二、WBYD-100KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗變(bian)壓器采用單(dan)框芯式(shi)鐵(tie)芯結(jie)構(gou)(gou),初級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵(tie)芯上,高壓繞(rao)組(zu)在外,這種(zhong)同軸布置(zhi)減少了漏磁通,因(yin)而增(zeng)大了繞(rao)組(zu)間的耦合(he)。產品的外殼(ke)為圓柱(zhu)灌(guan)式(shi)容器結(jie)構(gou)(gou),能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓力。其結(jie)構(gou)(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系列(lie)(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為380V)電源(yuan)接入 (為本公司生產的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用(yong)設備(bei),詳細資料請見其具體(ti)使(shi)用(yong)說(shuo)明(ming)書)系列(lie)(lie)操(cao)作箱(xiang)(臺(tai)),經操(cao)作箱(xiang)內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)初級繞(rao)組(zu),根據電磁感應原(yuan)理(li),在試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)可(ke)獲得試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所需的(de)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應(ying)(ying)根據(ju)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)額定容量來(lai)選擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用(yong)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為(wei)限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子(zi)長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子(zi)粗(cu)細應(ying)(ying)具有(you)足(zu)夠的(de)(de)熱容量(水(shui)阻(zu)(zu)液配(pei)制方法(fa):用(yong)蒸餾水(shui)加入適量硫酸銅配(pei)制成(cheng)各種不同(tong)的(de)(de)阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)及保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)(dian)壓超過球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)整定值時(shi)(一般取(qu)試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對被(bei)試品(pin)起(qi)到保護(hu)作用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓)選(xuan)取(qu)。

在工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗中,低電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準確的(de)(de),其原(yuan)因(yin)是由于(yu)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在著(zhu)漏(lou)抗,在這個漏(lou)抗上(shang)必然(ran)存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升(sheng),使(shi)試品上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出(chu)來(lai)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗時,被(bei)試品上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是所(suo)謂容升(sheng)現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗時,試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)漏(lou)抗必然(ran)存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了準確測(ce)量被(bei)試品上(shang)所(suo)施加的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接(jie)入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗操作注意(yi)事項

1)試驗人員(yuan)應(ying)做(zuo)好分工,明確(que)相互(hu)間(jian)聯系方法。并有專門人監(jian)護現場**及(ji)觀察試品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品(pin)應先(xian)清掃(sao)干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品(pin)和試(shi)驗(yan)帶(dai)來(lai)的誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)驗(yan)(yan),一般都應先進行空升試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。即(ji)不接試(shi)品時(shi)升壓(ya)至試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya),校(xiao)對(dui)各種表計(ji),調整球(qiu)間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度(du)不(bu)能(neng)太快(kuai),并必須防止突(tu)然加壓(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)器不(bu)在(zai)零位時突(tu)然合閘。也不(bu)能(neng)突(tu)然切斷電(dian)源,一般應在(zai)調(diao)壓(ya)器降至零位時拉閘。

5)當(dang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時(shi),開始計(ji)時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅(xun)速降壓(ya)(ya)到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)以下時(shi),才能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升壓或耐壓試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中,如發現下列(lie)不正(zheng)常情況時,應立即降壓,切斷電源。停止試(shi)驗并查明原因:①電壓表指針擺動很(hen)大;②發現絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)品(pin)內有不正(zheng)常的聲音。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)前(qian)后(hou)應測量(liang)絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)在做被試(shi)(shi)品的(de)直(zhi)流耐(nai)壓或泄露試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗(yan)應(ying)先抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗(yan)中限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)壓時,輸出端(duan)短(duan)路電(dian)(dian)流不超過高(gao)壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流電(dian)(dian)流為100mA時用于60kV的試驗(yan)裝置中,限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有(you)足夠(gou)的容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓(ya)濾波電(dian)容(rong)C1一般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品(pin)的電(dian)容(rong)量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露(lu)試驗(yan)的操作及注意(yi)事項

