二、WBYD-100KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)采用單框芯式鐵(tie)芯結(jie)構,初(chu)級(ji)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)(rao)在鐵(tie)芯上(shang)(shang),高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)在外,這(zhe)種同軸布置減少了(le)漏磁通,因而增大了(le)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)間(jian)的耦合。產品(pin)的外殼(ke)為圓(yuan)柱(zhu)灌式容(rong)器(qi)結(jie)構,能耐受(shou)0.8MPa以上(shang)(shang)壓(ya)力。其結(jie)構見圖1:

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的工作(zuo)原(yuan)理圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)壓(ya)套(tao)管中裝有(you)高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)(gui)堆,串接(jie)在高(gao)壓(ya)回路(lu)(lu)中作(zuo)半波整(zheng)流(liu),以獲得(de)直流(liu)高(gao)電壓(ya)。當用(yong)一短路(lu)(lu)桿將(jiang)高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)(gui)堆短接(jie)時(shi),可(ke)獲得(de)工頻高(gao)電壓(ya),作(zuo)為交(jiao)流(liu)輸出狀態(tai);取消短路(lu)(lu)桿時(shi),作(zuo)為直流(liu)輸出狀態(tai)。

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試驗中限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根(gen)據試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)額(e)定容量來選擇。如(ru)高壓(ya)側額(e)定輸出電(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)定輸出電(dian)流(liu)為(wei)1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))。常用(yong)水(shui)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為(wei)限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管(guan)子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮(lv),管(guan)子粗細應具(ju)有(you)足(zu)夠的(de)熱容量(水(shui)阻(zu)(zu)液配(pei)制方法:用(yong)蒸餾水(shui)加入適(shi)量硫酸銅配(pei)制成各種不(bu)同的(de)阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間隙(xi)及保(bao)護電(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)間隙(xi)整定值時(一般(ban)取試驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙(xi)放電(dian),對(dui)被(bei)試品起到保(bao)護作用。球(qiu)間隙(xi)保(bao)護電(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確的,其原因是(shi)由于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang),在(zai)這個(ge)漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang)上(shang)(shang)必然存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升(sheng),使(shi)試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或高于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映出來的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是(shi)所謂容(rong)升(sheng)現象。感應(ying)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang)必然存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測量(liang)被試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)所施加的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意(yi)事項

1)試驗人員應做好(hao)分工,明確(que)相互(hu)間聯(lian)系方法。并(bing)有專門人監護(hu)現場**及觀察試品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被(bei)試品(pin)應先清(qing)掃干凈,并(bing)**干燥,以免損壞被(bei)試品(pin)和試驗帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對于大型(xing)試(shi)驗(yan),一般(ban)都應(ying)先(xian)進行空升(sheng)試(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)品時升(sheng)壓(ya)至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya),校對各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓速度不能太快,并(bing)必須防(fang)止突然加(jia)壓。例如調壓器(qi)不在零(ling)位時突然合閘(zha)。也(ye)不能突然切(qie)斷電(dian)源(yuan),一般應(ying)在調壓器(qi)降至零(ling)位時拉閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)以下時(shi),才(cai)能拉開(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗過程中,如發(fa)現下列不正常(chang)情(qing)況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗并查明原因(yin):①電壓(ya)表指(zhi)針擺動很大;②發(fa)現絕緣燒(shao)焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)內有不正常(chang)的(de)聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗前后(hou)應測量(liang)絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)在做(zuo)被試(shi)(shi)品的(de)直流(liu)耐壓或泄露試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時接線(xian)原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注(zhu):此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示(shi)。

泄露試驗中(zhong)限流電阻(zu)R1選擇(ze)(ze)在額定輸(shu)(shu)出電壓時(shi),輸(shu)(shu)出端短路(lu)電流不超過高(gao)壓硅堆的(de)*大整(zheng)流。如電壓硅堆的(de)*大整(zheng)流電流為(wei)100mA時(shi)用于60kV的(de)試驗裝置中(zhong),限流電阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)(ze)。限流電阻(zu)還應具(ju)有足夠的(de)容量和沿面放電距離。

高壓(ya)濾波(bo)電容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容量很大時,C1可省略不用(yong)。

泄露(lu)試(shi)驗(yan)的(de)操(cao)作(zuo)及注意事項

1)試(shi)驗前(qian)應先檢查被試(shi)品(pin)是否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切對外連(lian)線是否擦干凈(jing)。要嚴(yan)防將試(shi)驗電(dian)壓加到有人工(gong)作(zuo)的部位上去(qu)。

