二、WBYD-75KVA/100KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器(qi)采用(yong)單框(kuang)芯(xin)(xin)式鐵(tie)芯(xin)(xin)結構,初(chu)級繞(rao)組繞(rao)在鐵(tie)芯(xin)(xin)上,高壓繞(rao)組在外(wai),這種同軸布置減少了(le)漏(lou)磁(ci)通,因(yin)而增大(da)了(le)繞(rao)組間的耦合。產品(pin)的外(wai)殼(ke)為圓柱灌式容器(qi)結構,能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上壓力。其結構見圖(tu)1:

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為單(dan)相(xiang)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)源接入 (為本公司(si)生產的(de)(de)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套(tao)專(zhuan)用(yong)設備(bei),詳細資(zi)料請見其(qi)具體使用(yong)說明書(shu))系列(lie)操作(zuo)箱(臺),經操作(zuo)箱內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)初級繞組(zu),根據電(dian)磁感應原(yuan)理,在試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)可(ke)獲(huo)得試(shi)驗所需的(de)(de)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列(lie)交(jiao)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套(tao)管中裝有(you)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路中作(zuo)(zuo)半波整(zheng)流,以獲得直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當用一短路桿將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆短接時,可獲得工頻高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)(zuo)為交(jiao)流輸出(chu)狀態;取消(xiao)短路桿時,作(zuo)(zuo)為直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流輸出(chu)狀態。

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中限(xian)流電(dian)阻R1應根據試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)額定(ding)容(rong)量來選擇(ze)。如高壓(ya)側(ce)額定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)流在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側(ce)額定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)流為1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya))。常用水(shui)電(dian)阻作為限(xian)流電(dian)阻,管子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考(kao)慮(lv),管子粗(cu)細應具有足夠的(de)熱容(rong)量(水(shui)阻液配(pei)(pei)制(zhi)方法:用蒸餾水(shui)加入適量硫酸銅(tong)配(pei)(pei)制(zhi)成(cheng)各(ge)種不(bu)同的(de)阻值)。

球間(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻:當(dang)電(dian)(dian)壓超(chao)過球間(jian)隙(xi)整(zheng)定值(zhi)時(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品(pin)起(qi)到保(bao)護(hu)作用。球間(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在(zai)工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)非常準確的(de),其原因(yin)是(shi)(shi)(shi)由于試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)抗,在(zai)這個漏(lou)抗上(shang)(shang)必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容(rong)升,使(shi)試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或(huo)高于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)(shang)反映出(chu)(chu)來的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)(shi)(shi)所(suo)謂容(rong)升現象(xiang)。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏(lou)抗必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了準確測量(liang)被試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)所(suo)施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)接入FRC阻(zu)容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作(zuo)注意事(shi)項

1)試驗人員應做好(hao)分工,明確相互間聯系方法。并有(you)專門人監護現場(chang)**及觀察試品(pin)狀態。

2)被(bei)(bei)試(shi)品(pin)(pin)應先清掃干凈,并(bing)**干燥,以免(mian)損(sun)壞被(bei)(bei)試(shi)品(pin)(pin)和試(shi)驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗(yan),一般都應(ying)先進行(xing)空升(sheng)試(shi)驗(yan)。即(ji)不(bu)接(jie)試(shi)品時升(sheng)壓至(zhi)試(shi)驗(yan)電壓,校(xiao)對各種(zhong)表計,調整球間隙。

4)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)速(su)度(du)不(bu)(bu)能太快,并必須防(fang)止突(tu)然加壓(ya)(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)不(bu)(bu)在零(ling)(ling)位時突(tu)然合閘。也不(bu)(bu)能突(tu)然切(qie)斷電(dian)源,一般應(ying)在調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)降至(zhi)零(ling)(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升至(zhi)試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,開(kai)(kai)始計(ji)時,到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)以下時,才能拉開(kai)(kai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如發現(xian)下列不正(zheng)常情況時,應立(li)即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源。停止試驗(yan)并查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺動很大(da);②發現(xian)絕緣燒焦(jiao)或(huo)冒煙(yan);③被試品內有不正(zheng)常的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗前(qian)后(hou)應測量絕緣電阻(zu),檢查(cha)絕緣情況。

試(shi)驗變壓器在做被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)的直(zhi)流耐壓或泄露試(shi)驗時接線(xian)原(yuan)理圖如圖6。

