二、WBYD-5KVA/100KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高壓試驗(yan)變壓器采(cai)用單框芯式鐵芯結構,初級(ji)繞(rao)組繞(rao)在鐵芯上,高壓繞(rao)組在外(wai),這種同軸(zhou)布置減少了(le)(le)漏磁通,因而增大(da)了(le)(le)繞(rao)組間的耦合。產品的外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式容器結構,能耐受0.8MPa以上壓力(li)。其結構見(jian)圖1:

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)為(wei)(wei)單相(xiang)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結組(zu)標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)(wei)380V)電(dian)源接入 (為(wei)(wei)本公司生(sheng)產(chan)的試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)配套專(zhuan)用(yong)設備,詳細資料請見(jian)其具體使用(yong)說明書)系列操(cao)作箱(臺),經(jing)操(cao)作箱內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)外附(fu))調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出(chu)至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的初級繞組(zu),根據電(dian)磁(ci)感應原理(li),在試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)所(suo)需的高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺(tai)YDQ系列交直流高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中高(gao)壓(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接在高(gao)壓(ya)回路(lu)中作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)半波整流,以獲(huo)得(de)直流高(gao)電壓(ya)。當用(yong)一短路(lu)桿將高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆短接時,可獲(huo)得(de)工頻高(gao)電壓(ya),作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為交流輸(shu)出(chu)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態;取消(xiao)短路(lu)桿時,作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為直流輸(shu)出(chu)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態。

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試驗中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的額定(ding)(ding)容量(liang)(liang)來(lai)選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)流(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時(shi),可取(qu)(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)流(liu)為1A以(yi)上時(shi),可取(qu)(qu)1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常(chang)用水電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子長度可按150kV/m考慮,管子粗(cu)細應具有足(zu)夠的熱容量(liang)(liang)(水阻(zu)(zu)液配制方法(fa):用蒸餾水加(jia)入適量(liang)(liang)硫酸銅配制成各種不同的阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi))。

球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)及保護電阻:當電壓超過球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)整定值時(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗電壓的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)放電,對被試(shi)品起到保護作用(yong)。球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)保護電阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電壓)選取(qu)。

在(zai)(zai)(zai)工(gong)頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非(fei)常準(zhun)(zhun)確(que)的(de),其原因是(shi)由于(yu)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)著(zhu)漏抗(kang)(kang),在(zai)(zai)(zai)這個漏抗(kang)(kang)上(shang)(shang)(shang)必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容升(sheng),使試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高(gao)(gao)于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)(shang)反(fan)映出來(lai)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,被試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容升(sheng)現(xian)象。感(gan)應耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時,試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏抗(kang)(kang)必(bi)然存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準(zhun)(zhun)確(que)測量(liang)(liang)被試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)(shang)所施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此(ci)常在(zai)(zai)(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖(tu)5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓試驗操作注意(yi)事項

1)試驗(yan)人(ren)(ren)員應做好(hao)分(fen)工,明確相互間聯系(xi)方法。并有專門人(ren)(ren)監護(hu)現場**及(ji)觀(guan)察試品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試品應先清掃(sao)干凈,并(bing)**干燥,以免損壞被試品和試驗(yan)帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對(dui)于大(da)型試驗,一般都應先進行空升(sheng)試驗。即不接試品時升(sheng)壓至試驗電壓,校對(dui)各(ge)種表(biao)計(ji),調整球間隙(xi)。

4)升(sheng)壓(ya)速度不能太快,并(bing)必須(xu)防(fang)止突(tu)然(ran)加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器不在(zai)零位(wei)時(shi)突(tu)然(ran)合閘。也不能突(tu)然(ran)切斷電源(yuan),一(yi)般應在(zai)調壓(ya)器降(jiang)至零位(wei)時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓升至試驗電(dian)(dian)壓時(shi),開始(shi)計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓到(dao)1/3試驗電(dian)(dian)壓以下時(shi),才能(neng)拉開電(dian)(dian)源。

6)在升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如發現下列不(bu)正常(chang)情況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電源。停止試(shi)驗(yan)并查明(ming)原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺(bai)動很大;②發現絕(jue)緣(yuan)燒焦或冒煙;③被(bei)試(shi)品內(nei)有(you)不(bu)正常(chang)的(de)聲音。

7)耐壓試(shi)驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)情況。

試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器在做被試(shi)品的(de)直(zhi)流耐壓或泄露(lu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時接線原(yuan)理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注(zhu):此試驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄露試驗中限(xian)(xian)流電阻(zu)R1選擇在(zai)額定輸出電壓時,輸出端短路電流不(bu)超過高壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)*大(da)整流。如電壓硅(gui)堆(dui)的(de)*大(da)整流電流為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試驗裝置中,限(xian)(xian)流電阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)(xian)流電阻(zu)還(huan)應具有足夠(gou)的(de)容量和沿(yan)面放電距離。

高壓濾波電容C1一(yi)般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試(shi)品的電容量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄(xie)露試驗(yan)的操作及注(zhu)意事項

