二、WBYD-75KVA/100KV交直流試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高壓試驗變壓器采用單框芯(xin)式(shi)鐵芯(xin)結(jie)構(gou),初級(ji)繞(rao)組繞(rao)在鐵芯(xin)上,高壓繞(rao)組在外,這種同軸布(bu)置減(jian)少了漏(lou)磁通,因而增大了繞(rao)組間的耦(ou)合。產品的外殼(ke)為圓柱灌式(shi)容(rong)器結(jie)構(gou),能(neng)耐受(shou)0.8MPa以上壓力。其結(jie)構(gou)見(jian)圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器為(wei)(wei)單(dan)相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器,聯結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)(wei)380V)電(dian)源接入 (為(wei)(wei)本公司生產(chan)的(de)試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器配套專用設備,詳細資料(liao)請見其具體使用說(shuo)明書)系(xi)列操(cao)作箱(臺),經操(cao)作箱內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器外附)調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出至YDQ試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)初(chu)級繞(rao)(rao)組(zu),根據(ju)電(dian)磁感(gan)應原理,在試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)可獲(huo)得試驗所需的(de)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直流(liu)(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器的工(gong)作(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)壓(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆(dui),串接(jie)在高(gao)壓(ya)回路中作(zuo)半波整流(liu)(liu),以獲得直流(liu)(liu)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)。當用(yong)一(yi)短(duan)(duan)路桿將(jiang)高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)短(duan)(duan)接(jie)時,可獲得工(gong)頻高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya),作(zuo)為交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)輸出(chu)狀態(tai);取消短(duan)(duan)路桿時,作(zuo)為直流(liu)(liu)輸出(chu)狀態(tai)。

工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗中限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據(ju)試驗變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)額定(ding)(ding)容(rong)量來選(xuan)擇。如高壓(ya)側(ce)額定(ding)(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)流(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側(ce)額定(ding)(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))。常(chang)用水電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作(zuo)為限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管(guan)子(zi)長度可按150kV/m考慮(lv),管(guan)子(zi)粗細應具(ju)有足夠的(de)(de)熱(re)容(rong)量(水阻(zu)(zu)液(ye)配(pei)制(zhi)方法:用蒸(zheng)餾水加入適量硫酸銅配(pei)制(zhi)成各(ge)種不同(tong)的(de)(de)阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi))。

球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙及(ji)保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙整(zheng)定值(zhi)時(一(yi)般取(qu)試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙放電(dian)(dian),對被試品起到保護(hu)作用(yong)。球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選取(qu)。

在(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中(zhong),低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非(fei)常準(zhun)確的(de)(de),其原(yuan)因是由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏抗,在(zai)這個(ge)漏抗上必然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反映(ying)出(chu)來(lai)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時(shi)(shi),被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容升(sheng)現象(xiang)。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時(shi)(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)漏抗必然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準(zhun)確測量(liang)(liang)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上所施(shi)加(jia)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來(lai)測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工(gong)頻耐壓試驗操作(zuo)注意事項

1)試驗人(ren)(ren)員應(ying)做好分工,明確相互間聯系方法。并有專(zhuan)門(men)人(ren)(ren)監護(hu)現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品(pin)應先(xian)清掃干(gan)凈(jing),并**干(gan)燥,以免損壞(huai)被(bei)試品(pin)和試驗帶來的誤差(cha)。

3)對于大(da)型試(shi)驗(yan)(yan),一般都應先進行空(kong)升(sheng)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。即不接試(shi)品時升(sheng)壓至試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓,校對各(ge)種表計(ji),調(diao)整球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓(ya)速(su)度不能太快(kuai),并必須防(fang)止(zhi)突然加壓(ya)。例如(ru)調(diao)壓(ya)器不在(zai)零位(wei)(wei)時突然合(he)閘。也不能突然切斷電源,一般應在(zai)調(diao)壓(ya)器降至(zhi)零位(wei)(wei)時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升(sheng)至試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi),到1min后,迅速(su)降壓(ya)到1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)以下時(shi),才(cai)能拉開(kai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源。

6)在(zai)升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程中,如發(fa)現下列(lie)不(bu)(bu)正(zheng)常情況時,應立即(ji)降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源。停止試(shi)驗并(bing)查明(ming)原(yuan)因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺動很大;②發(fa)現絕緣燒焦(jiao)或(huo)冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不(bu)(bu)正(zheng)常的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量(liang)絕緣電(dian)阻,檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器在做被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)直流耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)或泄(xie)露試(shi)驗(yan)時接線原理(li)圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注(zhu):此試驗應(ying)先抽出短路(lu)桿“D”,圖6中所示(shi)。

泄露試驗中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇在額(e)定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時,輸出(chu)端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過(guo)高壓硅堆的*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的試驗裝置(zhi)中,限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻還應具有足夠的容量和沿面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離(li)。

