二、WBYD-30KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高壓試驗變壓器采用單(dan)框(kuang)芯式鐵(tie)芯結構,初級繞組(zu)繞在(zai)(zai)鐵(tie)芯上,高壓繞組(zu)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)(wai),這種同(tong)軸布置(zhi)減少了漏磁(ci)通,因而增大了繞組(zu)間(jian)的耦(ou)合。產品(pin)的外(wai)(wai)殼為圓(yuan)柱灌式容器結構,能(neng)耐受0.8MPa以上壓力。其結構見圖1:

三、WBYD-30KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器為單(dan)相變壓(ya)器,聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻(pin)220V(10kVA以(yi)上為380V)電源接入(ru) (為本公司生產的(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器配(pei)套專用設備,詳細(xi)資料請見其具體使用說明書)系(xi)列操作箱(臺),經(jing)操作箱內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)器(50kVA以(yi)上調(diao)壓(ya)器外附)調(diao)節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)初級繞組,根據電磁(ci)感應原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞組可(ke)獲(huo)得(de)試(shi)驗(yan)所需的(de)(de)高電壓(ya)。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中(zhong)限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應(ying)根據試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的額(e)定(ding)容量來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時,可(ke)(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為1A以(yi)上時,可(ke)(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子長度(du)可(ke)(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應(ying)具(ju)有足夠的熱容量(水阻(zu)(zu)液配(pei)制方法:用(yong)蒸餾水加(jia)入適量硫(liu)酸銅配(pei)制成(cheng)各種(zhong)不同的阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間隙及保護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓超過球(qiu)間隙整(zheng)定值時(一般取(qu)(qu)試驗電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙放電(dian),對被試品起到保護作用(yong)。球(qiu)間隙保護電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓)選取(qu)(qu)。

在(zai)工(gong)頻(pin)(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確(que)(que)的(de)(de),其原因(yin)是(shi)由于(yu)(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著漏抗(kang),在(zai)這個漏抗(kang)上必然存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)(yu)(yu)或高于(yu)(yu)(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反映出來的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被(bei)(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)漏抗(kang)必然存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準確(que)(que)測(ce)量被(bei)(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)上所施加(jia)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入(ru)FRC阻容分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖(tu)5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意(yi)事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗人員應(ying)做好分(fen)工,明(ming)確相互間聯(lian)系方法。并(bing)有專門人監護現(xian)場**及觀察(cha)試(shi)品狀態。

2)被試品應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被試品和試驗帶來的(de)誤差(cha)。

3)對于大型試驗(yan),一(yi)般都(dou)應先進行(xing)空(kong)升試驗(yan)。即不接(jie)試品時升壓至試驗(yan)電壓,校對各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓速度(du)不能太快,并必(bi)須防止突然加壓。例如調壓器不在零位(wei)時突然合閘。也不能突然切斷電(dian)源,一般應在調壓器降(jiang)至零位(wei)時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓升至試驗電(dian)壓時(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi),到1min后,迅速降壓到1/3試驗電(dian)壓以下時(shi),才(cai)能拉開(kai)電(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗過程中,如發現下列不正常情(qing)況(kuang)時,應(ying)立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源。停止試(shi)驗并(bing)查明(ming)原因:①電壓(ya)(ya)表(biao)指(zhi)針擺動很大;②發現絕緣燒(shao)焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有(you)不正常的聲音(yin)。

7)耐(nai)壓試驗前(qian)后(hou)應測量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

試驗變壓器(qi)在做(zuo)被試品的直(zhi)流(liu)耐(nai)壓或泄露試驗時接線原(yuan)理圖如圖6。

注(zhu):此試驗應先(xian)抽出短路(lu)桿“D”,圖(tu)6中所示(shi)。

泄露試驗中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇(ze)在額定(ding)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),輸(shu)出(chu)端(duan)短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超(chao)過高壓硅堆的*大整流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的*大整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)100mA時(shi)用于(yu)60kV的試驗裝置中,限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠的容量和(he)沿(yan)面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離(li)。

高(gao)壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容(rong)量很大時,C1可省(sheng)略(lve)不(bu)用。

泄露試驗的操(cao)作(zuo)及注(zhu)意事項(xiang)

1)試驗前應先檢查被試品是(shi)否(fou)停(ting)電,接地放電,一(yi)切對外連線是(shi)否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴(yan)防將試驗電壓加到有人工作的部位上去(qu)。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗裝置的接(jie)線(xian)后,應復查無誤(wu)后才可(ke)加壓(ya)。應特別注意檢查高壓(ya)設(she)備及引線(xian)與地、與操作人員的**距離(li),被試(shi)品的外殼(ke)是(shi)否可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)地,要(yao)按**規程中所規定的內容(rong)進行(xing)試(shi)驗。

