二、WBYD-5KVA/100KV工頻交流試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采用單框芯式(shi)鐵(tie)芯結(jie)構(gou),初級繞(rao)組繞(rao)在鐵(tie)芯上,高壓(ya)繞(rao)組在外,這(zhe)種同軸布(bu)置減少了(le)(le)漏磁通,因而(er)增大了(le)(le)繞(rao)組間的耦合(he)。產(chan)品的外殼(ke)為圓柱灌式(shi)容器結(jie)構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力(li)。其(qi)結(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

三、WBYD-5KVA/100KV工頻交流試驗變壓器工作原理

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)為(wei)單相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻(pin)220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電源接入(ru) (為(wei)本公司生產的(de)試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)配套專用設(she)備,詳細資(zi)料請見其(qi)具體使用說(shuo)明(ming)書)系列操(cao)作箱(臺),經操(cao)作箱內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)初級繞組(zu),根據電磁感應原理,在(zai)試(shi)驗變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)可獲(huo)得試(shi)驗所需的(de)高電壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交直流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中高(gao)壓(ya)套管中裝有高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆,串接在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)回(hui)路(lu)(lu)(lu)中作(zuo)(zuo)半(ban)波整流(liu),以獲得(de)直流(liu)高(gao)電壓(ya)。當用一短(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)桿(gan)將高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆短(duan)接時,可獲得(de)工頻高(gao)電壓(ya),作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)交流(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態;取消短(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)桿(gan)時,作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)直流(liu)輸出狀(zhuang)態。

試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)套管(guan)中(zhong)的高壓(ya)硅堆未畫出,其原(yuan)理與上圖相同。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中限流電(dian)阻(zu)R1應根據試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)額定容(rong)量(liang)來(lai)選(xuan)擇。如(ru)高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸(shu)出電(dian)流在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)額定輸(shu)出電(dian)流為1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))。常用(yong)水電(dian)阻(zu)作為限流電(dian)阻(zu),管子(zi)長度可(ke)按150kV/m考(kao)慮,管子(zi)粗細應具有(you)足(zu)夠(gou)的(de)(de)熱容(rong)量(liang)(水阻(zu)液配制方法:用(yong)蒸餾水加入適量(liang)硫酸銅(tong)配制成各(ge)種(zhong)不同的(de)(de)阻(zu)值)。

球間(jian)隙(xi)及保護電(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)壓(ya)超(chao)過球間(jian)隙(xi)整(zheng)定值(zhi)時(一般取試驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian),對被試品起到保護作用。球間(jian)隙(xi)保護電(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong),低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))不是非(fei)常準確的(de),其原因是由于(yu)(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏(lou)(lou)抗,在(zai)這個(ge)漏(lou)(lou)抗上必(bi)然存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容升(sheng),使試(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低于(yu)(yu)(yu)或(huo)高于(yu)(yu)(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反(fan)映出來的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),也就是所謂(wei)容升(sheng)現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)漏(lou)(lou)抗必(bi)然存(cun)(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降。為了(le)準確測(ce)量(liang)被試(shi)品上所施加的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)側接入(ru)FRC阻(zu)容分壓(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖(tu)5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操(cao)作注意(yi)事項

1)試驗人(ren)員應(ying)做(zuo)好(hao)分工,明確相互(hu)間聯系方法。并有專門(men)人(ren)監(jian)護(hu)現場**及(ji)觀(guan)察試品狀態(tai)。

2)被試(shi)品(pin)應(ying)先清(qing)掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免(mian)損壞被試(shi)品(pin)和試(shi)驗帶(dai)來的(de)誤差。

3)對于(yu)大型試驗,一(yi)般都應先進(jin)行空升試驗。即不接試品(pin)時升壓至試驗電(dian)壓,校對各(ge)種表計,調整(zheng)球間隙。

4)升壓速度不能(neng)太快,并必須防(fang)止突(tu)然(ran)(ran)加壓。例(li)如調壓器(qi)不在零(ling)位時(shi)突(tu)然(ran)(ran)合閘(zha)(zha)。也不能(neng)突(tu)然(ran)(ran)切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan),一般應在調壓器(qi)降至零(ling)位時(shi)拉閘(zha)(zha)。

5)當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升至(zhi)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開(kai)始計(ji)時(shi),到(dao)1min后(hou),迅速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)以(yi)下時(shi),才能拉開(kai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓(ya)或(huo)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如發現下列不正常(chang)情(qing)況(kuang)時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試驗(yan)并查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺動(dong)很(hen)大;②發現絕緣燒焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試品內(nei)有(you)不正常(chang)的(de)聲(sheng)音。

7)耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗前后應(ying)測(ce)量(liang)絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情(qing)況。

試(shi)驗變壓器在做被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)的直流(liu)耐壓或(huo)泄露試(shi)驗時(shi)接線(xian)原(yuan)理圖如圖6。

注(zhu):此試(shi)驗應先(xian)抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所示(shi)。

