二、WBYD-100KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器采(cai)用單框(kuang)芯式(shi)鐵芯結構(gou),初級繞組繞在鐵芯上(shang),高壓繞組在外,這(zhe)種同軸(zhou)布置(zhi)減少了漏磁通,因而增(zeng)大了繞組間的耦合(he)。產品的外殼為圓柱(zhu)灌式(shi)容器結構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓力(li)。其結構(gou)見圖1:

三、WBYD-100KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器工作原理

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器為單相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器,聯結組(zu)(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為380V)電(dian)源(yuan)接(jie)入(ru) (為本公司生產的(de)(de)試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器配套專用(yong)設(she)備,詳細資(zi)料(liao)請(qing)見其(qi)具體使用(yong)說(shuo)明書)系(xi)列操作箱(xiang)(臺),經(jing)操作箱(xiang)內(nei)自(zi)偶調(diao)壓(ya)器(50kVA以(yi)上調(diao)壓(ya)器外(wai)附(fu))調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)初(chu)級(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu),根據電(dian)磁感應原(yuan)理,在試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)可獲得試驗(yan)所需的(de)(de)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)。

單(dan)臺YDQ系列(lie)交直流高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器的工作(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套(tao)管中(zhong)裝有(you)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆(dui),串接在高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回(hui)路中(zhong)作(zuo)半波整(zheng)流,以獲(huo)得直流高(gao)(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)。當(dang)用一(yi)短路桿(gan)將高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)短接時,可獲(huo)得工頻(pin)高(gao)(gao)(gao)電壓(ya),作(zuo)為交流輸出狀(zhuang)態;取消短路桿(gan)時,作(zuo)為直流輸出狀(zhuang)態。

試驗變壓器(qi)高(gao)壓套管中的高(gao)壓硅堆(dui)未畫(hua)出,其原理與上圖(tu)相同。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的額定容量來(lai)選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))。常(chang)用(yong)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管子(zi)長度可(ke)按150kV/m考(kao)慮,管子(zi)粗細應具有足夠的熱(re)容量(水阻(zu)液配制方法:用(yong)蒸(zheng)餾(liu)水加入適量硫酸(suan)銅配制成各(ge)種(zhong)不同的阻(zu)值(zhi))。

球間隙(xi)及保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓超(chao)過球間隙(xi)整(zheng)定值(zhi)時(shi)(一般取試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),對(dui)被試(shi)品起到保護(hu)作用。球間隙(xi)保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)選取。

在(zai)工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準確(que)的(de),其原因是由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang),在(zai)這個(ge)漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang)上(shang)(shang)必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升(sheng),使試(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映(ying)出來(lai)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時,被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容升(sheng)現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang)必然(ran)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)所施加的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來(lai)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗操作注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗人(ren)員(yuan)應做好分工,明(ming)確相互間聯系方法。并有(you)專(zhuan)門(men)人(ren)監(jian)護現場(chang)**及觀察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被(bei)(bei)試(shi)品應(ying)先清掃干凈,并(bing)**干燥,以免損壞被(bei)(bei)試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于(yu)大(da)型試驗(yan),一般都應先進行空升(sheng)試驗(yan)。即不(bu)接試品時(shi)升(sheng)壓至試驗(yan)電壓,校對各種表計,調(diao)整球間(jian)隙。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速度不(bu)能太快,并必須防止突然(ran)加壓(ya)(ya)。例如調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)不(bu)在(zai)零位(wei)時(shi)突然(ran)合閘。也不(bu)能突然(ran)切斷電(dian)源,一(yi)般應在(zai)調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)降至零位(wei)時(shi)拉(la)閘。

5)當電壓升至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓時(shi),開始(shi)計(ji)時(shi),到1min后,迅速降壓到1/3試(shi)驗(yan)電壓以下(xia)時(shi),才能拉開電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試驗過程(cheng)中,如(ru)發(fa)現下列不正(zheng)常情況時,應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源。停止試驗并查(cha)明原(yuan)因:①電壓(ya)表(biao)指(zhi)針(zhen)擺(bai)動很大(da);②發(fa)現絕緣(yuan)燒(shao)焦或(huo)冒(mao)煙;③被試品內有不正(zheng)常的聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗前(qian)后應測量絕(jue)緣電阻(zu),檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣情(qing)況。

試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器在做(zuo)被試(shi)品的直流耐(nai)壓(ya)或泄露(lu)試(shi)驗(yan)時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所(suo)示。

泄露試(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定(ding)輸出電(dian)壓時(shi)(shi),輸出端(duan)短路電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)不超過高壓硅堆(dui)(dui)的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)壓硅堆(dui)(dui)的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)為100mA時(shi)(shi)用于60kV的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)裝置中,限(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)還(huan)應具有(you)足(zu)夠的(de)容(rong)量和沿面放(fang)電(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容(rong)量(liang)很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注(zhu)意事項

