二、WBYD-30KVA/150KV工頻交流試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器采(cai)用單框芯(xin)(xin)式鐵芯(xin)(xin)結(jie)構,初級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在(zai)鐵芯(xin)(xin)上,高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)在(zai)外(wai),這種(zhong)同軸布置減少了(le)漏磁(ci)通,因而增大了(le)繞(rao)組(zu)間(jian)的耦合(he)。產品的外(wai)殼為(wei)圓柱灌式容(rong)器結(jie)構,能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)(ya)力。其(qi)結(jie)構見(jian)圖1:

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器做(zuo)被試品的(de)工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試驗使用接線(xian)原理圖見圖5。

注(zhu):高壓尾必須可(ke)靠接地

工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中限流電(dian)阻R1應根據試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的額定容(rong)量(liang)來選擇。如(ru)高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸出(chu)電(dian)流在(zai)100~300mA時,可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸出(chu)電(dian)流為1A以上(shang)時,可取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用水(shui)電(dian)阻作為限流電(dian)阻,管子(zi)長度可按150kV/m考(kao)慮,管子(zi)粗細(xi)應具有足夠的熱容(rong)量(liang)(水(shui)阻液配(pei)制方法:用蒸餾水(shui)加入適量(liang)硫(liu)酸銅配(pei)制成(cheng)各(ge)種不(bu)同(tong)的阻值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙及保(bao)(bao)護電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu):當(dang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓超(chao)過球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙整定值時(一般取試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian),對被試品起到(dao)保(bao)(bao)護作(zuo)用。球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙保(bao)(bao)護電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可按(an)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)選取。

在(zai)(zai)工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準(zhun)確的(de),其原因是(shi)由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)漏抗(kang)(kang),在(zai)(zai)這個漏抗(kang)(kang)上(shang)必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升,使試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)(yu)或高于(yu)(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出(chu)(chu)來的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容(rong)升現象。感(gan)應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)漏抗(kang)(kang)必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了(le)準(zhun)確測量被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)所施加(jia)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)接(jie)入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗操作注(zhu)意事項

1)試驗人(ren)員應做好(hao)分(fen)工,明確(que)相互(hu)間聯(lian)系(xi)方(fang)法。并有專門人(ren)監護(hu)現場**及觀察試品(pin)狀態。

2)被試(shi)品(pin)應(ying)先清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品(pin)和(he)試(shi)驗(yan)帶來的誤差。

3)對于大型試驗,一(yi)般都應先進行(xing)空升試驗。即(ji)不(bu)接(jie)試品時升壓(ya)(ya)至(zhi)試驗電壓(ya)(ya),校對各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速度不(bu)能太快,并必須防止突(tu)然加壓(ya)(ya)。例(li)如調壓(ya)(ya)器不(bu)在零(ling)位時突(tu)然合閘。也(ye)不(bu)能突(tu)然切斷電源,一般應在調壓(ya)(ya)器降至(zhi)零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當電壓(ya)升至試驗電壓(ya)時(shi),開(kai)(kai)始(shi)計時(shi),到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗電壓(ya)以下時(shi),才能拉開(kai)(kai)電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如發現下列不正常(chang)情況(kuang)時(shi),應立即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源。停止試驗(yan)并查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺動很大;②發現絕緣燒焦或(huo)冒煙(yan);③被(bei)試品內有不正常(chang)的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣電阻(zu),檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)在做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓或(huo)泄露(lu)試(shi)驗時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽(chou)出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄(xie)露試(shi)驗中限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸出電壓時(shi),輸出端(duan)短路電流(liu)(liu)(liu)不超過高壓硅堆的*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)(liu)。如電壓硅堆的*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)(liu)電流(liu)(liu)(liu)為(wei)100mA時(shi)用于(yu)60kV的試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)中,限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電阻(zu)還應具有(you)足夠的容量和沿面放(fang)電距離(li)。

高壓濾波電容(rong)(rong)C1一般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品(pin)的電容(rong)(rong)量很(hen)大(da)時,C1可省略不(bu)用。

泄(xie)露試驗的操作及注意(yi)事項(xiang)

1)試驗前應先檢(jian)查被(bei)試品是否(fou)停電,接地放電,一切對外連線是否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將試驗電壓加(jia)到(dao)有人工(gong)作的部位(wei)上去。

