二、WBYD-100KVA/100KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓試(shi)驗變壓器采用單框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結構,初級繞組繞在鐵芯(xin)上,高(gao)壓繞組在外(wai),這(zhe)種同軸布置減少了漏磁通,因而(er)增大了繞組間(jian)的耦(ou)合。產品的外(wai)殼(ke)為圓柱灌式容(rong)器結構,能耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓力。其結構見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列(lie)(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為(wei)單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工(gong)頻(pin)220V(10kVA以(yi)上(shang)為(wei)380V)電(dian)源接(jie)入 (為(wei)本公司生產的試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配(pei)套專用(yong)設備,詳細(xi)資料請見其具體(ti)使用(yong)說明書)系(xi)列(lie)(lie)操(cao)作箱(臺(tai)),經(jing)操(cao)作箱內(nei)自偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上(shang)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附(fu))調(diao)節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的初級(ji)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu),根(gen)據電(dian)磁(ci)感應(ying)原理,在試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)可(ke)獲得試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)所需的高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中限(xian)(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻R1應根據試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)額定(ding)容量來(lai)選擇(ze)。如(ru)高壓(ya)側額定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)流為(wei)1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用水電(dian)(dian)阻作(zuo)為(wei)限(xian)(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻,管(guan)子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細應具(ju)有(you)足夠的(de)(de)熱容量(水阻液配制方(fang)法:用蒸(zheng)餾水加(jia)入適量硫酸銅(tong)配制成各種不同(tong)的(de)(de)阻值(zhi))。

球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)及(ji)保(bao)護(hu)電阻(zu):當電壓超過球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(一般取試(shi)驗電壓的110%~120%),球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放電,對被試(shi)品起到保(bao)護(hu)作(zuo)用。球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電壓)選(xuan)取。

在工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中,低電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常(chang)準(zhun)確的(de),其原(yuan)因是由于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存在著(zhu)漏(lou)抗,在這個(ge)漏(lou)抗上(shang)(shang)(shang)必然存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容升,使試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)(shang)反映出來(lai)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容升現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)漏(lou)抗必然存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為(wei)了準(zhun)確測(ce)量被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)(shang)所施(shi)加的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來(lai)測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人員應做好分(fen)工(gong),明確相互間(jian)聯系方(fang)法。并有專(zhuan)門人監護(hu)現場**及觀察試品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試品(pin)應先(xian)清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免損壞被試品(pin)和試驗帶來的誤差(cha)。

3)對于大型試驗,一般都應先進(jin)行空(kong)升試驗。即不接(jie)試品(pin)時升壓(ya)至(zhi)試驗電壓(ya),校對各種表(biao)計(ji),調整球間隙。

4)升壓速(su)度不能太快,并必(bi)須(xu)防止突(tu)然加壓。例如調(diao)壓器不在(zai)(zai)零位時突(tu)然合閘(zha)。也不能突(tu)然切斷電(dian)源,一般應在(zai)(zai)調(diao)壓器降至零位時拉閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升(sheng)至試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,開始計時,到1min后,迅(xun)速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)以(yi)下時,才能拉開電(dian)(dian)源。

6)在升壓或(huo)耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗過(guo)程中,如(ru)發(fa)現(xian)(xian)下列(lie)不正常(chang)情(qing)況時(shi),應(ying)立即降壓,切斷(duan)電源。停止試(shi)驗并查(cha)明原因:①電壓表指針(zhen)擺動很大;②發(fa)現(xian)(xian)絕(jue)緣燒焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試(shi)品內(nei)有不正常(chang)的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)前后應測(ce)量絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢(jian)查(cha)絕緣(yuan)情況。

試驗變壓器在做被(bei)試品的直(zhi)流耐(nai)壓或泄露試驗時(shi)接線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所(suo)示。

泄露試驗中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇(ze)在(zai)額定輸(shu)出電(dian)壓時,輸(shu)出端(duan)短路電(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)。如電(dian)壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的試驗裝置中,限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)。限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻還應(ying)具(ju)有足夠的容量和沿面放電(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾波(bo)電容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品(pin)的電容量(liang)很(hen)大時,C1可省(sheng)略不用。

