bu)允許(xu)全電壓通(tong)電或斷(duan)電。

7、再升(sheng)壓或耐壓試驗過程中(zhong),如(ru)發(fa)現以下不正常情況時,應立即降壓,切斷電源(yuan),停(ting)止試驗并查(cha)明原因。

8、圖1中第(di)9項系壓(ya)力(li)閥及壓(ya)力(li)表,為長期(qi)關閉狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以檢查SF6壓(ya)力(li),應不(bu)小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力(li)后(hou)立即關閉閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實驗前后(hou)應測量被試設備的絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器長期(qi)不使用時,應放置于通風、干(gan)燥(zao)、無陽光直射的地方(fang)。

11、該(gai)產品(pin)不允許在高于45℃的溫(wen)度下長(chang)期存放、使用、放氣(qi)。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中(zhong)不得(de)重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表(biao)不得擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高壓試驗時,出熟悉本(ben)說明書外(wai),還必須嚴(yan)格(ge)執行(xing)國家有關標準和操作規(gui)程。可(ke)參照(zhao)GB311-83《高壓輸變設(she)備的(de)絕緣配合(he),高壓試驗技術》;《電氣(qi)設(she)備預(yu)防性試驗規(gui)程》等(deng)。

五、WBYD-30KVA/150KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器容量Pn的(de)確(que)定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗變(bian)壓器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓器的額定(ding)輸出高壓的有效值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱電(dian)壓較低時,k值可取高一些。

Ct——被(bei)試品的(de)電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源(yuan)的(de)頻率

被試設(she)備(bei)的電(dian)容量Ct可由(you)交流電(dian)橋測出。Ct的變(bian)化很大,

可由(you)設備(bei)的類(lei)型而定。