高壓濾波電容C1一般(ban)選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的電容量很大時,C1可省(sheng)略不用。

泄露(lu)試驗(yan)的操作及注意事項

1)試驗前應先檢查(cha)被試品(pin)是(shi)否停電(dian)(dian),接地放電(dian)(dian),一切對外(wai)連線是(shi)否擦干凈。要嚴防(fang)將試驗電(dian)(dian)壓加到(dao)有人工作(zuo)的部位上去。

2)接好試驗裝置的(de)接線(xian)后,應復查無誤后才(cai)可加壓。應特別注(zhu)意檢查高壓設備(bei)及引線(xian)與地、與操(cao)作(zuo)人員的(de)**距離(li),被試品的(de)外殼是否(fou)可靠接地,要按**規程中(zhong)所規定(ding)的(de)內容進行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量(liang)設備應緩慢升壓(ya),防止(zhi)被試(shi)品的充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞(huai)微安表。必要(yao)時應分級加壓(ya),分別讀取各級電(dian)壓(ya)下微安表的穩定讀數(shu)。

4)試驗過程中,應密切監視被試品、試驗裝置(zhi)、微安(an)表(biao),一旦發(fa)生(sheng)擊穿(chuan)、閃爍(shuo)等異常現(xian)象應立(li)即降(jiang)壓,切斷電源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完(wan)畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBYD-75KVA/100KV交直流試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所(suo)進行的試驗接(jie)好工作線路。試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的外殼以及操作系統的外殼必須可靠接(jie)地。試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)繞組(zu)的X端(高壓(ya)尾)以及測量繞組(zu)的F端必須可靠接(jie)地。

2、做串級試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,**級、第三級試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)繞組的(de)X端,測量繞組的(de)F端以及高(gao)壓(ya)繞組的(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)均接本級試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼(ke)。**級、第三級試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼(ke)必須通過絕緣(yuan)支(zhi)架接地。

3、接(jie)通電源前,操作(zuo)系統的調壓器必須調到零位(wei)后(hou)方可接(jie)通電源,合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零開始均勻旋轉調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快(kuai)速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用(yong)。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從零開始按一定(ding)的升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速度(du)上升(sheng)到您所需的額定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的75%后,在以(yi)每秒2%額定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的速度(du)升(sheng)到您所需的額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密切注(zhu)意測量儀(yi)(yi)表的指示(shi)以(yi)及被試(shi)品的情(qing)況。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中或試(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程中如發現測量儀(yi)(yi)表的指示(shi)及被試(shi)品情(qing)況異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)源,查(cha)明情(qing)況。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒(miao)內(nei)勻速的(de)將調壓器返回至零(ling)位,然后切(qie)斷電源。

6、本產(chan)品不(bu)得超(chao)過額定參數使(shi)用。除試(shi)驗必(bi)須外,決不(bu)允(yun)許全(quan)電(dian)壓(ya)通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如發現以下不(bu)正常情況時,應(ying)立即降壓(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電源,停止試驗(yan)并查明原(yuan)因。

⑴電壓表指(zhi)針擺動(或數(shu)字跳動)很大

⑵電(dian)流表直線上升(sheng)

被(bei)試品內(nei)有不(bu)正常的聲(sheng)音

8、圖1中第9項系壓力閥及壓力表,為長期關閉狀態。每(mei)6個月開閥一次,以檢查SF6壓力,應(ying)不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓力后立即關閉閥門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應(ying)加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以增加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實(shi)驗前后應(ying)測(ce)量被(bei)試設備的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情(qing)況。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓器長期(qi)不使(shi)用時,應放置于通風、干燥(zao)、無(wu)陽光直射的地方。

11、該產品不允許在(zai)高(gao)于45℃的溫(wen)度下長期存(cun)放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬運途中(zhong)不(bu)得重(zhong)力(li)沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊(jin)固(gu)件(jian)及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅(shan)自松動。

14、使(shi)用本(ben)(ben)產品做高壓(ya)試驗(yan)時,出熟悉本(ben)(ben)說明(ming)書外,還必須嚴格(ge)執行(xing)國家有關(guan)標準和(he)操作(zuo)規(gui)程。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設備的(de)絕(jue)緣配合,高壓(ya)試驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設備預防性試驗(yan)規(gui)程》等。

五、WBYD-75KVA/100KV交直流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容量(liang)Pn的確(que)定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器(qi)的額定輸(shu)出高(gao)壓的有效值(zhi)(kV)

k&nbsp;——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓較(jiao)低時,k值可取(qu)高一些。

Ct——被試(shi)品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電源的頻(pin)率

被試設備的電容(rong)量(liang)Ct可由交(jiao)流(liu)電橋(qiao)測出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備(bei)的類型而定。
