一、WBYD-30KVA/150KV高壓耐壓成套裝置概述

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)是(shi)根據《試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)》標(biao)準,在油(you)(you)浸(jin)式(shi)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)基礎上而設計(ji)生產(chan)的(de)。SF6氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)體具(ju)(ju)有良好的(de)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)絕緣(yuan)性(xing)能及優(you)異的(de)滅弧(hu)性(xing)能,其耐壓(ya)強度(du)為同一(yi)壓(ya)力(li)下(xia)氮氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)2.5倍(bei)(bei),擊穿電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)2.5倍(bei)(bei)。在0.25MPa下(xia)與油(you)(you)的(de)擊穿電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)相等,在0.45MPa壓(ya)力(li)下(xia)是(shi)油(you)(you)的(de)擊穿電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)2倍(bei)(bei),是(shi)一(yi)種優(you)于(yu)(yu)油(you)(you)的(de)新一(yi)代(dai)超(chao)高壓(ya)絕緣(yuan)介質材料(liao)。該(gai)產(chan)品技術要求完全符合《ZBK-41006-89》標(biao)準,它是(shi)油(you)(you)浸(jin)式(shi)輕型(xing)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)換(huan)代(dai)產(chan)品。該(gai)產(chan)品具(ju)(ju)有體積小、重量輕、不(bu)受氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)候變(bian)(bian)化影(ying)響、電(dian)(dian)暈小、現場搬運無需靜止可使(shi)用,使(shi)用壽命長(chang)、免維修等特點。適用于(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)力(li)系(xi)統(tong)、工(gong)(gong)礦企業、科(ke)研部(bu)門等對各(ge)種高壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)設備、電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)元件、絕緣(yuan)材料(liao)進行(xing)工(gong)(gong)頻或直流高壓(ya)下(xia)的(de)絕緣(yuan)強度(du)試(shi)驗(yan)。

二、WBYD-30KVA/150KV高壓耐壓成套裝置產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器采用單框芯式鐵芯結(jie)構(gou)(gou),初(chu)級繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組繞(rao)(rao)(rao)在鐵芯上,高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組在外,這(zhe)種同軸布置減(jian)少了(le)漏磁(ci)通,因而增大(da)了(le)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組間(jian)的(de)耦合。產(chan)品的(de)外殼(ke)為圓柱灌式容器結(jie)構(gou)(gou),能(neng)耐受(shou)0.8MPa以(yi)上壓(ya)(ya)力。其結(jie)構(gou)(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為(wei)單相(xiang)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組(zu)(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)(yong)工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以(yi)(yi)上(shang)為(wei)380V)電源接入 (為(wei)本公司生產的試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配(pei)套專用(yong)(yong)設備,詳細(xi)資料(liao)請見其具體(ti)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)說明(ming)書(shu))系(xi)列(lie)操作箱(臺),經(jing)操作箱內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以(yi)(yi)上(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的初(chu)級(ji)繞組(zu)(zu),根據電磁(ci)感(gan)應原(yuan)理,在試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)可獲得(de)試(shi)驗(yan)所需的高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。

單(dan)臺YDQ系列交直流高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套(tao)管中裝(zhuang)有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回(hui)路(lu)中作(zuo)半(ban)波(bo)整流,以(yi)獲(huo)得直流高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當用一短路(lu)桿將(jiang)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆短接時,可獲(huo)得工(gong)頻高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)為(wei)交流輸出狀態;取消短路(lu)桿時,作(zuo)為(wei)直流輸出狀態。

試驗變壓器高(gao)壓套管中的高(gao)壓硅堆未畫出,其原理與上圖相同。

工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)電阻R1應根據試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)額(e)定容(rong)量(liang)來(lai)選(xuan)擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸(shu)出電流(liu)在100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸(shu)出電流(liu)為1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水(shui)(shui)電阻作(zuo)為限(xian)流(liu)電阻,管(guan)子(zi)長(chang)度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子(zi)粗細(xi)應具有足夠的(de)熱容(rong)量(liang)(水(shui)(shui)阻液配(pei)制方法:用(yong)蒸餾水(shui)(shui)加入適量(liang)硫酸銅配(pei)制成各(ge)種不同(tong)的(de)阻值(zhi))。

球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)及(ji)保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu):當(dang)電(dian)(dian)壓超過球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)整定值時(shi)(一(yi)般取(qu)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品起(qi)到保護(hu)作用。球(qiu)間隙(xi)(xi)保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可(ke)按(an)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準(zhun)確的(de),其原因是由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)漏抗(kang),在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)這個(ge)漏抗(kang)上(shang)必然存在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升(sheng),使(shi)試(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映(ying)出來的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,被試(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就(jiu)是所(suo)謂容升(sheng)現象。感應(ying)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗(kang)必然存在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了(le)準(zhun)確測量(liang)被試(shi)品上(shang)所(suo)施加(jia)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試(shi)驗操作注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗人員應做好(hao)分工,明確相(xiang)互(hu)間聯(lian)系方法(fa)。并(bing)有(you)專門人監護現場(chang)**及觀(guan)察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品(pin)應先清(qing)掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品(pin)和試(shi)驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于(yu)大(da)型試驗,一般都應先進行空(kong)升試驗。即不接試品時升壓(ya)至(zhi)試驗電壓(ya),校對各(ge)種表(biao)計(ji),調整(zheng)球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不能(neng)太快,并(bing)必須防止突然加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器(qi)不在零(ling)位時突然合(he)閘。也不能(neng)突然切斷電源,一(yi)般應在調壓(ya)器(qi)降(jiang)至零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升(sheng)至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)時,開始計時,到1min后,迅(xun)速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)以下(xia)時,才能拉開電(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如(ru)發(fa)現下列不(bu)正常情況時,應立(li)即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試驗并查明原(yuan)因:①電壓(ya)表(biao)指針(zhen)擺動很大(da);②發(fa)現絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試品(pin)內有不(bu)正常的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情(qing)況。

