二、WBYD-30KVA/150KV交流耐壓機產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器采用單框芯式鐵芯結構(gou),初(chu)級(ji)繞組繞在鐵芯上(shang),高壓(ya)繞組在外,這種同軸布置減少了(le)漏磁通(tong),因而(er)增大(da)了(le)繞組間的耦(ou)合。產品的外殼為圓柱灌式容(rong)器結構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)力。其結構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為(wei)(wei)單相(xiang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯(lian)結(jie)組標號(hao)Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)(wei)380V)電(dian)源接入 (為(wei)(wei)本公司生產的試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用(yong)設(she)備,詳(xiang)細(xi)資料請(qing)見其具(ju)體使用(yong)說明(ming)書)系(xi)列操(cao)作(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺(tai)),經(jing)操(cao)作(zuo)箱(xiang)內(nei)自偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的初級繞組,根據電(dian)磁感應原理,在試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組可(ke)獲(huo)得試(shi)(shi)驗所需的高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系(xi)列交直流(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的工(gong)作原理圖(tu)(tu)見圖(tu)(tu)3,圖(tu)(tu)中高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管(guan)中裝有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆,串(chuan)接在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路(lu)(lu)中作半波整流(liu)(liu),以獲得直流(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。當用(yong)一短(duan)路(lu)(lu)桿將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆短(duan)接時,可獲得工(gong)頻(pin)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),作為交流(liu)(liu)輸(shu)出狀態;取(qu)消短(duan)路(lu)(lu)桿時,作為直流(liu)(liu)輸(shu)出狀態。

注:高(gao)壓尾必須可靠接地

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)中(zhong)限流(liu)(liu)電阻(zu)(zu)(zu)R1應根據試驗(yan)變壓器的額定容量來選擇。如高壓側(ce)額定輸(shu)出電流(liu)(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓);高壓側(ce)額定輸(shu)出電流(liu)(liu)為(wei)1A以(yi)上時(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓)。常(chang)用(yong)水電阻(zu)(zu)(zu)作為(wei)限流(liu)(liu)電阻(zu)(zu)(zu),管子(zi)(zi)長度(du)可(ke)按(an)150kV/m考(kao)慮,管子(zi)(zi)粗細應具有足夠的熱容量(水阻(zu)(zu)(zu)液配制方法(fa):用(yong)蒸餾水加入適(shi)量硫酸銅配制成各種不同的阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙及(ji)保護(hu)電(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙整(zheng)定值(zhi)時(shi)(一般取(qu)試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙放(fang)電(dian),對被試品起到保護(hu)作用。球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙保護(hu)電(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya))選(xuan)取(qu)。

在工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非(fei)常準確(que)的(de),其原因是由于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在著漏(lou)抗,在這個漏(lou)抗上(shang)必然(ran)存(cun)在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升,使試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或高于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反(fan)映出來(lai)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂(wei)容(rong)升現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏(lou)抗必然(ran)存(cun)在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測(ce)(ce)量被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)所(suo)施加(jia)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人員(yuan)應做好分工,明確相互間聯(lian)系方法(fa)。并有專門人監護(hu)現(xian)場**及觀察(cha)試品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試品(pin)應先清掃(sao)干凈(jing),并**干燥,以免損(sun)壞被試品(pin)和(he)試驗帶來(lai)的誤(wu)差。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大型試(shi)驗(yan),一般都應先進(jin)行空升(sheng)試(shi)驗(yan)。即不接(jie)試(shi)品(pin)時升(sheng)壓至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓,校對(dui)各種(zhong)表(biao)計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度(du)不能太快,并必須防(fang)止突(tu)然加壓(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)器不在(zai)零位(wei)時突(tu)然合閘(zha)。也不能突(tu)然切斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan),一般應(ying)在(zai)調(diao)壓(ya)器降(jiang)至零位(wei)時拉閘(zha)。

5)當電壓(ya)(ya)升(sheng)至(zhi)試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)時,開始計時,到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓(ya)(ya)到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)以下時,才能拉開電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗過(guo)程中(zhong),如發現(xian)下列不正常情(qing)況時(shi),應立(li)即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源。停止試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗并查明原(yuan)因(yin):①電壓(ya)表指針擺(bai)動很大;②發現(xian)絕緣燒焦或(huo)冒(mao)煙;③被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品內有不正常的聲音。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗前后應測量(liang)絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

試驗(yan)變壓器在做(zuo)被試品的直流耐壓或泄露試驗(yan)時接(jie)線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應(ying)先抽(chou)出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗中(zhong)限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)(zu)R1選擇在(zai)額定輸(shu)出電壓(ya)時,輸(shu)出端短(duan)路電流(liu)不超過(guo)高壓(ya)硅堆的*大整流(liu)。如(ru)電壓(ya)硅堆的*大整流(liu)電流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的試驗裝(zhuang)置中(zhong),限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)(zu)還(huan)應具有足夠的容量和沿面(mian)放電距離。

