YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為(wei)單相變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結組(zu)(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)接入 (為(wei)本公(gong)司(si)生產(chan)的(de)(de)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)配套專用(yong)設(she)備,詳細資料請見其(qi)具體(ti)使用(yong)說明書)系列(lie)操作(zuo)(zuo)箱(臺(tai)),經(jing)操作(zuo)(zuo)箱內自(zi)偶(ou)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外(wai)附)調(diao)節(jie)至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)初(chu)級(ji)繞組(zu)(zu),根據電(dian)(dian)磁感應原理(li),在試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)可獲(huo)得試驗(yan)所(suo)需的(de)(de)高電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺(tai)YDQ系列交直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器的工作(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)套管中(zhong)裝有高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆,串接在高(gao)壓(ya)回路中(zhong)作(zuo)半波整流(liu)(liu),以獲得直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)高(gao)電壓(ya)。當用(yong)一(yi)短(duan)路桿將高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆短(duan)接時,可獲得工頻(pin)高(gao)電壓(ya),作(zuo)為(wei)交流(liu)(liu)輸出狀態(tai);取消短(duan)路桿時,作(zuo)為(wei)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸出狀態(tai)。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong)限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)額定容(rong)量來(lai)選擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流在(zai)100~300mA時,可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流為(wei)1A以(yi)上時,可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為(wei)限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管(guan)子(zi)長度可(ke)按(an)150kV/m考慮(lv),管(guan)子(zi)粗細應具有足夠(gou)的(de)(de)熱容(rong)量(水(shui)阻(zu)液配(pei)制(zhi)方法:用(yong)蒸餾水(shui)加入適量硫酸銅(tong)配(pei)制(zhi)成各種(zhong)不同(tong)的(de)(de)阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)間(jian)隙整定值時(一般(ban)取試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙放電(dian),對被試品起到保(bao)護(hu)作(zuo)用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻(zu)可按(an)1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong),低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常(chang)準確(que)的(de),其原因是(shi)由(you)于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在著(zhu)漏(lou)抗(kang),在這(zhe)個漏(lou)抗(kang)上必然存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或(huo)容(rong)(rong)升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或(huo)高(gao)于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反映出(chu)來的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi)(shi),被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是(shi)所謂容(rong)(rong)升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi)(shi),試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)必然存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準確(que)測(ce)量(liang)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上所施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容(rong)(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工(gong)頻耐壓試驗(yan)操作注意(yi)事項(xiang)

1)試驗人員應做(zuo)好分工,明(ming)確相互間聯系方法。并有專門人監護(hu)現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)應先清掃(sao)干凈,并**干燥,以免損(sun)壞被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)和試(shi)(shi)驗帶(dai)來的誤差(cha)。

3)對于大型(xing)試驗,一般都應先進行空升試驗。即不接(jie)試品時升壓(ya)至(zhi)試驗電(dian)壓(ya),校對各種表計(ji),調整球間(jian)隙(xi)。

4)升壓速度(du)不能太快,并必須(xu)防止突然加壓。例如調(diao)壓器不在(zai)零位時突然合閘(zha)。也不能突然切(qie)斷電源,一(yi)般(ban)應在(zai)調(diao)壓器降(jiang)至(zhi)零位時拉(la)閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓升至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓時(shi),開始(shi)計時(shi),到1min后,迅速(su)降(jiang)壓到1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)壓以下(xia)時(shi),才(cai)能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升(sheng)壓或(huo)耐壓試驗過程中,如發(fa)(fa)現(xian)下列不(bu)正(zheng)常情況時(shi),應立即降壓,切斷電源。停(ting)止試驗并查明(ming)原因:①電壓表指針擺(bai)動很大(da);②發(fa)(fa)現(xian)絕緣燒(shao)焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試品內有不(bu)正(zheng)常的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕(jue)緣情況。

