二、WBYD-75KVA/100KV交流耐壓機產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)(lie)高壓試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)為(wei)單(dan)相變(bian)壓器(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)(yong)工頻(pin)220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電源接(jie)入 (為(wei)本公司生產的試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)配套專用(yong)(yong)設備,詳細資料請見其具體使用(yong)(yong)說明書)系列(lie)(lie)操作箱(xiang)(臺),經操作箱(xiang)內自偶調(diao)壓器(qi)(50kVA以上調(diao)壓器(qi)外附)調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓輸出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)的初級繞組,根據電磁感應原理,在試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)高壓繞組可獲得試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所需的高電壓。

注:高(gao)壓(ya)尾必須可(ke)靠接地

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中限流電(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)額定容(rong)量(liang)來(lai)選擇。如(ru)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸出(chu)電(dian)流在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸出(chu)電(dian)流為1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))。常用水電(dian)阻(zu)作為限流電(dian)阻(zu),管(guan)子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細應具(ju)有足夠(gou)的(de)熱容(rong)量(liang)(水阻(zu)液配(pei)制方法:用蒸(zheng)餾(liu)水加入適量(liang)硫酸銅配(pei)制成各(ge)種不(bu)同的(de)阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)及保護(hu)電(dian)阻(zu):當(dang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)超過球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(一般取(qu)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian),對被試品起到保護(hu)作用。球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保護(hu)電(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))選取(qu)。

在(zai)工頻(pin)(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準(zhun)確的(de),其(qi)原因(yin)(yin)是由(you)于(yu)試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在(zai)著漏抗(kang),在(zai)這個(ge)漏抗(kang)上必然存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容(rong)升(sheng),使試(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反(fan)映(ying)出(chu)來(lai)(lai)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,被試(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容(rong)升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)漏抗(kang)必然存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準(zhun)確測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)被試(shi)品上所施加(jia)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)(yin)此常在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器來(lai)(lai)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓試驗(yan)操(cao)作注意(yi)事項

1)試驗(yan)人員(yuan)應做(zuo)好分工,明(ming)確相互(hu)間聯(lian)系方法。并有專門人監護(hu)現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)應先清掃(sao)干凈,并**干燥,以(yi)免損(sun)壞被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)和(he)試(shi)驗帶來的(de)誤(wu)差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗,一般(ban)都(dou)應先進行(xing)空升試(shi)驗。即(ji)不接試(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓,校對各種表計,調整(zheng)球間隙。

4)升壓速度不(bu)能太快,并必須防止突然(ran)加壓。例如調壓器不(bu)在零(ling)(ling)位(wei)時(shi)突然(ran)合閘。也不(bu)能突然(ran)切斷(duan)電源,一般應在調壓器降至零(ling)(ling)位(wei)時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電壓升至試(shi)驗電壓時(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗電壓以下(xia)時(shi),才(cai)能拉開(kai)電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如發現下列不正常情況時,應立(li)即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停(ting)止(zhi)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)并(bing)查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺動(dong)很(hen)大;②發現絕緣(yuan)燒(shao)焦或(huo)冒煙;③被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品內有(you)不正常的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗(yan)前后應測量絕緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣情況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器在做被(bei)試(shi)品的直流耐壓或(huo)泄露(lu)試(shi)驗(yan)時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此(ci)試驗應先抽出(chu)短(duan)路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄露(lu)試驗中限流(liu)(liu)電阻R1選擇在(zai)額定輸出(chu)電壓時(shi),輸出(chu)端短(duan)路電流(liu)(liu)不(bu)超過高(gao)壓硅堆(dui)的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)。如電壓硅堆(dui)的(de)*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)電流(liu)(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的(de)試驗裝(zhuang)置中,限流(liu)(liu)電阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)(liu)電阻還應具有足夠(gou)的(de)容量和沿面(mian)放電距(ju)離。

高(gao)壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試(shi)品(pin)的電容(rong)量很大(da)時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注意事(shi)項

