二、WBYD-30KVA/150KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)采用單框芯(xin)式(shi)鐵芯(xin)結(jie)構(gou),初級繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯(xin)上,高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)在外,這(zhe)種同軸布置減少了漏磁通,因(yin)而增大了繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)間的耦(ou)合。產品的外殼為圓柱灌式(shi)容器(qi)結(jie)構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為單相變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯(lian)結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上(shang)為380V)電(dian)源(yuan)接入 (為本公(gong)司生產的試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)配(pei)套(tao)專用(yong)設備,詳細資料請見其具(ju)體使用(yong)說明書(shu))系列操作(zuo)箱(臺),經操作(zuo)箱內自偶(ou)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上(shang)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節(jie)至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的初級繞(rao)組(zu),根據(ju)電(dian)磁感應原理(li),在(zai)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)可(ke)獲(huo)得試(shi)(shi)驗所需的高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單(dan)臺(tai)YDQ系列(lie)交直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的工作(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接在高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回(hui)路中作(zuo)半波整流,以獲(huo)得直(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當(dang)用(yong)一短(duan)(duan)路桿將(jiang)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆短(duan)(duan)接時,可獲(huo)得工頻高(gao)(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)為(wei)交流輸出(chu)狀態(tai);取消短(duan)(duan)路桿時,作(zuo)為(wei)直(zhi)流輸出(chu)狀態(tai)。

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗(yan)中限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)額(e)定(ding)容量來選擇。如高壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)流在(zai)100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)流為(wei)1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為(wei)限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子(zi)長度可(ke)按150kV/m考(kao)慮,管子(zi)粗細應具有足(zu)夠(gou)的(de)熱容量(水(shui)阻(zu)(zu)液(ye)配(pei)制(zhi)方法:用蒸餾水(shui)加入適量硫酸銅配(pei)制(zhi)成各(ge)種不同的(de)阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球間(jian)隙及保護(hu)電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓超過球間(jian)隙整(zheng)定值時(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間(jian)隙放(fang)電(dian),對被試(shi)品(pin)起到保護(hu)作用。球間(jian)隙保護(hu)電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在(zai)工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中,低電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確(que)的(de)(de)(de),其原因是(shi)由于(yu)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang),在(zai)這個(ge)漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang)上必(bi)然(ran)(ran)存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升,使(shi)試品上的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反映出來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時(shi),被試品上的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容升現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時(shi),試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang)必(bi)然(ran)(ran)存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測(ce)量被試品上所施加的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來(lai)測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人員應做好分(fen)工,明確(que)相互間聯系方法。并有(you)專(zhuan)門(men)人監護(hu)現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品應先清(qing)掃干凈,并**干燥,以免(mian)損壞(huai)被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗(yan)帶(dai)來(lai)的誤差(cha)。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗,一般都應先(xian)進行(xing)空升試(shi)驗。即(ji)不(bu)接(jie)試(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)驗電壓,校對各種表計,調(diao)整球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速度(du)不(bu)(bu)能(neng)太快,并必須(xu)防(fang)止突然加壓(ya)(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)不(bu)(bu)在零(ling)位(wei)時突然合閘(zha)。也不(bu)(bu)能(neng)突然切(qie)斷(duan)電源(yuan),一般應在調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)降至零(ling)位(wei)時拉閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓升至試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓時,開(kai)始計時,到(dao)(dao)1min后,迅速降壓到(dao)(dao)1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓以下時,才能拉(la)開(kai)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如發(fa)現下列不正常情況時(shi),應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源。停止試驗(yan)并查明(ming)原因:①電(dian)壓(ya)表指針擺動很大;②發(fa)現絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試品內有不正常的聲(sheng)音。

7)耐壓試驗(yan)前后應測量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器在做被試品的直流耐壓或泄(xie)露(lu)試驗(yan)時接(jie)線原理圖(tu)(tu)如圖(tu)(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽(chou)出短(duan)路桿“D”,圖6中所示(shi)。

泄露試驗(yan)中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇在額定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,輸出(chu)端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過高壓(ya)(ya)硅堆的(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆的(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試驗(yan)裝置中,限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻還應具有足夠的(de)容量和沿面放(fang)電(dian)(dian)距離。

高(gao)壓(ya)濾(lv)波(bo)電容(rong)C1一(yi)般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試(shi)品的電容(rong)量很大(da)時,C1可省略不(bu)用。

