二、WBYD-20KVA/100KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓試驗變壓器采(cai)用單(dan)框芯(xin)式(shi)鐵芯(xin)結構(gou),初級繞組(zu)繞在鐵芯(xin)上,高(gao)壓繞組(zu)在外,這(zhe)種同軸布(bu)置減少了(le)漏磁(ci)通,因而增大了(le)繞組(zu)間的耦合。產品的外殼為圓柱灌式(shi)容器結構(gou),能(neng)耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上壓力。其結構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單(dan)相(xiang)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結(jie)組標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工(gong)頻(pin)220V(10kVA以上(shang)為380V)電源接入 (為本(ben)公司生產(chan)的(de)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套(tao)專用(yong)設備,詳(xiang)細資料請見(jian)其(qi)具體使用(yong)說(shuo)明書)系列(lie)操(cao)作(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺),經操(cao)作(zuo)箱(xiang)內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)初級繞(rao)組,根(gen)據電磁感應(ying)原(yuan)理,在試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組可獲得試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所需(xu)的(de)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直(zhi)(zhi)流高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的工作(zuo)原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中高(gao)壓(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)(gui)堆(dui),串接在高(gao)壓(ya)回路(lu)中作(zuo)半波整流,以獲(huo)得直(zhi)(zhi)流高(gao)電壓(ya)。當用(yong)一短(duan)路(lu)桿將高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)(gui)堆(dui)短(duan)接時,可(ke)獲(huo)得工頻高(gao)電壓(ya),作(zuo)為(wei)交(jiao)流輸出(chu)狀態(tai);取(qu)消短(duan)路(lu)桿時,作(zuo)為(wei)直(zhi)(zhi)流輸出(chu)狀態(tai)。

工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根(gen)據試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)額(e)定(ding)容(rong)量(liang)(liang)來選(xuan)擇。如高壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時(shi)(shi),可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流為(wei)(wei)1A以上時(shi)(shi),可取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用(yong)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管(guan)(guan)子長度可按150kV/m考(kao)慮,管(guan)(guan)子粗細應具有足夠的(de)熱容(rong)量(liang)(liang)(水阻(zu)液配制方法:用(yong)蒸餾水加入適量(liang)(liang)硫(liu)酸(suan)銅配制成各種不同的(de)阻(zu)值(zhi))。

球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)及保護電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)超過(guo)球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)整定值(zhi)時(一般取試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品起到保護作用。球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)保護電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))選取。

在工(gong)(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常(chang)準(zhun)確的(de),其原因(yin)是(shi)由于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在著漏(lou)抗,在這個漏(lou)抗上(shang)必(bi)然存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或(huo)容升,使(shi)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)(di)于或(huo)高(gao)于低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出來的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容升現(xian)象。感(gan)應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏(lou)抗必(bi)然存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準(zhun)確測(ce)量被(bei)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)上(shang)所施加(jia)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常(chang)在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接(jie)入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗操作注意事項

1)試(shi)驗人員應(ying)做好分工,明確相互間聯(lian)系方法。并有專(zhuan)門(men)人監護現場**及觀察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品應先清掃(sao)干凈(jing),并**干燥(zao),以免損壞被(bei)試品和試驗帶(dai)來(lai)的誤(wu)差。

3)對于大型試驗,一般都應先(xian)進行空升(sheng)試驗。即不接試品時升(sheng)壓至試驗電壓,校對各種表計,調整球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓速度不(bu)能(neng)太快,并必須(xu)防止突(tu)然加(jia)壓。例如(ru)調壓器(qi)不(bu)在零位(wei)(wei)時突(tu)然合閘。也(ye)不(bu)能(neng)突(tu)然切斷電源,一般應在調壓器(qi)降至零位(wei)(wei)時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,開(kai)始(shi)計(ji)時,到(dao)1min后(hou),迅速降壓(ya)(ya)到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)以下時,才能拉開(kai)電(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓或耐壓試驗過程中(zhong),如發現下(xia)列不(bu)正常(chang)情況時,應立即降(jiang)壓,切斷電源。停止試驗并查明原因:①電壓表指針擺動(dong)很大(da);②發現絕緣(yuan)燒(shao)焦或冒煙;③被(bei)試品內有不(bu)正常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)前后應測量絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

試驗(yan)(yan)變壓器(qi)在(zai)做被試品的直流耐壓或泄露試驗(yan)(yan)時接線原理(li)圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應(ying)先抽出短路桿“D”,圖(tu)6中所示。

泄露試(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong)(zhong)限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,輸出端(duan)短路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流不超過高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆的(de)*大(da)整流。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的(de)*大(da)整流電(dian)(dian)(dian)流為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)裝置中(zhong)(zhong),限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還(huan)應具有足(zu)夠的(de)容量和(he)沿(yan)面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓(ya)濾波電(dian)容C1一般選擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)電(dian)容量(liang)很(hen)大時,C1可省略不(bu)用。