注(zhu):此(ci)試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所(suo)示(shi)。

泄露試驗中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸(shu)出電(dian)壓時,輸(shu)出端短路電(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓硅堆(dui)的*大(da)整流(liu)。如電(dian)壓硅堆(dui)的*大(da)整流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為(wei)100mA時用于(yu)60kV的試驗裝置中,限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)還應具有(you)足(zu)夠的容量和沿面放電(dian)距離。

高(gao)壓(ya)濾波電(dian)(dian)容(rong)C1一(yi)般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品的電(dian)(dian)容(rong)量很大時,C1可(ke)省略(lve)不用。

泄露試(shi)驗(yan)的操作及注意事項

1)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)前(qian)應先檢查被試(shi)(shi)品是(shi)否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切對外連線是(shi)否擦干凈。要(yao)嚴(yan)防將試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)加到有人工作的部位上(shang)去。

2)接(jie)好試驗裝(zhuang)置的(de)接(jie)線(xian)后(hou),應(ying)復查(cha)無(wu)誤后(hou)才(cai)可加壓。應(ying)特別注(zhu)意檢(jian)查(cha)高壓設備及引線(xian)與(yu)地(di)、與(yu)操(cao)作人(ren)員的(de)**距(ju)離,被(bei)試品的(de)外殼是否可靠接(jie)地(di),要按**規(gui)程中所(suo)規(gui)定的(de)內(nei)容(rong)進行(xing)試驗。

3)對于(yu)大電(dian)容(rong)量設備(bei)應緩慢升壓(ya)(ya),防止(zhi)被試品(pin)的充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)燒壞微安表。必要(yao)時應分(fen)級加壓(ya)(ya),分(fen)別讀(du)取各級電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)下微安表的穩定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應(ying)(ying)密切監視被試(shi)品(pin)、試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿(chuan)、閃爍等異常(chang)現象應(ying)(ying)立即降壓,切斷(duan)電源(yuan),并(bing)查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗完畢,降壓,切斷(duan)電源后應將被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品及試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBYD-75KVA/100KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按(an)照您所(suo)進行的(de)試(shi)驗接好工(gong)作線路。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼以及操作系統的(de)外殼必(bi)須可(ke)靠接地。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)以及測量(liang)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端必(bi)須可(ke)靠接地。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)低壓繞組的(de)(de)X端,測量繞組的(de)(de)F端以(yi)及(ji)高(gao)壓繞組的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓尾(wei))均(jun)接(jie)本級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)外殼(ke)。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)外殼(ke)必(bi)須通過絕緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)通電源前,操(cao)作系統的調壓器必須調到零位后(hou)方可接(jie)通電源,合閘,開始升壓。

5、試(shi)驗完畢后,應在數秒內勻(yun)速的將調(diao)壓器返回至零位,然后切斷電源。

6、本(ben)產品不得超過額定參數使用。除試驗必須外,決不允許(xu)全電壓通(tong)電或斷(duan)電。

7、再升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過程中(zhong),如發(fa)現以下不正常情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源,停止試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)并查明原因。

⑴電壓(ya)表指(zhi)針擺動(dong)(或數字跳動(dong))很大

⑵電流(liu)表直線上升

被試品內有不正常的(de)聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓力(li)(li)閥(fa)(fa)及壓力(li)(li)表,為長期(qi)關閉(bi)狀態(tai)。每6個月開閥(fa)(fa)一次,以檢查SF6壓力(li)(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓力(li)(li)后立即關閉(bi)閥(fa)(fa)門),低(di)于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣(qi)體,以增加氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實(shi)驗前后應測量被(bei)試設備(bei)的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長(chang)期不使用時,應放置于通風、干燥、無陽光(guang)直射(she)的地方。

11、該產品不(bu)允(yun)許在高于45℃的溫(wen)度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途(tu)中不得重(zhong)力沖(chong)擊(ji)。

13、產品緊(jin)固件(jian)及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自(zi)松動。

14、使用本產品做(zuo)高(gao)壓試(shi)驗時(shi),出熟(shu)悉本說(shuo)明書外,還必須嚴格執行國家(jia)有關標準(zhun)和(he)操(cao)作規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設(she)(she)備(bei)的絕緣配(pei)合,高(gao)壓試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣設(she)(she)備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-75KVA/100KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容(rong)量(liang)Pn的確定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變壓器的(de)額定輸出高(gao)壓的(de)有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較(jiao)低時,k值(zhi)可取高一些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電源(yuan)的(de)頻率

被試設備的(de)電容量Ct可由交流(liu)電橋測出。Ct的(de)變化很大,

可由(you)設備的類型而(er)定。
