YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器是(shi)根(gen)據(ju)《試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器》標準(zhun),在(zai)油(you)浸式試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎上而設(she)計生產(chan)的(de)(de)(de)。SF6氣體具有良(liang)好的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)氣絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)及優異的(de)(de)(de)滅(mie)弧(hu)性(xing)能(neng)(neng),其耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)強(qiang)度為同一(yi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力下(xia)(xia)(xia)氮(dan)氣的(de)(de)(de)2.5倍(bei)(bei),擊(ji)穿電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)空氣的(de)(de)(de)2.5倍(bei)(bei)。在(zai)0.25MPa下(xia)(xia)(xia)與(yu)油(you)的(de)(de)(de)擊(ji)穿電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)相等(deng)(deng),在(zai)0.45MPa壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力下(xia)(xia)(xia)是(shi)油(you)的(de)(de)(de)擊(ji)穿電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)2倍(bei)(bei),是(shi)一(yi)種優于油(you)的(de)(de)(de)新一(yi)代超(chao)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)介(jie)質材(cai)料。該(gai)產(chan)品技術要(yao)求(qiu)完(wan)全符合《ZBK-41006-89》標準(zhun),它是(shi)油(you)浸式輕(qing)型(xing)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)換代產(chan)品。該(gai)產(chan)品具有體積(ji)小(xiao)、重量輕(qing)、不受(shou)氣候(hou)變化影響、電(dian)暈小(xiao)、現場(chang)搬(ban)運(yun)無(wu)需(xu)靜止可使用(yong),使用(yong)壽命長、免(mian)維修等(deng)(deng)特(te)點。適用(yong)于電(dian)力系統、工礦企業、科研部門(men)等(deng)(deng)對各種高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)氣設(she)備、電(dian)氣元件、絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)材(cai)料進行工頻(pin)或直流高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)下(xia)(xia)(xia)的(de)(de)(de)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)強(qiang)度試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。
二、WBYD-20KVA/100KV試驗變壓器產品結構
YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采用單框芯(xin)式鐵(tie)(tie)芯(xin)結構,初級繞(rao)組繞(rao)在(zai)鐵(tie)(tie)芯(xin)上(shang),高壓(ya)繞(rao)組在(zai)外(wai),這種(zhong)同軸(zhou)布置(zhi)減少了漏磁通,因而增大了繞(rao)組間的(de)耦合。產品的(de)外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式容器結構,能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)力(li)。其結構見圖1:
三、WBYD-20KVA/100KV試驗變壓器工作原理
YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為單相(xiang)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工(gong)頻(pin)220V(10kVA以上(shang)為380V)電(dian)源(yuan)接入 (為本(ben)公司生產(chan)的試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套(tao)專用設備,詳細資料請見其具體使用說明書(shu))系(xi)列操作(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺),經操作(zuo)箱(xiang)內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初級繞組,根據電(dian)磁感(gan)應原理,在試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組可(ke)獲得試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)所需的高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系(xi)列交直流(liu)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)工(gong)作原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)套管(guan)中(zhong)裝有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui),串接在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中(zhong)作半(ban)波整流(liu),以(yi)獲(huo)(huo)得直流(liu)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。當用一短路(lu)桿將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)短接時,可獲(huo)(huo)得工(gong)頻高(gao)(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),作為交流(liu)輸(shu)出狀態(tai)(tai);取消短路(lu)桿時,作為直流(liu)輸(shu)出狀態(tai)(tai)。
試驗(yan)變壓器高(gao)壓套管中的高(gao)壓硅堆未畫出,其(qi)原理與上圖相同。
三(san)(san)臺試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)串級(ji)(ji)(ji)獲(huo)得更高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)接(jie)線原理(li)見圖4。串級(ji)(ji)(ji)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)有很大(da)的(de)優越性,因為(wei)整(zheng)個試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)裝(zhuang)置由(you)幾臺單臺試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)組成(cheng),單臺試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)容量(liang)小、電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)、重量(liang)輕,便于運(yun)輸(shu)和安裝(zhuang)。它既(ji)然可(ke)串接(jie)成(cheng)高(gao)(gao)出幾倍的(de)單臺試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)輸(shu)出電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)組合使用,又可(ke)分(fen)(fen)開成(cheng)幾套單臺試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)單獨使用。整(zheng)套裝(zhuang)置投資小,經(jing)濟實惠(hui)。圖5中(zhong),在(zai)(zai)(zai)**級(ji)(ji)(ji)和**級(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)每個單元試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)都有一個勵(li)(li)磁繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組A1、C1和A2、C2。在(zai)(zai)(zai)三(san)(san)臺串級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)基本原理(li)中(zhong),低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)電源加在(zai)(zai)(zai)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)Ⅰ的(de)初(chu)級(ji)(ji)(ji)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組a1x1上(shang),單臺試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的(de)輸(shu)出電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)都是(shi)V。