YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為單(dan)相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯(lian)結組(zu)(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)源接入 (為本公司生產(chan)的(de)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)配套專用(yong)設備,詳(xiang)細資料(liao)請見其具體(ti)使用(yong)說明書)系列(lie)操(cao)作箱(xiang)(臺),經操(cao)作箱(xiang)內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附)調節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)初級繞組(zu)(zu),根據電(dian)磁感(gan)應原理,在試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)可獲得試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)所(suo)需的(de)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單(dan)臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直流高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的工(gong)(gong)作原理圖見(jian)圖3,圖中高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆(dui),串接在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回(hui)路中作半(ban)波整流,以獲得直流高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)。當用一(yi)短路桿將(jiang)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)短接時,可獲得工(gong)(gong)頻高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya),作為(wei)交(jiao)流輸出(chu)狀態;取(qu)消(xiao)短路桿時,作為(wei)直流輸出(chu)狀態。

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器做被試品(pin)的工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)使用接線原(yuan)理圖(tu)見圖(tu)5。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗中限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據試驗變壓(ya)器的額(e)定(ding)(ding)容量(liang)來選擇(ze)。如高壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)在100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)為(wei)1A以(yi)上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用水電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為(wei)限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子(zi)長度(du)可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子(zi)粗細應具有足夠的熱(re)容量(liang)(水阻(zu)(zu)液配(pei)(pei)制(zhi)方法:用蒸(zheng)餾水加(jia)入適(shi)量(liang)硫酸銅(tong)配(pei)(pei)制(zhi)成各種不同的阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓超過球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)整(zheng)定值時(shi)(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品起到保(bao)(bao)護(hu)作(zuo)用。球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低電(dian)壓(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(儀表(biao)(biao)電(dian)壓(ya))不是(shi)(shi)非常(chang)準確的(de),其(qi)原因(yin)是(shi)(shi)由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在著(zhu)漏抗,在這個漏抗上(shang)必(bi)然(ran)存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)降或(huo)容升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)低于(yu)或(huo)高于(yu)低壓(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)表(biao)(biao)上(shang)反映出(chu)(chu)來(lai)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)。工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)壓(ya),也就是(shi)(shi)所謂容升(sheng)現象。感(gan)應(ying)耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗必(bi)然(ran)存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)降。為了準確測(ce)量(liang)(liang)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所施(shi)加的(de)電(dian)壓(ya),因(yin)此常(chang)在高壓(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻耐壓試(shi)驗操作注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)(shi)驗人員應做好分(fen)工,明確相(xiang)互間聯系方(fang)法。并有專門人監(jian)護現場**及觀察試(shi)(shi)品(pin)狀態。

2)被試品(pin)應先清掃(sao)干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被試品(pin)和試驗帶來的誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型試驗(yan),一般都應先(xian)進行空升試驗(yan)。即不接試品時(shi)升壓至試驗(yan)電壓,校對(dui)各種表計,調整(zheng)球間(jian)隙(xi)。

4)升壓速度不(bu)能太快,并必(bi)須防止(zhi)突然(ran)加壓。例如調(diao)壓器(qi)不(bu)在零位(wei)時突然(ran)合(he)閘。也不(bu)能突然(ran)切(qie)斷(duan)電源,一般應在調(diao)壓器(qi)降至零位(wei)時拉(la)閘。

5)當電壓升至(zhi)試驗(yan)電壓時,開始計(ji)時,到1min后,迅(xun)速降壓到1/3試驗(yan)電壓以(yi)下(xia)時,才能拉開電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過(guo)程(cheng)中,如發(fa)現(xian)下列不正常情(qing)況時,應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源。停止(zhi)試(shi)驗并(bing)查明原(yuan)因:①電(dian)壓(ya)表(biao)指針(zhen)擺(bai)動(dong)很大;②發(fa)現(xian)絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有(you)不正常的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓試驗(yan)前后應測量絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情(qing)況。

試驗變壓器在做被(bei)試品的直流耐壓或(huo)泄露試驗時接線原(yuan)理圖如圖6。

注:此(ci)試驗應先抽出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電阻(zu)R1選擇(ze)(ze)在(zai)額定(ding)輸(shu)出電壓(ya)(ya)時,輸(shu)出端短路電流(liu)(liu)不超過高壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)(de)*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)。如電壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)(de)*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)電流(liu)(liu)為(wei)100mA時用于60kV的(de)(de)試驗裝置(zhi)中,限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)(ze)。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電阻(zu)還應(ying)具有足夠的(de)(de)容量和沿面放電距離。

