二、WBYD-30KVA/150KV高壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器采用單(dan)框芯(xin)式鐵(tie)芯(xin)結構(gou),初級(ji)繞組繞在鐵(tie)芯(xin)上(shang),高(gao)壓(ya)繞組在外(wai)(wai),這種(zhong)同軸布置減(jian)少了漏磁(ci)通(tong),因而增大(da)了繞組間的(de)耦合。產(chan)品(pin)的(de)外(wai)(wai)殼為圓(yuan)柱灌式容(rong)器結構(gou),能(neng)耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)力。其結構(gou)見圖1:

三、WBYD-30KVA/150KV高壓試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為(wei)單相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻(pin)220V(10kVA以(yi)上為(wei)380V)電(dian)源接入 (為(wei)本公司生(sheng)產的(de)(de)試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套專(zhuan)用設備,詳(xiang)細資料請見(jian)其(qi)具體(ti)使用說明書(shu))系(xi)列操(cao)作箱(臺),經操(cao)作箱內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調節至(zhi)0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出至(zhi)YDQ試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)初級繞組(zu),根據電(dian)磁感(gan)應原理(li),在(zai)試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)可獲(huo)得試驗所需的(de)(de)高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單(dan)臺YDQ系列交直流(liu)高(gao)壓試驗變壓器(qi)的工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)原(yuan)理圖(tu)見(jian)圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中高(gao)壓套管(guan)中裝(zhuang)有高(gao)壓硅堆(dui),串接在高(gao)壓回路中作(zuo)(zuo)半波整流(liu),以獲得(de)直流(liu)高(gao)電壓。當用一短路桿將高(gao)壓硅堆(dui)短接時,可獲得(de)工(gong)頻高(gao)電壓,作(zuo)(zuo)為交流(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態(tai);取消短路桿時,作(zuo)(zuo)為直流(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態(tai)。

注:高壓尾必須可靠接地

工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)阻R1應(ying)(ying)根據試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的額(e)定(ding)(ding)容量(liang)來選(xuan)擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)為1A以上(shang)時,可取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya))。常用水電(dian)阻作為限流(liu)電(dian)阻,管(guan)子長度可按150kV/m考慮(lv),管(guan)子粗細應(ying)(ying)具有足夠的熱容量(liang)(水阻液配制(zhi)方法:用蒸(zheng)餾(liu)水加(jia)入(ru)適(shi)量(liang)硫酸銅配制(zhi)成各(ge)種(zhong)不同的阻值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓超過(guo)球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)整(zheng)定值時(shi)(一般(ban)取試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian),對被(bei)試品(pin)起到保(bao)護(hu)作用。球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻可(ke)按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)選(xuan)取。

在(zai)工(gong)(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))不是非常(chang)(chang)準(zhun)確的,其原因(yin)是由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)(lou)抗,在(zai)這個漏(lou)(lou)抗上必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降或容升,使(shi)試(shi)品(pin)上的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低于(yu)(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表上反映(ying)出來(lai)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。工(gong)(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)品(pin)上的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是所謂容升現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的漏(lou)(lou)抗必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降。為了(le)準(zhun)確測量被試(shi)品(pin)上所施加的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常(chang)(chang)在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入(ru)FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)器來(lai)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻耐壓試(shi)驗操作注意事項(xiang)

1)試驗人員應(ying)做好(hao)分工,明確相互間聯系方法。并有(you)專門人監護現場**及(ji)觀察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)品應先(xian)清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免損壞被(bei)試(shi)品和試(shi)驗(yan)帶來的誤差(cha)。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan),一般都(dou)應先進行空升試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。即(ji)不接試(shi)(shi)品時升壓(ya)至試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya),校對(dui)各種表計,調整(zheng)球間(jian)隙。

4)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)速度不能太(tai)快(kuai),并(bing)必須防(fang)止突然(ran)加壓(ya)(ya)。例如(ru)調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)不在零(ling)位時(shi)(shi)突然(ran)合閘。也不能突然(ran)切斷電源,一般應(ying)在調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)降至零(ling)位時(shi)(shi)拉(la)閘。

5)當電壓升(sheng)至試(shi)驗電壓時(shi),開始(shi)計時(shi),到1min后(hou),迅速降壓到1/3試(shi)驗電壓以下時(shi),才(cai)能拉開電源。

6)在(zai)升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發(fa)現(xian)下列不正常情況(kuang)時,應立(li)即降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)源。停止試驗并查明原因:①電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)表指針擺動(dong)很大;②發(fa)現(xian)絕緣燒焦或冒(mao)煙;③被試品內有不正常的聲(sheng)音。

7)耐(nai)壓試驗前后應測(ce)量(liang)絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器在(zai)做被試(shi)品的(de)直流耐壓(ya)或泄(xie)露(lu)試(shi)驗時接線原理圖如(ru)圖6。