1)試驗(yan)前(qian)應先(xian)檢查被試品是否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切對外連(lian)線(xian)是否擦干凈(jing)。要嚴防將試驗(yan)電(dian)壓加到有人工作的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好(hao)試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)的接(jie)線后,應(ying)復查(cha)無誤后才可加壓。應(ying)特別注(zhu)意檢(jian)查(cha)高壓設備及引線與(yu)地、與(yu)操作(zuo)人員的**距離,被試(shi)品的外(wai)殼是否可靠(kao)接(jie)地,要按**規程(cheng)中所規定的內容進(jin)行(xing)試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設(she)備應緩慢升壓(ya)(ya),防止被試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒(shao)壞微安表(biao)(biao)。必(bi)要時應分級加壓(ya)(ya),分別(bie)讀取各級電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)下微安表(biao)(biao)的穩(wen)定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,應(ying)密切(qie)(qie)監(jian)視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一旦發生(sheng)擊(ji)穿、閃爍等異常現象應(ying)立即(ji)降壓,切(qie)(qie)斷電源,并(bing)查(cha)明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗(yan)完(wan)畢,降壓,切斷電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)后(hou)應將被試品及試驗(yan)裝置本身充分放電(dian)(dian)。

1、按照您所進行的(de)(de)試驗接(jie)好(hao)工作(zuo)線(xian)路。試驗變壓器的(de)(de)外殼以及操(cao)作(zuo)系統的(de)(de)外殼必須可靠(kao)接(jie)地(di)。試驗變壓器高壓繞(rao)組的(de)(de)X端(高壓尾)以及測量繞(rao)組的(de)(de)F端必須可靠(kao)接(jie)地(di)。

2、做串(chuan)級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的低壓(ya)(ya)繞組的X端(duan),測量繞組的F端(duan)以(yi)及高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組的X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接本級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的外殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的外殼必須通過絕緣(yuan)支(zhi)架接地。

3、接通電源前,操作(zuo)系統的調壓器(qi)必須調到(dao)零位后方可接通電源,合(he)閘,開始升(sheng)壓。

4、從零開(kai)始均勻(yun)旋轉調壓器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓。升(sheng)(sheng)壓方法(fa)有:快速升(sheng)(sheng)壓法(fa),即20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓法(fa);慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓法(fa),即60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓法(fa);極慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓法(fa)供選用。電(dian)(dian)壓從零開(kai)始按一定的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓方式(shi)和速度上升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)(de)(de)額定試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓的(de)(de)(de)75%后,在以每秒(miao)2%額定試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓的(de)(de)(de)速度升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)(de)(de)額定電(dian)(dian)壓,并密(mi)切(qie)注意(yi)測量儀表的(de)(de)(de)指示(shi)以及(ji)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品的(de)(de)(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓過程(cheng)中或試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中如發現測量儀表的(de)(de)(de)指示(shi)及(ji)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品情況異常,應立即降(jiang)壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),查明情況。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應(ying)在數(shu)秒內(nei)勻速的將(jiang)調壓(ya)器返回至(zhi)零(ling)位,然后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產(chan)品不(bu)(bu)得超(chao)過額定參(can)數使用。除試驗必須(xu)外,決不(bu)(bu)允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程中,如發現以下不正常(chang)情況時,應(ying)立即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷電源,停止試(shi)驗并(bing)查明原因(yin)。

⑴電壓表指針(zhen)擺動(或數字跳動)很大

⑵電流(liu)表直線上升

被試品(pin)內有(you)不正常的(de)聲音

8、圖(tu)1中第9項系壓(ya)力(li)閥及壓(ya)力(li)表(biao),為長(chang)期(qi)關(guan)閉狀態。每6個月開(kai)閥一(yi)次,以(yi)檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)力(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)力(li)后立即關(guan)閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以(yi)增加氣絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實驗前(qian)后應測量被試設(she)備的(de)絕緣電阻(zu),檢(jian)查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變壓(ya)器長期不使用時(shi),應放(fang)置于通風、干(gan)燥、無(wu)陽光直射的地方。

11、該(gai)產品(pin)不允許(xu)在高于45℃的溫度下(xia)長期存放、使用(yong)、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中不得重力(li)沖(chong)擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,出熟悉本(ben)說明書外,還必須嚴格執行國家有關(guan)標準(zhun)和操(cao)作規(gui)程(cheng)。可參(can)照GB311-83《高壓(ya)(ya)輸變(bian)設備的絕(jue)緣配合,高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗技(ji)術》;《電氣設備預防(fang)性試(shi)驗規(gui)程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-100KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器容量選擇

標(biao)稱(cheng)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器容量Pn的確定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)額(e)定輸出(chu)高(gao)壓(ya)的(de)有效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標(biao)(biao)稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)(biao)稱電(dian)壓較低(di)時,k值可取(qu)高一些。

Ct——被(bei)試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源的頻率(lv)

被試設備的電容量(liang)Ct可由(you)交流電橋測出。Ct的變化很(hen)大,

可(ke)由設備(bei)的類型而定。
