一、WBYD-25KVA/100KV高壓試驗變壓器概述

二、WBYD-25KVA/100KV高壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)采用單框(kuang)芯(xin)式鐵(tie)芯(xin)結構,初級繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)(rao)在鐵(tie)芯(xin)上(shang),高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)在外(wai),這種同軸布置減(jian)少了漏磁通,因而(er)增(zeng)大(da)了繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)間的耦合(he)。產品的外(wai)殼(ke)為圓柱(zhu)灌(guan)式容器(qi)結構,能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以(yi)上(shang)壓(ya)力。其結構見圖1:

三、WBYD-25KVA/100KV高壓試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器為單(dan)相變壓(ya)器,聯結組(zu)標號(hao)Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上(shang)為380V)電(dian)源接入 (為本公司生產的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器配套(tao)專用(yong)設(she)備,詳細資料請見其具體使用(yong)說明書)系列操(cao)作箱(臺),經操(cao)作箱內自偶調壓(ya)器(50kVA以(yi)上(shang)調壓(ya)器外(wai)附)調節至(zhi)0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)初級繞組(zu),根據電(dian)磁感(gan)應原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)所需的(de)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)。

單臺(tai)YDQ系列交直流高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的工作(zuo)原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中作(zuo)半波整(zheng)流,以(yi)獲(huo)得直流高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當用一短路(lu)桿將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆短接時,可獲(huo)得工頻高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)為交流輸(shu)(shu)出狀態(tai);取(qu)消短路(lu)桿時,作(zuo)為直流輸(shu)(shu)出狀態(tai)。

試驗變(bian)壓器高(gao)壓套管中的高(gao)壓硅堆未畫出,其原理與上圖(tu)相同。

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的額(e)定容(rong)量(liang)來(lai)選(xuan)擇(ze)。如高壓(ya)側額(e)定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時,可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時,可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用水電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管(guan)子長(chang)度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細(xi)應具有足夠(gou)的熱容(rong)量(liang)(水阻(zu)液配制方法:用蒸(zheng)餾(liu)水加(jia)入適(shi)量(liang)硫酸銅配制成各種(zhong)不同的阻(zu)值)。

球間(jian)隙(xi)及(ji)保護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓超(chao)過球間(jian)隙(xi)整定(ding)值時(一般取(qu)試驗(yan)電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian),對(dui)被試品起(qi)到保護作用。球間(jian)隙(xi)保護電(dian)阻可(ke)按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常(chang)準(zhun)確的(de)(de)(de),其原因是由于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在著(zhu)漏(lou)抗,在這個漏(lou)抗上(shang)必(bi)然存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)(jiang)或容升,使試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或高于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反映出(chu)來的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是所謂(wei)容升現象(xiang)。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)漏(lou)抗必(bi)然存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)(jiang)。為了準(zhun)確測(ce)量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)所施加的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻(zu)容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工(gong)頻耐壓試(shi)驗操作注(zhu)意(yi)事項

1)試驗人員應做(zuo)好分工,明確相互間聯(lian)系方法。并有專門人監護現場**及觀察(cha)試品狀態。

2)被試(shi)品(pin)應先(xian)清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品(pin)和試(shi)驗帶來的(de)誤(wu)差。

3)對(dui)(dui)于(yu)大型試(shi)(shi)驗,一般(ban)都應(ying)先進行空升(sheng)試(shi)(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)(shi)品時(shi)升(sheng)壓至試(shi)(shi)驗電壓,校對(dui)(dui)各(ge)種(zhong)表計(ji),調整球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓(ya)速(su)度不(bu)能太快,并必須防(fang)止突然加壓(ya)。例如(ru)調壓(ya)器不(bu)在(zai)零(ling)位時突然合(he)閘。也不(bu)能突然切斷電(dian)源,一般應在(zai)調壓(ya)器降至零(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至試驗電(dian)壓(ya)時,開始(shi)計時,到(dao)1min后(hou),迅速(su)降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗電(dian)壓(ya)以下時,才能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在(zai)升壓或耐(nai)壓試驗過程中,如發現下列不正常情況時,應立即降壓,切斷電源(yuan)。停止試驗并查明(ming)原因:①電壓表指針擺動很大;②發現絕緣燒(shao)焦或冒煙;③被試品(pin)內有不正常的聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗前后應(ying)測量絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕(jue)緣情況。

試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器在做被試(shi)(shi)品的(de)直流耐壓(ya)或泄(xie)露試(shi)(shi)驗時(shi)接線(xian)原理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試(shi)驗中(zhong)限流電(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出(chu)端短路電(dian)流不超過(guo)高壓(ya)硅堆的(de)(de)*大整流。如(ru)電(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的(de)(de)*大整流電(dian)流為100mA時用于60kV的(de)(de)試(shi)驗裝置中(zhong),限流電(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限流電(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠的(de)(de)容量和(he)沿(yan)面(mian)放電(dian)距離(li)。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般選擇(ze)在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試(shi)品的電容(rong)量很大(da)時,C1可(ke)省略不用(yong)。