高壓(ya)濾(lv)波(bo)電容C1一般選擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容量(liang)很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注意事項

1)試驗前應先(xian)檢查(cha)被試品是否停電,接地放電,一切對外連線是否擦干凈。要嚴防將試驗電壓加(jia)到有人工作的(de)部位上(shang)去。

2)接好(hao)試(shi)驗裝置的(de)(de)接線后,應復(fu)查無(wu)誤后才可(ke)加壓。應特別注(zhu)意(yi)檢查高壓設(she)備及引(yin)線與地(di)(di)、與操作(zuo)人員的(de)(de)**距離(li),被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)(de)外殼是否可(ke)靠接地(di)(di),要按**規(gui)程中所(suo)規(gui)定的(de)(de)內容進(jin)行試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設(she)備應(ying)(ying)緩慢(man)升壓(ya),防止(zhi)被試品的(de)充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞(huai)微安(an)表。必要(yao)時應(ying)(ying)分級加(jia)壓(ya),分別讀取各級電(dian)壓(ya)下微安(an)表的(de)穩定讀數。

4)試驗(yan)過程中,應密(mi)切(qie)監(jian)視被試品(pin)、試驗(yan)裝置、微(wei)安表,一旦發(fa)生擊穿、閃爍等(deng)異(yi)常(chang)現象應立(li)即降(jiang)壓,切(qie)斷電源,并(bing)查明原因,詳(xiang)細記錄。

5)試驗完(wan)畢,降壓,切斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)源后(hou)應(ying)將被試品及試驗裝置本身充(chong)分放電(dian)(dian)。

1、按照您所進(jin)行(xing)的(de)(de)試驗接好工(gong)作線路。試驗變(bian)壓器的(de)(de)外殼以及操作系統的(de)(de)外殼必(bi)須可靠(kao)接地。試驗變(bian)壓器高壓繞(rao)組的(de)(de)X端(高壓尾)以及測量繞(rao)組的(de)(de)F端必(bi)須可靠(kao)接地。

2、做串級(ji)試驗時(shi),**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)X端(duan),測量(liang)繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)F端(duan)以及高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均接本(ben)級(ji)試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼(ke)。**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼(ke)必須通(tong)過絕緣支架(jia)接地。

3、接通(tong)(tong)電源前,操作(zuo)系(xi)統(tong)的調壓器必須(xu)調到零位后方可接通(tong)(tong)電源,合閘,開(kai)始升壓。

4、從零開始均(jun)勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有:快(kuai)速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供(gong)選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始按一定的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速度上升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需的(de)(de)額(e)定試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后(hou),在以(yi)每秒2%額(e)定試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速度升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需的(de)(de)額(e)定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切注意測量(liang)(liang)儀表的(de)(de)指示以(yi)及被(bei)(bei)試品(pin)的(de)(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)(cheng)中或試驗(yan)過程(cheng)(cheng)中如發現測量(liang)(liang)儀表的(de)(de)指示及被(bei)(bei)試品(pin)情況異常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明情況。

5、試驗完畢(bi)后,應在數秒內勻(yun)速的將調壓(ya)器返(fan)回(hui)至零位,然后切(qie)斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過額定參數(shu)使用。除試驗必須外,決不允許全(quan)電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升壓或耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗過(guo)程中,如發現以下不正常(chang)情(qing)況(kuang)時,應立即降(jiang)壓,切斷電源(yuan),停止(zhi)試(shi)驗并查明原因。

被試品內有不正常(chang)的(de)聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)力閥(fa)(fa)及壓(ya)力表,為(wei)長期關閉(bi)狀態。每6個月開閥(fa)(fa)一(yi)次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)力,應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)力后立(li)即關閉(bi)閥(fa)(fa)門),低(di)于(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣(qi)體(ti),以增(zeng)加氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后(hou)應測(ce)量被(bei)試設備的(de)絕(jue)緣電阻(zu),檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器長期(qi)不使用時,應放(fang)置(zhi)于通風、干(gan)燥、無陽(yang)光直射的(de)地方。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的溫度下(xia)長期存放、使(shi)用、放氣(qi)。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中不得重(zhong)力沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表(biao)不得(de)擅(shan)自松動(dong)。

14、使用本產品做高(gao)壓(ya)試驗時,出(chu)熟悉本說明書外(wai),還必須嚴格執行國家有關標準和(he)操作規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變設備的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓(ya)試驗技(ji)術》;《電氣設備預(yu)防性試驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-30KVA/150KV交流耐壓機容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的(de)確定公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的額定輸(shu)出高壓(ya)的有效(xiao)值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較低(di)時(shi),k值(zhi)可取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被(bei)試品(pin)的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源的頻(pin)率

被(bei)試設(she)備的(de)電容(rong)量Ct可由(you)交流電橋測(ce)出。Ct的(de)變化(hua)很大,

可(ke)由設備的(de)類型而定。