2)接好試(shi)驗裝置的(de)接線(xian)(xian)后(hou),應復查(cha)無誤后(hou)才可(ke)加(jia)壓。應特別注意檢查(cha)高壓設備及引線(xian)(xian)與地(di)、與操作人員(yuan)的(de)**距離,被試(shi)品的(de)外殼是否可(ke)靠接地(di),要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定的(de)內容進(jin)行試(shi)驗。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大電(dian)容量設備應緩(huan)慢(man)升壓,防止被試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)燒壞微安(an)表。必(bi)要時應分級加壓,分別(bie)讀取各級電(dian)壓下(xia)微安(an)表的穩定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中(zhong),應密切(qie)監視被試(shi)品(pin)、試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)、微安表,一旦發生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍等(deng)異常現(xian)象應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源(yuan),并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源后應將被試品(pin)及試驗裝(zhuang)置本身(shen)充分(fen)放電(dian)。

四、WBYD-30KVA/150KV工頻交流試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按(an)照您所進行(xing)的(de)(de)試驗接好(hao)工作線路。試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼以(yi)及操作系統的(de)(de)外殼必須可(ke)靠接地。試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)以(yi)及測(ce)量繞組(zu)的(de)(de)F端(duan)必須可(ke)靠接地。

2、做串級試(shi)(shi)驗時,**級、第(di)(di)三級試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器的(de)低壓繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)X端,測量繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)F端以及(ji)高(gao)壓繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)X端(高(gao)壓尾(wei))均接(jie)本級試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器的(de)外殼。**級、第(di)(di)三級試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器的(de)外殼必須通(tong)過絕緣(yuan)支架接(jie)地(di)。

3、接通電(dian)源(yuan)前(qian),操作系統的調(diao)壓(ya)器必(bi)須(xu)調(diao)到零位后(hou)方可接通電(dian)源(yuan),合閘,開始(shi)升(sheng)壓(ya)。

4、從零開始(shi)均勻旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)(fang)法有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法;慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法;極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法供選用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始(shi)按一定的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)(fang)式和速(su)度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需的(de)額(e)定試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以(yi)每(mei)秒(miao)2%額(e)定試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需的(de)額(e)定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)(qie)注意測(ce)量(liang)儀表(biao)的(de)指示(shi)以(yi)及被(bei)(bei)試(shi)品的(de)情況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中或試(shi)驗過(guo)程中如發現測(ce)量(liang)儀表(biao)的(de)指示(shi)及被(bei)(bei)試(shi)品情況(kuang)異(yi)常(chang),應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)(qie)斷電(dian)(dian)源,查(cha)明情況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在數秒內勻(yun)速的將(jiang)調壓(ya)器返回(hui)至零位,然后(hou)切斷電源(yuan)。

6、本產品(pin)不(bu)得超過額定參數(shu)使(shi)用。除試驗必須外,決不(bu)允許全電(dian)(dian)壓通電(dian)(dian)或(huo)斷電(dian)(dian)。

7、再升壓或耐壓試(shi)驗過(guo)程中,如發現以下不正常(chang)情況時,應立(li)即降壓,切斷(duan)電(dian)源,停止試(shi)驗并查明原因。

被試品內(nei)有不正常(chang)的聲音

8、圖1中第9項(xiang)系壓(ya)(ya)力閥(fa)及壓(ya)(ya)力表,為(wei)長期(qi)關閉狀態(tai)。每6個月開閥(fa)一次,以檢(jian)(jian)查SF6壓(ya)(ya)力,應(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)(jian)查壓(ya)(ya)力后立即(ji)關閉閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時(shi)應(ying)加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實驗前(qian)后應測量被試設備的絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當(dang)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)長期不使用時(shi),應放(fang)置于通(tong)風、干(gan)燥、無陽光(guang)直射的地(di)方(fang)。

11、該產(chan)品(pin)不允許在(zai)高于45℃的溫度下長期存放(fang)、使用(yong)、放(fang)氣(qi)。

12、運輸(shu)搬運途(tu)中不得重(zhong)力沖(chong)擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固件及(ji)壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表(biao)不得擅(shan)自松動。

14、使用本產品做高壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時,出熟悉本說明書外,還必須嚴格(ge)執行國家(jia)有關標準和操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)(ya)輸變設備(bei)的絕緣配合,高壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預防性試驗(yan)規程》等。

五、WBYD-30KVA/150KV工頻交流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標(biao)稱試(shi)驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的額定輸出高壓(ya)的有效值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電(dian)壓較低時(shi),k值(zhi)可(ke)取高(gao)一些(xie)。

Ct——被試品(pin)的電容(rong)量(pF)