泄露試(shi)驗(yan)的操(cao)作及注(zhu)意事項

1)試(shi)驗前應先(xian)檢(jian)查被(bei)試(shi)品是否停電,接地放電,一切對外連線是否擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗電壓加到(dao)有(you)人工作的部位上(shang)去。

2)接好試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置的接線(xian)后(hou),應(ying)復查(cha)無誤后(hou)才可(ke)(ke)加壓。應(ying)特別(bie)注意檢查(cha)高壓設(she)備及(ji)引線(xian)與地、與操(cao)作人(ren)員的**距離,被試(shi)品的外(wai)殼是否可(ke)(ke)靠(kao)接地,要(yao)按(an)**規程中所規定(ding)的內容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設備(bei)應緩慢升壓,防止被試品的充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安表。必(bi)要時應分(fen)級(ji)加壓,分(fen)別讀取(qu)各(ge)級(ji)電(dian)壓下微安表的穩(wen)定讀數。

4)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過程中(zhong),應密(mi)切監視被試(shi)(shi)品、試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝置、微(wei)安(an)表,一旦發生(sheng)擊(ji)穿、閃爍等(deng)異常現象(xiang)應立(li)即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源,并(bing)查明原因,詳細(xi)記錄(lu)。

5)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)完(wan)畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝置(zhi)本身充分放電。

四、WBYD-20KVA/100KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的試驗接(jie)好工(gong)作線路。試驗變壓器的外殼以及(ji)操作系統(tong)的外殼必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地。試驗變壓器高(gao)壓繞(rao)組的X端(高(gao)壓尾(wei))以及(ji)測(ce)量繞(rao)組的F端必須(xu)可靠接(jie)地。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)低壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)X端(duan),測量繞組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)F端(duan)以及高壓(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾(wei))均接(jie)本(ben)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)殼(ke)(ke)。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)殼(ke)(ke)必須通過絕(jue)緣支架(jia)接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)通電源(yuan)前,操作系統(tong)的調(diao)壓(ya)器必須調(diao)到零位后(hou)方可接(jie)通電源(yuan),合(he)閘,開始升壓(ya)。

4、從(cong)零(ling)開始(shi)均勻(yun)旋轉調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)(su)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)20s逐級升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)(su)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)60s逐級升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢速(su)(su)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供(gong)選(xuan)用。電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零(ling)開始(shi)按一定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)(de)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)(su)度上(shang)升到(dao)您(nin)所需的(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)(ding)試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)75%后,在以每(mei)秒2%額定(ding)(ding)試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)速(su)(su)度升到(dao)您(nin)所需的(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀(yi)(yi)表的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)示(shi)(shi)以及被試品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)情況。升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試驗(yan)過程中(zhong)如發現測量儀(yi)(yi)表的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)示(shi)(shi)及被試品(pin)情況異常,應(ying)立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,查明情況。

5、試驗完(wan)畢后,應在數秒內勻速的將調壓器返回至零位,然后切斷電(dian)源。

6、本產品(pin)不(bu)得超過額定(ding)參數使(shi)用(yong)。除(chu)試驗必(bi)須外,決不(bu)允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗(yan)過(guo)程中,如(ru)發(fa)現以下不正常情況時,應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切斷電源(yuan),停止試驗(yan)并查(cha)明原(yuan)因。

⑴電壓表(biao)指(zhi)針擺動(或數字(zi)跳動)很大

⑵電流表直線上(shang)升

被試(shi)品內有不正常的聲音

8、圖(tu)1中第9項系壓力(li)閥(fa)(fa)及壓力(li)表(biao),為長期關閉狀態(tai)。每6個月開閥(fa)(fa)一次,以(yi)檢查(cha)SF6壓力(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓力(li)后立即關閉閥(fa)(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以(yi)增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量被試(shi)設備的絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當(dang)試驗(yan)變壓器長期不使用(yong)時,應放置于通風、干(gan)燥、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該產(chan)品不允許在高于45℃的(de)溫度下長期(qi)存放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中不得重力(li)沖擊(ji)。

13、產品緊(jin)固件及(ji)壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得擅自松(song)動。

14、使用(yong)本(ben)產品做高(gao)壓(ya)試驗時(shi),出熟悉本(ben)說明書外(wai),還必須嚴格(ge)執行國(guo)家(jia)有關標準(zhun)和(he)操作規程(cheng)。可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變設(she)備(bei)的絕緣配合,高(gao)壓(ya)試驗技術(shu)》;《電氣設(she)備(bei)預防性試驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-20KVA/100KV交流耐壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器容(rong)量Pn的確定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定輸出(chu)高(gao)壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數(shu)。k≥1,標(biao)稱(cheng)電壓(ya)(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱(cheng)電壓(ya)(ya)較低時,k值可(ke)取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被試(shi)品的電(dian)容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電源的頻(pin)率(lv)

被試設備的電(dian)容量Ct可由交流(liu)電(dian)橋測出。Ct的變(bian)化很大,

可由設備的類型而定。
