二、WBYD-100KVA/100KV交流耐壓機產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器采(cai)用單(dan)框芯(xin)(xin)式鐵芯(xin)(xin)結構(gou),初(chu)級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯(xin)(xin)上,高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)在外,這種(zhong)同軸布置減少了漏磁(ci)通(tong),因而(er)增(zeng)大了繞(rao)組(zu)間的耦合。產品的外殼為圓柱(zhu)灌(guan)式容(rong)器結構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單相變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結(jie)組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)源接入 (為本公司生產的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套(tao)專用(yong)設備,詳細資料請(qing)見(jian)其具體(ti)使用(yong)說明書)系列操作箱(臺),經操作箱內(nei)自偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外(wai)附)調節至0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)初(chu)級繞組,根據(ju)電(dian)磁感(gan)應原理(li),在試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直流高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器的工作(zuo)(zuo)原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆(dui),串接(jie)在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回路(lu)中作(zuo)(zuo)半(ban)波(bo)整流,以(yi)獲(huo)得直流高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)。當用一短路(lu)桿將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)短接(jie)時,可獲(huo)得工頻高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya),作(zuo)(zuo)為交(jiao)流輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)狀態;取消短路(lu)桿時,作(zuo)(zuo)為直流輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)狀態。

注:高壓尾必須(xu)可(ke)靠接地

工頻耐(nai)壓試驗中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據試驗變壓器的額定容(rong)量來選擇。如高壓側額定輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)在100~300mA時,可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓);高壓側額定輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)為1A以上時,可取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓)。常用水電(dian)阻(zu)作為限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu),管子(zi)長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子(zi)粗(cu)細應具有足夠的熱容(rong)量(水阻(zu)液(ye)配(pei)制方法:用蒸餾水加入適(shi)量硫酸銅配(pei)制成(cheng)各種不同的阻(zu)值)。

球間隙及保(bao)護(hu)電阻:當電壓超過球間隙整定值時(shi)(一般(ban)取試驗電壓的110%~120%),球間隙放電,對被試品起(qi)到保(bao)護(hu)作用。球間隙保(bao)護(hu)電阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電壓)選取。

在(zai)(zai)工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中(zhong),低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是(shi)(shi)非常(chang)準(zhun)確(que)的(de),其原因是(shi)(shi)由(you)于試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗(kang),在(zai)(zai)這個漏(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)必然存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容(rong)升,使試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或高于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出來(lai)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時,被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)所(suo)謂(wei)容(rong)升現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時,試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)必然存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準(zhun)確(que)測量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所(suo)施加(jia)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此(ci)常(chang)在(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工(gong)頻耐壓試驗操(cao)作注意事(shi)項

1)試驗(yan)人員(yuan)應做好分(fen)工,明確相互(hu)間聯系(xi)方法。并有專門人監護現場**及觀(guan)察(cha)試品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品應先(xian)清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損(sun)壞被試(shi)品和(he)試(shi)驗帶來的誤(wu)差。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)(shi)驗,一(yi)般都(dou)應先進行空升試(shi)(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)(shi)品時(shi)升壓至試(shi)(shi)驗電壓,校對(dui)各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓速(su)度不能太快(kuai),并必須防止突(tu)然(ran)加壓。例如調壓器不在零位(wei)時突(tu)然(ran)合閘。也不能突(tu)然(ran)切斷電源,一般(ban)應在調壓器降至(zhi)零位(wei)時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升至(zhi)試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi),到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)以下時(shi),才能拉開(kai)電(dian)(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發現(xian)下列不(bu)正常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源。停止試驗并查明原因:①電(dian)壓(ya)表(biao)指針擺動很大;②發現(xian)絕緣(yuan)燒焦或冒煙;③被(bei)試品內(nei)有不(bu)正常的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗前后應測(ce)量(liang)絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情(qing)況。

試(shi)驗變壓器在做(zuo)被試(shi)品的(de)直(zhi)流耐(nai)壓或泄(xie)露試(shi)驗時(shi)接(jie)線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先(xian)抽出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖6中所示(shi)。

泄露試(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1選(xuan)擇(ze)在額(e)定輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過(guo)高壓硅堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于(yu)60kV的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)裝置中,限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)還應(ying)具有足夠的(de)容(rong)量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓(ya)濾(lv)波電容C1一般(ban)選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試(shi)品的電容量很大(da)時,C1可省略不用(yong)。

泄露試驗的操(cao)作及注意事項(xiang)

