一、WBYD-25KVA/100KV交流耐壓發生器概述

二、WBYD-25KVA/100KV交流耐壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗變(bian)壓器采用單框芯(xin)式鐵芯(xin)結(jie)構(gou),初級(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在(zai)鐵芯(xin)上(shang),高壓繞(rao)組(zu)在(zai)外,這種同軸布置減少了漏(lou)磁通,因(yin)而增大了繞(rao)組(zu)間的(de)耦合。產品的(de)外殼為圓柱灌式容器結(jie)構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓力。其結(jie)構(gou)見圖(tu)1:

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為單相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯(lian)結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為380V)電源接入 (為本公司生產的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套專用(yong)設備,詳細資料請見(jian)其具體使用(yong)說明(ming)書)系列(lie)操作箱(臺),經操作箱內自(zi)偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)初(chu)級繞組(zu),根據(ju)電磁感應原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)可獲得(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所需的(de)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系(xi)列交(jiao)直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)工(gong)作原(yuan)理圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管(guan)中(zhong)裝有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui),串接在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中(zhong)作半波整流(liu),以獲得直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當用一短(duan)路(lu)桿(gan)將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)短(duan)接時,可獲得工(gong)頻高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作為交(jiao)流(liu)輸出(chu)狀態;取消短(duan)路(lu)桿(gan)時,作為直(zhi)流(liu)輸出(chu)狀態。

注(zhu):高壓尾(wei)必須可(ke)靠接地

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong)限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)額定容量(liang)來選(xuan)擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額定輸出電(dian)流在(zai)100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額定輸出電(dian)流為(wei)1A以上(shang)時,可取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為(wei)限流電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子(zi)長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子(zi)粗(cu)細應具有足夠的(de)(de)熱容量(liang)(水(shui)(shui)阻(zu)(zu)液(ye)配(pei)制方法:用(yong)蒸(zheng)餾水(shui)(shui)加入(ru)適量(liang)硫酸銅配(pei)制成各(ge)種(zhong)不同的(de)(de)阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)及(ji)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu):當電(dian)(dian)壓超過球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(一(yi)般(ban)取(qu)試驗電(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian),對被試品起到保(bao)護(hu)作用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在(zai)工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確(que)(que)的(de),其原(yuan)因是(shi)由于試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)漏(lou)抗(kang),在(zai)這(zhe)個(ge)漏(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)(shang)必(bi)(bi)然存在(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容(rong)升(sheng)(sheng),使試品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或(huo)高(gao)于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)(biao)上(shang)(shang)反映出來的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗時(shi),被試品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容(rong)升(sheng)(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗時(shi),試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)必(bi)(bi)然存在(zai)著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)(que)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)被試品(pin)上(shang)(shang)所施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此(ci)常在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入(ru)FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓試驗操作注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)驗人員應做好分工,明(ming)確相互間聯系方法。并有(you)專門人監護(hu)現場**及觀察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品(pin)應(ying)先(xian)清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品(pin)和試(shi)驗帶來的(de)誤(wu)差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗,一般(ban)都應先進行空升試(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)品時(shi)升壓(ya)至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya),校對各(ge)種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不能(neng)太快(kuai),并必須(xu)防止突然(ran)(ran)(ran)加(jia)壓(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)器不在(zai)零位時突然(ran)(ran)(ran)合閘。也不能(neng)突然(ran)(ran)(ran)切斷電(dian)源(yuan),一般(ban)應在(zai)調(diao)壓(ya)器降至(zhi)零位時拉閘。

5)當(dang)電壓升(sheng)至(zhi)試驗電壓時(shi),開始計時(shi),到(dao)(dao)1min后(hou),迅速降壓到(dao)(dao)1/3試驗電壓以(yi)下時(shi),才能拉開電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗過程中,如發現(xian)下列不正(zheng)常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源(yuan)。停止試(shi)(shi)驗并查明(ming)原(yuan)因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺動很(hen)大;②發現(xian)絕緣(yuan)燒焦(jiao)或冒煙;③被試(shi)(shi)品內有(you)不正(zheng)常的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

