二、WBYD-5KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采用(yong)單框芯式鐵(tie)芯結(jie)構,初級繞(rao)組繞(rao)在鐵(tie)芯上,高壓(ya)繞(rao)組在外(wai),這(zhe)種同軸(zhou)布置減少了漏磁通(tong),因而增大了繞(rao)組間的(de)耦合。產品的(de)外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式容器結(jie)構,能耐(nai)受(shou)0.8MPa以(yi)上壓(ya)力。其結(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為(wei)(wei)單相變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯(lian)結組(zu)標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為(wei)(wei)380V)電源接入(ru) (為(wei)(wei)本公司(si)生產的試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套(tao)專用設備,詳(xiang)細資料請(qing)見(jian)其具體使用說明書(shu))系列操作(zuo)箱(臺(tai)),經操作(zuo)箱內自(zi)偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初(chu)級繞(rao)組(zu),根據電磁感應原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)可(ke)獲得試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所需的高電壓(ya)(ya)。

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1應(ying)根據試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的額(e)定(ding)容量(liang)來(lai)選擇(ze)。如高壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)定(ding)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為(wei)1A以上時(shi),可(ke)(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常(chang)用水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻作為(wei)限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻,管子長度可(ke)(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細(xi)應(ying)具有足夠的熱容量(liang)(水(shui)阻液(ye)配制(zhi)方(fang)法(fa):用蒸餾水(shui)加入適量(liang)硫酸銅配制(zhi)成各種不同的阻值)。

球(qiu)間隙(xi)及(ji)保(bao)護電(dian)阻:當(dang)電(dian)壓超(chao)過球(qiu)間隙(xi)整定值(zhi)時(一般(ban)取試(shi)驗電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙(xi)放電(dian),對(dui)被試(shi)品起到保(bao)護作用(yong)。球(qiu)間隙(xi)保(bao)護電(dian)阻可按(an)1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓)選取。

在(zai)工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常(chang)(chang)準(zhun)確(que)的(de),其原因(yin)是由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)著漏(lou)抗(kang),在(zai)這個漏(lou)抗(kang)上必然存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容升,使試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或(huo)高于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反映(ying)出(chu)來(lai)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂(wei)容升現象。感應(ying)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)必然存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了(le)準(zhun)確(que)測(ce)量被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品上所施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常(chang)(chang)在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試驗操作注意(yi)事(shi)項

1)試(shi)驗人員應做好分工,明確(que)相互間聯(lian)系方法。并有專(zhuan)門人監護現場**及觀(guan)察試(shi)品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試(shi)品應先清(qing)掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品和試(shi)驗帶來(lai)的誤差(cha)。

3)對(dui)于大型試驗(yan)(yan)(yan),一般(ban)都(dou)應先進行空升試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)。即不接試品時(shi)升壓至(zhi)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電壓,校對(dui)各(ge)種表計,調(diao)整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不(bu)能太快,并必須防止突(tu)(tu)然加壓(ya)。例(li)如調壓(ya)器不(bu)在零(ling)位時(shi)突(tu)(tu)然合閘(zha)。也不(bu)能突(tu)(tu)然切斷電源(yuan),一般應(ying)在調壓(ya)器降至零(ling)位時(shi)拉(la)閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至(zhi)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開始計(ji)時(shi),到1min后,迅速(su)降(jiang)壓(ya)到1/3試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)以下(xia)時(shi),才(cai)能拉開電(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在(zai)升壓(ya)(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗過程中,如(ru)發現(xian)下(xia)列不(bu)(bu)正常情況(kuang)時,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源。停止試驗并查明原因:①電壓(ya)(ya)表(biao)指針擺動很大;②發現(xian)絕緣燒焦或(huo)冒(mao)煙(yan);③被試品內有不(bu)(bu)正常的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應(ying)測量絕(jue)緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣情況。

試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)在做被試品的(de)直(zhi)流(liu)耐壓或泄露(lu)試驗(yan)時接線(xian)原(yuan)理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應(ying)先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄露試驗(yan)中(zhong)限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇(ze)在額定輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓時,輸(shu)(shu)出端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不(bu)超過高(gao)壓硅堆的*大(da)整流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的*大(da)整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用(yong)于60kV的試驗(yan)裝置中(zhong),限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)。限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還(huan)應(ying)具(ju)有(you)足夠的容量和沿面放(fang)電(dian)(dian)距離(li)。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一(yi)般(ban)選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容(rong)量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露(lu)試驗的(de)操作及注意事項