1)試驗前應(ying)先檢查被試品是(shi)(shi)否(fou)停電,接地放電,一切(qie)對外連(lian)線是(shi)(shi)否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將試驗電壓加到有人工作的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)(shi)驗裝置的(de)接(jie)線后,應復查(cha)無(wu)誤(wu)后才(cai)可加壓(ya)。應特別注意檢查(cha)高壓(ya)設備(bei)及引線與地(di)、與操作人員的(de)**距(ju)離,被試(shi)(shi)品的(de)外殼(ke)是否(fou)可靠接(jie)地(di),要按(an)**規程中(zhong)所規定的(de)內容進(jin)行試(shi)(shi)驗。

3)對于大電容量設備(bei)應(ying)緩慢(man)升壓(ya),防止被試品的(de)充(chong)電電流燒壞微安表(biao)。必要時應(ying)分級加壓(ya),分別讀(du)取各級電壓(ya)下微安表(biao)的(de)穩(wen)定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中(zhong),應密切監視被(bei)試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置、微(wei)安表,一(yi)旦發生擊穿(chuan)、閃爍等異常現象(xiang)應立即降壓,切斷電源,并查明(ming)原因(yin),詳細記錄。

5)試驗(yan)(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將被試品及試驗(yan)(yan)裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBYD-100KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器注意事項

1、按照您所進行(xing)的(de)試驗接好工(gong)作(zuo)線(xian)路。試驗變壓(ya)器的(de)外殼以(yi)及操作(zuo)系統的(de)外殼必(bi)須(xu)可靠接地。試驗變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)以(yi)及測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端必(bi)須(xu)可靠接地。

2、做(zuo)串(chuan)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗時,**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)X端,測量繞組的(de)F端以及高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均(jun)接(jie)本級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼必須通過絕(jue)緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)通電源前,操作系(xi)統的調(diao)(diao)壓器必須調(diao)(diao)到零位后方可接(jie)通電源,合(he)閘,開始(shi)升(sheng)壓。

4、從零開始均勻旋轉調壓(ya)器手(shou)輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方(fang)法(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa);慢(man)速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa);極慢(man)速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)供選用。電壓(ya)從零開始按一定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方(fang)式和速(su)度上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)額定(ding)(ding)試驗(yan)電壓(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在以(yi)每秒2%額定(ding)(ding)試驗(yan)電壓(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)額定(ding)(ding)電壓(ya),并密切注(zhu)意測(ce)量儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)指示以(yi)及被試品的(de)(de)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)過(guo)程中(zhong)或試驗(yan)過(guo)程中(zhong)如發現測(ce)量儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)指示及被試品情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)異常,應(ying)立即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷電源,查明情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗(yan)完畢后(hou),應在數秒內勻(yun)速的將調壓器返回至零位,然后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過額(e)定參(can)數使用(yong)。除試驗必須外,決不允(yun)許全(quan)電壓通電或斷(duan)電。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗(yan)過程(cheng)中(zhong),如(ru)發現以下不正常情況時(shi),應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源(yuan),停止(zhi)試驗(yan)并查明原因。

⑴電壓表指針擺(bai)動(或數字(zi)跳(tiao)動)很(hen)大

⑵電流表直線上(shang)升

被試品(pin)內有不正(zheng)常的聲音

8、圖(tu)1中(zhong)第9項系(xi)壓力(li)閥及(ji)壓力(li)表(biao),為(wei)長(chang)期關(guan)閉狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以(yi)(yi)檢查SF6壓力(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓力(li)后(hou)立即關(guan)閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以(yi)(yi)增加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實驗前后(hou)應測量被試設(she)備的絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

10、當(dang)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器長期不使用時,應放置(zhi)于通風、干燥、無陽光直(zhi)射的地方(fang)。

11、該產品(pin)不允許在高于45℃的溫度(du)下長期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬運途(tu)中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不(bu)得擅自松動。

14、使用(yong)本產品做高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)時,出熟悉本說明書外,還必須嚴格執(zhi)行國家有(you)關標準和操作(zuo)規程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變設備(bei)的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預防(fang)性試驗(yan)(yan)規程》等。

五、WBYD-100KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器的額定(ding)輸出高壓(ya)的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電壓較(jiao)低時(shi),k值可取(qu)高一些。

Ct——被(bei)試(shi)品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf,&nbsp;f——試(shi)驗(yan)電源(yuan)的頻率(lv)

被試設備的(de)電(dian)容量Ct可由交流電(dian)橋測出(chu)。Ct的(de)變化很大(da),

可(ke)由(you)設備的類(lei)型而定。
