二、WBYD-25KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)采用單(dan)框芯式鐵芯結構(gou),初級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯上,高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)在外,這種同(tong)軸布置減少(shao)了漏(lou)磁通,因而(er)增大了繞(rao)組(zu)間的耦合。產品的外殼(ke)為圓(yuan)柱灌式容器(qi)結構(gou),能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力(li)。其(qi)結構(gou)見圖(tu)1:

三、WBYD-25KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器工作原理

YDQ系列高(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器(qi)(qi)為(wei)單相(xiang)變壓器(qi)(qi),聯結(jie)組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為(wei)380V)電(dian)源接入 (為(wei)本公司生產(chan)的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器(qi)(qi)配套專用設備,詳細資料請見其具(ju)體使(shi)用說明書)系列操(cao)作箱(臺),經(jing)操(cao)作箱內自(zi)偶調壓器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調壓器(qi)(qi)外附)調節至(zhi)0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電(dian)壓輸出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器(qi)(qi)的(de)初級繞(rao)組,根據電(dian)磁感應原(yuan)理,在試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓繞(rao)組可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所需的(de)高(gao)電(dian)壓。

單臺YDQ系列交直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)高(gao)壓試驗變壓器的工(gong)作(zuo)原理圖(tu)(tu)見圖(tu)(tu)3,圖(tu)(tu)中(zhong)(zhong)高(gao)壓套管中(zhong)(zhong)裝有高(gao)壓硅堆(dui),串接在高(gao)壓回(hui)路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)作(zuo)半波整流(liu)(liu),以獲(huo)(huo)得直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)高(gao)電壓。當用(yong)一短路(lu)桿將高(gao)壓硅堆(dui)短接時(shi),可獲(huo)(huo)得工(gong)頻高(gao)電壓,作(zuo)為(wei)交流(liu)(liu)輸出(chu)狀態(tai);取消短路(lu)桿時(shi),作(zuo)為(wei)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸出(chu)狀態(tai)。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中限流電(dian)阻(zu)R1應(ying)根據試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的額(e)定容量來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸出電(dian)流在100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸出電(dian)流為1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))。常用水電(dian)阻(zu)作(zuo)為限流電(dian)阻(zu),管子長(chang)度(du)可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗(cu)細應(ying)具有足夠的熱容量(水阻(zu)液配(pei)制方(fang)法:用蒸餾水加入適量硫酸銅配(pei)制成各種不同的阻(zu)值)。

球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電阻:當(dang)電壓超(chao)過球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)整定值(zhi)時(一般取試驗(yan)電壓的110%~120%),球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放電,對被試品(pin)起到保(bao)護(hu)作用。球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電阻可按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電壓)選取。

在(zai)工頻(pin)(pin)耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)(biao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常(chang)準確的(de)(de)(de),其(qi)原因是由于(yu)(yu)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存在(zai)著漏抗(kang),在(zai)這(zhe)個(ge)漏抗(kang)上必然存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或(huo)容(rong)(rong)升,使試品(pin)上的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)(yu)或(huo)高(gao)于(yu)(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)(biao)上反映出來的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)(pin)耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時(shi),被(bei)(bei)試品(pin)上的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)(yu)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂(wei)容(rong)(rong)升現象(xiang)。感應(ying)耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時(shi),試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)漏抗(kang)必然存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準確測(ce)量被(bei)(bei)試品(pin)上所(suo)施加的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此(ci)常(chang)在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻(zu)容(rong)(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作(zuo)注(zhu)意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)驗人員(yuan)應做好(hao)分工,明確相互(hu)間聯系方法(fa)。并有(you)專門人監護(hu)現場**及觀察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品應先清掃干凈,并**干燥(zao),以免損壞被試(shi)品和(he)試(shi)驗帶來的(de)誤(wu)差(cha)。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大型試驗,一般都應先進行空升(sheng)試驗。即不接(jie)試品(pin)時升(sheng)壓(ya)至(zhi)試驗電壓(ya),校對(dui)各種表(biao)計,調整球(qiu)間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不能太快,并必(bi)須防止突然加壓(ya)。例如(ru)調壓(ya)器不在零(ling)位時突然合閘。也(ye)不能突然切斷電源,一般應在調壓(ya)器降至零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓升至(zhi)試驗電(dian)壓時,開(kai)始計時,到1min后,迅(xun)速降(jiang)壓到1/3試驗電(dian)壓以(yi)下(xia)時,才能拉(la)開(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)或(huo)(huo)耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗過程中,如發(fa)現下列不正常情況時,應(ying)立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源。停(ting)止(zhi)試驗并查明原因:①電壓(ya)(ya)表指針(zhen)擺動很大;②發(fa)現絕緣燒焦(jiao)或(huo)(huo)冒煙;③被試品(pin)內有不正常的聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓試驗前后應(ying)測量絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器在做被試(shi)(shi)品的直(zhi)流耐(nai)壓(ya)或泄露試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時接線(xian)原理(li)圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應(ying)先(xian)抽出短路(lu)桿“D”,圖(tu)6中所示。