試驗變壓器(qi)在做(zuo)被(bei)試品(pin)的直流耐(nai)壓或泄露試驗時接線原理圖如(ru)圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄(xie)露試驗中限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在額(e)定輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸(shu)(shu)出端短(duan)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)流不超(chao)過高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大(da)(da)整流。如(ru)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大(da)(da)整流電(dian)(dian)流為(wei)100mA時用(yong)于60kV的(de)試驗裝(zhuang)置(zhi)中,限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具(ju)有足夠的(de)容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾(lv)波(bo)電(dian)容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試(shi)品的(de)電(dian)容量很大時,C1可省(sheng)略(lve)不用。

泄(xie)露(lu)試驗的操(cao)作及注意事(shi)項

1)試(shi)驗前(qian)應先檢查被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)是否停電,接地放電,一切(qie)對外連線是否擦干凈。要嚴防(fang)將(jiang)試(shi)驗電壓加到有人工作的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好(hao)試驗裝置的(de)接(jie)線后,應復查無誤后才可(ke)(ke)加(jia)壓。應特別注意檢查高壓設備及引(yin)線與地、與操(cao)作人員的(de)**距離,被試品的(de)外殼是(shi)否(fou)可(ke)(ke)靠接(jie)地,要按**規程中所規定(ding)的(de)內容進行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)(dian)容量設備應緩(huan)慢升壓,防止被試品(pin)的(de)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微(wei)安表。必要時應分級加壓,分別讀取各級電(dian)(dian)壓下微(wei)安表的(de)穩定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應(ying)密切監(jian)視(shi)被(bei)試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置、微(wei)安(an)表,一(yi)旦發生擊穿、閃爍等(deng)異常現(xian)象應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓,切斷(duan)電(dian)源,并(bing)查明原因,詳(xiang)細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源后(hou)應將被試品及試驗裝(zhuang)置本(ben)身(shen)充(chong)分放電(dian)。

四、WBYD-30KVA/150KV高壓耐壓成套裝置注意事項

1、按照您(nin)所進行的(de)試驗(yan)(yan)接好工作線(xian)路。試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)以及(ji)操作系統的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必(bi)須可靠接地。試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)以及(ji)測量繞組的(de)F端必(bi)須可靠接地。

2、做串級(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan),測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)以及高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均(jun)接本級(ji)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)外殼。**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)外殼必須通過絕緣支(zhi)架接地(di)。

3、接通電源前,操(cao)作系統的調(diao)壓(ya)器必(bi)須調(diao)到零位(wei)后(hou)方可接通電源,合閘,開始升(sheng)壓(ya)。

4、從零開始(shi)均勻旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從零開始(shi)按一定(ding)的升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式(shi)和速(su)度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需(xu)的額定(ding)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的75%后,在以(yi)每(mei)秒2%額定(ding)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的速(su)度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需(xu)的額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并(bing)密切注意(yi)測(ce)量(liang)儀表的指(zhi)示(shi)以(yi)及(ji)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品的情況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗過程中(zhong)如(ru)發現測(ce)量(liang)儀表的指(zhi)示(shi)及(ji)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品情況異(yi)常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),查(cha)明(ming)情況。

5、試驗完畢后,應在(zai)數秒(miao)內勻速的將調壓器返(fan)回至零位,然(ran)后切斷電(dian)源。

6、本產品不(bu)得超過額定(ding)參數使用。除試驗必須外,決不(bu)允許全電壓通電或(huo)斷電。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗(yan)過(guo)程(cheng)中,如發現以下不正常情況時(shi),應立(li)即降(jiang)壓,切斷電源(yuan),停止試驗(yan)并查明原(yuan)因。

⑴電壓表指針擺動(dong)(或數字跳動(dong))很大

⑵電(dian)流(liu)表直線上升

被試品內有不正常(chang)的聲音(yin)

8、圖1中(zhong)第(di)9項(xiang)系壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)閥(fa)及(ji)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)表(biao),為長期關閉狀(zhuang)態。每6個月開(kai)閥(fa)一次(ci),以檢(jian)(jian)查SF6壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li),應不(bu)小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)(jian)查壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)后(hou)立即關閉閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增(zeng)加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量被試設備的絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器長期不使用時,應(ying)放置于通風、干燥、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該產(chan)品不(bu)允許在(zai)高于(yu)45℃的溫度下長(chang)期存放、使用、放氣(qi)。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中不得重力沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊(jin)固件及壓力(li)閥(fa)、壓力(li)表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,出熟悉本(ben)說明書外,還必(bi)須嚴格執行(xing)國家有關標(biao)準和操作規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)輸變(bian)設備的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗技術(shu)》;《電氣設備預防性試(shi)驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-30KVA/150KV高壓耐壓成套裝置容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱試驗(yan)變壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額(e)定輸出高(gao)壓的有效值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)較低時(shi),k值(zhi)可取(qu)高一些(xie)。

Ct——被試品的(de)電容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率(lv)

被試設備的電容量Ct可由交流(liu)電橋測出。Ct的變化很大(da),

可由(you)設備的類型而(er)定(ding)。