泄(xie)露(lu)試(shi)驗(yan)中限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1選(xuan)(xuan)擇在(zai)額(e)定輸出電(dian)(dian)壓時,輸出端短(duan)路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過高(gao)壓硅(gui)堆的(de)*大整流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅(gui)堆的(de)*大整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)裝置中,限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)(xuan)擇。限流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)還應(ying)具有(you)足夠的(de)容量和沿(yan)面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高(gao)壓濾波(bo)電(dian)容C1一般選(xuan)擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)容量很大時,C1可(ke)省略不用。

泄(xie)露試驗的操作及注(zhu)意事(shi)項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前應先檢查(cha)被(bei)試(shi)品是(shi)否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切(qie)對外連線是(shi)否擦干凈。要嚴防(fang)將(jiang)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓加到有(you)人工作的部位上去。

2)接好(hao)試(shi)驗裝置的(de)(de)接線(xian)后,應復查(cha)無誤(wu)后才(cai)可(ke)加(jia)壓(ya)。應特別注(zhu)意檢查(cha)高壓(ya)設備及引線(xian)與地、與操作人員的(de)(de)**距離,被試(shi)品的(de)(de)外(wai)殼是否(fou)可(ke)靠(kao)接地,要(yao)按(an)**規程中所規定(ding)的(de)(de)內容(rong)進行試(shi)驗。

3)對(dui)于大電容量設備(bei)應(ying)緩慢升壓(ya),防(fang)止(zhi)被試品的充電電流燒壞微(wei)安表。必要時(shi)應(ying)分(fen)級(ji)加壓(ya),分(fen)別讀(du)取各級(ji)電壓(ya)下(xia)微(wei)安表的穩定讀(du)數(shu)。

4)試驗過程中,應密切(qie)監視被(bei)試品、試驗裝置、微安表,一旦(dan)發生擊穿、閃(shan)爍等異(yi)常現象應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源,并(bing)查明原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓,切斷電(dian)源后(hou)應將被試(shi)品及(ji)試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)本身充分放電(dian)。

1、按照您所進(jin)行(xing)的(de)(de)試驗接好工作線路。試驗變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼(ke)以及操作系統的(de)(de)外殼(ke)必須可(ke)靠(kao)接地。試驗變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)高(gao)壓繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓尾)以及測量繞組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)F端必須可(ke)靠(kao)接地。

2、做(zuo)串(chuan)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)低壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(duan),測(ce)量繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)以及高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾(wei))均接(jie)本(ben)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼。**級(ji)(ji)、第(di)三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)外殼必(bi)須通過絕緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)通(tong)電源(yuan)前,操作系統的調壓器(qi)必須調到零位后方可(ke)接(jie)通(tong)電源(yuan),合閘,開(kai)始升壓。

4、從零開始均(jun)勻旋(xuan)轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢(man)速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供(gong)選(xuan)用(yong)。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始按一定(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)到您所(suo)需(xu)的(de)額定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在(zai)以每秒2%額定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)到您所(suo)需(xu)的(de)額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀(yi)表的(de)指示以及被試(shi)品的(de)情況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中或試(shi)驗(yan)過程中如(ru)發現測量儀(yi)表的(de)指示及被試(shi)品情況異(yi)常,應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明情況。

5、試驗(yan)完(wan)畢后(hou),應在(zai)數秒內勻速(su)的將調壓器(qi)返回(hui)至零(ling)位,然后(hou)切(qie)斷電(dian)源。

6、本產品不得超過額定(ding)參數使用。除試驗必須外,決不允(yun)許全(quan)電壓通電或斷電。

7、再升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如(ru)發現以(yi)下不正常(chang)情(qing)況時,應立即降壓(ya),切斷電源,停止試驗(yan)并(bing)查明原因。

⑵電流表直線(xian)上升

被試品內有不(bu)正常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)壓力(li)(li)閥(fa)及壓力(li)(li)表,為長期關(guan)閉狀態。每6個(ge)月開(kai)閥(fa)一(yi)次,以檢查(cha)SF6壓力(li)(li),應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓力(li)(li)后立即關(guan)閉閥(fa)門(men)),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以增加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實驗前后應測量被試設備的絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不使(shi)用時,應(ying)放(fang)置于通(tong)風、干燥、無陽光(guang)直射的(de)地方(fang)。

11、該產品不允許(xu)在高(gao)于45℃的溫度下長(chang)期存放(fang)(fang)、使用、放(fang)(fang)氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中不得重力(li)沖擊。

13、產(chan)品緊固件(jian)及壓力(li)閥、壓力(li)表不得擅自松動。

14、使(shi)用(yong)本(ben)產品(pin)做高(gao)壓試(shi)驗時,出熟悉本(ben)說明書外,還必須嚴格執行(xing)國家有關標準和操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓輸變設備的絕緣配合(he),高(gao)壓試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣設備預防性試(shi)驗規程》等。

五、WBYD-5KVA/100KV工頻交流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定(ding)公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的(de)額(e)定輸出高壓的(de)有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電(dian)壓較低時,k值可取(qu)高一些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率(lv)

被試(shi)設(she)備(bei)的(de)電容量Ct可(ke)由交(jiao)流電橋測出(chu)。Ct的(de)變化(hua)很大(da),

可(ke)由設備的類型(xing)而定。