泄(xie)露試驗(yan)中限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)(xuan)擇(ze)在額定輸出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出(chu)端(duan)短路(lu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)不超(chao)過高壓(ya)硅堆的*大整流(liu)(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的*大整流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于(yu)60kV的試驗(yan)裝置中,限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)(xuan)擇(ze)。限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足(zu)夠(gou)的容量和沿面放(fang)電(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾波(bo)電(dian)容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品的(de)電(dian)容量很大時,C1可省略不用(yong)。

泄露試驗的操(cao)作及注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)驗前(qian)應(ying)先檢查被試(shi)品是(shi)否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一(yi)切(qie)對外連線是(shi)否擦干凈。要嚴防(fang)將試(shi)驗電(dian)壓加到有人工作(zuo)的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好(hao)試驗(yan)裝置的(de)(de)接(jie)線后(hou),應(ying)復查無誤后(hou)才(cai)可(ke)加壓。應(ying)特別注意檢(jian)查高(gao)壓設備及(ji)引線與(yu)地(di)、與(yu)操作人員的(de)(de)**距離,被試品的(de)(de)外殼是否可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di),要按(an)**規程(cheng)中所規定的(de)(de)內容進行試驗(yan)。

3)對于大電容量設備應(ying)緩慢升壓(ya),防止被試品(pin)的充電電流(liu)燒(shao)壞微安表。必要(yao)時(shi)應(ying)分級(ji)加壓(ya),分別讀(du)取各級(ji)電壓(ya)下(xia)微安表的穩(wen)定讀(du)數。

4)試驗(yan)過程中,應(ying)(ying)密切監視(shi)被試品、試驗(yan)裝置(zhi)、微安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常(chang)現象應(ying)(ying)立即降(jiang)壓,切斷電源(yuan),并查明原因,詳細(xi)記(ji)錄(lu)。

5)試(shi)驗完畢(bi),降(jiang)壓,切斷電(dian)源后應將被試(shi)品(pin)及試(shi)驗裝置本(ben)身充分放(fang)電(dian)。

四、WBYD-25KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器注意事項

1、按照您所(suo)進行(xing)的(de)試驗(yan)接(jie)好(hao)工作(zuo)線路。試驗(yan)變壓器的(de)外殼以及操作(zuo)系統的(de)外殼必(bi)須可靠(kao)接(jie)地。試驗(yan)變壓器高壓繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高壓尾)以及測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)必(bi)須可靠(kao)接(jie)地。

2、做串級(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)X端,測量繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)F端以及(ji)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均接本級(ji)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼。**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼必(bi)須通(tong)過絕緣(yuan)支架接地。

3、接通(tong)(tong)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)前(qian),操作系統的調(diao)壓器(qi)必須調(diao)到(dao)零位(wei)后方可接通(tong)(tong)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),合(he)閘,開始升壓。

4、從(cong)(cong)零開始(shi)均(jun)勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)手輪升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快速(su)(su)(su)(su)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20s逐(zhu)級(ji)(ji)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢(man)速(su)(su)(su)(su)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60s逐(zhu)級(ji)(ji)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢(man)速(su)(su)(su)(su)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)(cong)零開始(shi)按一定的(de)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和(he)速(su)(su)(su)(su)度(du)上升到您所需的(de)額(e)定試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以(yi)每(mei)秒2%額(e)定試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)(su)(su)(su)度(du)升到您所需的(de)額(e)定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注(zhu)意(yi)測量儀表的(de)指示以(yi)及被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品的(de)情況(kuang)。升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中或試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗過程(cheng)中如發現測量儀表的(de)指示及被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品情況(kuang)異常,應(ying)立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)源,查明情況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒(miao)內勻速的將調壓(ya)器返回至(zhi)零位,然(ran)后切(qie)斷電源。

6、本產品不得(de)超過額定(ding)參數使用。除試驗(yan)必須(xu)外,決(jue)不允(yun)許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓或耐壓試驗過(guo)程中,如發現以下不正(zheng)常(chang)情況時(shi),應立即(ji)降壓,切(qie)斷電源,停止(zhi)試驗并(bing)查明原因(yin)。

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項系壓(ya)(ya)力(li)閥(fa)及壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表,為長期關閉(bi)狀(zhuang)態。每6個月開(kai)閥(fa)一次(ci),以檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)(ya)力(li),應(ying)(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)后立即關閉(bi)閥(fa)門(men)),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)(ying)加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實(shi)驗(yan)前(qian)后應測量(liang)被試設備的絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻(zu),檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓器長期(qi)不使用時,應(ying)放(fang)置于通風、干燥、無陽光直射(she)的地方。

11、該產品(pin)不允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途(tu)中不得重(zhong)力沖擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固件及壓(ya)力(li)閥、壓(ya)力(li)表不(bu)得擅(shan)自松動。

14、使用本產品做高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,出(chu)熟悉本說明書外,還(huan)必須嚴格執行國家有關(guan)標(biao)準和操作(zuo)規(gui)程。可參(can)照(zhao)GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸變設備(bei)的(de)絕緣配合,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)規(gui)程》等。

五、WBYD-25KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗變壓(ya)器容(rong)量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗(yan)變壓器的額(e)定輸出高(gao)壓的有(you)效值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓較低時,k值可(ke)取高一(yi)些。

Ct——被試品(pin)的電容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源(yuan)的頻(pin)率(lv)