3)對于(yu)大(da)電(dian)(dian)容量(liang)設備(bei)應緩慢升壓(ya),防止(zhi)被試品的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微(wei)(wei)安表。必要時應分(fen)級加壓(ya),分(fen)別(bie)讀(du)取各級電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)(wei)安表的穩定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗過(guo)程(cheng)中,應(ying)密切(qie)監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)、微安表(biao),一旦發(fa)生擊穿(chuan)、閃爍(shuo)等異(yi)常現象應(ying)立即(ji)降(jiang)壓,切(qie)斷電源(yuan),并查(cha)明原(yuan)因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢(bi),降(jiang)壓,切斷(duan)電(dian)源后應將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置本身充(chong)分放電(dian)。

四、WBYD-30KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所(suo)進行的試(shi)驗(yan)接(jie)好工作(zuo)線路(lu)。試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)殼以及操(cao)作(zuo)系統(tong)的外(wai)殼必須可靠接(jie)地。試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)繞(rao)組的X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾(wei))以及測量繞(rao)組的F端(duan)必須可靠接(jie)地。

2、做串級試(shi)驗時,**級、第三級試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的低壓(ya)繞(rao)組的X端,測量繞(rao)組的F端以及(ji)高壓(ya)繞(rao)組的X端(高壓(ya)尾)均接(jie)本級試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)殼(ke)。**級、第三級試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)殼(ke)必須通過絕緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接通電(dian)源前,操作系統(tong)的調(diao)壓(ya)器必須調(diao)到(dao)零(ling)位后方可接通電(dian)源,合閘,開(kai)始升壓(ya)。

4、從(cong)零開始均勻(yun)旋轉調(diao)壓器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓方(fang)法有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓法,即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓法;慢(man)速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓法,即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓法;極慢(man)速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓法供選用。電壓從(cong)零開始按(an)一定(ding)的升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓方(fang)式(shi)和(he)速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需的額定(ding)試驗(yan)電壓的75%后,在以每秒2%額定(ding)試驗(yan)電壓的速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需的額定(ding)電壓,并(bing)密切注意(yi)測(ce)量儀表(biao)的指示(shi)以及被試品的情況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓過程(cheng)中或試驗(yan)過程(cheng)中如發現測(ce)量儀表(biao)的指示(shi)及被試品情況異常(chang),應立即(ji)降壓,切斷(duan)電源,查(cha)明情況。

5、試驗完畢后,應(ying)在數(shu)秒內勻速(su)的將調壓器(qi)返回至零位,然后切(qie)斷電源。

6、本產品不得(de)超過(guo)額定參數使用。除試驗必須外,決(jue)不允許全(quan)電壓通(tong)電或斷電。

7、再升壓或耐壓試(shi)(shi)驗過程(cheng)中(zhong),如發現以下不正常情況時,應立即(ji)降壓,切斷電源,停止(zhi)試(shi)(shi)驗并查明原(yuan)因。

⑴電壓表指(zhi)針擺動(dong)(或數字跳動(dong))很大

⑵電流表直線上升

被試品內有不(bu)正常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)壓(ya)力閥及壓(ya)力表,為長期(qi)關閉狀(zhuang)態。每6個(ge)月開閥一次,以(yi)檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)力,應不小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)力后立即關閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以(yi)增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗(yan)前后(hou)應測量(liang)被試設(she)備的絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣(yuan)情(qing)況(kuang)。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不使用時,應放置于通風、干燥、無陽光(guang)直射的地方。

11、該(gai)產品(pin)不允許在高于45℃的溫度(du)下長期(qi)存(cun)放(fang)(fang)、使(shi)用、放(fang)(fang)氣。

12、運輸(shu)搬運途(tu)中(zhong)不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固(gu)件及壓(ya)力閥(fa)、壓(ya)力表(biao)不(bu)得(de)擅自松動。

14、使用本產(chan)品做高(gao)壓(ya)試驗時,出熟悉本說(shuo)明書外,還(huan)必須嚴格執行國家有(you)關(guan)標準(zhun)和操作規(gui)程。可參(can)照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變設(she)備的絕(jue)緣配(pei)合,高(gao)壓(ya)試驗技術(shu)》;《電氣設(she)備預(yu)防性(xing)試驗規(gui)程》等。

五、WBYD-30KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量(liang)Pn的確(que)定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)額定輸出高壓(ya)(ya)的(de)有效(xiao)值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電壓較低時(shi),k值可取高一些。

Ct——被(bei)試品(pin)的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源(yuan)的頻率(lv)

可由設備的類型而定。
