一、WBYD-20KVA/100KV高壓耐壓成套裝置概述

YDQ系列(lie)高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器是(shi)根據《試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器》標準(zhun),在油(you)(you)浸式試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的基礎上(shang)而設(she)計生產(chan)(chan)(chan)的。SF6氣(qi)體(ti)具有良好的電(dian)氣(qi)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)性能及優異的滅弧性能,其(qi)耐(nai)壓(ya)強度為同一壓(ya)力(li)下氮氣(qi)的2.5倍,擊穿電(dian)壓(ya)的空氣(qi)的2.5倍。在0.25MPa下與油(you)(you)的擊穿電(dian)壓(ya)相等,在0.45MPa壓(ya)力(li)下是(shi)油(you)(you)的擊穿電(dian)壓(ya)的2倍,是(shi)一種(zhong)優于(yu)油(you)(you)的新一代(dai)超高(gao)壓(ya)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)介質材料。該產(chan)(chan)(chan)品技術(shu)要求(qiu)完全符合《ZBK-41006-89》標準(zhun),它是(shi)油(you)(you)浸式輕(qing)型試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的換代(dai)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品。該產(chan)(chan)(chan)品具有體(ti)積(ji)小(xiao)、重量(liang)輕(qing)、不受氣(qi)候變(bian)化影(ying)響、電(dian)暈小(xiao)、現場(chang)搬(ban)運無(wu)需靜止(zhi)可使(shi)用,使(shi)用壽(shou)命長、免維(wei)修(xiu)等特點。適用于(yu)電(dian)力(li)系統、工礦企(qi)業、科研(yan)部門等對各種(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)電(dian)氣(qi)設(she)備、電(dian)氣(qi)元件(jian)、絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)材料進(jin)行工頻或直流高(gao)壓(ya)下的絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)強度試驗。

二、WBYD-20KVA/100KV高壓耐壓成套裝置產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)(gao)壓試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器采(cai)用(yong)單框芯式鐵(tie)芯結(jie)構,初級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵(tie)芯上,高(gao)(gao)壓繞(rao)組(zu)在外,這(zhe)種同軸布置減少了漏磁通,因(yin)而增大了繞(rao)組(zu)間的(de)(de)耦合。產品的(de)(de)外殼為圓柱灌式容器結(jie)構,能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓力。其結(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系列高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為(wei)單相(xiang)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電(dian)(dian)源接入 (為(wei)本(ben)公司(si)生(sheng)產的試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套專(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)設(she)備,詳細資料(liao)請見其具體使(shi)用(yong)(yong)說明書)系列操(cao)作箱(臺),經(jing)操(cao)作箱內(nei)自偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初級繞(rao)組,根(gen)據電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)感(gan)應原理,在試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組可獲得試驗(yan)所需的高(gao)(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)直流高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的工作原理(li)圖見圖3,圖中高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路中作半波整流,以獲(huo)得(de)直流高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當用一(yi)短路桿將(jiang)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆短接時(shi),可獲(huo)得(de)工頻高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作為(wei)交(jiao)流輸出狀(zhuang)態;取(qu)消短路桿時(shi),作為(wei)直流輸出狀(zhuang)態。

試驗變壓器高壓套管中(zhong)的高壓硅(gui)堆未(wei)畫出,其原理(li)與(yu)上(shang)圖相同。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的額(e)定(ding)容量(liang)來選(xuan)擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為1A以上(shang)時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有(you)足夠的熱容量(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)(zu)液配制方法:用蒸(zheng)餾水(shui)加入適(shi)量(liang)硫(liu)酸(suan)銅配制成(cheng)各(ge)種(zhong)不同的阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)整定(ding)值(zhi)時(一般取試驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)放電(dian),對(dui)被試品起到保(bao)護(hu)作用。球(qiu)(qiu)間隙(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)阻可按(an)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong),低(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常準確的(de)(de),其原因是(shi)由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在著(zhu)(zhu)漏抗,在這個漏抗上(shang)必然(ran)存在著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容升,使試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)(yu)或高于(yu)(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出來的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是(shi)所謂(wei)容升現象。感(gan)應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)漏抗必然(ran)存在著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準確測量被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)所施加的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)操(cao)作注意事項

1)試驗人員應做(zuo)好分工,明(ming)確(que)相互(hu)間聯(lian)系方(fang)法。并有專門人監護現場**及觀察試品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)品應(ying)先清(qing)掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免(mian)損壞被(bei)試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來的(de)誤差(cha)。

3)對(dui)于大型(xing)試驗,一(yi)般都應(ying)先進行(xing)空升試驗。即不接試品時升壓至試驗電壓,校對(dui)各種表(biao)計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓速度不(bu)能(neng)太快(kuai),并必須防止突然加壓。例如調壓器(qi)不(bu)在零位時(shi)突然合(he)閘(zha)(zha)。也不(bu)能(neng)突然切斷電源(yuan),一般應在調壓器(qi)降(jiang)至零位時(shi)拉閘(zha)(zha)。

5)當電壓升至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓時(shi),開始計時(shi),到1min后,迅(xun)速降(jiang)壓到1/3試(shi)驗(yan)電壓以(yi)下時(shi),才能拉開電源。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如發現下列不正常情況時,應立(li)即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試驗(yan)并(bing)查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺動很大;②發現絕緣燒焦(jiao)或冒(mao)煙(yan);③被試品內有不正常的(de)聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓試驗前后應測量(liang)絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