試驗變(bian)壓器在做(zuo)被試品(pin)的(de)直流耐壓或(huo)泄露試驗時接線原理(li)圖如(ru)圖6。

注(zhu):此試驗應先抽(chou)出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄(xie)露試(shi)驗中限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)R1選擇(ze)在(zai)額定輸出(chu)電壓時,輸出(chu)端短路電流(liu)不(bu)超過(guo)高(gao)壓硅堆的*大整流(liu)。如(ru)電壓硅堆的*大整流(liu)電流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)中,限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)還應具有足夠的容量(liang)和沿(yan)面放電距離。

高壓濾(lv)波(bo)電(dian)容C1一(yi)般選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的電(dian)容量很(hen)大時,C1可省(sheng)略不用。

泄露試(shi)驗的操作及注(zhu)意事項

1)試驗(yan)前應先檢查(cha)被(bei)試品是否停電,接地(di)放電,一切(qie)對外(wai)連線是否擦干凈。要嚴防將試驗(yan)電壓加到有人工作的(de)部位上去。

2)接好試驗裝置的接線后(hou),應(ying)復(fu)查無誤后(hou)才可加壓。應(ying)特(te)別(bie)注意檢查高壓設備及引線與地、與操作人員的**距離(li),被試品的外殼是否可靠接地,要按**規程中所規定的內容進行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)(dian)容量設備應緩慢升壓(ya),防止被(bei)試品的充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微(wei)安表(biao)。必要時(shi)應分級加壓(ya),分別讀取(qu)各級電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下(xia)微(wei)安表(biao)的穩定讀數。

4)試驗過程中,應密切監視被試品、試驗裝置、微(wei)安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等(deng)異常(chang)現(xian)象應立即(ji)降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因,詳(xiang)細記錄。

5)試驗完畢(bi),降壓,切斷(duan)電源后(hou)應將被試品(pin)及試驗裝(zhuang)置本身充分放(fang)電。

四、WBYD-25KVA/100KV交流耐壓發生器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)試驗接(jie)(jie)好工作線路。試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)外殼(ke)以(yi)及(ji)操作系統的(de)外殼(ke)必須可靠接(jie)(jie)地。試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以(yi)及(ji)測量繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)必須可靠接(jie)(jie)地。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的低壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的X端(duan),測量繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的F端(duan)以及高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾)均(jun)接本級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的外殼。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的外殼必(bi)須通過絕緣(yuan)支架接地。

3、接通(tong)電源前,操作系(xi)統的(de)調(diao)壓器必須調(diao)到零位后方可接通(tong)電源,合閘,開始升壓。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒內勻速的將調(diao)壓器返回至零位(wei),然后切斷電源(yuan)。

6、本產(chan)品不得超過額定參(can)數使用(yong)。除試(shi)驗(yan)必須外,決不允許全(quan)電壓通電或斷電。

7、再(zai)升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如發(fa)現以(yi)下(xia)不正(zheng)常(chang)情況時,應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,停止試驗(yan)并(bing)查明原因。

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項系壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力閥(fa)及壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力表,為長期(qi)關閉狀態。每6個月開閥(fa)一次,以(yi)檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力,應不小于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力后立(li)即關閉閥(fa)門(men)),低于0.2MPa時(shi)應加SF6氣體,以(yi)增加氣絕(jue)緣。

9、耐壓實驗(yan)前后應測量被(bei)試設備的絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器長期不使(shi)用時,應放置(zhi)于通風、干燥、無陽光(guang)直射的(de)地方(fang)。

11、該產品不允(yun)許在(zai)高于45℃的溫度下長(chang)期存(cun)放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)(yun)輸搬運(yun)(yun)途中(zhong)不得(de)重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固(gu)件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得擅自松動。

14、使用(yong)本產品(pin)做高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟悉本說明書外(wai),還(huan)必須嚴(yan)格(ge)執(zhi)行國家有關標(biao)準和操作規程(cheng)。可(ke)參照(zhao)GB311-83《高壓(ya)(ya)輸變設備(bei)的絕緣配(pei)合(he),高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預防性試(shi)驗(yan)規程(cheng)》等。

標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容量Pn的確(que)定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的(de)額(e)定(ding)輸出高壓的(de)有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓較(jiao)低時,k值(zhi)可取高一些。

Ct——被試品(pin)的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源(yuan)的(de)頻率

被試(shi)設備的電(dian)容量Ct可(ke)由(you)交流電(dian)橋測(ce)出。Ct的變化很大,
