二、WBYD-30KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)采用單框芯式鐵芯結(jie)(jie)構,初(chu)級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯上(shang),高(gao)壓繞(rao)組(zu)在外,這種同軸布置減(jian)少了漏磁通,因而增大了繞(rao)組(zu)間的耦合。產品的外殼為圓(yuan)柱灌式容器(qi)結(jie)(jie)構,能耐受(shou)0.8MPa以上(shang)壓力。其(qi)結(jie)(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為(wei)單相(xiang)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結(jie)組(zu)(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻(pin)220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電源接入 (為(wei)本(ben)公司生(sheng)產(chan)的試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專(zhuan)用設備,詳細(xi)資料請見其具體使用說(shuo)明書)系列操作箱(臺),經操作箱內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出(chu)至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的初(chu)級繞組(zu)(zu),根據電磁(ci)感應原(yuan)理,在試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)可(ke)獲得試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)所需的高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。

工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗中限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根(gen)據試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的額(e)定容量來選擇。如(ru)高壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)流在100~300mA時(shi),可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)流為1A以上時(shi),可取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya))。常用水電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管(guan)子(zi)長度可按(an)150kV/m考慮(lv),管(guan)子(zi)粗(cu)細應具(ju)有足夠的熱容量(水阻(zu)(zu)液(ye)配制(zhi)方法:用蒸餾水加入適量硫酸銅配制(zhi)成各(ge)種(zhong)不同的阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)及保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(一般取(qu)試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian),對(dui)被試品(pin)起到(dao)保護作用。球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選取(qu)。

在(zai)(zai)工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中(zhong),低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常(chang)(chang)準確(que)(que)的(de)(de)(de),其原因是由于(yu)(yu)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)漏抗(kang),在(zai)(zai)這個漏抗(kang)上(shang)必然存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)(rong)升(sheng),使試品(pin)(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)(yu)或高(gao)(gao)于(yu)(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反(fan)映(ying)出(chu)來(lai)(lai)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時(shi),被試品(pin)(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)(yu)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是所謂容(rong)(rong)升(sheng)現(xian)象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時(shi),試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)漏抗(kang)必然存在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)(que)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)被試品(pin)(pin)上(shang)所施加的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)(chang)在(zai)(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻容(rong)(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)(lai)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人(ren)(ren)員應做好(hao)分工,明確相互間聯系方法(fa)。并有專門人(ren)(ren)監護(hu)現場**及觀(guan)察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品應(ying)先(xian)清(qing)掃干(gan)凈(jing),并**干(gan)燥,以免損壞被(bei)試品和試驗帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對于(yu)大(da)型試驗(yan),一般(ban)都(dou)應先進行空升試驗(yan)。即(ji)不接試品時升壓至(zhi)試驗(yan)電壓,校(xiao)對各種表計,調整(zheng)球(qiu)間隙。

4)升壓速(su)度不(bu)(bu)能(neng)太快(kuai),并必須防(fang)止突然加壓。例如調壓器(qi)不(bu)(bu)在(zai)零位(wei)時(shi)突然合閘(zha)。也不(bu)(bu)能(neng)突然切斷電源,一(yi)般應在(zai)調壓器(qi)降至零位(wei)時(shi)拉(la)閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至試驗電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi)(shi),開始計時(shi)(shi),到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗電(dian)壓(ya)以下時(shi)(shi),才能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在(zai)升壓(ya)(ya)或(huo)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗過(guo)程中(zhong),如發現(xian)下列不正(zheng)常情況時,應立即降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源。停(ting)止試(shi)驗并查明原(yuan)因(yin):①電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表(biao)指針擺動(dong)很大;②發現(xian)絕緣燒焦或(huo)冒(mao)煙;③被試(shi)品內有不正(zheng)常的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗前后應測量(liang)絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)在做被(bei)試品的直流耐壓或(huo)泄露試驗時接線原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先(xian)抽出短(duan)路桿“D”,圖6中所(suo)示(shi)。

泄露(lu)試(shi)驗中限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸(shu)出(chu)端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超(chao)過高壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)100mA時用(yong)于(yu)60kV的試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)中,限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠的容量和沿面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾(lv)波(bo)電容C1一(yi)般(ban)選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的(de)電容量(liang)很大(da)時,C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄露試(shi)驗的操(cao)作(zuo)及注(zhu)意事(shi)項(xiang)

1)試(shi)(shi)驗前(qian)應先檢查被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)是否(fou)停電(dian),接(jie)地放(fang)電(dian),一切對外連線(xian)是否(fou)擦(ca)干(gan)凈。要嚴防將試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓加到有人工作的部位(wei)上去。

