YDQ系列高壓試驗變(bian)壓器采(cai)用單框(kuang)芯式鐵芯結構(gou),初(chu)級(ji)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)繞(rao)(rao)在鐵芯上(shang),高壓繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)在外(wai),這種同(tong)軸布置減(jian)少了(le)漏(lou)磁通,因而增大了(le)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)間的耦合。產(chan)品的外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式容(rong)器結構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓力(li)。其結構(gou)見圖(tu)1:

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為(wei)單相變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結組(zu)(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電(dian)源接入(ru) (為(wei)本公司生(sheng)產的試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)配套專用(yong)設備,詳細資料請(qing)見其具體使用(yong)說明書)系列(lie)操作箱(xiang)(臺),經操作箱(xiang)內(nei)自偶調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的初(chu)級繞組(zu)(zu),根據電(dian)磁感(gan)應原理(li),在試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)可獲(huo)得試(shi)驗所需的高電(dian)壓(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直流高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器的工作(zuo)原理圖(tu)(tu)見(jian)圖(tu)(tu)3,圖(tu)(tu)中高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui),串接在高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回(hui)路(lu)中作(zuo)半波整流,以獲得直流高(gao)(gao)(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。當用一短路(lu)桿將(jiang)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)短接時,可獲得工頻高(gao)(gao)(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),作(zuo)為交(jiao)流輸出狀態;取(qu)消短路(lu)桿時,作(zuo)為直流輸出狀態。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應(ying)(ying)根據試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)額定容(rong)量(liang)來選擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流在100~300mA時,可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流為(wei)1A以上時,可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用水電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為(wei)限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子(zi)長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子(zi)粗(cu)細應(ying)(ying)具有足夠的(de)熱(re)容(rong)量(liang)(水阻(zu)(zu)液配(pei)(pei)制(zhi)方法:用蒸餾(liu)水加入適量(liang)硫酸銅(tong)配(pei)(pei)制(zhi)成(cheng)各(ge)種不同的(de)阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球間(jian)隙(xi)及保護電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓超過球間(jian)隙(xi)整(zheng)定(ding)值時(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品起到保護作(zuo)用。球間(jian)隙(xi)保護電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在(zai)工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中,低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常(chang)準(zhun)確的,其原因(yin)是由(you)于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗(kang),在(zai)這個漏(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)必然存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容(rong)升,使試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)(di)于(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反映出來的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)(suo)謂容(rong)升現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的漏(lou)抗(kang)必然存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準(zhun)確測量被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)所(suo)(suo)施(shi)加(jia)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常(chang)在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)操作注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)驗人員應做(zuo)好分工,明確相互間聯系方法。并(bing)有專門人監護現場(chang)**及觀察(cha)試(shi)品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品應先清掃干凈(jing),并**干燥,以免(mian)損(sun)壞被(bei)試品和試驗帶來的誤差。

3)對(dui)(dui)于(yu)大型試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan),一(yi)般(ban)都應先進行空(kong)升試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。即不接試(shi)(shi)品時(shi)升壓至試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓,校對(dui)(dui)各種(zhong)表計(ji),調整球(qiu)間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不能(neng)太快,并必須防(fang)止突(tu)(tu)然加壓(ya)。例(li)如調壓(ya)器不在(zai)零位時(shi)突(tu)(tu)然合閘(zha)。也(ye)不能(neng)突(tu)(tu)然切(qie)斷電源,一般應在(zai)調壓(ya)器降至零位時(shi)拉閘(zha)。

5)當電壓(ya)升至試驗電壓(ya)時,開始計(ji)時,到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗電壓(ya)以下時,才能拉(la)開電源。

6)在升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過(guo)程中,如發現下列不正(zheng)常(chang)情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源。停止試(shi)驗并查明原因:①電(dian)壓(ya)表指(zhi)針擺動(dong)很大;②發現絕緣燒(shao)焦(jiao)或冒煙(yan);③被試(shi)品內有不正(zheng)常(chang)的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗前后應測量絕緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣情況。

試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器在做被試品(pin)的直流耐(nai)壓(ya)或泄露試驗時接線(xian)原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此(ci)試(shi)驗應(ying)先抽(chou)出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗中限(xian)(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇(ze)在額(e)定輸出電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過高(gao)壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的試驗裝(zhuang)置中,限(xian)(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)。限(xian)(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻還應具有足夠的容(rong)量(liang)和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般選(xuan)擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的(de)電容(rong)量很大時,C1可(ke)省略不用。