1)試驗前(qian)應先檢查被試品是否停電,接(jie)地放電,一切對外(wai)連(lian)線是否擦干凈。要嚴(yan)防將試驗電壓加到有人工作(zuo)的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗裝置的(de)接(jie)線(xian)后(hou),應(ying)復查(cha)無(wu)誤后(hou)才可(ke)加壓。應(ying)特別注意檢查(cha)高壓設備(bei)及引線(xian)與地(di)、與操作人(ren)員的(de)**距(ju)離,被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)外殼是否可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di),要按**規程中(zhong)所規定(ding)的(de)內(nei)容進(jin)行試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電容(rong)量設備應(ying)緩慢升壓,防止被試品的(de)(de)充電電流燒(shao)壞微(wei)安表(biao)。必要時(shi)應(ying)分(fen)級(ji)加壓,分(fen)別讀(du)取(qu)各級(ji)電壓下微(wei)安表(biao)的(de)(de)穩定讀(du)數。

4)試驗過程中(zhong),應密切監視被試品、試驗裝置(zhi)、微安(an)表,一旦發生擊穿、閃(shan)爍等異常現象應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,并查明原因(yin),詳(xiang)細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷電(dian)源(yuan)后應將被試品(pin)及試驗裝置(zhi)本身(shen)充(chong)分放(fang)電(dian)。

四、WBYD-75KVA/100KV交流耐壓機注意事項

1、按照您(nin)所進行的(de)試驗(yan)接好工作線路(lu)。試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓器的(de)外殼以及操(cao)作系(xi)統的(de)外殼必(bi)須(xu)(xu)可靠接地。試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓器高壓繞組的(de)X端(高壓尾(wei))以及測量繞組的(de)F端必(bi)須(xu)(xu)可靠接地。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗時,**級(ji)(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan),測(ce)量(liang)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)F端(duan)以及高壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾)均接本級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼必須(xu)通過絕緣支(zhi)架接地。

3、接(jie)通電源(yuan)前,操作系統的(de)調壓器必須調到零位后方可接(jie)通電源(yuan),合閘,開始升壓。

4、從(cong)(cong)零開始均勻旋轉(zhuan)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法有(you):快速(su)(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;慢速(su)(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;極慢速(su)(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法供選(xuan)用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從(cong)(cong)零開始按一定的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)(su)(su)度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)額(e)定試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在(zai)以每秒2%額(e)定試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)(su)(su)度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的(de)額(e)定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并(bing)密切(qie)注意(yi)測量儀(yi)表的(de)指示以及被試品(pin)的(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程中或試驗過程中如發現測量儀(yi)表的(de)指示及被試品(pin)情況異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源(yuan),查明情況。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數(shu)秒內勻速的將調壓器返回(hui)至零(ling)位,然后切斷電源(yuan)。

6、本(ben)產(chan)品不(bu)得超(chao)過額(e)定(ding)參數使用。除試驗必須外,決不(bu)允許全電(dian)壓(ya)通(tong)電(dian)或(huo)斷電(dian)。

7、再(zai)升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程中(zhong),如(ru)發現以(yi)下不正常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,停止試(shi)驗并查明(ming)原因。

⑴電壓表指(zhi)針擺動(或(huo)數字跳動)很大

⑵電流(liu)表直線上升

被試品內有不正常(chang)的聲音

8、圖1中第9項(xiang)系壓力閥(fa)及壓力表,為長期關(guan)閉(bi)狀態。每6個月(yue)開閥(fa)一次,以(yi)檢查(cha)SF6壓力,應不小于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓力后立即關(guan)閉(bi)閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以(yi)增加氣絕(jue)緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實驗前后應測(ce)量被試設備(bei)的(de)絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

10、當(dang)試驗(yan)變壓器長期不(bu)使用時,應放置于通(tong)風、干燥、無陽光(guang)直射的地方。

11、該產品(pin)不允許在高(gao)于(yu)45℃的溫(wen)度下(xia)長(chang)期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸(shu)搬運途中不得(de)重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及(ji)壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表(biao)不得擅(shan)自松動。

14、使用本產(chan)品做高壓試驗(yan)時,出熟悉本說明書外,還必須(xu)嚴格(ge)執行國家有關標準和操作規程。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高壓輸變(bian)設備(bei)(bei)的絕緣配合,高壓試驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設備(bei)(bei)預防性試驗(yan)規程》等。

Pn——標稱試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)容量(liang)(kVA)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標(biao)稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱電壓較低時,k值可取高一些。