注:此試驗應(ying)先(xian)抽出短路(lu)桿(gan)“D”,圖(tu)6中所示。

泄露(lu)試(shi)驗中限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1選擇在額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時,輸(shu)出(chu)端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流不(bu)超過高壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流為100mA時用(yong)于60kV的試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)中,限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)還應具有足夠(gou)的容(rong)量和(he)沿面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾(lv)波電容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的(de)電容量很大時(shi),C1可省略不用。

泄(xie)露試驗的操作及注意(yi)事項

1)試驗前應先檢查被試品(pin)是否(fou)停電,接地放電,一切(qie)對外連線(xian)是否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防(fang)將(jiang)試驗電壓加到有人(ren)工(gong)作的(de)部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試驗(yan)裝置的(de)接(jie)線后,應復(fu)查無誤后才(cai)可加壓(ya)。應特別注意(yi)檢查高壓(ya)設備及引線與地、與操(cao)作人員的(de)**距(ju)離,被(bei)試品的(de)外殼是否可靠接(jie)地,要按**規程中所規定的(de)內容進行試驗(yan)。

3)對于(yu)大(da)電(dian)容(rong)量設備應緩(huan)慢升壓(ya),防止被試品的(de)充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)燒(shao)壞微(wei)安表(biao)。必要時應分級加壓(ya),分別讀(du)取各(ge)級電(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)安表(biao)的(de)穩定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)(shi)驗過程中,應(ying)密切監視被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)、試(shi)(shi)驗裝置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃(shan)爍等異常(chang)現象應(ying)立即(ji)降壓,切斷電(dian)源(yuan),并查明原因,詳細(xi)記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完(wan)畢,降壓,切斷電源后應(ying)將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)本身充分(fen)放電。

四、WBYD-30KVA/150KV高壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所(suo)進行的(de)試驗(yan)接(jie)好工作線(xian)路(lu)。試驗(yan)變壓器的(de)外(wai)殼以(yi)及(ji)操(cao)作系統的(de)外(wai)殼必須可靠接(jie)地。試驗(yan)變壓器高壓繞組的(de)X端(高壓尾)以(yi)及(ji)測量繞組的(de)F端必須可靠接(jie)地。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)時,**級(ji)、第三(san)(san)級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)(de)(de)X端(duan),測量繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)(de)(de)F端(duan)以(yi)及(ji)高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)(de)(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)尾(wei))均接本(ben)級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)外殼。**級(ji)、第三(san)(san)級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)外殼必須通過絕緣支架接地。

3、接(jie)通(tong)電源(yuan)前,操作系統的調壓(ya)器必須調到零位后方可接(jie)通(tong)電源(yuan),合閘,開始(shi)升(sheng)壓(ya)。

5、試驗(yan)完(wan)畢后,應在數秒內勻速的將調壓器返回至零位,然后切斷電(dian)源。

6、本產品(pin)不(bu)得超過(guo)額定參數(shu)使用。除試驗必須(xu)外,決不(bu)允許(xu)全電(dian)壓(ya)通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程中,如(ru)發現以下不正常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,停止試(shi)驗并(bing)查明原因。

⑴電壓(ya)表指針擺動(dong)(或數字跳動(dong))很大

⑵電流表直(zhi)線上升

被試(shi)品內有不正常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓力(li)閥(fa)(fa)及(ji)壓力(li)表,為(wei)長(chang)期(qi)關閉(bi)狀態。每(mei)6個月開閥(fa)(fa)一次,以檢查(cha)SF6壓力(li),應(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓力(li)后立即關閉(bi)閥(fa)(fa)門),低(di)于0.2MPa時(shi)應(ying)加SF6氣(qi)(qi)體,以增加氣(qi)(qi)絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐(nai)壓實(shi)驗(yan)前后應測量被試(shi)設備(bei)的(de)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)情(qing)況。

10、當試驗(yan)變壓器長期不使用時,應放置于(yu)通風(feng)、干燥、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該產品不允許在高于(yu)45℃的溫(wen)度下長(chang)期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸(shu)搬運途(tu)中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及(ji)壓力閥、壓力表(biao)不(bu)得擅自(zi)松(song)動。

14、使用本產(chan)品做高壓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,出熟(shu)悉本說明書外,還必須嚴格(ge)執行國家有關標(biao)準(zhun)和操作規程。可參(can)照GB311-83《高壓輸變(bian)設(she)備的(de)絕緣配合,高壓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)技術》;《電氣(qi)設(she)備預(yu)防性試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)規程》等。

五、WBYD-30KVA/150KV高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量(liang)Pn的(de)確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額(e)定輸(shu)出高壓的有效值(kV)
