二、WBYD-30KVA/100KV交流耐壓機產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器采(cai)用(yong)單(dan)框(kuang)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)式鐵芯(xin)(xin)(xin)結構,初級(ji)繞組繞在鐵芯(xin)(xin)(xin)上,高壓(ya)繞組在外,這種同軸布置減少了(le)漏(lou)磁(ci)通,因而增大了(le)繞組間(jian)的(de)耦合(he)。產品的(de)外殼為圓柱(zhu)灌式容(rong)器結構,能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力(li)。其結構見圖1:

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為單相(xiang)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯(lian)結組(zu)(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)(dian)源接入(ru) (為本公司生產的試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)配(pei)套(tao)專用設備(bei),詳細(xi)資(zi)料請見(jian)其具(ju)體使用說明書(shu))系列操(cao)作箱(xiang)(臺),經操(cao)作箱(xiang)內自偶(ou)調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附(fu))調節(jie)至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的初級繞(rao)組(zu)(zu),根據電(dian)(dian)磁感(gan)應原(yuan)理(li),在試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)可獲得試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗所需的高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直(zhi)流高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器的工作原理圖見圖3,圖中高壓(ya)套管中裝有高壓(ya)硅堆,串接在高壓(ya)回路(lu)中作半波整流,以獲得直(zhi)流高電壓(ya)。當用(yong)一(yi)短路(lu)桿將高壓(ya)硅堆短接時,可獲得工頻高電壓(ya),作為(wei)交(jiao)流輸(shu)出狀態;取消短路(lu)桿時,作為(wei)直(zhi)流輸(shu)出狀態。

試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)套(tao)管中的高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆未畫出,其原(yuan)理與(yu)上(shang)圖相同。

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)做(zuo)被試(shi)品的工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗使用接線原理圖見圖5。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應(ying)根(gen)據試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)額定容量(liang)來選擇。如(ru)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為(wei)限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管(guan)子長(chang)度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細應(ying)具有足夠(gou)的(de)(de)熱容量(liang)(水阻(zu)(zu)液配制方法:用(yong)蒸(zheng)餾水加入適量(liang)硫酸(suan)銅配制成各種不同的(de)(de)阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)及(ji)保護(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)整(zheng)定值時(一般取(qu)試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對被(bei)試品起到保護(hu)(hu)作(zuo)用。球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)保護(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選取(qu)。

在(zai)(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準(zhun)確的,其原因是由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)著漏抗,在(zai)(zai)這(zhe)個(ge)漏抗上(shang)必(bi)然(ran)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容(rong)(rong)升,使試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或(huo)高于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反(fan)映出來的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時,被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容(rong)(rong)升現(xian)象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時,試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的漏抗必(bi)然(ran)存(cun)(cun)在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了(le)準(zhun)確測(ce)量被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)所施(shi)加的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容(rong)(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注(zhu)意事(shi)項(xiang)

1)試驗(yan)人員應(ying)做好(hao)分工(gong),明確相互間聯系(xi)方法(fa)。并有專門人監護現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被試品應先清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免損壞被試品和試驗(yan)帶來的誤差。

3)對于大型試驗(yan),一般都應先進行(xing)空升(sheng)試驗(yan)。即不接(jie)試品時(shi)升(sheng)壓至試驗(yan)電壓,校對各(ge)種表計,調整(zheng)球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不(bu)(bu)能(neng)太快,并必須(xu)防止突然(ran)(ran)(ran)加(jia)壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器不(bu)(bu)在(zai)零(ling)位時(shi)(shi)突然(ran)(ran)(ran)合閘。也不(bu)(bu)能(neng)突然(ran)(ran)(ran)切斷電源(yuan),一般應在(zai)調壓(ya)器降至零(ling)位時(shi)(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)升至(zhi)試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)時(shi),開(kai)始(shi)計時(shi),到(dao)1min后(hou),迅速降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)以下時(shi),才能拉開(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗過程中,如發(fa)現下列不(bu)正常情(qing)況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試(shi)(shi)驗并查明(ming)原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺動很大(da);②發(fa)現絕緣燒焦或冒(mao)煙;③被試(shi)(shi)品內(nei)有不(bu)正常的聲(sheng)音。

7)耐壓試驗前后(hou)應(ying)測量(liang)絕緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣情況。

試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器在做被(bei)試(shi)品的直(zhi)流耐(nai)壓(ya)或泄露試(shi)驗(yan)時接線(xian)原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此(ci)試驗應先抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖(tu)6中所示。

泄露試驗中(zhong)限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇(ze)(ze)在額定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),輸(shu)出端(duan)短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過高壓硅(gui)堆的(de)*大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅(gui)堆的(de)*大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時(shi)用(yong)于(yu)60kV的(de)試驗裝置中(zhong),限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)(ze)。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻還應(ying)具有足夠的(de)容量(liang)和沿面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高(gao)壓濾波電容C1一般選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試(shi)驗的操作及注(zhu)意事項