泄(xie)露試驗的(de)操(cao)作及注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)(shi)驗前(qian)應先(xian)檢查被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一(yi)切對(dui)外(wai)連(lian)線是(shi)(shi)否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防(fang)將試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓加到有人(ren)工作的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試驗裝置的接(jie)線(xian)后,應復查(cha)無誤后才可加壓(ya)。應特別注意檢查(cha)高壓(ya)設(she)備(bei)及引(yin)線(xian)與地、與操(cao)作人員的**距(ju)離,被試品的外殼是否(fou)可靠接(jie)地,要按**規(gui)程中(zhong)所規(gui)定的內(nei)容進行試驗。

3)對于大電容量設備應(ying)緩慢升(sheng)壓,防止被試品的充電電流燒壞微(wei)安(an)表(biao)。必要時(shi)應(ying)分級加壓,分別(bie)讀(du)取(qu)各(ge)級電壓下(xia)微(wei)安(an)表(biao)的穩定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),應(ying)密切(qie)監視(shi)被試(shi)品(pin)、試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應(ying)立(li)即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,并查明(ming)原因,詳細(xi)記錄。

5)試驗完畢(bi),降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源(yuan)后應將被試品及(ji)試驗裝(zhuang)置本身充分放電(dian)。

1、按照您所進行的(de)(de)試驗(yan)(yan)接好工作線路。試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼以及(ji)操作系統的(de)(de)外(wai)殼必須可靠(kao)接地。試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾(wei))以及(ji)測量(liang)繞(rao)組的(de)(de)F端必須可靠(kao)接地。

2、做串級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,**級、第三(san)級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器的(de)(de)(de)低壓繞組的(de)(de)(de)X端(duan),測(ce)量繞組的(de)(de)(de)F端(duan)以及高(gao)壓繞組的(de)(de)(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓尾)均接(jie)(jie)本級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器的(de)(de)(de)外殼。**級、第三(san)級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器的(de)(de)(de)外殼必須通過絕(jue)緣支架(jia)接(jie)(jie)地。

3、接通電(dian)源前,操作系統的調壓器(qi)必須調到零位后方(fang)可接通電(dian)源,合閘,開始升(sheng)壓。

4、從(cong)零開始(shi)均勻旋轉(zhuan)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從(cong)零開始(shi)按一(yi)定的升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速(su)(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的額定試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的75%后(hou),在(zai)以(yi)每(mei)秒2%額定試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的速(su)(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的額定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注意(yi)測(ce)量儀表(biao)的指示以(yi)及被(bei)試品的情況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中(zhong)或試驗(yan)過程(cheng)中(zhong)如發現測(ce)量儀表(biao)的指示及被(bei)試品情況(kuang)異常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)(dian)源,查(cha)明(ming)情況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在(zai)數秒內(nei)勻(yun)速的將調壓器返回至零位,然(ran)后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產(chan)品不得超過額定參數(shu)使用。除試驗必須外(wai),決(jue)不允許(xu)全(quan)電(dian)壓(ya)通電(dian)或(huo)斷(duan)電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發現以(yi)下不(bu)正常(chang)情況時(shi),應立(li)即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源,停止試驗并(bing)查明原因(yin)。

被試品內有不正常的聲(sheng)音

8、圖1中第9項系壓力閥及壓力表,為長期關(guan)閉狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓力,應(ying)不(bu)小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓力后立即關(guan)閉閥門(men)),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應(ying)測量被試設(she)備的(de)絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長(chang)期不使(shi)用時,應放置于通風、干燥、無陽(yang)光直射(she)的地方(fang)。

11、該(gai)產品不(bu)允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期存放(fang)、使用(yong)、放(fang)氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中(zhong)不得重(zhong)力沖擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本產品做(zuo)高壓試驗(yan)時,出熟(shu)悉(xi)本說明書(shu)外,還必須嚴格執(zhi)行國(guo)家(jia)有關標(biao)準(zhun)和(he)操作規程(cheng)(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高壓輸變設(she)備(bei)的絕緣配合(he),高壓試驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設(she)備(bei)預防性試驗(yan)規程(cheng)(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-30KVA/150KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標(biao)稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的(de)額定(ding)輸(shu)出高壓的(de)有效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較低(di)時,k值可取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被(bei)試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻率,ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電源的頻率

被試設備的電(dian)容量(liang)Ct可由交流電(dian)橋測出。Ct的變化(hua)很大,

可由設(she)備的(de)類型而(er)定(ding)。
