二、WBYD-5KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)采用單(dan)框芯(xin)式(shi)鐵芯(xin)結(jie)構(gou)(gou),初級繞(rao)(rao)組繞(rao)(rao)在鐵芯(xin)上(shang),高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組在外,這種同軸布(bu)置減少了漏磁通,因而增大了繞(rao)(rao)組間的耦(ou)合。產品(pin)的外殼為圓(yuan)柱(zhu)灌式(shi)容器(qi)結(jie)構(gou)(gou),能(neng)耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)(ya)力。其結(jie)構(gou)(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器為(wei)單相(xiang)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器,聯結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為(wei)380V)電(dian)源接入 (為(wei)本公司生產的(de)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器配套專用(yong)(yong)設備,詳細資(zi)料請(qing)見其具體使用(yong)(yong)說(shuo)明書)系(xi)(xi)列操作箱(臺),經操作箱內自偶調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以上(shang)調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器外附(fu))調(diao)(diao)節(jie)至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)初級繞(rao)(rao)組(zu),根(gen)據電(dian)磁(ci)感應原理(li),在試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)可獲得試驗(yan)所需(xu)的(de)高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)(jiao)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)壓試驗變壓器的工作(zuo)(zuo)原理圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)壓套管中(zhong)裝有(you)高(gao)壓硅堆(dui),串接在高(gao)壓回路中(zhong)作(zuo)(zuo)半波整流(liu),以獲得(de)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)電(dian)壓。當用一短路桿將高(gao)壓硅堆(dui)短接時,可獲得(de)工頻(pin)高(gao)電(dian)壓,作(zuo)(zuo)為交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)輸出狀態;取(qu)消短路桿時,作(zuo)(zuo)為直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)輸出狀態。

試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)高(gao)壓套管(guan)中的高(gao)壓硅堆未畫出,其(qi)原理(li)與上(shang)圖相同。

注(zhu):高壓尾必須可靠接地

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)中限(xian)(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻R1應根據試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)額定容(rong)量來選擇。如高壓(ya)側(ce)(ce)額定輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流在(zai)100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側(ce)(ce)額定輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流為(wei)1A以上(shang)時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常(chang)用水電(dian)(dian)阻作為(wei)限(xian)(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻,管子長度(du)可(ke)(ke)按150kV/m考慮(lv),管子粗細應具有足夠(gou)的(de)熱容(rong)量(水阻液配制方法:用蒸餾水加入適量硫酸銅配制成各(ge)種(zhong)不同的(de)阻值(zhi))。

球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu):當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓超過(guo)球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(一般取(qu)試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),對被試品起(qi)到保(bao)護(hu)作用。球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)可(ke)按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗中,低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準(zhun)確(que)的(de)(de)(de),其原(yuan)因是由于(yu)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在著(zhu)漏(lou)抗,在這個漏(lou)抗上(shang)必(bi)然存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升(sheng),使試品(pin)(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)反映出(chu)來的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗時,被試品(pin)(pin)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容(rong)升(sheng)現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗時,試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)漏(lou)抗必(bi)然存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了準(zhun)確(que)測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)被試品(pin)(pin)上(shang)所施加的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻(zu)容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)(ce)量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗操作(zuo)注意事項

1)試(shi)驗人(ren)(ren)員應做好分工(gong),明確相互間聯系方法。并(bing)有專(zhuan)門人(ren)(ren)監護現場**及觀察試(shi)品狀態(tai)。

2)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)應先清掃干凈,并(bing)**干燥,以免損壞(huai)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)和(he)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)帶來的(de)誤差(cha)。

3)對于(yu)大(da)型(xing)試(shi)驗(yan),一般都(dou)應先進行空升(sheng)試(shi)驗(yan)。即不接試(shi)品(pin)時升(sheng)壓(ya)至試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya),校對各種(zhong)表計(ji),調整球(qiu)間(jian)隙。

4)升壓速度不能太(tai)快,并必須防止(zhi)突然(ran)(ran)加壓。例如調壓器不在(zai)零(ling)位時(shi)突然(ran)(ran)合(he)閘(zha)。也不能突然(ran)(ran)切斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan),一般應在(zai)調壓器降(jiang)至零(ling)位時(shi)拉閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)時,開始計時,到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)以下時,才能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升壓或耐壓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如(ru)發現(xian)下列(lie)不正常(chang)情況時,應立即降(jiang)壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源。停(ting)止試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)并查明原因:①電(dian)壓表指針(zhen)擺(bai)動很(hen)大;②發現(xian)絕緣燒(shao)焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)(shi)品內有不正常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前(qian)后應測量絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情(qing)況。

試驗變壓(ya)器在做被試品的直流耐壓(ya)或泄(xie)露試驗時接(jie)線(xian)原(yuan)理圖(tu)(tu)如圖(tu)(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示(shi)。