1)試(shi)驗前(qian)應先檢查被試(shi)品(pin)是否(fou)停電(dian),接地(di)放電(dian),一切對外連線是否(fou)擦干凈(jing)。要嚴防將(jiang)試(shi)驗電(dian)壓加到有人(ren)工(gong)作的部位上去(qu)。

2)接好試驗(yan)(yan)裝(zhuang)置的(de)接線后,應復查(cha)無誤后才可加壓(ya)。應特(te)別注意(yi)檢查(cha)高壓(ya)設(she)備及引線與(yu)(yu)地、與(yu)(yu)操作人員的(de)**距離,被試品的(de)外殼是(shi)否可靠接地,要(yao)按(an)**規(gui)(gui)程中所規(gui)(gui)定(ding)的(de)內容進行試驗(yan)(yan)。

3)對于大(da)電(dian)容量設備應(ying)緩(huan)慢(man)升壓(ya),防止被試品的(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微(wei)安表。必要時應(ying)分級加壓(ya),分別讀(du)取各級電(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)安表的(de)穩定讀(du)數。

4)試驗(yan)過程中,應密切(qie)監視被試品、試驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一旦發生(sheng)擊(ji)穿、閃爍等異常現象應立(li)即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源,并查明原(yuan)因,詳(xiang)細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降(jiang)壓,切斷電源后應將被(bei)試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置(zhi)本(ben)身充分放(fang)電。

四、WBYD-30KVA/100KV交流耐壓機注意事項

1、按照您(nin)所進行的試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)接(jie)(jie)好(hao)工作線路。試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)的外(wai)殼以及操作系統的外(wai)殼必(bi)須可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)(jie)地。試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)高壓繞組的X端(高壓尾)以及測量繞組的F端必(bi)須可(ke)靠(kao)接(jie)(jie)地。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗時(shi),**級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)低(di)壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan),測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)以(yi)及高壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾(wei))均(jun)接本(ben)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼必須通過(guo)絕(jue)緣支架接地。

3、接通電源前,操作系統的調壓器必須調到零位(wei)后方可接通電源,合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零開(kai)始(shi)均勻旋轉調壓(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方(fang)法(fa)有(you):快速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa);極(ji)慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)供選用。電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)從零開(kai)始(shi)按一定(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方(fang)式和速(su)(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)(suo)需的(de)額(e)定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)75%后,在以每秒(miao)2%額(e)定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)速(su)(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)(suo)需的(de)額(e)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),并密切注意(yi)測量(liang)儀表的(de)指示以及被試(shi)品的(de)情況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)或試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)如發現測量(liang)儀表的(de)指示及被試(shi)品情況(kuang)異常,應(ying)立即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),查明情況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢(bi)后,應在數秒(miao)內勻速(su)的將調(diao)壓器返回至零位,然(ran)后切斷(duan)電源。

6、本產品不得超過額(e)定參數使用。除試驗(yan)必須外,決不允許全電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)或斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如發現以下不正常(chang)情(qing)況時,應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源,停止試驗(yan)并查明原(yuan)因。

⑴電壓(ya)表指(zhi)針擺動(dong)(或數字(zi)跳動(dong))很大

⑵電(dian)流表直線上升(sheng)

被試品(pin)內有不正常的(de)聲音

8、圖1中第(di)9項系壓(ya)力(li)閥及壓(ya)力(li)表,為(wei)長期關閉狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以(yi)檢查SF6壓(ya)力(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力(li)后立即關閉閥門),低(di)于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣(qi)體,以(yi)增(zeng)加氣(qi)絕(jue)緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量被試設備(bei)的絕緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣情況。

10、當試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器(qi)長期不使用時,應放(fang)置于通風、干燥(zao)、無陽光直射的地方(fang)。

11、該產品不(bu)允許在(zai)高(gao)于45℃的(de)溫度下長期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬運途中(zhong)不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固(gu)件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本產(chan)品做高(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟悉本說明書外(wai),還必(bi)須嚴格執(zhi)行國家有(you)關標準和操作(zuo)規(gui)程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設備的(de)絕緣配(pei)合(he),高(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)技(ji)術》;《電(dian)氣(qi)設備預防性試(shi)驗(yan)規(gui)程》等。

五、WBYD-30KVA/100KV交流耐壓機容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中(zhong):

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的(de)額定輸出高(gao)壓的(de)有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電壓較低時(shi),k值可取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被試品(pin)的電(dian)容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電源的頻(pin)率

被試設備(bei)的電容(rong)量Ct可由交(jiao)流(liu)電橋測出。Ct的變化很(hen)大(da),