泄露(lu)試驗(yan)的(de)操作及(ji)注意事項

1)試驗前應先檢查被試品是否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切對(dui)外連線是否擦干(gan)凈。要(yao)嚴防將試驗電(dian)壓(ya)加(jia)到有人工作(zuo)的部位上去。

2)接好試驗裝(zhuang)置的(de)接線后(hou),應復查無誤后(hou)才可加(jia)壓。應特別注意檢查高壓設備(bei)及引線與(yu)地(di)、與(yu)操作人(ren)員(yuan)的(de)**距(ju)離,被試品(pin)的(de)外殼是否可靠接地(di),要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定的(de)內容(rong)進行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量(liang)設備應(ying)緩(huan)慢升壓(ya),防(fang)止被試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安(an)表。必要(yao)時(shi)應(ying)分(fen)級加壓(ya),分(fen)別讀取各級電(dian)壓(ya)下微安(an)表的穩(wen)定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,應密切監(jian)視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微安(an)表,一旦發(fa)生擊穿(chuan)、閃爍(shuo)等異常現象應立即降壓,切斷電源,并查(cha)明(ming)原因,詳細記錄(lu)。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將被試品及試驗裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBYD-100KVA/100KV工頻交流試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您所進(jin)行的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)接(jie)好工作線路。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼以及操作系統(tong)的(de)外殼必須可靠接(jie)地(di)。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)繞組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)以及測量繞組的(de)F端必須可靠接(jie)地(di)。

2、做串級試驗(yan)時,**級、第三(san)級試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan),測量繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)F端(duan)以及高壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾(wei))均接本級試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼。**級、第三(san)級試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼必須通過絕(jue)緣支架接地。

3、接(jie)通電源前(qian),操作系統的調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)必(bi)須(xu)調(diao)到(dao)零位后方(fang)可(ke)接(jie)通電源,合閘,開始升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。

5、試驗完畢后,應在(zai)數秒內(nei)勻(yun)速(su)的將調壓器(qi)返回至(zhi)零位,然(ran)后切斷電源。

6、本產(chan)品不得超過(guo)額定(ding)參(can)數使用(yong)。除試(shi)驗必須外,決(jue)不允許全電(dian)(dian)壓通電(dian)(dian)或斷電(dian)(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發現以下不(bu)正常(chang)情況時,應立即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷電源,停止試驗并查(cha)明原因。

⑴電(dian)壓(ya)表(biao)指針(zhen)擺(bai)動(或數字跳動)很大

⑵電(dian)流表直(zhi)線上升

被(bei)試品內有不正常(chang)的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)力(li)閥(fa)及壓(ya)力(li)表(biao),為(wei)長期關閉狀態。每6個月開閥(fa)一(yi)次,以(yi)檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)力(li),應(ying)(ying)不(bu)小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)力(li)后立即關閉閥(fa)門(men)),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應(ying)(ying)加(jia)SF6氣體,以(yi)增加(jia)氣絕(jue)緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實(shi)驗前(qian)后應(ying)測(ce)量被試設備的絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情(qing)況。

10、當試驗變壓器(qi)長期不使(shi)用時,應放置于通風(feng)、干燥、無陽光直(zhi)射的地方。

11、該(gai)產品不允(yun)許在高于45℃的(de)溫度下長期(qi)存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中不得重(zhong)力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件(jian)及壓力閥、壓力表不得(de)擅自(zi)松動(dong)。

14、使用(yong)本(ben)產品做高壓(ya)(ya)試驗時,出熟悉(xi)本(ben)說明書外,還必須(xu)嚴(yan)格執行國家有(you)關標準(zhun)和操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)(ya)輸變設備(bei)的(de)絕(jue)緣配合(he),高壓(ya)(ya)試驗技(ji)術(shu)》;《電氣設備(bei)預防性試驗規程》等。

五、WBYD-100KVA/100KV工頻交流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗(yan)變壓器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定輸出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電(dian)壓較低時,k值可(ke)取高一些。

Ct——被試(shi)品的(de)電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率

被試設備(bei)的電容量Ct可(ke)由(you)交流(liu)電橋測出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備的類型(xing)而定。
