二、WBYD-100KVA/100KV試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)采(cai)用(yong)單框芯式鐵(tie)芯結(jie)構,初級(ji)繞(rao)(rao)組繞(rao)(rao)在鐵(tie)芯上,高壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組在外,這種同軸布置減少了(le)漏磁通,因而增大了(le)繞(rao)(rao)組間的(de)耦合(he)。產品的(de)外殼為圓(yuan)柱灌(guan)式容器(qi)結(jie)構,能耐受(shou)0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為單相(xiang)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)源接入 (為本公司(si)生產(chan)的試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套專用(yong)(yong)設備,詳(xiang)細資(zi)料請見(jian)其具體(ti)使用(yong)(yong)說明書)系列(lie)操作箱(臺),經操作箱內(nei)自(zi)偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初級繞(rao)組,根(gen)據電(dian)磁感應原(yuan)理,在試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組可獲(huo)得試(shi)驗所(suo)需的高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

工頻耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據(ju)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器的額定(ding)容量(liang)來(lai)選擇(ze)。如高(gao)壓側額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓);高(gao)壓側額定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)為1A以上時(shi),可取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓)。常用水電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子長(chang)度可按150kV/m考慮(lv),管子粗細應具(ju)有足(zu)夠的熱容量(liang)(水阻(zu)(zu)液配制方法:用蒸餾水加入適量(liang)硫酸銅(tong)配制成各種不同(tong)的阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)及保護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)超(chao)過(guo)球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(一般取試驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian),對被試品起到保護作用。球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保護電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表(biao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))不是非常準確(que)的(de)(de),其原因(yin)是由于試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存(cun)(cun)在著(zhu)漏抗(kang)(kang),在這個漏抗(kang)(kang)上(shang)(shang)必然存(cun)(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降或容升,使試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低于或高(gao)于低壓(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)(shang)反(fan)映出(chu)來的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是所謂容升現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)漏抗(kang)(kang)必然存(cun)(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測(ce)量被(bei)試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)所施(shi)加的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(見圖(tu)5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)驗人員應做好分工,明確相互間聯系(xi)方法。并有專門人監護現(xian)場**及觀(guan)察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品應先(xian)清掃干凈(jing),并**干燥,以免損壞被(bei)試品和試驗帶(dai)來的誤差(cha)。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)驗(yan),一般都(dou)應先進行空升試(shi)驗(yan)。即不接(jie)試(shi)品時升壓(ya)(ya)至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya),校(xiao)對(dui)各種表計,調(diao)整球間隙。

4)升壓速度不能太快,并必須防止突然加(jia)壓。例如調壓器(qi)不在零(ling)位時突然合閘(zha)。也不能突然切斷電源,一(yi)般應在調壓器(qi)降至零(ling)位時拉閘(zha)。

5)當電壓升至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓時(shi),開始計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗(yan)電壓以下時(shi),才能拉(la)開電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如發現(xian)下列不正常情(qing)況(kuang)時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源(yuan)。停止試(shi)驗(yan)并查(cha)明原因:①電壓(ya)表(biao)指(zhi)針擺動很大(da);②發現(xian)絕緣燒焦(jiao)或冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不正常的聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)前后(hou)應測量(liang)絕(jue)緣電阻,檢(jian)查(cha)絕(jue)緣情況。

試驗(yan)變壓器在做(zuo)被試品的直流(liu)耐壓或泄(xie)露(lu)試驗(yan)時接線原理(li)圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短(duan)路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗(yan)(yan)中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1選(xuan)擇(ze)(ze)在額定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),輸(shu)出端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不(bu)超過高壓(ya)硅堆的*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的試驗(yan)(yan)裝置(zhi)中,限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)(ze)。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻還應具(ju)有(you)足夠(gou)的容(rong)量和沿(yan)面放電(dian)(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾波電容C1一般選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容量(liang)很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露(lu)試驗的操作及注(zhu)意事項