試驗變壓器在做被(bei)試品的直(zhi)流耐壓或泄露試驗時接線原理(li)圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄(xie)露試(shi)驗中限流電(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸(shu)出電(dian)壓(ya)時,輸(shu)出端(duan)短(duan)路電(dian)流不超(chao)過高壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的(de)*大整(zheng)流。如電(dian)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的(de)*大整(zheng)流電(dian)流為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試(shi)驗裝置中,限流電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流電(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠的(de)容量和沿(yan)面放電(dian)距離(li)。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的電容(rong)量很(hen)大時,C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注(zhu)意(yi)事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗前應先檢查被試(shi)品是否停電(dian)(dian),接地放電(dian)(dian),一切對外連線(xian)是否擦干凈(jing)。要(yao)嚴(yan)防將試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓加到(dao)有人(ren)工作的(de)部位(wei)上去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗裝置的(de)接(jie)線后,應(ying)復(fu)查無誤后才可(ke)加(jia)壓。應(ying)特(te)別注意檢查高(gao)壓設備及引線與地、與操作(zuo)人(ren)員的(de)**距(ju)離,被試(shi)品的(de)外(wai)殼是否可(ke)靠接(jie)地,要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定的(de)內容進行(xing)試(shi)驗。

3)對于大(da)電容量設備應緩慢(man)升壓(ya),防止被試品的(de)充(chong)電電流燒壞微(wei)安(an)表。必要(yao)時(shi)應分(fen)級加(jia)壓(ya),分(fen)別讀(du)取各級電壓(ya)下(xia)微(wei)安(an)表的(de)穩(wen)定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中(zhong),應(ying)密切監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置、微(wei)安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電源(yuan),并查明原(yuan)因,詳細記(ji)錄。

5)試驗完畢(bi),降壓,切斷電源后應將被試品及(ji)試驗裝(zhuang)置(zhi)本身(shen)充(chong)分放電。

四、WBYD-30KVA/150KV高壓成套試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)試驗(yan)接(jie)好工作(zuo)線路。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼以(yi)及操作(zuo)系統的(de)外殼必須(xu)可靠(kao)(kao)接(jie)地。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以(yi)及測量繞(rao)組的(de)F端必須(xu)可靠(kao)(kao)接(jie)地。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗變壓器(qi)的低壓繞組(zu)(zu)的X端,測量繞組(zu)(zu)的F端以及高壓繞組(zu)(zu)的X端(高壓尾)均接(jie)本級(ji)試驗變壓器(qi)的外(wai)殼(ke)。**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗變壓器(qi)的外(wai)殼(ke)必須通過絕緣支(zhi)架接(jie)地(di)。

5、試驗完(wan)畢后,應在數秒內勻(yun)速的將(jiang)調壓器返回至零位,然(ran)后切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過額定參數使用(yong)。除試驗必須外,決不允許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升(sheng)壓或耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程(cheng)中,如(ru)發現以(yi)下不正常情況(kuang)時,應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電源,停止試(shi)驗(yan)并(bing)查明原因。

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)力閥(fa)及壓(ya)力表,為(wei)長(chang)期關(guan)閉狀(zhuang)態(tai)。每6個月開閥(fa)一次,以檢查SF6壓(ya)力,應不小(xiao)于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力后立(li)即關(guan)閉閥(fa)門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以增加(jia)氣(qi)絕(jue)緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實驗前后(hou)應測量被(bei)試設備的絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器長期不使用時,應放置于通(tong)風、干燥、無陽光直射的(de)地方。

11、該產品不(bu)允許在高于45℃的溫度下(xia)長期(qi)存(cun)放、使用(yong)、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途(tu)中不得重力(li)沖擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固件及(ji)壓(ya)力(li)閥、壓(ya)力(li)表(biao)不得(de)擅(shan)自松動。

14、使用(yong)本產品(pin)做高壓(ya)試驗(yan)時,出熟悉本說明書(shu)外,還(huan)必須嚴(yan)格執(zhi)行國(guo)家有(you)關(guan)標準(zhun)和操作(zuo)規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設(she)備(bei)的(de)絕緣配合(he),高壓(ya)試驗(yan)技術(shu)》;《電(dian)氣設(she)備(bei)預防性試驗(yan)規程(cheng)》等。
