一、WBYD-25KVA/100KV試驗變壓器概述(shu)

二、WBYD-25KVA/100KV試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗變壓器(qi)采用(yong)單框(kuang)芯(xin)式(shi)鐵(tie)芯(xin)結構,初級(ji)繞組繞在(zai)鐵(tie)芯(xin)上,高壓繞組在(zai)外,這種同軸布置減少了(le)漏磁通,因而增大了(le)繞組間的耦合。產品的外殼為圓柱灌式(shi)容器(qi)結構,能耐受0.8MPa以上壓力。其結構見(jian)圖1:

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組(zu)標號(hao)Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工(gong)頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)源接入(ru) (為本公司(si)生產的試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用(yong)設備,詳細資(zi)料請見其具體使用(yong)說明書)系列(lie)操(cao)作箱(xiang)(臺),經操(cao)作箱(xiang)內自(zi)偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)外(wai)附(fu))調節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的初(chu)級繞(rao)組(zu),根據電(dian)磁感應原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)所需的高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的工(gong)作原(yuan)理圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高壓(ya)(ya)套管中(zhong)裝(zhuang)有高壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接在高壓(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中(zhong)作半波(bo)整流(liu),以獲(huo)得直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)高電壓(ya)(ya)。當用一(yi)短(duan)路(lu)桿將高壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆短(duan)接時(shi),可獲(huo)得工(gong)頻(pin)高電壓(ya)(ya),作為交流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)狀態;取消短(duan)路(lu)桿時(shi),作為直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)狀態。

注(zhu):高壓尾(wei)必須可靠接地(di)

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的額定容量(liang)(liang)來(lai)選擇。如高壓(ya)側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya))。常用(yong)水電(dian)阻(zu)作(zuo)為限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu),管子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足(zu)夠的熱(re)容量(liang)(liang)(水阻(zu)液配制方法:用(yong)蒸餾水加入適量(liang)(liang)硫酸銅配制成各種不(bu)同的阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙及保(bao)護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)間(jian)隙整定值時(一(yi)般取試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙放(fang)電(dian),對被(bei)試品起到(dao)保(bao)護作用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙保(bao)護電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在工(gong)(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確的(de)(de),其(qi)原因是(shi)由(you)于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在著漏抗(kang),在這個(ge)漏抗(kang)上(shang)(shang)必然(ran)存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)(huo)容升,使試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或(huo)(huo)高(gao)于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映出來的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是(shi)所謂容升現象。感(gan)應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)漏抗(kang)必然(ran)存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了準確測量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)所施加(jia)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人(ren)員應做(zuo)好分工,明確相互間聯系方法。并有專門人(ren)監(jian)護現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)品應(ying)先(xian)清掃干凈,并(bing)**干燥(zao),以免損壞被(bei)試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于(yu)大型試驗(yan)(yan),一般都應(ying)先(xian)進行空(kong)升(sheng)試驗(yan)(yan)。即不接(jie)試品(pin)時升(sheng)壓(ya)至試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓(ya),校對各種表計,調整球間(jian)隙。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速度(du)不(bu)能(neng)太(tai)快,并必須防(fang)止突(tu)然(ran)加壓(ya)(ya)。例如(ru)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器不(bu)在零位時突(tu)然(ran)合閘(zha)(zha)。也不(bu)能(neng)突(tu)然(ran)切斷電源,一(yi)般應(ying)在調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器降(jiang)至零位時拉(la)閘(zha)(zha)。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升至(zhi)試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開始計(ji)時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速(su)降(jiang)壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)以下時(shi),才能拉開電(dian)(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如發現(xian)下(xia)列(lie)不正(zheng)常(chang)情(qing)況時,應立即(ji)降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電源。停止(zhi)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)并查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指(zhi)針擺動(dong)很大;②發現(xian)絕緣燒焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)內(nei)有不正(zheng)常(chang)的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗前后應(ying)測量絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情(qing)況。

試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器在做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓(ya)或泄(xie)露(lu)試(shi)驗(yan)時接(jie)線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄露(lu)試驗(yan)中(zhong)(zhong)限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額(e)定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),輸(shu)出端(duan)短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過高(gao)壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的試驗(yan)裝置中(zhong)(zhong),限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠的容量(liang)和沿(yan)面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試(shi)品(pin)的電容(rong)量很大(da)時,C1可(ke)省略不用。

泄(xie)露試驗(yan)的(de)操作及注意事項

1)試(shi)(shi)驗前應先檢查被試(shi)(shi)品是否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一(yi)切對外連(lian)線是否擦(ca)干凈。要(yao)嚴防(fang)將試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓加到有人工作的部位上(shang)去。

