二、WBYD-25KVA/100KV交流耐壓機產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器采用單框(kuang)芯式(shi)鐵(tie)芯結構(gou),初級繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)繞(rao)(rao)在鐵(tie)芯上,高壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)在外(wai),這種同軸布(bu)置減少了漏磁通,因而增(zeng)大了繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)間(jian)的耦(ou)合。產品(pin)的外(wai)殼(ke)為圓柱灌式(shi)容(rong)器結構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結構(gou)見圖(tu)1:

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器為單相(xiang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器,聯(lian)結組(zu)(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為380V)電(dian)源接入 (為本(ben)公司生產的(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器配套專用(yong)設備,詳細資料請見其(qi)具體使用(yong)說明書)系列(lie)操作(zuo)箱(臺),經操作(zuo)箱內(nei)自(zi)偶調壓(ya)器(50kVA以上(shang)調壓(ya)器外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)初級繞組(zu)(zu),根(gen)據電(dian)磁感(gan)應原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)可獲得(de)試(shi)驗(yan)所(suo)需的(de)(de)高電(dian)壓(ya)。

注:高壓尾必須可(ke)靠接地

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中(zhong)限(xian)(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1應根據試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的額定(ding)容量(liang)來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時,可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流為1A以上時,可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用水電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻作為限(xian)(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,管子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足夠的熱容量(liang)(水阻液配(pei)制方法(fa):用蒸餾水加(jia)入(ru)適量(liang)硫(liu)酸銅配(pei)制成各種(zhong)不同的阻值)。

球間(jian)(jian)隙及(ji)保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)(dian)壓超過球間(jian)(jian)隙整(zheng)定值時(一般取試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間(jian)(jian)隙放電(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品(pin)起到(dao)保(bao)護作用。球間(jian)(jian)隙保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓)選取。

在工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong),低電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)(ce)量電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)(shi)非常(chang)準確(que)的(de),其原因(yin)是(shi)(shi)由(you)于試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在著漏(lou)抗(kang),在這個漏(lou)抗(kang)上必(bi)然存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品上的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于或高(gao)于低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)(ce)量電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上反映出(chu)(chu)來的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi)(shi),被試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品上的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)輸出(chu)(chu)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)(shi)所(suo)謂容升(sheng)現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi)(shi),試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)必(bi)然存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測(ce)(ce)量被試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品上所(suo)施加的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常(chang)在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻(zu)容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)(ce)量電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人(ren)(ren)員應(ying)做(zuo)好分(fen)工,明確相互間聯系(xi)方法。并(bing)有專門人(ren)(ren)監護現(xian)場**及(ji)觀察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)品應先清掃干凈,并(bing)**干燥,以免損壞被(bei)試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan),一(yi)般都應(ying)先進行空升試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。即不接試(shi)(shi)品時(shi)升壓(ya)至試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya),校對各種表計,調整(zheng)球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速度(du)不能(neng)太快,并(bing)必須防止突然加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)。例如(ru)調壓(ya)(ya)器不在(zai)(zai)零位時突然合閘。也不能(neng)突然切斷電源,一般應在(zai)(zai)調壓(ya)(ya)器降至零位時拉閘。

5)當(dang)電(dian)壓升至試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓時,開(kai)始計時,到1min后,迅速降壓到1/3試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓以下時,才能拉開(kai)電(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓或耐壓試驗(yan)過程中,如發(fa)現下(xia)列不正常(chang)情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源。停(ting)止(zhi)試驗(yan)并(bing)查明原因:①電(dian)壓表指針擺動很大;②發(fa)現絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試品內有不正常(chang)的(de)聲(sheng)音。

7)耐壓試驗前(qian)后(hou)應測(ce)量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)在做被(bei)試(shi)品的直流耐(nai)壓或(huo)泄(xie)露試(shi)驗時(shi)接線原(yuan)理圖如圖6。

注:此(ci)試驗應(ying)先抽出短路(lu)桿“D”,圖6中所(suo)示。

泄露試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇(ze)在額定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),輸(shu)出端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓硅堆的*大整流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的*大整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)100mA時(shi)用于60kV的試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝置中,限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠的容量(liang)和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波(bo)電容(rong)C1一般選(xuan)擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品的電容(rong)量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試(shi)驗的操(cao)作及注意事(shi)項

