二、WBYD-5KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器采用(yong)單框芯式鐵(tie)芯結(jie)構,初級繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)繞(rao)在鐵(tie)芯上(shang),高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)在外(wai)(wai),這種(zhong)同(tong)軸(zhou)布置減(jian)少了漏(lou)磁(ci)通(tong),因而增大了繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)間(jian)的(de)耦合。產(chan)品(pin)的(de)外(wai)(wai)殼為圓柱灌式容器結(jie)構,能(neng)耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上(shang)壓(ya)力(li)。其結(jie)構見圖(tu)1:

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為單相變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為380V)電源接入(ru) (為本公司生產的(de)(de)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)配套專(zhuan)用(yong)設備,詳細資料(liao)請見其具體使用(yong)說明(ming)書)系列操(cao)(cao)作箱(臺),經操(cao)(cao)作箱內自偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附(fu))調(diao)節至(zhi)(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)輸出至(zhi)(zhi)YDQ試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)初(chu)級繞組(zu),根(gen)據電磁感應(ying)原理,在試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)可(ke)獲得試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)所需的(de)(de)高電壓(ya)(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交(jiao)(jiao)直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的工作(zuo)原理(li)圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中(zhong)裝有高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆,串(chuan)接在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路(lu)中(zhong)作(zuo)半波整流(liu),以(yi)獲得直(zhi)流(liu)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當用一短路(lu)桿(gan)將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆短接時(shi),可(ke)獲得工頻高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)為交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)狀態;取消短路(lu)桿(gan)時(shi),作(zuo)為直(zhi)流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu)狀態。

注:高(gao)壓尾(wei)必須可靠(kao)接地

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1應根(gen)據試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)額定容量來選(xuan)擇。如高壓側額定輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)在100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓);高壓側額定輸出電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓)。常(chang)用水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻作(zuo)為限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻,管(guan)子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細應具有(you)足夠的(de)熱容量(水(shui)阻液配制方法(fa):用蒸餾水(shui)加入適量硫酸銅配制成各種不同的(de)阻值(zhi))。

球間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻:當(dang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超(chao)過球間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)整定值(zhi)時(一(yi)般取(qu)試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian),對被試(shi)品起(qi)到保(bao)護作用。球間(jian)(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選取(qu)。

在工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非(fei)常準確(que)的,其原因是(shi)由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在著(zhu)(zhu)漏抗,在這(zhe)個漏抗上(shang)必然存在著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或(huo)容(rong)升(sheng)(sheng),使(shi)試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)(yu)或(huo)高于(yu)(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出來的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容(rong)升(sheng)(sheng)現象。感(gan)應耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的漏抗必然存在著(zhu)(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準確(que)測量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)品上(shang)所施(shi)加的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),因此(ci)常在高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人(ren)員應做好分工(gong),明確相(xiang)互(hu)間聯系(xi)方法。并有專門人(ren)監(jian)護現(xian)場(chang)**及觀察(cha)試品狀態(tai)。

2)被(bei)試品(pin)(pin)應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞(huai)被(bei)試品(pin)(pin)和試驗帶來的誤(wu)差。

3)對(dui)于大型(xing)試(shi)驗(yan),一般都應先(xian)進行空升試(shi)驗(yan)。即(ji)不(bu)接試(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓,校對(dui)各種表計,調整球間(jian)隙。

4)升壓(ya)速(su)度不(bu)(bu)(bu)能太快,并必須防止突然加壓(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)在零(ling)位時(shi)突然合閘。也(ye)不(bu)(bu)(bu)能突然切斷電源,一般(ban)應在調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)降至零(ling)位時(shi)拉(la)閘。

5)當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升至(zhi)試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開始計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速降(jiang)壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)以(yi)下時(shi),才能拉開電(dian)(dian)源。

6)在(zai)升壓或(huo)耐壓試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中,如發(fa)現下列不正常(chang)情(qing)況時,應立即降壓,切斷電源。停(ting)止(zhi)試(shi)驗并查明原因:①電壓表指針擺(bai)動很大;②發(fa)現絕緣(yuan)燒焦或(huo)冒(mao)煙;③被試(shi)品內(nei)有(you)不正常(chang)的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓試驗前(qian)后(hou)應測(ce)量絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情(qing)況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器在做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓(ya)(ya)或泄(xie)露試(shi)驗時(shi)接線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖6中所示。

泄露試(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)(xuan)擇(ze)在額定輸出電(dian)(dian)壓時,輸出端短(duan)路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆(dui)的*大整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時用(yong)于60kV的試(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置中,限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)(xuan)擇(ze)。限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足(zu)夠的容量(liang)和(he)沿(yan)面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓(ya)濾波電(dian)容C1一(yi)般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品的電(dian)容量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注(zhu)意(yi)事項

