YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器采用單框芯(xin)式鐵(tie)芯(xin)結構,初級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵(tie)芯(xin)上,高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)在外(wai),這種(zhong)同軸布(bu)置減(jian)少了漏磁通,因而增(zeng)大(da)了繞(rao)組(zu)間的(de)耦合。產(chan)品的(de)外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式容(rong)器結構,能耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓(ya)力(li)。其結構見圖(tu)1:

三、WBYD-25KVA/100KV高壓耐壓成套裝置工作原理

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯(lian)結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為380V)電(dian)源接入 (為本公司生產的試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套專用設備,詳(xiang)細資料請見其(qi)具體(ti)使用說明書)系(xi)列操(cao)作箱(臺(tai)),經操(cao)作箱內自偶(ou)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節(jie)至0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初級繞(rao)組,根據電(dian)磁感應(ying)原理,在(zai)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組可獲得試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)所需的高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單(dan)臺YDQ系(xi)列交直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的工作原理(li)圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui),串(chuan)接在(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回路(lu)中作半波整流(liu)(liu),以(yi)獲得直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)。當(dang)用一短(duan)路(lu)桿將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)短(duan)接時(shi),可(ke)獲得工頻高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya),作為交流(liu)(liu)輸出狀態(tai);取消短(duan)路(lu)桿時(shi),作為直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸出狀態(tai)。

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中限流電(dian)阻R1應根據試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的額(e)定容量(liang)(liang)來選擇。如高壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸(shu)出電(dian)流在100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側(ce)額(e)定輸(shu)出電(dian)流為(wei)(wei)1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya))。常用水電(dian)阻作為(wei)(wei)限流電(dian)阻,管子(zi)長(chang)度可(ke)按(an)150kV/m考慮,管子(zi)粗(cu)細應具(ju)有足夠的熱(re)容量(liang)(liang)(水阻液配(pei)制方(fang)法:用蒸餾水加入適量(liang)(liang)硫酸銅配(pei)制成各種不同的阻值(zhi))。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超(chao)過(guo)球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)整(zheng)定(ding)值(zhi)時(一般取試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian),對被(bei)試品起到保(bao)護(hu)作用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻可按(an)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在工頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常(chang)準(zhun)確的(de),其(qi)原因是由于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在著漏(lou)抗,在這個(ge)漏(lou)抗上必(bi)(bi)然存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容升,使試(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反映出來(lai)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂容升現象。感應耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)漏(lou)抗必(bi)(bi)然存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準(zhun)確測量被試(shi)品上所(suo)施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入(ru)FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來(lai)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)試驗操作注(zhu)意(yi)事(shi)項

1)試驗人員應做好(hao)分工,明確相(xiang)互間聯(lian)系方法(fa)。并有專門(men)人監護(hu)現場(chang)**及觀(guan)察試品(pin)狀態。

2)被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)應(ying)先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品(pin)(pin)和試(shi)驗帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗(yan),一般都應先進(jin)行空升試(shi)驗(yan)。即不(bu)接試(shi)品時升壓(ya)至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya),校對各種表(biao)計,調整球(qiu)間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不能(neng)(neng)太快,并必須防止(zhi)突(tu)然加(jia)壓(ya)。例(li)如調壓(ya)器不在零(ling)位時突(tu)然合閘。也不能(neng)(neng)突(tu)然切斷(duan)電源,一般應在調壓(ya)器降(jiang)至零(ling)位時拉(la)閘。

5)當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升至試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開始計時(shi),到1min后(hou),迅速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)以(yi)下(xia)時(shi),才能拉開電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中,如發(fa)現下(xia)列不正常情(qing)況時,應立即(ji)降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源。停止試(shi)驗并(bing)查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺動很大;②發(fa)現絕(jue)緣燒焦(jiao)或冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不正常的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗(yan)前后應測(ce)量絕緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕緣情況。

試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器在做被試(shi)品的直(zhi)流(liu)耐壓或泄露試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi)接線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短(duan)路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄(xie)露試驗(yan)中(zhong)限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1選擇在額定(ding)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不(bu)超過(guo)高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆的*大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的*大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時(shi)用(yong)于(yu)60kV的試驗(yan)裝置中(zhong),限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)還應(ying)具(ju)有足夠的容量和沿面放(fang)電(dian)(dian)距離。

高(gao)壓(ya)濾波電(dian)容(rong)(rong)C1一(yi)般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品(pin)的電(dian)容(rong)(rong)量很大時,C1可省略不(bu)用。

