二、WBYD-25KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器采用(yong)單框芯(xin)式(shi)鐵芯(xin)結構(gou),初級繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)繞(rao)在(zai)鐵芯(xin)上,高(gao)壓繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)在(zai)外(wai),這(zhe)種同(tong)軸布置減少了漏磁(ci)通,因而增大了繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)間的耦(ou)合。產品的外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式(shi)容器結構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上壓力。其結構(gou)見圖1:

單臺YDQ系列交直流高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)(zhong)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中(zhong)(zhong)裝(zhuang)有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆,串(chuan)接在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回(hui)路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)作(zuo)(zuo)半(ban)波整(zheng)流,以獲得(de)直流高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當用一短路(lu)桿將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆短接時,可獲得(de)工頻高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)(zuo)為交流輸出狀態;取消短路(lu)桿時,作(zuo)(zuo)為直流輸出狀態。

YDQ系列高壓試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器做被試(shi)品(pin)的工頻耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)使用接(jie)線(xian)原(yuan)理(li)圖見圖5。

工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中限流(liu)電阻(zu)R1應(ying)根據(ju)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的額(e)定容量(liang)(liang)來選擇(ze)。如高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸(shu)出電流(liu)在100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸(shu)出電流(liu)為(wei)1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水電阻(zu)作為(wei)限流(liu)電阻(zu),管子(zi)長度可(ke)按(an)150kV/m考慮(lv),管子(zi)粗細應(ying)具有(you)足(zu)夠的熱(re)容量(liang)(liang)(水阻(zu)液配制(zhi)方(fang)法(fa):用(yong)蒸餾水加入(ru)適(shi)量(liang)(liang)硫酸銅配制(zhi)成(cheng)各種(zhong)不同的阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間隙(xi)及保護電阻:當電壓超過球(qiu)間隙(xi)整定值(zhi)時(一般取試驗電壓的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙(xi)放電,對被(bei)試品起到(dao)保護作用。球(qiu)間隙(xi)保護電阻可按1Ω/V(試驗電壓)選(xuan)取。

在(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中,低電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常(chang)準確的,其原(yuan)因(yin)是(shi)由于(yu)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)著(zhu)漏抗,在(zai)這個漏抗上(shang)(shang)必(bi)然存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降或容升,使試品上(shang)(shang)的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)(shang)反(fan)映(ying)出來的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時(shi),被(bei)試品上(shang)(shang)的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容升現(xian)象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時(shi),試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的漏抗必(bi)然存在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了準確測(ce)量(liang)被(bei)試品上(shang)(shang)所施加的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常(chang)在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(見圖(tu)5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試(shi)驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人(ren)員應做好(hao)分工(gong),明確相(xiang)互(hu)間聯系方(fang)法。并有(you)專門人(ren)監(jian)護(hu)現場**及(ji)觀察試品狀態(tai)。

2)被試品應先清(qing)掃干(gan)凈,并(bing)**干(gan)燥,以(yi)免損壞被試品和試驗帶來(lai)的誤差。

3)對(dui)于(yu)大型(xing)試(shi)驗,一般都(dou)應先進行空升(sheng)試(shi)驗。即(ji)不接試(shi)品時(shi)升(sheng)壓至試(shi)驗電壓,校對(dui)各(ge)種(zhong)表(biao)計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速度不能(neng)太快,并(bing)必(bi)須防止突然(ran)(ran)(ran)加壓(ya)(ya)。例如調壓(ya)(ya)器不在(zai)零位時(shi)突然(ran)(ran)(ran)合閘。也不能(neng)突然(ran)(ran)(ran)切斷(duan)電源,一般應在(zai)調壓(ya)(ya)器降至零位時(shi)拉(la)閘。

5)當電壓(ya)升至試驗(yan)電壓(ya)時(shi),開始(shi)計時(shi),到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗(yan)電壓(ya)以下(xia)時(shi),才能拉開電源(yuan)。

6)在(zai)升壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如發(fa)現(xian)下列不正常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試(shi)驗(yan)并查明原(yuan)因:①電壓(ya)表指(zhi)針(zhen)擺動很(hen)大;②發(fa)現(xian)絕緣(yuan)燒焦(jiao)或冒煙;③被試(shi)品(pin)內有不正常的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕(jue)(jue)緣電阻(zu),檢查絕(jue)(jue)緣情況。

試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)在做被試(shi)品的直(zhi)流耐壓或泄露(lu)試(shi)驗時接線原理圖(tu)如(ru)圖(tu)6。

注(zhu):此試(shi)驗應先抽出短路(lu)桿(gan)“D”,圖(tu)6中所示。

泄露試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸(shu)出電(dian)壓(ya)時,輸(shu)出端短(duan)路電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)不超過高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝置中,限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)還應具(ju)有足夠的(de)(de)容(rong)量和沿面放電(dian)距(ju)離(li)。