1)試驗前應先(xian)檢查被試品(pin)是否停電,接地放電,一(yi)切對外(wai)連線(xian)是否擦干凈。要嚴防將試驗電壓加到有人工(gong)作的部位上去。

2)接好試(shi)驗裝置的接線(xian)后,應(ying)復查無誤后才可加壓。應(ying)特別注(zhu)意檢查高壓設備及引線(xian)與地、與操作人員的**距(ju)離(li),被試(shi)品的外殼是否可靠接地,要(yao)按**規程中所(suo)規定(ding)的內容進(jin)行試(shi)驗。

3)對于(yu)大電(dian)容(rong)量設備應(ying)緩慢升壓(ya)(ya),防止被試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)燒壞微安表(biao)。必要時應(ying)分級加壓(ya)(ya),分別讀取各級電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)下(xia)微安表(biao)的穩定讀數(shu)。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中(zhong),應密(mi)切監(jian)視被試(shi)品(pin)、試(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微安表,一旦發(fa)生擊穿、閃(shan)爍等異(yi)常現(xian)象應立即降壓,切斷電源(yuan),并(bing)查明原因,詳細(xi)記錄。

5)試驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切(qie)斷電源(yuan)后應將被試品及試驗(yan)裝置本(ben)身(shen)充分放電。

四、WBYD-5KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器注意事項

1、按照(zhao)您所(suo)進行的(de)試驗(yan)接(jie)好(hao)工作線路。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼以及操作系(xi)統的(de)外(wai)殼必(bi)須(xu)可靠接(jie)地。試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)以及測(ce)量繞組的(de)F端必(bi)須(xu)可靠接(jie)地。

2、做(zuo)串(chuan)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的低(di)壓(ya)繞組(zu)的X端(duan),測量(liang)繞組(zu)的F端(duan)以(yi)及高壓(ya)繞組(zu)的X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾(wei))均接本級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的外殼。**級(ji)(ji)(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)(ji)(ji)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的外殼必(bi)須(xu)通過絕緣支架接地(di)。

3、接通(tong)電(dian)源(yuan)前,操作系統的調壓器必須調到零位(wei)后方可接通(tong)電(dian)源(yuan),合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零開始(shi)均勻旋轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)手(shou)輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選(xuan)用。電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始(shi)按一定的升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)度上升(sheng)到您(nin)所(suo)需的額定試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的75%后,在以每秒(miao)2%額定試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的速(su)度升(sheng)到您(nin)所(suo)需的額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并(bing)密切注意測(ce)量儀表(biao)的指(zhi)示以及被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品的情(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中或試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)過程中如(ru)發現測(ce)量儀表(biao)的指(zhi)示及被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品情(qing)況(kuang)異常,應立即(ji)降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,查(cha)明情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒內勻速的將調壓器返(fan)回至零位(wei),然(ran)后切斷(duan)電(dian)源。

6、本產品(pin)不得超過額(e)定參數使用。除試驗必須外,決不允(yun)許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或(huo)斷(duan)電(dian)。

7、再升壓或耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗過(guo)程中,如發現(xian)以下不正常(chang)情況時,應立即(ji)降(jiang)壓,切(qie)斷(duan)電源,停止試(shi)驗并查明原因。

⑴電壓表(biao)指(zhi)針(zhen)擺動(dong)(或數字跳(tiao)動(dong))很大

⑵電流(liu)表直線上升

被試品內(nei)有不正常的聲(sheng)音

8、圖1中第9項系壓力閥及壓力表(biao),為長期關(guan)閉狀態(tai)。每6個月(yue)開閥一次,以檢查SF6壓力,應(ying)不小(xiao)于0.2MPa(檢查壓力后立即關(guan)閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以增加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實(shi)驗前后應測(ce)量被(bei)試設備(bei)的絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣(yuan)情況。

10、當(dang)試驗變(bian)壓器長期不(bu)使用(yong)時,應放置于通風、干燥、無陽光(guang)直射(she)的(de)地方。

11、該產品(pin)不允(yun)許在高于45℃的溫度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬(ban)運(yun)途(tu)中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及(ji)壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松(song)動。

14、使(shi)用本產品做(zuo)高壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時,出熟(shu)悉(xi)本說明書外,還必須嚴格執行國家有(you)關標準(zhun)和操作規(gui)程(cheng)。可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高壓(ya)(ya)輸變設備的絕(jue)緣配合,高壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)技術》;《電(dian)氣(qi)設備預(yu)防性試驗(yan)規(gui)程(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-5KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容量(liang)Pn的(de)確定(ding)公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器的(de)額定輸出高(gao)壓(ya)的(de)有效值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電壓(ya)較(jiao)低時,k值(zhi)可(ke)取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被試品的(de)電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源的頻率

被試設(she)備的電容量Ct可由交(jiao)流電橋(qiao)測(ce)出。Ct的變化很(hen)大,

可(ke)由(you)設備的類型而定。