1)試驗前應先檢查(cha)被試品(pin)是否停電(dian),接地放(fang)電(dian),一切對外連線是否擦干凈。要嚴(yan)防將試驗電(dian)壓加到有人工作的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試驗裝置的接(jie)線后,應復(fu)查無誤后才可(ke)(ke)加(jia)壓。應特別(bie)注(zhu)意檢查高(gao)壓設備及引線與地、與操作人員的**距離,被試品的外殼是否(fou)可(ke)(ke)靠接(jie)地,要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定的內(nei)容進行試驗。

3)對(dui)于大電(dian)(dian)容量設備(bei)應緩慢升壓,防止被試品的(de)充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微安表(biao)。必要時應分級加(jia)壓,分別讀(du)取各級電(dian)(dian)壓下微安表(biao)的(de)穩定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中,應密切監視被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品、試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置(zhi)、微安表(biao),一旦發生擊穿、閃爍(shuo)等異常現象應立即(ji)降壓,切斷電源,并查明原(yuan)因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完(wan)畢(bi),降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源后應將(jiang)被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)及(ji)試(shi)驗裝置本身充分(fen)放電(dian)。

四、WBYD-5KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)接(jie)好工作線路。試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器的(de)外殼以及操作系統的(de)外殼必(bi)須可靠(kao)接(jie)地。試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓器高壓繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高壓尾)以及測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)必(bi)須可靠(kao)接(jie)地。

2、做(zuo)串級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗時,**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗變壓器的(de)(de)低壓繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan),測量繞組的(de)(de)F端(duan)以及(ji)高壓繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓尾)均接本級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗變壓器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗變壓器的(de)(de)外(wai)殼必須通(tong)過(guo)絕(jue)緣支(zhi)架接地。

3、接(jie)通電(dian)源前,操作(zuo)系統的調壓器必須調到零位(wei)后方可接(jie)通電(dian)源,合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零開(kai)始(shi)均勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)手輪升壓(ya)(ya)。升壓(ya)(ya)方法有(you):快速升壓(ya)(ya)法,即20s逐級(ji)升壓(ya)(ya)法;慢(man)速升壓(ya)(ya)法,即60s逐級(ji)升壓(ya)(ya)法;極慢(man)速升壓(ya)(ya)法供(gong)選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)從零開(kai)始(shi)按一定的(de)升壓(ya)(ya)方式(shi)和速度上升到您(nin)所(suo)需的(de)額定試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以每秒(miao)2%額定試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)速度升到您(nin)所(suo)需的(de)額定電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),并密切注意測(ce)量(liang)儀表(biao)的(de)指示(shi)以及(ji)被試品(pin)的(de)情況。升壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)程中或試驗(yan)過(guo)程中如發現測(ce)量(liang)儀表(biao)的(de)指示(shi)及(ji)被試品(pin)情況異(yi)常(chang),應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明情況。

5、試(shi)驗完畢后,應在數秒內勻速(su)的將(jiang)調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)返回至零(ling)位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產品(pin)不得(de)超過額定參數使用(yong)。除(chu)試驗(yan)必須(xu)外,決不允許全(quan)電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再(zai)升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程中,如發(fa)現以下不正常情況時,應立(li)即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源(yuan),停(ting)止試(shi)驗并查明原因。

⑴電壓表指針擺動(或數字(zi)跳動)很大

⑵電流表(biao)直(zhi)線上升

被試品內(nei)有不正常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系壓(ya)(ya)力(li)閥及(ji)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表,為長期關閉(bi)狀(zhuang)態。每6個月(yue)開(kai)閥一次,以檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)(ya)力(li),應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)后立即關閉(bi)閥門),低(di)于(yu)0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕(jue)緣(yuan)。

9、耐(nai)壓實驗前后應測量被(bei)試設備的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓器長(chang)期不使用時,應放置于通風、干燥(zao)、無陽光直射(she)的地方。

11、該產品(pin)不允許在高于45℃的溫度(du)下長期(qi)存放、使用、放氣(qi)。

12、運輸(shu)搬運途中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固件及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表(biao)不得擅自松(song)動。

14、使用本產品做(zuo)高壓(ya)試驗時,出熟悉(xi)本說明書外,還必須嚴格執行國家有(you)關標準(zhun)和操作(zuo)規(gui)程。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設備的絕(jue)緣配(pei)合,高壓(ya)試驗技術》;《電氣設備預防性(xing)試驗規(gui)程》等。

五、WBYD-5KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗變壓(ya)器容量Pn的確(que)定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱試(shi)驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的額定輸出高壓(ya)的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標(biao)稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱電壓較低時,k值可(ke)取高(gao)一(yi)些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率

被試(shi)設備的(de)電容(rong)量Ct可由交流電橋測出。Ct的(de)變化很大,
