二、WBYD-20KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采用單(dan)框芯式鐵芯結(jie)構(gou),初級(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯上(shang),高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)在外(wai),這(zhe)種同軸布置(zhi)減少了漏磁通(tong),因(yin)而增大了繞(rao)組(zu)間(jian)的耦(ou)合。產(chan)品的外(wai)殼為(wei)圓柱灌式容器結(jie)構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)力。其結(jie)構(gou)見(jian)圖1:

YDQ系(xi)(xi)列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器為(wei)單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器,聯結(jie)組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為(wei)380V)電源接入 (為(wei)本公司生產的試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器配套專(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)設(she)備,詳(xiang)細資料請見其具體使用(yong)(yong)說明書(shu))系(xi)(xi)列操作箱(臺),經操作箱內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以上(shang)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器外(wai)附)調(diao)節(jie)至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的初(chu)級繞組,根據電磁感(gan)應原理(li),在試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所需的高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系(xi)列交直流(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓試驗變壓器(qi)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)原理圖(tu)(tu)見圖(tu)(tu)3,圖(tu)(tu)中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)壓套管中(zhong)裝有高(gao)(gao)壓硅堆,串接(jie)在高(gao)(gao)壓回路中(zhong)作(zuo)半波整流(liu),以獲得(de)直流(liu)高(gao)(gao)電壓。當用(yong)一(yi)短(duan)路桿將(jiang)高(gao)(gao)壓硅堆短(duan)接(jie)時,可獲得(de)工(gong)頻高(gao)(gao)電壓,作(zuo)為交流(liu)輸出狀態;取消(xiao)短(duan)路桿時,作(zuo)為直流(liu)輸出狀態。

注:高壓尾(wei)必須可靠接地

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)中限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根(gen)據(ju)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的額定(ding)(ding)容量來選擇。如高壓(ya)側(ce)額定(ding)(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時(shi),可取(qu)(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側(ce)額定(ding)(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)流為1A以上時(shi),可取(qu)(qu)1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常(chang)用水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作為限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管(guan)子長(chang)度可按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細應具(ju)有足夠的熱容量(水(shui)阻(zu)液配制方法:用蒸餾水(shui)加入適量硫(liu)酸銅(tong)配制成各種不同的阻(zu)值(zhi))。

球間(jian)隙及(ji)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)超過球間(jian)隙整定值時(shi)(一般取試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間(jian)隙放電(dian),對被(bei)試品(pin)起(qi)到(dao)保(bao)護(hu)作用。球間(jian)隙保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確的(de)(de)(de),其原因是(shi)由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在著漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang),在這(zhe)個漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang)上(shang)(shang)必然存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升,使(shi)試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)(yu)或高于(yu)(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映出來的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所(suo)謂(wei)容(rong)升現象。感應(ying)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang)必然存在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測(ce)量被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)所(suo)施加(jia)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此(ci)常在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容(rong)分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人(ren)員(yuan)應做好(hao)分(fen)工(gong),明確相互(hu)間聯系(xi)方法。并(bing)有專門人(ren)監護現場**及觀(guan)察試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)應先清掃干凈(jing),并(bing)**干燥,以免損壞被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)和試(shi)驗帶來的誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型試(shi)(shi)驗(yan),一般都應先進行空升試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓,校對(dui)各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)(ya)速度不能太(tai)快,并必須(xu)防止突(tu)然加壓(ya)(ya)。例如(ru)調壓(ya)(ya)器不在零位(wei)時(shi)突(tu)然合閘。也(ye)不能突(tu)然切斷電源,一般應在調壓(ya)(ya)器降至零位(wei)時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi),到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)以下時(shi),才能拉開(kai)電(dian)源。

6)在升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程中(zhong),如發現(xian)下列不正常(chang)情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試(shi)驗(yan)并查明原因(yin):①電壓(ya)表(biao)指針擺動(dong)很大;②發現(xian)絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不正常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓試驗(yan)前后應測量(liang)絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓器在做(zuo)被試(shi)(shi)品的直流耐壓或泄露試(shi)(shi)驗時接(jie)線(xian)原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注(zhu):此試驗應先抽出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

圖(tu)中:VD—高壓(ya)硅堆     R1—限流電阻(zu)      C1—高壓(ya)濾(lv)波電容    FRC—阻(zu)容分壓(ya)器     CX—被試品 ;   μA—帶保(bao)護微安表

泄露試(shi)驗中(zhong)限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時,輸出端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流不超過高壓硅堆的(de)*大整流。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的(de)*大整流電(dian)(dian)(dian)流為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試(shi)驗裝置中(zhong),限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻還應具有足夠(gou)的(de)容量和(he)沿面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波(bo)電容(rong)C1一般(ban)選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的電容(rong)量很大時,C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄露試(shi)驗的操作(zuo)及注意(yi)事項