1)試驗前應先檢查被試品是(shi)否停電,接地(di)放(fang)電,一切(qie)對外連線是(shi)否擦干凈。要嚴(yan)防將(jiang)試驗電壓加到有人(ren)工作的(de)部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗(yan)裝置的(de)接(jie)線后(hou),應(ying)復查無誤后(hou)才可加(jia)壓。應(ying)特別注意(yi)檢查高壓設備及引線與(yu)地、與(yu)操作人(ren)員的(de)**距(ju)離,被試(shi)品的(de)外殼是否可靠(kao)接(jie)地,要按**規程中所規定的(de)內容進行試(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對于大電容量(liang)設備應緩(huan)慢升壓(ya)(ya),防(fang)止被試品的充電電流燒(shao)壞(huai)微(wei)安表(biao)。必要時(shi)應分級(ji)加壓(ya)(ya),分別讀取各級(ji)電壓(ya)(ya)下(xia)微(wei)安表(biao)的穩定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應(ying)密切監(jian)視(shi)被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置、微(wei)安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍(shuo)等異常現象應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源,并查明原因(yin),詳細記錄(lu)。

5)試驗(yan)完(wan)畢,降壓,切斷電(dian)源(yuan)后應將被試品(pin)及試驗(yan)裝置本身充分放(fang)電(dian)。

四、WBYD-25KVA/100KV交流耐壓機注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您所進行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)試驗接(jie)好工作線路。試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)外殼(ke)以(yi)及操作系統的(de)(de)(de)外殼(ke)必須可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di)。試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾)以(yi)及測量繞(rao)組的(de)(de)(de)F端(duan)必須可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di)。

2、做(zuo)串(chuan)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗時,**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(duan),測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)(duan)以及高(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)均接本級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)外(wai)(wai)殼(ke)(ke)。**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)外(wai)(wai)殼(ke)(ke)必須通過絕(jue)緣支架接地(di)。

3、接通電源前,操作系統的調壓(ya)(ya)器必(bi)須調到零位后(hou)方可接通電源,合閘,開(kai)始升壓(ya)(ya)。

4、從零開(kai)始均(jun)勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方(fang)法有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法供(gong)選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從零開(kai)始按一定的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速(su)度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的(de)額定試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以每(mei)秒2%額定試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)到您(nin)所需的(de)額定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并(bing)密切注(zhu)意測(ce)量儀表的(de)指(zhi)(zhi)示以及(ji)被試(shi)(shi)品的(de)情(qing)(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中或試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程中如(ru)發現測(ce)量儀表的(de)指(zhi)(zhi)示及(ji)被試(shi)(shi)品情(qing)(qing)況異常,應(ying)立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)源,查明情(qing)(qing)況。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在(zai)數秒內(nei)勻(yun)速的(de)將調(diao)壓器(qi)返回至零位,然后(hou)切(qie)斷電源(yuan)。

6、本產品(pin)不得超過額(e)定參(can)數使用。除試驗必須外,決(jue)不允許全電壓通電或斷(duan)電。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中(zhong),如發現以(yi)下不正常(chang)情(qing)況時(shi),應立(li)即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源,停(ting)止試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)并查明原(yuan)因。

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)壓(ya)力閥及壓(ya)力表,為長期關閉(bi)狀態(tai)。每6個月(yue)開閥一次(ci),以(yi)檢(jian)查(cha)SF6壓(ya)力,應不小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查(cha)壓(ya)力后立(li)即關閉(bi)閥門),低于0.2MPa時(shi)應加SF6氣體,以(yi)增(zeng)加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量被試(shi)設備的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情(qing)況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不使用時,應放置于通風、干(gan)燥、無陽(yang)光直射的地方。

11、該產(chan)品(pin)不允許在(zai)高于45℃的溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸(shu)搬運途中(zhong)不(bu)得重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產(chan)品緊固(gu)件(jian)及壓力閥、壓力表不(bu)得擅(shan)自(zi)松動。

14、使用本產品做高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)時,出熟悉本說明書外,還必須嚴格(ge)執行(xing)國家有關標準(zhun)和操作規(gui)程。可(ke)參照(zhao)GB311-83《高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)輸變設備的絕緣配合,高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設備預(yu)防性試驗(yan)規(gui)程》等。

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱試驗(yan)變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗(yan)變壓器的(de)額定輸(shu)出(chu)高壓的(de)有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較低(di)時,k值可取高一(yi)些。

Ct——被試品(pin)的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻(pin)率(lv)

被試設備的電容量(liang)Ct可由(you)交(jiao)流(liu)電橋(qiao)測出。Ct的變(bian)化很大(da),

可由設備的類型而定。