高壓濾波電容C1一般(ban)選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品的電容量(liang)很大時,C1可(ke)省(sheng)略不用。

泄露試驗(yan)的操作及注意事項(xiang)

1)試驗前應先檢查被試品是否(fou)停電,接地(di)放電,一切對外連(lian)線是否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將試驗電壓(ya)加到(dao)有人工作的部位(wei)上去。

2)接好試驗裝置(zhi)的(de)接線后(hou),應復查無誤后(hou)才可(ke)(ke)加壓。應特別(bie)注意檢查高壓設備及引線與(yu)地、與(yu)操作人(ren)員的(de)**距(ju)離,被試品的(de)外殼是(shi)否可(ke)(ke)靠接地,要按**規程中所規定的(de)內容進行(xing)試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容量設備應緩(huan)慢升壓,防止被(bei)試品的(de)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)燒(shao)壞(huai)微安表。必(bi)要時應分(fen)級加(jia)壓,分(fen)別讀取各級電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓下微安表的(de)穩定(ding)讀數(shu)。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,應密切(qie)監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微安表(biao),一(yi)旦發生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍(shuo)等(deng)異(yi)常(chang)現象應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,并查明(ming)原因,詳細記錄(lu)。

5)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷電(dian)源后應將被試(shi)(shi)品及試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置本身充分(fen)放電(dian)。

四、WBYD-25KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)接好工作(zuo)線路。試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)外殼(ke)以(yi)及(ji)操作(zuo)系統的(de)外殼(ke)必須可(ke)靠接地(di)。試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)高(gao)壓繞組的(de)X端(高(gao)壓尾)以(yi)及(ji)測量(liang)繞組的(de)F端必須可(ke)靠接地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時,**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan),測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)以及高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均接(jie)本(ben)級(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼。**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼必須(xu)通過絕緣支架(jia)接(jie)地。

3、接通電(dian)源前,操(cao)作系(xi)統的(de)調(diao)壓器必(bi)須調(diao)到零位后方可接通電(dian)源,合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零開始(shi)均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪(lun)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法有:快速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法;慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法;極慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法供選用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始(shi)按一(yi)定的升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速度上升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的額定試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的75%后,在以每(mei)秒2%額定試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的速度升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需的額定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意(yi)測量(liang)儀表的指示以及被(bei)(bei)試品的情況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中或(huo)試驗(yan)(yan)過程(cheng)中如發現(xian)測量(liang)儀表的指示及被(bei)(bei)試品情況異常(chang),應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)源,查明情況。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在數秒(miao)內勻速的將調壓器返(fan)回至零位(wei),然后(hou)切斷電源(yuan)。

6、本產品不(bu)得(de)超過(guo)額定參數使用(yong)。除試驗必須外,決(jue)不(bu)允(yun)許全(quan)電(dian)(dian)壓通(tong)電(dian)(dian)或斷電(dian)(dian)。

7、再(zai)升壓或耐(nai)壓試驗過程中,如發現以(yi)下不正常情況時,應立即降(jiang)壓,切斷電源(yuan),停止試驗并查明原因(yin)。

8、圖1中第9項系壓力(li)閥及壓力(li)表,為長(chang)期關閉(bi)狀(zhuang)態。每6個月(yue)開(kai)閥一次,以(yi)檢查(cha)SF6壓力(li),應不小于(yu)(yu)0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓力(li)后立即關閉(bi)閥門),低于(yu)(yu)0.2MPa時(shi)應加SF6氣體,以(yi)增加氣絕緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實驗(yan)前后(hou)應測量被(bei)試(shi)設(she)備的(de)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況(kuang)。

10、當試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器(qi)長(chang)期不使用(yong)時,應放置于通風、干燥、無陽光直(zhi)射的地方。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的溫度下長(chang)期存(cun)放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬(ban)運途中不(bu)得(de)重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固件及壓力(li)(li)閥(fa)、壓力(li)(li)表不得擅(shan)自松動。

14、使用本產品做高(gao)壓(ya)試驗時,出熟悉本說(shuo)明書外,還(huan)必須嚴格執(zhi)行國家(jia)有關(guan)標準(zhun)和(he)操作(zuo)規程。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸(shu)變設(she)備的絕(jue)緣(yuan)配合,高(gao)壓(ya)試驗技術》;《電氣設(she)備預(yu)防性試驗規程》等。

五、WBYD-25KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱(cheng)試(shi)驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的額定輸出高壓(ya)的有效值(kV)

k ;——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標(biao)稱(cheng)電壓較低時(shi),k值(zhi)可取(qu)高一(yi)些。

Ct——被試品的電容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源(yuan)的頻(pin)率(lv)

被試(shi)設(she)備的(de)電容(rong)量Ct可由交流(liu)電橋測出。Ct的(de)變化很(hen)大(da),

可由設備的類型而定。