勵(li)(li)磁繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組A1、C1給**級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)Ⅱ的(de)初(chu)級(ji)(ji)(ji)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組供電;**級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)Ⅱ的(de)勵(li)(li)磁繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組A2、C2給第(di)三(san)(san)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)Ⅲ的(de)初(chu)級(ji)(ji)(ji)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組供電。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)Ⅱ和第(di)三(san)(san)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)Ⅲ的(de)箱(xiang)(xiang)體分(fen)(fen)別(bie)處在(zai)(zai)(zai)對(dui)(dui)地為(wei)1V和2V的(de)高(gao)(gao)電位上(shang),所以箱(xiang)(xiang)體對(dui)(dui)地是(shi)絕緣(yuan)的(de),試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)Ⅰ的(de)箱(xiang)(xiang)體是(shi)接(jie)地的(de)。這(zhe)樣(yang)**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第(di)三(san)(san)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)對(dui)(dui)地的(de)額定(ding)輸(shu)出電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)分(fen)(fen)別(bie)為(wei)1V、2V、3V;其(qi)額定(ding)容量(liang)分(fen)(fen)別(bie)為(wei)3P、2P、1P。

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中(zhong)限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根(gen)據試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)器的額(e)(e)定(ding)容量來選擇。如高(gao)壓(ya)側額(e)(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時(shi),可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高(gao)壓(ya)側額(e)(e)定(ding)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為1A以上時(shi),可取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用(yong)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作(zuo)為限(xian)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管(guan)子(zi)(zi)長(chang)度(du)可按(an)150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子(zi)(zi)粗細應具有(you)足夠(gou)的熱容量(水阻(zu)液配制方(fang)法:用(yong)蒸餾(liu)水加(jia)入適量硫酸銅配制成(cheng)各種不(bu)同(tong)的阻(zu)值)。
球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙及(ji)保護電阻(zu):當電壓超(chao)過球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙整定值時(一般(ban)取(qu)試(shi)(shi)驗電壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙放電,對被試(shi)(shi)品起到保護作用。球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙保護電阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試(shi)(shi)驗電壓)選取(qu)。
在(zai)工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準(zhun)(zhun)確的(de),其原(yuan)因(yin)是由于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)著漏抗(kang),在(zai)這個漏抗(kang)上(shang)(shang)必然存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容升,使試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于或高于低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)(shang)反(fan)映出(chu)來的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂(wei)容升現象。感(gan)應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗(kang)必然存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準(zhun)(zhun)確測量(liang)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)(shang)所施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻容分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。
工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)試驗操作注意事項
1)試驗(yan)人員應做好分(fen)工,明確相互間聯(lian)系方(fang)法。并有(you)專門人監護現(xian)場**及(ji)觀(guan)察試品狀態。
2)被試(shi)品(pin)應先清掃干凈(jing),并**干燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品(pin)和試(shi)驗帶來的誤差。
3)對于大型試(shi)(shi)驗(yan),一般都(dou)應(ying)先進(jin)行空升(sheng)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)。即不(bu)接(jie)試(shi)(shi)品時(shi)升(sheng)壓至(zhi)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電壓,校(xiao)對各種表計,調(diao)整球間隙。
4)升壓(ya)(ya)速度(du)不(bu)能太(tai)快,并(bing)必須防止突然加壓(ya)(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)不(bu)在(zai)零(ling)位時(shi)突然合閘(zha)。也不(bu)能突然切斷(duan)電源(yuan),一(yi)般應在(zai)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)降至零(ling)位時(shi)拉(la)閘(zha)。
5)當(dang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升至試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開(kai)(kai)始計時(shi),到1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓(ya)到1/3試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)以(yi)下時(shi),才能拉開(kai)(kai)電(dian)(dian)源。
6)在(zai)升壓或(huo)耐壓試驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如發現下(xia)列不正常情況時,應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源。停止(zhi)試驗(yan)并查明(ming)原因:①電壓表指針擺動很大;②發現絕緣燒焦或(huo)冒(mao)煙(yan);③被試品內(nei)有不正常的聲音。
7)耐壓試驗前(qian)后應測量絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況。
試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)在做被試(shi)品的(de)直流耐壓或泄露(lu)試(shi)驗(yan)時接線(xian)原理圖如圖6。
注(zhu):此試驗應先(xian)抽出短(duan)路桿“D”,圖6中所示(shi)。