高(gao)壓濾(lv)波電(dian)容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試(shi)品(pin)的電(dian)容量很大時(shi),C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注(zhu)意事項(xiang)

1)試驗(yan)(yan)前(qian)應(ying)先檢查被試品是否(fou)停電,接地放(fang)電,一切(qie)對(dui)外連線(xian)是否(fou)擦干(gan)凈。要嚴(yan)防將試驗(yan)(yan)電壓加到有人(ren)工作的(de)部位上去(qu)。

2)接好試驗(yan)裝置的(de)(de)接線(xian)后,應(ying)復查無誤后才(cai)可加壓(ya)(ya)。應(ying)特別注意(yi)檢查高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)設備(bei)及引(yin)線(xian)與地、與操作人(ren)員的(de)(de)**距離,被試品的(de)(de)外殼(ke)是(shi)否可靠接地,要按(an)**規程中所規定的(de)(de)內容進行試驗(yan)。

3)對于大(da)電(dian)容量設備應緩慢升壓(ya),防止被試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微(wei)安表(biao)。必要時應分級加(jia)壓(ya),分別讀取各(ge)級電(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)安表(biao)的穩(wen)定讀數(shu)。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),應密切監視(shi)被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一旦發生(sheng)擊穿、閃(shan)爍等異常現象應立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源,并查明原因,詳(xiang)細記(ji)錄(lu)。

5)試(shi)驗完(wan)畢(bi),降壓,切斷電(dian)源后應將(jiang)被(bei)試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)本身充(chong)分放電(dian)。

1、按照您所進(jin)行的(de)試(shi)驗接好工作線(xian)路(lu)。試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)以及(ji)操作系統(tong)的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必(bi)須(xu)(xu)可靠接地(di)。試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器高(gao)壓繞組(zu)的(de)X端(高(gao)壓尾)以及(ji)測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端必(bi)須(xu)(xu)可靠接地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗時,**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)的低壓繞組(zu)的X端(duan)(duan),測量繞組(zu)的F端(duan)(duan)以及(ji)高(gao)壓繞組(zu)的X端(duan)(duan)(高(gao)壓尾)均接(jie)本級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)的外殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)的外殼必須(xu)通過(guo)絕(jue)緣支(zhi)架接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)通(tong)電源(yuan)前,操作系統的調壓器(qi)必須調到(dao)零(ling)位后方(fang)可接(jie)通(tong)電源(yuan),合(he)閘,開始升壓。

4、從(cong)零開始(shi)均勻(yun)旋轉調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有(you):快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零開始(shi)按一(yi)定的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需的(de)額(e)定試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額(e)定試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需的(de)額(e)定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀表(biao)的(de)指示(shi)以及被試品的(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中(zhong)或試驗過(guo)程中(zhong)如發現測量儀表(biao)的(de)指示(shi)及被試品情(qing)況異常(chang),應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源(yuan),查明情(qing)況。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在數(shu)秒(miao)內勻速的將調(diao)壓器返(fan)回至零位,然(ran)后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過額定(ding)參數使(shi)用。除試驗必須外,決不允許全(quan)電壓(ya)通電或斷電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程(cheng)中,如(ru)發現(xian)以下不正常情(qing)況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,停(ting)止試驗并查明原(yuan)因。

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)壓力(li)閥及壓力(li)表,為長期關(guan)閉狀態。每(mei)6個月開閥一次,以檢(jian)查(cha)SF6壓力(li),應(ying)(ying)不(bu)小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查(cha)壓力(li)后立即(ji)關(guan)閉閥門),低(di)于0.2MPa時應(ying)(ying)加SF6氣(qi)體(ti),以增(zeng)加氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗(yan)前后(hou)應測量被(bei)試(shi)設備的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不使用(yong)時,應放置于(yu)通風(feng)、干燥、無陽光直射的地(di)方。

11、該產(chan)品不允許在高于45℃的(de)溫(wen)度下長期存放、使用(yong)、放氣。

12、運輸(shu)搬運途中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本產品做高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗時,出熟悉本說明書外(wai),還必須嚴格執行國家(jia)有(you)關標(biao)準和操作規程。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)輸變設備的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗技(ji)術》;《電氣設備預(yu)防性試驗規程》等(deng)。

五、WBYD-25KVA/100KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器的(de)額定輸出高壓(ya)的(de)有效值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電(dian)壓較(jiao)低時,k值可(ke)取(qu)高一些。

Ct——被試品的電容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電(dian)源的頻(pin)率

被試設備的電容量Ct可(ke)由交流電橋測出。Ct的變化很(hen)大(da),

可由設備(bei)的類型(xing)而(er)定(ding)。