泄露試(shi)驗(yan)的操作及注意(yi)事項

1)試驗(yan)前應先檢查(cha)被試品是(shi)否(fou)停電(dian)(dian),接地放電(dian)(dian),一切對外連線是(shi)否(fou)擦干(gan)凈。要嚴防將試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)加到有(you)人工作的部位(wei)上去(qu)。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的接(jie)線后,應復查無誤后才(cai)可加壓。應特別注(zhu)意檢查高壓設備及引線與(yu)地、與(yu)操作人員的**距離,被試(shi)品的外殼是否可靠(kao)接(jie)地,要按**規程中所規定的內容進行(xing)試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量(liang)設(she)備應緩(huan)慢升壓(ya),防止(zhi)被試(shi)品的(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)燒壞微安表。必要時應分級加壓(ya),分別讀取各級電(dian)壓(ya)下(xia)微安表的(de)穩定讀數。

4)試(shi)(shi)驗過程中,應密切監視被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)、試(shi)(shi)驗裝置(zhi)、微安表,一旦發生(sheng)擊穿(chuan)、閃爍等異常現象應立(li)即降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗(yan)裝置(zhi)本身充(chong)分放電。

四、WBYD-100KVA/100KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您所進行的(de)試驗接(jie)好(hao)工作線路(lu)。試驗變(bian)壓器的(de)外殼以及操作系統的(de)外殼必須可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)地。試驗變(bian)壓器高壓繞組(zu)的(de)X端(高壓尾)以及測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端必須可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)地。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)(de)低壓繞組的(de)(de)X端,測(ce)量繞組的(de)(de)F端以及高壓繞組的(de)(de)X端(高壓尾)均接本(ben)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼(ke)。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼(ke)必須(xu)通過絕緣支(zhi)架接地(di)。

3、接通(tong)(tong)電源前,操作系統的調(diao)壓器必須(xu)調(diao)到零位后方可接通(tong)(tong)電源,合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零開(kai)始均勻旋轉調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法有:快速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法;慢速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法;極(ji)慢速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開(kai)始按一定的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)(de)額(e)定試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在以每秒(miao)2%額(e)定試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)(de)額(e)定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指示以及被試品(pin)的(de)(de)情(qing)(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)或(huo)試驗過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)如發現測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)指示及被試品(pin)情(qing)(qing)況異常,應立即降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查(cha)明情(qing)(qing)況。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒(miao)內勻速(su)的(de)將(jiang)調壓器返回至零位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產品不(bu)得超過(guo)額定參數使(shi)用。除(chu)試驗(yan)必須(xu)外,決(jue)不(bu)允(yun)許全電壓通電或(huo)斷電。

7、再升壓或耐壓試(shi)驗過程中(zhong),如發(fa)現(xian)以下不正常情況時(shi),應立即降壓,切斷電源(yuan),停(ting)止試(shi)驗并查明原因。

⑴電壓表指針(zhen)擺動(或數字跳動)很(hen)大

⑵電流表(biao)直線上升

被(bei)試品(pin)內有不正常的聲音

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項系壓(ya)力(li)閥及壓(ya)力(li)表,為長期關(guan)閉狀態。每(mei)6個月開閥一次,以檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)力(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)力(li)后(hou)立(li)即關(guan)閉閥門(men)),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣(qi)體,以增加氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗(yan)前后(hou)應測量被試設(she)備的(de)絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情(qing)況。

10、當試(shi)驗變壓器長(chang)期不(bu)使用時,應放置于通(tong)風(feng)、干燥、無陽光直(zhi)射的(de)地方。

11、該產品不(bu)允許在(zai)高于45℃的溫(wen)度(du)下長(chang)期存放(fang)(fang)、使(shi)用、放(fang)(fang)氣。

12、運(yun)(yun)輸搬運(yun)(yun)途中不得(de)重力(li)沖擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),出熟(shu)悉本(ben)說明書外,還(huan)必須嚴格執行國家(jia)有關標準(zhun)和操作規程(cheng)(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設備的絕(jue)緣配合,高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)技(ji)術》;《電氣設備預(yu)防(fang)性試(shi)驗(yan)規程(cheng)(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-100KVA/100KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器的額定輸出高(gao)壓(ya)的有效值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱電(dian)壓較低時,k值可(ke)取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源的頻(pin)率(lv)

被試設備的(de)電(dian)容量Ct可由交流電(dian)橋測出。Ct的(de)變化很大,

可由(you)設(she)備的類(lei)型而定。
