二、WBYD-20KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為(wei)單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為(wei)380V)電(dian)(dian)源接入 (為(wei)本公司生產的(de)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)配套專用(yong)設備,詳細資料請見其(qi)具體使用(yong)說明書)系列操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)箱(臺(tai)),經(jing)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)箱內自偶(ou)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出至YDQ試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)初級(ji)繞組,根據電(dian)(dian)磁感應(ying)原理,在試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組可獲得試驗所需(xu)的(de)高電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺(tai)YDQ系列交直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器的工作原理圖見(jian)圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)套管(guan)中(zhong)裝有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)(dui),串接(jie)在(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)回路中(zhong)作半(ban)波整流(liu),以獲(huo)得(de)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)。當用一短路桿將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)(dui)短接(jie)時,可(ke)獲(huo)得(de)工頻高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya),作為交流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)狀(zhuang)態;取消短路桿時,作為直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)狀(zhuang)態。

注:高壓(ya)尾必須可靠接地

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的額定(ding)容量來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時,可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流為(wei)1A以上時,可取1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為(wei)限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管(guan)子(zi)長度可按150kV/m考慮(lv),管(guan)子(zi)粗(cu)細應具有足夠的熱容量(水阻(zu)液配(pei)制(zhi)方法:用(yong)蒸餾水加入適量硫酸(suan)銅配(pei)制(zhi)成(cheng)各種(zhong)不同的阻(zu)值)。

球間隙及(ji)保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)(dian)壓超(chao)過球間隙整定值時(一般取試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球間隙放電(dian)(dian),對(dui)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)起到(dao)保護(hu)作用。球間隙保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可(ke)按1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓)選取。

在工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常(chang)準確(que)的(de)(de)(de),其(qi)原因(yin)是由于(yu)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存(cun)(cun)在著漏抗(kang),在這個漏抗(kang)上必然存(cun)(cun)在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升(sheng),使試品(pin)(pin)上的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反映出來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)時,被試品(pin)(pin)上的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是所(suo)謂容升(sheng)現象(xiang)。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)時,試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)漏抗(kang)必然存(cun)(cun)在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測量(liang)(liang)被試品(pin)(pin)上所(suo)施加的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常(chang)在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來(lai)測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗操作注(zhu)意事項

1)試驗人員應做好(hao)分工,明確相互間聯系方法。并有專(zhuan)門(men)人監護現場**及觀察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品(pin)應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損(sun)壞(huai)被(bei)試品(pin)和(he)試驗(yan)帶來(lai)的誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗(yan),一般都應先進行空(kong)升(sheng)試(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)品(pin)時升(sheng)壓(ya)至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya),校(xiao)對各種表(biao)計,調整球間(jian)隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不(bu)(bu)能太快,并必(bi)須(xu)防止突然加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器(qi)不(bu)(bu)在零(ling)位時(shi)突然合閘(zha)。也不(bu)(bu)能突然切斷電源,一(yi)般應在調壓(ya)器(qi)降(jiang)至零(ling)位時(shi)拉閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi)(shi),開始計時(shi)(shi),到1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓(ya)到1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)以(yi)下時(shi)(shi),才(cai)能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如發現下(xia)列不(bu)正常(chang)情(qing)況時,應立(li)即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源(yuan)。停(ting)止試(shi)驗(yan)并查(cha)明原因:①電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表指(zhi)針(zhen)擺動很大;②發現絕(jue)緣燒(shao)焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不(bu)正常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前(qian)后應測量絕緣電(dian)阻,檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)在做被試品的(de)直流耐壓(ya)或(huo)泄露(lu)試驗時接(jie)線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗(yan)應先(xian)抽出短路(lu)桿“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試驗中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇(ze)在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的*大(da)整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的*大(da)整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于60kV的試驗裝置中,限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應(ying)具有(you)足夠的容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容(rong)C1一(yi)般選擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被試(shi)品的電(dian)容(rong)量很(hen)大時,C1可(ke)省略不用。

泄露(lu)試驗的操作及注意事項

1)試驗(yan)前(qian)應先檢(jian)查被試品是(shi)否(fou)停電,接(jie)地(di)放電,一切(qie)對外連線是(shi)否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防(fang)將(jiang)試驗(yan)電壓加到有人工作的部位上(shang)去。