2)接(jie)(jie)好試(shi)(shi)驗裝置的(de)接(jie)(jie)線(xian)后,應復查無(wu)誤后才可(ke)加壓。應特別(bie)注意檢(jian)查高壓設備(bei)及(ji)引線(xian)與地、與操作人(ren)員的(de)**距離,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品的(de)外殼(ke)是否可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)(jie)地,要(yao)按**規程中所規定的(de)內容進行(xing)試(shi)(shi)驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量(liang)設備應緩(huan)慢升壓,防止被試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安表(biao)。必要時應分級(ji)加壓,分別讀取各級(ji)電(dian)壓下微安表(biao)的穩定(ding)讀數。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,應密切監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微安(an)表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象(xiang)應立即降壓,切斷電源,并(bing)查(cha)明原因(yin),詳細記錄(lu)。

5)試驗完(wan)畢,降壓,切斷電(dian)(dian)源后應將被試品及試驗裝(zhuang)置本身充分放電(dian)(dian)。

四、WBYD-100KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的試驗接(jie)好(hao)工作(zuo)線路。試驗變壓(ya)器的外殼以及(ji)操作(zuo)系統的外殼必(bi)須(xu)(xu)可靠接(jie)地(di)。試驗變壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞組的X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以及(ji)測量繞組的F端必(bi)須(xu)(xu)可靠接(jie)地(di)。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)試驗(yan)時,**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的低(di)壓繞組的X端(duan)(duan),測量繞組的F端(duan)(duan)以及高壓繞組的X端(duan)(duan)(高壓尾(wei))均接本級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的外(wai)殼。**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的外(wai)殼必須通過絕(jue)緣支架接地。

3、接通電源(yuan)前(qian),操作系統的調(diao)壓(ya)器必須調(diao)到零(ling)位(wei)后方可接通電源(yuan),合閘(zha),開(kai)始升壓(ya)。

4、從(cong)零開(kai)始均(jun)勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪(lun)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法有(you):快速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)(ji)(ji)20s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)(ji)(ji)60s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;極慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法供選用(yong)。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從(cong)零開(kai)始按(an)一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)75%后,在以(yi)每(mei)秒(miao)2%額定(ding)試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)速度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并(bing)密切注意測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)指示(shi)以(yi)及被試品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中(zhong)或(huo)試驗(yan)過(guo)程中(zhong)如(ru)發現(xian)測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)指示(shi)及被試品(pin)情況異常,應立即(ji)(ji)(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)源,查(cha)明情況。

5、試驗(yan)完畢后,應在數秒內勻速(su)的將調壓器(qi)返回至零位,然后切(qie)斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過額定參數使用。除試驗必須(xu)外,決不允許全電(dian)壓(ya)通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再(zai)升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中,如(ru)發(fa)現以下不正常(chang)情況時(shi),應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切斷電源(yuan),停止試(shi)驗并(bing)查(cha)明原因。

8、圖(tu)1中第9項系(xi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)閥(fa)及壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表,為長期關(guan)閉(bi)狀態(tai)。每6個月開閥(fa)一次(ci),以(yi)檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)(ya)力(li),應不小(xiao)于(yu)0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)(ya)力(li)后(hou)立即(ji)關(guan)閉(bi)閥(fa)門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時(shi)應加SF6氣體,以(yi)增(zeng)加氣絕(jue)緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實(shi)驗前后(hou)應測(ce)量被試設備的絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情(qing)況。

10、當試驗(yan)變壓器長期不使用時,應放置于通風、干(gan)燥(zao)、無陽(yang)光直射的地(di)方。

11、該(gai)產品(pin)不允(yun)許(xu)在(zai)高于45℃的溫(wen)度(du)下長期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不(bu)得重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產品(pin)緊固件及壓(ya)力(li)閥、壓(ya)力(li)表不得(de)擅自松動。

14、使用本產品做(zuo)高壓(ya)試驗時,出熟(shu)悉本說明(ming)書(shu)外(wai),還必(bi)須(xu)嚴格執行國家(jia)有關標準和(he)操(cao)作規程。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設(she)備的(de)絕緣(yuan)配合,高壓(ya)試驗技術》;《電氣設(she)備預防性試驗規程》等。

五、WBYD-100KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器容量Pn的(de)確定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定輸出高壓的有效(xiao)值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電壓較低時(shi),k值(zhi)可取高一(yi)些。

Ct——被試品的電(dian)容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電源的(de)頻率(lv)

被試(shi)設備的電容(rong)量Ct可(ke)由交(jiao)流電橋測出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設(she)備的類型(xing)而定。