泄露(lu)試(shi)驗的操作(zuo)及注意事(shi)項

1)試驗(yan)前應(ying)先檢(jian)查(cha)被試品是否(fou)停電,接地放電,一切對外連線是否(fou)擦(ca)干凈。要嚴防(fang)將試驗(yan)電壓加到有人(ren)工作(zuo)的部位上(shang)去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗裝置的接(jie)線后,應(ying)(ying)復查(cha)無誤后才可加(jia)壓(ya)。應(ying)(ying)特別注(zhu)意檢查(cha)高壓(ya)設備(bei)及引線與(yu)地、與(yu)操作人(ren)員的**距離,被試(shi)品的外殼是(shi)否可靠接(jie)地,要按**規程(cheng)中所規定(ding)的內容(rong)進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容(rong)量設備(bei)應緩慢升壓,防止被試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒(shao)壞(huai)微安(an)表。必要時應分級加壓,分別(bie)讀取(qu)各(ge)級電(dian)壓下微安(an)表的穩定讀數。

4)試驗(yan)過程中,應密切監(jian)視被(bei)試品、試驗(yan)裝置、微安表(biao),一旦發(fa)生擊穿、閃(shan)爍等(deng)異常現象應立即降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因(yin),詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓(ya),切斷電源(yuan)后應將(jiang)被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置本(ben)身充分放(fang)電。

四、WBYD-25KVA/100KV高壓耐壓成套裝置注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您所進行的試驗(yan)接(jie)好工作(zuo)線路(lu)。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的外殼以及(ji)操作(zuo)系統的外殼必(bi)須可(ke)靠接(jie)地。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞(rao)組的X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾(wei))以及(ji)測量(liang)繞(rao)組的F端(duan)必(bi)須可(ke)靠接(jie)地。

2、做串(chuan)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的X端(duan)(duan),測(ce)量繞(rao)組(zu)的F端(duan)(duan)以及高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的X端(duan)(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均接(jie)(jie)本(ben)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)殼必須通(tong)過絕(jue)緣支(zhi)架接(jie)(jie)地。

3、接通電源(yuan)(yuan)前,操作系統的調(diao)壓(ya)器必(bi)須(xu)調(diao)到零(ling)位后方(fang)可接通電源(yuan)(yuan),合(he)閘,開(kai)始(shi)升壓(ya)。

5、試驗(yan)完畢后,應在數秒(miao)內勻速的將調(diao)壓器返回至零位,然后切斷(duan)電源(yuan)。

6、本產品不得超過(guo)額定參數使用(yong)。除試(shi)驗必須(xu)外,決不允許全(quan)電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如發現以下不正常(chang)情況(kuang)時,應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源,停止試驗(yan)并(bing)查明原因。

⑴電壓表指針擺動(或(huo)數字跳動)很大

⑵電(dian)流表直線上升

被試品(pin)內(nei)有不正常的聲(sheng)音

8、圖1中第(di)9項(xiang)系壓力閥及壓力表,為長期(qi)關閉(bi)(bi)狀態。每(mei)6個(ge)月開閥一次,以(yi)(yi)檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)SF6壓力,應不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)壓力后立即關閉(bi)(bi)閥門),低于0.2MPa時(shi)應加SF6氣體(ti),以(yi)(yi)增加氣絕(jue)緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實(shi)驗前后應測量被試(shi)設備的絕緣電阻(zu),檢(jian)查絕緣情(qing)況。

10、當試驗變壓器(qi)長期不使用時(shi),應放置于通風、干燥、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該產品(pin)不允許(xu)在高于45℃的(de)溫度(du)下長期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬(ban)運(yun)途中(zhong)不得重力沖(chong)擊。

13、產(chan)品緊(jin)固件及(ji)壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得(de)擅自松動。

14、使用本產品做高壓(ya)試驗時,出熟(shu)悉本說明(ming)書(shu)外,還(huan)必須嚴格(ge)執(zhi)行國家有(you)關標準和操作(zuo)規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設備(bei)的絕緣(yuan)配合(he),高壓(ya)試驗技(ji)術(shu)》;《電(dian)氣(qi)設備(bei)預防性(xing)試驗規程(cheng)》等。

標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容量Pn的(de)確(que)定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗(yan)變壓器的額(e)定輸出高壓的有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標(biao)稱(cheng)電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱(cheng)電(dian)壓較低時,k值可取(qu)高一(yi)些。

Ct——被試(shi)品的電(dian)容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電源的頻(pin)率