1)試驗前應先檢查被試品是(shi)否停(ting)電(dian),接地(di)放(fang)電(dian),一切對(dui)外連線(xian)是(shi)否擦(ca)干凈。要嚴防將試驗電(dian)壓(ya)加到有人工作的部位上去(qu)。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置的(de)接(jie)線(xian)后(hou),應(ying)復查無誤后(hou)才可(ke)加(jia)壓。應(ying)特別(bie)注意檢查高壓設備及引線(xian)與(yu)地(di)、與(yu)操作人員的(de)**距離,被試(shi)品的(de)外殼是否可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di),要按**規程中(zhong)所(suo)規定的(de)內容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于(yu)大(da)電(dian)(dian)容量(liang)設備應緩(huan)慢升(sheng)壓,防(fang)止被試品的充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微安(an)表。必要時應分(fen)級加壓,分(fen)別讀取各級電(dian)(dian)壓下微安(an)表的穩定(ding)讀數。

4)試驗過程中,應密切監視被(bei)試品、試驗裝置、微安(an)表,一旦發生擊(ji)穿、閃爍等(deng)異(yi)常現象應立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗(yan)完畢,降壓(ya),切斷電源后應將被試品(pin)及(ji)試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)本身充分放電。

四、WBYD-100KVA/100KV試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您(nin)所(suo)進行的(de)試驗(yan)(yan)接(jie)好工作(zuo)(zuo)線路。試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼以及(ji)操作(zuo)(zuo)系(xi)統的(de)外殼必須可(ke)靠(kao)(kao)接(jie)地。試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾(wei))以及(ji)測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端必須可(ke)靠(kao)(kao)接(jie)地。

2、做串級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,**級、第三級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)X端,測(ce)量(liang)繞組的(de)F端以及高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均接本(ben)級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)外殼。**級、第三級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)外殼必須通過絕緣支架(jia)接地。

3、接(jie)通電源(yuan)前,操作系統的調(diao)壓器必須調(diao)到零位后方可接(jie)通電源(yuan),合閘,開(kai)始升壓。

4、從零開(kai)始均勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極(ji)慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開(kai)始按一定(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速度上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的(de)額(e)定(ding)(ding)(ding)試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以(yi)(yi)每秒(miao)2%額(e)定(ding)(ding)(ding)試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速度升(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的(de)額(e)定(ding)(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注意(yi)測量儀表(biao)的(de)指示以(yi)(yi)及被試品的(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)(guo)程中或試驗過(guo)(guo)程中如發現測量儀表(biao)的(de)指示及被試品情(qing)況異常(chang),應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)(dian)源,查(cha)明情(qing)況。

5、試驗(yan)完畢后,應(ying)在數(shu)秒內勻(yun)速的將調壓器返回至(zhi)零位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產品不得(de)超過額定(ding)參數使用(yong)。除試驗必(bi)須(xu)外,決不允(yun)許全電(dian)壓(ya)通電(dian)或(huo)斷電(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發現以(yi)下不正常情況時,應立(li)即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源,停止(zhi)試驗并查(cha)明原因。

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)力(li)閥及壓(ya)力(li)表(biao),為長期(qi)關閉狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)力(li),應(ying)不(bu)小于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)力(li)后立即關閉閥門),低(di)于0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣體(ti),以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前(qian)后應測量(liang)被(bei)試設備的絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變壓器(qi)長期不使用時(shi),應放置于通風、干燥、無陽光直(zhi)射的(de)地(di)方。

11、該產(chan)品不允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期存(cun)放、使(shi)用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重(zhong)力沖擊。

13、產品緊(jin)固件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表(biao)不得擅(shan)自松動。

14、使用本產品(pin)做高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟悉本說明書外,還必須(xu)嚴格(ge)執行國家有(you)關標準和操作規程。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設備的絕緣配合(he),高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)技術(shu)》;《電(dian)氣設備預防性試(shi)驗(yan)規程》等。

五、WBYD-100KVA/100KV試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定(ding)公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗(yan)變壓器容(rong)量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)額定輸出高壓(ya)的(de)(de)有效(xiao)值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數(shu)。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓較低時,k值(zhi)可(ke)取(qu)高一(yi)些。

Ct——被試品的電(dian)容量(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源(yuan)的頻率

被試設備的電容量Ct可由交(jiao)流電橋測出。Ct的變化很大(da),

可(ke)由設備的類(lei)型而(er)定。