試驗變壓器在做被試品的直流耐壓或泄(xie)露試驗時接線原理(li)圖如(ru)圖6。

注:此試驗應先抽出(chu)短路桿“D”,圖6中所示(shi)。

泄露試(shi)驗中限(xian)流電(dian)阻R1選擇(ze)在額(e)定輸(shu)出電(dian)壓時,輸(shu)出端短路電(dian)流不超(chao)過高壓硅堆的(de)*大整(zheng)流。如電(dian)壓硅堆的(de)*大整(zheng)流電(dian)流為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)中,限(xian)流電(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限(xian)流電(dian)阻還(huan)應具有足夠的(de)容量和(he)沿面放電(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容(rong)量很大時,C1可省(sheng)略不用。

泄(xie)露(lu)試驗(yan)的操作及注意事(shi)項

1)試(shi)驗前(qian)應先(xian)檢查(cha)被試(shi)品是(shi)否停(ting)電,接(jie)地(di)放電,一(yi)切對外連線是(shi)否擦(ca)干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗電壓(ya)加到有(you)人(ren)工作的(de)部位上去。

2)接好試驗(yan)裝置(zhi)的(de)接線后,應復查無誤后才可加壓。應特別注意檢(jian)查高壓設備(bei)及引線與(yu)(yu)地、與(yu)(yu)操(cao)作人(ren)員的(de)**距離(li),被試品的(de)外殼是(shi)否可靠接地,要按(an)**規(gui)程中所(suo)規(gui)定的(de)內容進行試驗(yan)。

3)對于大(da)電(dian)容量設(she)備應(ying)緩慢升(sheng)壓,防(fang)止被試品的(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微安(an)表。必要時(shi)應(ying)分(fen)級加壓,分(fen)別讀(du)取各級電(dian)壓下微安(an)表的(de)穩定(ding)讀(du)數。

4)試驗過程中(zhong),應密切(qie)監(jian)視被(bei)試品、試驗裝置、微(wei)安表,一旦發(fa)生擊穿、閃爍等(deng)異常現象應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,并查明原(yuan)因,詳細(xi)記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源后應(ying)將被(bei)試品(pin)及(ji)試驗裝置本身充分(fen)放電(dian)。

四、WBYD-20KVA/100KV高壓耐壓成套裝置注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)試(shi)驗接(jie)好工(gong)作線路。試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)的(de)外(wai)殼以及(ji)操(cao)作系統的(de)外(wai)殼必(bi)須可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di)。試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)高(gao)壓繞組的(de)X端(高(gao)壓尾)以及(ji)測量(liang)繞組的(de)F端必(bi)須可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)X端,測(ce)量繞組的(de)F端以及(ji)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接本級(ji)(ji)試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三(san)級(ji)(ji)試驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼必須通過絕緣支(zhi)架接地。

3、接(jie)(jie)通電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)前,操(cao)作系統的調壓(ya)器必須調到(dao)零(ling)位后方可接(jie)(jie)通電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),合閘,開始升壓(ya)。

4、從(cong)零開始均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)手(shou)輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)有:快速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用(yong)。電壓(ya)(ya)從(cong)零開始按一(yi)定(ding)(ding)的升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速度(du)上升(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需(xu)的額(e)定(ding)(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)的75%后,在以(yi)每秒2%額(e)定(ding)(ding)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)的速度(du)升(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所需(xu)的額(e)定(ding)(ding)電壓(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀表的指示以(yi)及被試(shi)(shi)品的情(qing)況。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中(zhong)如發現測量儀表的指示及被試(shi)(shi)品情(qing)況異(yi)常,應立即(ji)(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源,查明情(qing)況。

5、試驗完畢后,應在(zai)數(shu)秒內(nei)勻(yun)速的將(jiang)調壓器返回至(zhi)零位,然后切(qie)斷電源。

6、本產(chan)品不得超過額定參數使用。除試驗必須外,決不允許(xu)全電壓通(tong)電或斷電。

7、再升壓或耐(nai)壓試(shi)(shi)驗過程(cheng)中(zhong),如發現以下不(bu)正(zheng)常情況時(shi),應立即降(jiang)壓,切斷電源,停止試(shi)(shi)驗并(bing)查明原因。

8、圖1中第(di)9項系(xi)壓(ya)力閥及壓(ya)力表,為長期關閉狀態。每(mei)6個月開閥一次(ci),以(yi)檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)力,應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)力后立即關閉閥門(men)),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體(ti),以(yi)增加氣絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗前后(hou)應測量被試設備的(de)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓器長期不(bu)使用時,應放置于(yu)通風、干(gan)燥、無陽(yang)光直射的地方。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬(ban)運(yun)途中不得(de)重(zhong)力(li)沖(chong)擊。

13、產(chan)品緊固件(jian)及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不(bu)得(de)擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)(ben)產(chan)品做高壓試驗(yan)時,出(chu)熟(shu)悉(xi)本(ben)(ben)說(shuo)明書外(wai),還必(bi)須(xu)嚴格執行(xing)國家(jia)有關標準和操作規程(cheng)。可參(can)照GB311-83《高壓輸(shu)變設備的絕緣(yuan)配(pei)合,高壓試驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設備預(yu)防(fang)性試驗(yan)規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-20KVA/100KV高壓耐壓成套裝置容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗(yan)變壓器容量Pn的確(que)定公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗變壓器(qi)容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定輸(shu)出高(gao)壓的有效值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)(biao)稱(cheng)電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)(biao)稱(cheng)電(dian)壓較低(di)時,k值可取高(gao)一些(xie)。

Ct——被試品的電(dian)容量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的(de)頻(pin)率(lv)

被(bei)試設備的電容量Ct可(ke)由交流電橋測出。Ct的變化(hua)很大(da),

可由設備的類型(xing)而定。