1)試驗前(qian)應先檢查被(bei)試品是(shi)否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切對(dui)外連線是(shi)否擦干凈。要嚴防將(jiang)試驗電(dian)壓加到有人工(gong)作的(de)部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試驗裝置的(de)(de)接(jie)線后(hou),應復(fu)查無誤后(hou)才可加壓(ya)(ya)。應特(te)別注意檢查高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)設備及(ji)引(yin)線與地(di)(di)、與操作(zuo)人員的(de)(de)**距(ju)離,被試品的(de)(de)外殼是(shi)否可靠接(jie)地(di)(di),要(yao)按(an)**規(gui)程中所(suo)規(gui)定的(de)(de)內容(rong)進(jin)行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設備應(ying)緩慢升壓,防止被試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微(wei)安(an)表(biao)。必要時應(ying)分級加壓,分別(bie)讀取各級電(dian)壓下微(wei)安(an)表(biao)的穩定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過(guo)程(cheng)中,應(ying)密(mi)切監(jian)視(shi)被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置、微安(an)表,一旦(dan)發(fa)生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應(ying)立(li)即降壓,切斷電源,并查明原因,詳細(xi)記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓,切斷電源后應將被試品及(ji)試驗裝置本身充分放電。

1、按照(zhao)您所進行的(de)試驗接(jie)(jie)好工作(zuo)線路(lu)。試驗變壓器(qi)的(de)外殼以及(ji)操(cao)作(zuo)系(xi)統的(de)外殼必須(xu)可靠接(jie)(jie)地。試驗變壓器(qi)高(gao)壓繞(rao)組的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓尾)以及(ji)測量繞(rao)組的(de)F端(duan)必須(xu)可靠接(jie)(jie)地。

2、做串級(ji)(ji)試驗時(shi),**級(ji)(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器的低壓(ya)繞(rao)組的X端,測(ce)量繞(rao)組的F端以(yi)及高壓(ya)繞(rao)組的X端(高壓(ya)尾)均接本級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器的外殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)(ji)試驗變壓(ya)器的外殼必(bi)須通過(guo)絕(jue)緣支架接地。

3、接通(tong)電源前,操作系統的(de)調壓(ya)器(qi)必(bi)須調到零位后方可接通(tong)電源,合(he)閘,開始(shi)升壓(ya)。

4、從零開始(shi)均(jun)勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)有:快(kuai)速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供(gong)選用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始(shi)按一定(ding)(ding)的升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式和速度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需的額定(ding)(ding)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的75%后(hou),在以(yi)(yi)每秒2%額定(ding)(ding)試(shi)驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的速度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需的額定(ding)(ding)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意(yi)測量儀(yi)表的指示(shi)以(yi)(yi)及被試(shi)品的情況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試(shi)驗過程中(zhong)如發現測量儀(yi)表的指示(shi)及被試(shi)品情況異常,應立即降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電源,查(cha)明情況。

5、試驗完畢(bi)后(hou),應在(zai)數秒內勻速(su)的(de)將調壓(ya)器返回至(zhi)零位,然后(hou)切斷電源(yuan)。

6、本產品不(bu)得超過額定參(can)數使用。除試驗必須(xu)外,決(jue)不(bu)允許全電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)通電(dian)(dian)(dian)或斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)。

7、再升壓或耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如發現(xian)以下不(bu)正常情況時,應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源(yuan),停止試(shi)驗(yan)并(bing)查明原(yuan)因。

⑵電流表直線上升

被試品內有不正常的聲(sheng)音

8、圖(tu)1中(zhong)第9項(xiang)系壓(ya)(ya)力閥(fa)(fa)(fa)及壓(ya)(ya)力表,為(wei)長期(qi)關閉(bi)狀態(tai)。每6個月開閥(fa)(fa)(fa)一次,以檢(jian)查SF6壓(ya)(ya)力,應(ying)不(bu)小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查壓(ya)(ya)力后立即(ji)關閉(bi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)加(jia)SF6氣體(ti),以增加(jia)氣絕(jue)緣。

9、耐壓實驗(yan)前后(hou)應測量被試設備(bei)的絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器長期不(bu)使用時,應放(fang)置于通風(feng)、干(gan)燥(zao)、無(wu)陽光直射的(de)地方。

11、該產(chan)品不允許(xu)在高于(yu)45℃的(de)溫度下(xia)長期(qi)存放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬(ban)運(yun)途中不得(de)重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本產品(pin)做高壓(ya)試(shi)驗時(shi),出熟悉(xi)本說明書外(wai),還(huan)必須(xu)嚴(yan)格(ge)執行國家有關標準和(he)操(cao)作規程(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變(bian)設備的(de)絕緣配合,高壓(ya)試(shi)驗技(ji)術》;《電氣設備預防性試(shi)驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-5KVA/100KV便攜式高壓試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱(cheng)試驗變壓器(qi)容(rong)量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)容量(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)的額定(ding)輸出高(gao)壓的有效(xiao)值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較低時,k值(zhi)可取高一些。

Ct——被(bei)試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角(jiao)頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電源(yuan)的頻率

被試設(she)備的(de)電(dian)容量(liang)Ct可(ke)由交流電(dian)橋測出。Ct的(de)變化很(hen)大,

可由設(she)備(bei)的(de)類型而(er)定。