泄(xie)露(lu)試驗的操作(zuo)及注意事項

1)試(shi)驗前應先檢查被試(shi)品是(shi)否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切對外(wai)連線是(shi)否擦干凈。要(yao)嚴防(fang)將(jiang)試(shi)驗電(dian)壓加到有(you)人工(gong)作的(de)部(bu)位上去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置的(de)接(jie)線后(hou)(hou),應(ying)復查無誤后(hou)(hou)才可(ke)加壓(ya)。應(ying)特別注(zhu)意檢(jian)查高壓(ya)設備及引線與地(di)、與操作人員的(de)**距(ju)離(li),被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)外(wai)殼是否可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di),要(yao)按**規(gui)程(cheng)中所規(gui)定(ding)的(de)內容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對(dui)于大(da)電(dian)(dian)容量設備應緩慢升壓,防(fang)止被試品的充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微(wei)安表。必(bi)要(yao)時應分(fen)級加壓,分(fen)別讀取各(ge)級電(dian)(dian)壓下微(wei)安表的穩(wen)定讀數。

4)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中,應密切監視被試(shi)(shi)品、試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微安(an)表,一(yi)旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,并(bing)查明原(yuan)因,詳細記(ji)錄。

5)試驗完(wan)畢,降壓,切斷(duan)電源后應將被(bei)試品及試驗裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBYD-25KVA/100KV高壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按(an)照您(nin)所進行的(de)(de)試驗接好工作線路。試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)以及(ji)操作系統的(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必須可靠接地。試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)尾)以及(ji)測(ce)量繞組的(de)(de)F端必須可靠接地。

2、做串級試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),**級、第(di)三級試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)X端(duan),測量繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)F端(duan)以及(ji)高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾)均(jun)接(jie)本級試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)外殼。**級、第(di)三級試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)外殼必須通過(guo)絕緣支架接(jie)地(di)。

3、接通電源前,操(cao)作系統的調壓(ya)(ya)器必須調到零位(wei)后方可接通電源,合(he)閘,開始升壓(ya)(ya)。

4、從零開始均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有(you):快速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即20s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即60s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供(gong)選用(yong)。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始按一定的升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和(he)速(su)(su)度上升(sheng)到您所(suo)需的額(e)定試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的75%后,在以每秒2%額(e)定試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的速(su)(su)度升(sheng)到您所(suo)需的額(e)定電壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并(bing)密(mi)切注意(yi)測量(liang)儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)的指(zhi)示以及(ji)被試(shi)品的情況。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過程中(zhong)如發(fa)現測量(liang)儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)的指(zhi)示及(ji)被試(shi)品情況異常(chang),應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電源,查明情況。

5、試驗完(wan)畢(bi)后,應在數秒內勻速的將調壓器返回至零位,然后切(qie)斷電源。

6、本產品(pin)不得超(chao)過額定(ding)參數使(shi)用。除試驗必(bi)須外,決不允許(xu)全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗過程(cheng)中(zhong),如發現以(yi)下不(bu)正常情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,停止試(shi)(shi)驗并查(cha)明原因。

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項(xiang)系壓(ya)力(li)閥(fa)及壓(ya)力(li)表,為長期關閉(bi)狀態。每6個月(yue)開閥(fa)一次,以檢(jian)查(cha)SF6壓(ya)力(li),應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢(jian)查(cha)壓(ya)力(li)后立(li)即(ji)關閉(bi)閥(fa)門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時(shi)應加SF6氣(qi)體,以增加氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應(ying)測量被試設備的絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況(kuang)。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓器長期(qi)不使(shi)用時,應(ying)放置于通風、干燥、無陽光直(zhi)射的地方。

11、該產品(pin)不(bu)允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬(ban)運(yun)途中不得重(zhong)力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力閥(fa)、壓力表不得(de)擅自松動。

14、使用本產品(pin)做(zuo)高壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時(shi),出熟悉(xi)本說明書外(wai),還必須嚴格執行國(guo)家有關(guan)標(biao)準和(he)操作規程。可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高壓(ya)(ya)輸變設備的絕緣配合,高壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設備預(yu)防性試驗(yan)規程》等。

五、WBYD-25KVA/100KV高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容(rong)量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器(qi)的額(e)定輸出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)較低時,k值(zhi)可(ke)取高一些。

Ct——被試(shi)品的(de)電容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電(dian)源的頻率(lv)

被試設備的(de)電容量Ct可由交流電橋測(ce)出(chu)。Ct的(de)變(bian)化(hua)很(hen)大,

可由(you)設備的類型而定(ding)。