1)試驗前應先檢查被試品是(shi)否停電(dian),接地(di)放電(dian),一切對外連線是(shi)否擦干凈。要(yao)嚴(yan)防將試驗電(dian)壓(ya)加到有人工作的(de)部(bu)位上去。

2)接好試驗裝置的接線(xian)后,應(ying)復查無(wu)誤后才可加壓。應(ying)特別(bie)注意檢查高(gao)壓設(she)備及引線(xian)與地、與操作(zuo)人員的**距離,被試品的外殼(ke)是(shi)否可靠接地,要按**規程中所(suo)規定的內容進行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設備應緩慢升(sheng)壓(ya),防止被試品的(de)(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微(wei)(wei)安表(biao)。必要時應分級(ji)加壓(ya),分別讀取(qu)各(ge)級(ji)電(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)(wei)安表(biao)的(de)(de)穩定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應密(mi)切監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置、微(wei)安表,一旦(dan)發生擊穿、閃爍等異(yi)常(chang)現象(xiang)應立即降(jiang)壓,切斷電源,并(bing)查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將被試(shi)品及(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)裝置本身充(chong)分放電。

四、WBYD-100KVA/100KV交流耐壓機注意事項

1、按(an)照(zhao)您所進行(xing)的試(shi)驗接好工作(zuo)線路。試(shi)驗變壓器的外殼以及(ji)操作(zuo)系統的外殼必須(xu)可(ke)靠(kao)接地(di)。試(shi)驗變壓器高壓繞組的X端(高壓尾)以及(ji)測(ce)量繞組的F端必須(xu)可(ke)靠(kao)接地(di)。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的低壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的X端,測量繞(rao)組(zu)的F端以(yi)及高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾(wei))均接本(ben)級(ji)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的外殼。**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的外殼必須通過絕(jue)緣支架接地。

3、接(jie)通電源前,操作(zuo)系統的調壓器(qi)必須調到(dao)零位后方可接(jie)通電源,合閘(zha),開始升壓。

4、從零開(kai)始(shi)均(jun)勻旋轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);慢速(su)(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);極(ji)慢速(su)(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開(kai)始(shi)按一定的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速(su)(su)(su)度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所(suo)需的(de)(de)額(e)定試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后(hou),在以每秒(miao)2%額(e)定試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)(su)(su)度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所(suo)需的(de)(de)額(e)定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)(qie)注意測量儀表(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)指示以及被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中或試(shi)驗過(guo)程中如發(fa)現(xian)測量儀表(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)指示及被試(shi)品(pin)情況異常,應立即降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)(qie)斷電(dian)源,查明情況。

5、試驗完(wan)畢后(hou),應在數秒內(nei)勻速(su)的將(jiang)調壓器(qi)返回至(zhi)零位,然后(hou)切(qie)斷電源。

6、本產(chan)品不得超過額(e)定(ding)參數使(shi)用。除試驗(yan)必須外,決(jue)不允許全電(dian)壓(ya)通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再(zai)升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如發(fa)現以下不(bu)正常(chang)情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源(yuan),停止試(shi)驗(yan)并查(cha)明(ming)原因。

⑴電壓表(biao)指針擺動(或數(shu)字跳動)很大

⑵電流表直線(xian)上升

被試(shi)品(pin)內有不正常(chang)的(de)聲音

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)閥及壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表,為長期關閉(bi)狀態。每6個月開(kai)閥一次,以(yi)檢查SF6壓(ya)(ya)力(li),應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)(ya)力(li)后立即(ji)關閉(bi)閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以(yi)增加氣絕緣。

9、耐(nai)壓(ya)實驗前(qian)后應測(ce)量被試設備的絕(jue)緣電阻(zu),檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)長期不使用(yong)時,應放置于通風、干燥、無(wu)陽光直(zhi)射的地(di)方。

11、該產品不允(yun)許在高(gao)于45℃的溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬(ban)運(yun)途中不得(de)重(zhong)力沖擊。

13、產(chan)品緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本產品(pin)做高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗時(shi),出熟悉本說明(ming)書外,還必(bi)須嚴(yan)格執行國家有關標準(zhun)和操作規(gui)程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變(bian)設備(bei)的絕緣配合(he),高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗技(ji)術》;《電氣設備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗規(gui)程(cheng)》等(deng)。

五、WBYD-100KVA/100KV交流耐壓機容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器容量Pn的確定公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱(cheng)試(shi)驗變壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)額定輸出高壓的(de)有效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數(shu)。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)較低(di)時,k值可取高一些。