2)接好試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)的(de)(de)接線(xian)后(hou),應復查無誤后(hou)才可加壓。應特別注意檢查高壓設備(bei)及(ji)引線(xian)與(yu)地、與(yu)操作人員的(de)(de)**距離,被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)(de)外殼是否可靠接地,要按**規程(cheng)中所(suo)規定的(de)(de)內容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電容量(liang)設備應緩慢升壓,防(fang)止(zhi)被試(shi)品的(de)(de)充電電流燒(shao)壞微(wei)安(an)表。必要時應分級加壓,分別讀取各(ge)級電壓下微(wei)安(an)表的(de)(de)穩定讀數。

4)試(shi)(shi)驗過程中,應(ying)密切監視被試(shi)(shi)品、試(shi)(shi)驗裝置(zhi)、微安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃(shan)爍(shuo)等異常(chang)現象應(ying)立即降(jiang)壓,切斷電源,并查明原因(yin),詳細(xi)記錄。

5)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)完(wan)畢,降壓(ya),切斷電源后應將被試(shi)(shi)品及試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置本(ben)身充(chong)分放電。

四、WBYD-20KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)接(jie)好工(gong)作(zuo)線路(lu)。試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼以(yi)(yi)及操作(zuo)系(xi)統的(de)(de)外(wai)殼必須(xu)可靠(kao)接(jie)地。試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)以(yi)(yi)及測量繞組(zu)的(de)(de)F端必須(xu)可靠(kao)接(jie)地。

2、做串級試驗時,**級、第三(san)級試驗變壓(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)X端,測量繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)F端以及高壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)尾)均接本級試驗變壓(ya)器的(de)外殼。**級、第三(san)級試驗變壓(ya)器的(de)外殼必須(xu)通過絕緣支架接地。

3、接通(tong)電源前,操作系統的調壓(ya)器必須調到零位后(hou)方可接通(tong)電源,合(he)閘,開(kai)始升壓(ya)。

4、從零開(kai)(kai)始(shi)均(jun)勻旋轉調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快(kuai)速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢速升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開(kai)(kai)始(shi)按一定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速度上(shang)升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)(ding)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)75%后,在以(yi)每秒(miao)2%額定(ding)(ding)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)速度升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀表的(de)(de)(de)指示以(yi)及被試品(pin)(pin)的(de)(de)(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中或試驗過程中如發現測量儀表的(de)(de)(de)指示及被試品(pin)(pin)情況異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查(cha)明情況。

5、試驗完畢后(hou)(hou),應在數秒內勻(yun)速的將調壓器返回至零位,然后(hou)(hou)切斷(duan)電源。

6、本產(chan)品不得超過額定(ding)參數(shu)使(shi)用。除試驗必須外,決不允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷(duan)電(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓或耐壓試驗過程中,如發(fa)現以下不正常情況時,應立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源,停止試驗并查明(ming)原因(yin)。

被試品內有不(bu)正常(chang)的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)力(li)閥及(ji)壓(ya)力(li)表,為長期關閉(bi)(bi)狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以檢查SF6壓(ya)力(li),應(ying)不小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力(li)后立(li)即(ji)關閉(bi)(bi)閥門),低于0.2MPa時(shi)應(ying)加SF6氣(qi)體,以增加氣(qi)絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗前后應(ying)測(ce)量被試設備(bei)的(de)絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情(qing)況(kuang)。

10、當試驗(yan)變壓器長期不(bu)使用時,應放置(zhi)于(yu)通風、干燥、無陽光(guang)直射的地方。

11、該產(chan)品不允許在高于(yu)45℃的溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得(de)重力(li)沖擊。

13、產(chan)品緊固件(jian)及壓力(li)(li)閥(fa)、壓力(li)(li)表不得擅自松動。

14、使(shi)用本(ben)產品做(zuo)高(gao)壓試(shi)驗時,出熟悉本(ben)說(shuo)明書外,還(huan)必須(xu)嚴格執(zhi)行(xing)國家(jia)有關標準和(he)操作規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設(she)備的(de)絕緣(yuan)配合,高(gao)壓試(shi)驗技(ji)術》;《電氣(qi)設(she)備預(yu)防性試(shi)驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-20KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓器的額定(ding)輸出(chu)高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電壓較(jiao)低時(shi),k值可取高一些。

Ct——被試品的電(dian)容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電(dian)源(yuan)的(de)頻(pin)率(lv)

被試設備(bei)的電(dian)容量Ct可由交流(liu)電(dian)橋(qiao)測出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備(bei)的(de)類型(xing)而定。