2)接好試(shi)(shi)驗裝置的接線后,應(ying)復查無誤后才(cai)可(ke)加壓。應(ying)特(te)別注(zhu)意檢查高壓設備及(ji)引線與地、與操作人員的**距(ju)離,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品的外殼(ke)是否(fou)可(ke)靠(kao)接地,要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定的內容(rong)進行試(shi)(shi)驗。

3)對于大(da)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)量設(she)備應(ying)緩慢升壓,防止被(bei)試品的充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)燒壞微安(an)表。必要(yao)時應(ying)分(fen)級加(jia)壓,分(fen)別讀(du)取各級電(dian)(dian)壓下微安(an)表的穩(wen)定(ding)讀(du)數。

4)試驗(yan)過程中,應密切監視被試品、試驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一旦發(fa)生擊穿(chuan)、閃爍等異(yi)常現象應立即(ji)降壓,切斷電(dian)源,并查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將被試品(pin)及(ji)試驗裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBYD-30KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)(de)試驗(yan)接好工作線路(lu)。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外殼以及(ji)操作系(xi)統的(de)(de)外殼必須(xu)可靠(kao)接地(di)(di)。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾(wei))以及(ji)測量繞組的(de)(de)F端(duan)必須(xu)可靠(kao)接地(di)(di)。

2、做串(chuan)級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,**級、第三(san)(san)級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)低壓(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)X端,測量繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)F端以(yi)及(ji)高壓(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)均接本級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼。**級、第三(san)(san)級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼必須通過(guo)絕緣支架接地。

3、接通電(dian)源前(qian),操(cao)作(zuo)系統(tong)的調壓器(qi)必須(xu)調到零(ling)位后方可接通電(dian)源,合閘,開始(shi)升壓。

4、從零開始均勻旋轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)有(you):快(kuai)速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20s逐(zhu)級(ji)(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60s逐(zhu)級(ji)(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極(ji)慢(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用(yong)。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始按一定的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式(shi)和速度上升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)額(e)定試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以每(mei)秒(miao)2%額(e)定試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速度升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需(xu)的(de)額(e)定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)指示以及被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試(shi)驗過程中(zhong)如發(fa)現測量儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)指示及被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)情(qing)況(kuang)異常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),查(cha)明情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗(yan)完畢后,應在數(shu)秒內(nei)勻速的將調壓(ya)器(qi)返回至零(ling)位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產品不(bu)得超過(guo)額定參數(shu)使用。除(chu)試驗必須(xu)外,決不(bu)允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或(huo)斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗(yan)過(guo)程中,如發現以(yi)下不(bu)正常情況(kuang)時(shi),應立(li)即降壓(ya),切斷電源(yuan),停止試驗(yan)并查明原因(yin)。

⑴電壓表指針(zhen)擺動(或數字(zi)跳(tiao)動)很大

⑵電流表直線上升

被試(shi)品內有不正(zheng)常(chang)的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)壓力(li)(li)閥及壓力(li)(li)表,為長期關(guan)閉(bi)狀態。每6個月(yue)開閥一次,以(yi)檢查SF6壓力(li)(li),應(ying)不(bu)小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢查壓力(li)(li)后(hou)立即關(guan)閉(bi)閥門(men)),低(di)于0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣體,以(yi)增加氣絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實驗前后應(ying)測量被(bei)試(shi)設(she)備的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情(qing)況。

10、當(dang)試(shi)驗變壓器長期不(bu)使(shi)用時,應放置于通風、干燥、無陽光直射(she)的地方。

11、該產品不(bu)允許在高(gao)于45℃的溫度下長期存放(fang)、使(shi)用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸(shu)搬(ban)運途中不得重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產品(pin)緊固件(jian)及壓力閥(fa)、壓力表不得擅自(zi)松動(dong)。

14、使(shi)用(yong)本產(chan)品做高壓試(shi)驗時,出(chu)熟悉本說明書外,還(huan)必須嚴(yan)格(ge)執(zhi)行國家有(you)關標準和操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高壓輸變(bian)設備(bei)的(de)絕緣配合,高壓試(shi)驗技(ji)術》;《電氣設備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗規程》等。

五、WBYD-30KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器容(rong)量(liang)Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓(ya)器容(rong)量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的額定輸出高壓(ya)的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時(shi)(shi),k=2;標稱電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)較低時(shi)(shi),k值可取高一些(xie)。

Ct——被(bei)試品的電容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻(pin)率

被(bei)試設備的電容量Ct可(ke)由(you)交流電橋測(ce)出(chu)。Ct的變(bian)化(hua)很(hen)大(da),

可由設備的類型而定。