泄露試驗中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1選擇(ze)在額定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時,輸出(chu)端短(duan)路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不超過高壓(ya)(ya)硅堆的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)。如(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)(de)試驗裝置(zhi)中,限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)還應具有足(zu)夠的(de)(de)容量和(he)沿面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾波電容C1一般選擇(ze)在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品的電容量很大時,C1可省略不(bu)用。

泄露試驗(yan)的操(cao)作及注意事(shi)項

1)試驗前(qian)應(ying)先(xian)檢查被試品是否停電(dian),接(jie)地放電(dian),一切對外連線(xian)是否擦干凈。要嚴防將試驗電(dian)壓加到有人工作的(de)部(bu)位上去。

2)接(jie)好(hao)試驗裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)接(jie)線后,應復查無誤(wu)后才可加壓(ya)。應特別注意檢查高壓(ya)設備及引線與(yu)地、與(yu)操作人員的(de)(de)**距離,被試品的(de)(de)外殼是否可靠接(jie)地,要按**規程中所規定(ding)的(de)(de)內容(rong)進行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)(dian)容量設(she)備應緩慢升壓(ya),防(fang)止被試品(pin)的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微安(an)表。必要時應分級(ji)加壓(ya),分別讀(du)取各級(ji)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下微安(an)表的(de)穩(wen)定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),應密(mi)切(qie)監視(shi)被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異(yi)常現象(xiang)應立(li)即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,并查明原(yuan)因(yin),詳(xiang)細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源后應將被(bei)試(shi)品及(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置本身充分放電(dian)。

四、WBYD-5KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器注意事項

1、按照您所進行(xing)的試(shi)驗接好(hao)工作(zuo)線路。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的外殼以及操(cao)作(zuo)系統的外殼必(bi)須可靠接地。試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組的X端(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)以及測量繞組的F端(duan)必(bi)須可靠接地。

2、做串級(ji)試驗(yan)時,**級(ji)、第(di)(di)三級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)(de)低(di)壓繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端,測量(liang)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)F端以及高壓繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高壓尾)均接本級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼。**級(ji)、第(di)(di)三級(ji)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼必(bi)須通過絕緣支架接地。

3、接通(tong)(tong)電(dian)源前,操作系統的調(diao)壓器必須調(diao)到零位后方可(ke)接通(tong)(tong)電(dian)源,合閘,開始升壓。

4、從(cong)零(ling)開(kai)始均勻(yun)旋轉調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器手(shou)輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法有(you):快速(su)(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;慢速(su)(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法;極慢速(su)(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法供選用。電壓(ya)(ya)從(cong)零(ling)開(kai)始按(an)一定(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)(su)(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)(suo)需的(de)額(e)定(ding)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以(yi)(yi)每秒2%額(e)定(ding)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)(su)(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)(suo)需的(de)額(e)定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀表的(de)指示以(yi)(yi)及(ji)被試(shi)品(pin)的(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或(huo)試(shi)驗過程中(zhong)如發現測量儀表的(de)指示及(ji)被試(shi)品(pin)情(qing)況異常,應(ying)立即(ji)降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源,查明情(qing)況。

5、試驗完畢后,應(ying)在數秒內勻速的將調(diao)壓(ya)器返(fan)回至零位,然后切斷(duan)電源。

6、本產品不(bu)得(de)超過額定參(can)數(shu)使用(yong)。除試驗必須外,決不(bu)允許全電壓通電或斷電。

7、再(zai)升壓或耐(nai)壓試驗過程中,如發現(xian)以下不正常情況(kuang)時,應(ying)立(li)即降壓,切斷電源,停止試驗并查(cha)明原因(yin)。

被試品內有不正常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓力(li)(li)閥(fa)及壓力(li)(li)表,為長期(qi)關閉(bi)狀態。每6個月(yue)開(kai)閥(fa)一(yi)次(ci),以(yi)檢查SF6壓力(li)(li),應不小于(yu)(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓力(li)(li)后(hou)立(li)即關閉(bi)閥(fa)門),低于(yu)(yu)0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣體,以(yi)增(zeng)加(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前(qian)后應測量被試(shi)設備的絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓器長期(qi)不(bu)使(shi)用時(shi),應放置于通風、干燥(zao)、無陽光直射的地方。

11、該(gai)產品(pin)不允(yun)許在高于(yu)45℃的溫度(du)下長(chang)期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中不得(de)重(zhong)力沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊固件(jian)及(ji)壓力閥、壓力表不得擅(shan)自松動(dong)。

14、使用本產品做(zuo)高壓(ya)試驗時,出熟悉本說明(ming)書(shu)外,還必須(xu)嚴格執行國家(jia)有關標準和操(cao)作規程(cheng)。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變(bian)設(she)備(bei)的絕緣配合,高壓(ya)試驗技術》;《電氣(qi)設(she)備(bei)預防性試驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-5KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變壓器的額定輸出高壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標(biao)稱電壓較(jiao)低時(shi),k值可(ke)取(qu)高一些。

Ct——被試品(pin)的電容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源(yuan)的頻(pin)率

被試設備的電容量Ct可由交流電橋(qiao)測出(chu)。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備的(de)類型而定。