2)接好試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置的(de)接線(xian)后,應(ying)復查(cha)(cha)無誤后才可(ke)(ke)加壓。應(ying)特(te)別注意檢查(cha)(cha)高壓設備及引線(xian)與地(di)、與操作人員的(de)**距離,被試(shi)品的(de)外殼是(shi)否(fou)可(ke)(ke)靠接地(di),要按**規程中所(suo)規定(ding)的(de)內容(rong)進(jin)行(xing)試(shi)驗。

3)對于(yu)大電容量設備(bei)應緩慢升壓(ya),防止被試品的充電電流(liu)燒(shao)壞微安表。必要時應分(fen)級(ji)加壓(ya),分(fen)別讀(du)取(qu)各(ge)級(ji)電壓(ya)下微安表的穩定讀(du)數(shu)。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應密切監視(shi)被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置、微(wei)安表,一旦發(fa)生擊穿、閃爍(shuo)等異(yi)常現(xian)象應立即降(jiang)壓,切斷電源,并查(cha)明(ming)原(yuan)因,詳(xiang)細記錄(lu)。

5)試(shi)驗(yan)完畢,降(jiang)壓,切斷電(dian)(dian)源后應將被試(shi)品及(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)裝置(zhi)本身充分(fen)放電(dian)(dian)。

四、WBYD-25KVA/100KV試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您(nin)所進行的(de)試驗(yan)接(jie)好工作線(xian)路(lu)。試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼以及(ji)操作系統(tong)的(de)外殼必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地(di)。試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)以及(ji)測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地(di)。

2、做串(chuan)級(ji)(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓器的(de)低壓繞組的(de)X端,測量繞組的(de)F端以(yi)及高壓繞組的(de)X端(高壓尾)均(jun)接(jie)本級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓器的(de)外殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓器的(de)外殼必須通過絕緣支架接(jie)地(di)。

3、接通電(dian)源(yuan)前,操作系統的調壓器必須調到零位后方可(ke)接通電(dian)源(yuan),合閘,開始升壓。

4、從(cong)零(ling)開(kai)始均勻旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極(ji)慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電壓(ya)(ya)從(cong)零(ling)開(kai)始按一定(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需的(de)額定(ding)試驗電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以(yi)(yi)每秒2%額定(ding)試驗電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需的(de)額定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya),并密切注意測(ce)量儀表(biao)的(de)指示(shi)以(yi)(yi)及被試品(pin)的(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中或試驗過程(cheng)中如發現測(ce)量儀表(biao)的(de)指示(shi)及被試品(pin)情況異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源(yuan),查明情況。

5、試(shi)驗完(wan)畢(bi)后(hou),應在(zai)數秒內勻速的將調壓器返回至(zhi)零位,然后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超(chao)過額(e)定(ding)參數使(shi)用。除(chu)試驗必(bi)須外,決不允許(xu)全電壓通電或(huo)斷電。

7、再(zai)升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如發(fa)現以(yi)下不正(zheng)常情況時(shi),應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源,停止試驗(yan)并(bing)查明原因。

8、圖1中第9項(xiang)系壓力(li)(li)閥及壓力(li)(li)表(biao),為(wei)長期關(guan)閉狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以檢查(cha)SF6壓力(li)(li),應(ying)不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓力(li)(li)后立即關(guan)閉閥門),低(di)于(yu)0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量被(bei)試(shi)設備(bei)的絕(jue)緣電阻(zu),檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當試驗(yan)變壓器長期(qi)不使用時(shi),應放置于通風、干燥、無陽(yang)光直射的地(di)方。

11、該產品不允許在(zai)高于45℃的溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重力沖擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固件(jian)及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不(bu)得擅自(zi)松動。

14、使用本(ben)產(chan)品做高(gao)(gao)壓試驗(yan)(yan)時,出(chu)熟悉(xi)本(ben)說明書外,還(huan)必須嚴格執行國家有(you)關(guan)標準和操作(zuo)規程(cheng)。可參(can)照GB311-83《高(gao)(gao)壓輸變設備的絕緣(yuan)配(pei)合,高(gao)(gao)壓試驗(yan)(yan)技術》;《電氣設備預防性試驗(yan)(yan)規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-25KVA/100KV試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓器的額(e)定輸出高壓的有效值(kV)

k&nbsp;——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較低時,k值可取高一(yi)些。

Ct——被(bei)試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電(dian)源的(de)頻率(lv)