1)試(shi)驗前應(ying)先檢查(cha)被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)是否停電(dian),接地放(fang)電(dian),一切對外(wai)連(lian)線是否擦干凈。要嚴(yan)防將試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)加到有(you)人工作的部位上去。

2)接好試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置的接線后,應(ying)復查無誤(wu)后才(cai)可加壓(ya)。應(ying)特別注意檢(jian)查高壓(ya)設(she)備及引線與(yu)地、與(yu)操作(zuo)人員的**距(ju)離,被試(shi)品的外(wai)殼是否可靠(kao)接地,要按**規(gui)程中所(suo)規(gui)定的內容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電(dian)(dian)容量設(she)備應(ying)緩慢升壓,防止被試品的(de)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞(huai)微(wei)安表(biao)。必要時應(ying)分(fen)級(ji)加壓,分(fen)別讀取各(ge)級(ji)電(dian)(dian)壓下微(wei)安表(biao)的(de)穩(wen)定讀數。

4)試驗過(guo)程(cheng)中,應(ying)密(mi)切監(jian)視被試品、試驗裝置、微安表,一(yi)旦發生擊穿、閃爍等(deng)異(yi)常(chang)現象應(ying)立(li)即降(jiang)壓,切斷電源,并(bing)查明(ming)原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)(shi)驗完(wan)畢,降壓,切斷電源(yuan)后應(ying)將被試(shi)(shi)品及試(shi)(shi)驗裝置本身(shen)充分(fen)放電。

四、WBYD-20KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按(an)照您所進行的試(shi)(shi)驗接好工作(zuo)線路。試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓器的外殼以(yi)及操(cao)作(zuo)系統的外殼必(bi)(bi)須可(ke)靠接地。試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓器高壓繞組(zu)的X端(高壓尾(wei))以(yi)及測量繞組(zu)的F端必(bi)(bi)須可(ke)靠接地。

2、做(zuo)串級試(shi)驗時,**級、第三級試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)X端(duan),測(ce)量繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)F端(duan)以及高壓(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組的(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾)均接(jie)本級試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼。**級、第三級試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼必須通過(guo)絕緣支(zhi)架(jia)接(jie)地(di)。

3、接通(tong)電源(yuan)前,操作系統的(de)調壓(ya)器必須調到(dao)零位后方可接通(tong)電源(yuan),合閘,開始升壓(ya)。

4、從零開始均(jun)勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極(ji)慢速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始按(an)一(yi)定的(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速(su)度上升(sheng)到您所需的(de)額(e)定試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后(hou),在(zai)以每秒2%額(e)定試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)度升(sheng)到您所需的(de)額(e)定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切注意測量(liang)儀表(biao)的(de)指示以及被(bei)(bei)試(shi)品的(de)情況。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中或試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中如發(fa)現測量(liang)儀表(biao)的(de)指示及被(bei)(bei)試(shi)品情況異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明情況。

5、試(shi)驗完畢(bi)后(hou),應在數秒內(nei)勻速的將調壓器(qi)返回至零位,然后(hou)切斷電源。

6、本(ben)產品不得超過額(e)定參數使用。除試驗(yan)必須外(wai),決不允許全電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)通電(dian)(dian)或斷電(dian)(dian)。

7、再(zai)升(sheng)壓或耐(nai)壓試驗過程(cheng)中,如發(fa)現以下不正常情況時,應立即(ji)降壓,切(qie)斷電源,停止試驗并(bing)查明原(yuan)因(yin)。

⑵電(dian)流表直(zhi)線上升

被試品內有不正常的聲音(yin)

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)壓力(li)閥(fa)及壓力(li)表,為長期關閉(bi)狀態(tai)。每(mei)6個月開閥(fa)一次(ci),以(yi)檢(jian)查(cha)SF6壓力(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查(cha)壓力(li)后立即關閉(bi)閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣(qi)體,以(yi)增加氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量(liang)被試(shi)設備(bei)的絕緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓器長期不使用(yong)時(shi),應放(fang)置于通風(feng)、干燥、無陽(yang)光直射的(de)地方。

11、該產品不允(yun)許(xu)在高于45℃的溫(wen)度下長期存放、使用(yong)、放氣(qi)。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重力(li)沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊固(gu)件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅(shan)自(zi)松動(dong)。

14、使用本(ben)(ben)產品做(zuo)高壓試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟悉本(ben)(ben)說明書外,還必須嚴格執(zhi)行(xing)國家(jia)有關標(biao)準和(he)操作規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高壓輸(shu)變設備的絕(jue)緣配合,高壓試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設備預防性試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-20KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確(que)定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的(de)(de)額定輸出高壓的(de)(de)有(you)效值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電壓較低時(shi),k值可取高一些。

Ct——被(bei)試品的(de)電容量(liang)(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電(dian)源的頻率

被試設(she)備(bei)的電容量(liang)Ct可由交流電橋測(ce)出(chu)。Ct的變化很(hen)大(da),可(ke)由設備(bei)的類型而定。