泄(xie)露(lu)試驗中(zhong)限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選擇在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時,輸出端(duan)短(duan)路電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流不超過(guo)高壓硅堆(dui)的(de)*大(da)整(zheng)流。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅堆(dui)的(de)*大(da)整(zheng)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流為100mA時用于(yu)60kV的(de)試驗裝置中(zhong),限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有(you)足夠的(de)容量和沿(yan)面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)距(ju)離。
高壓濾波電(dian)容C1一般(ban)選(xuan)擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的(de)電(dian)容量很大時,C1可(ke)省略(lve)不(bu)用。
泄露(lu)試驗(yan)的操作及注意事項
1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應先檢(jian)查被試(shi)品是否(fou)停電,接地放電,一切(qie)對(dui)外連(lian)線是否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗(yan)電壓加到有人工作的(de)部位上去(qu)。
2)接(jie)好試驗裝置的接(jie)線后,應復查無(wu)誤后才(cai)可加壓(ya)(ya)。應特別注(zhu)意檢查高壓(ya)(ya)設備及引線與地(di)、與操作(zuo)人員(yuan)的**距(ju)離,被(bei)試品的外殼是否可靠接(jie)地(di),要按**規程(cheng)中所規定的內容進行試驗。
3)對于大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容量(liang)設(she)備應(ying)緩慢升壓,防(fang)止(zhi)被(bei)試品的充電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)燒壞微安表(biao)(biao)。必要時應(ying)分(fen)級加壓,分(fen)別讀取各級電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓下微安表(biao)(biao)的穩定讀數(shu)。
4)試(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程中,應密切監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微安(an)表,一旦發(fa)生擊(ji)穿、閃(shan)爍等異常現象應立即(ji)降壓,切斷(duan)電源,并查明原(yuan)因,詳細記錄。
5)試驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應(ying)將被試品及試驗(yan)裝置(zhi)本身(shen)充分放(fang)電。
四、WBYD-20KVA/100KV試驗變壓器注意事項
1、按照您所進(jin)行的(de)(de)(de)試驗(yan)接好(hao)工(gong)作線路。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)殼(ke)以及操作系(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)殼(ke)必須(xu)可靠(kao)接地。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)(de)(de)X端(高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)尾(wei))以及測量(liang)繞(rao)組的(de)(de)(de)F端必須(xu)可靠(kao)接地。
2、做串級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的低壓(ya)(ya)繞組的X端(duan),測量(liang)繞組的F端(duan)以及高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞組的X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接(jie)本級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的外殼。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的外殼必須通(tong)過絕緣支架(jia)接(jie)地(di)。
3、接通(tong)電源前,操作系統(tong)的調壓器必須(xu)調到零位后方可接通(tong)電源,合閘,開始升壓。
4、從(cong)零開始均勻旋轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪(lun)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)(fa)有:快速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);慢(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);極慢(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa)供選用(yong)。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零開始按一定的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和(he)速度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需(xu)的(de)額(e)定試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以(yi)每(mei)秒2%額(e)定試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到您所需(xu)的(de)額(e)定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切(qie)注意(yi)測量(liang)儀表的(de)指(zhi)示以(yi)及被(bei)試品的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中或試驗(yan)過程(cheng)中如發現測量(liang)儀表的(de)指(zhi)示及被(bei)試品情(qing)況(kuang)異常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),查明情(qing)況(kuang)。
5、試驗完(wan)畢(bi)后,應在(zai)數秒內勻(yun)速的將(jiang)調壓器返回至(zhi)零位,然后切斷(duan)電源。
6、本產品不得超過(guo)額定(ding)參數(shu)使(shi)用。除試驗必須外,決不允(yun)許(xu)全電壓通電或斷電。
7、再升壓(ya)(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗過程中,如發(fa)現以下不正常情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源,停止試(shi)驗并查明原(yuan)因。
⑴電(dian)壓表指針擺動(或數(shu)字(zi)跳動)很大
⑵電流表(biao)直線上升(sheng)
被試(shi)品(pin)內(nei)有不正常的聲(sheng)音
8、圖1中第9項(xiang)系壓(ya)力(li)閥及壓(ya)力(li)表,為(wei)長(chang)期關閉狀(zhuang)態(tai)。每(mei)6個月開閥一次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)力(li),應(ying)(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)力(li)后立即關閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)(ying)加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。
9、耐(nai)壓實驗前后應測量被試(shi)設備(bei)的絕緣電(dian)阻(zu),檢查(cha)絕緣情況。
10、當試驗變(bian)壓器長期不使用時,應放(fang)置(zhi)于通風、干燥、無陽光直射的地(di)方。
11、該產(chan)品不允(yun)許在(zai)高于(yu)45℃的溫度(du)下長期存(cun)放(fang)、使(shi)用(yong)、放(fang)氣。
12、運(yun)輸(shu)搬運(yun)途(tu)中不得重力沖擊。
13、產品緊(jin)固件及(ji)壓力閥、壓力表(biao)不得擅自松動。
14、使(shi)用本(ben)產(chan)品做高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,出熟(shu)悉(xi)本(ben)說明書(shu)外,還必須嚴格執行國家(jia)有(you)關標準(zhun)和操作規程。可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)輸變(bian)設備(bei)的絕緣(yuan)配合,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣設備(bei)預防性(xing)試(shi)驗規程》等。
五、WBYD-20KVA/100KV試驗變壓器容量選擇
標稱試驗變壓器容(rong)量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9
式中(zhong):
Pn——標稱試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器容(rong)量(liang)(kVA)
Vn——試驗變壓器的(de)額定(ding)輸出(chu)高壓的(de)有效(xiao)值(kV)
k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓較低時,k值(zhi)可取高一些(xie)。
Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)
ω——角(jiao)頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率(lv)
被試(shi)設(she)備的(de)電容(rong)量Ct可(ke)由交流電橋測出(chu)。Ct的(de)變化很(hen)大,
可由設備的(de)類型而定。
