二、WBYD-5KVA/100KV試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓試驗(yan)變壓器(qi)采用單(dan)框芯(xin)(xin)式(shi)鐵(tie)(tie)芯(xin)(xin)結構,初級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在(zai)鐵(tie)(tie)芯(xin)(xin)上,高壓繞(rao)組(zu)在(zai)外(wai),這種同(tong)軸布置減少(shao)了漏磁通,因而增大了繞(rao)組(zu)間的耦合。產品的外(wai)殼為圓柱灌式(shi)容器(qi)結構,能(neng)耐(nai)受0.8MPa以(yi)上壓力。其(qi)結構見圖(tu)1:

YDQ系(xi)(xi)列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)為(wei)單相變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結組(zu)標(biao)號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電(dian)源接(jie)入 (為(wei)本公司生產的試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)配套專用設備,詳細資料請見(jian)其具體使用說明書)系(xi)(xi)列操作箱(臺),經操作箱內(nei)自偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)外附)調節(jie)至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的初級繞組(zu),根(gen)據電(dian)磁感應原理,在試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)可獲得試驗所需的高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

注:高壓尾(wei)必須可靠接地(di)

工頻耐壓試驗中限流(liu)(liu)電阻R1應(ying)根據(ju)試驗變壓器(qi)的額(e)定容(rong)量來選擇。如高壓側額(e)定輸出電流(liu)(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電壓);高壓側額(e)定輸出電流(liu)(liu)為1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗電壓)。常用水電阻作為限流(liu)(liu)電阻,管子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗(cu)細(xi)應(ying)具有足夠的熱容(rong)量(水阻液配制方法(fa):用蒸餾水加入適(shi)量硫(liu)酸銅配制成各種(zhong)不同的阻值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)及保護(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓超(chao)過球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(shi)(一般取(qu)試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian)(dian)(dian),對(dui)被試品(pin)起到(dao)保護(hu)(hu)作(zuo)用(yong)。球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)保護(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)選取(qu)。

在工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)(shi)非(fei)常(chang)準確的(de)(de),其原因(yin)是(shi)(shi)由于(yu)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在著(zhu)漏抗(kang),在這個漏抗(kang)上必然存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或(huo)容升,使試(shi)品上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或(huo)高于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反映出來的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時(shi),被(bei)試(shi)品上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)(shi)所謂容升現象。感(gan)應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時(shi),試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)漏抗(kang)必然存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測量(liang)(liang)被(bei)試(shi)品上所施加的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)此常(chang)在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試(shi)驗人員應做(zuo)好分工(gong),明確相互間聯系方法。并有專門人監護現場**及(ji)觀(guan)察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)應先清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)和試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)帶來的(de)誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型(xing)試驗(yan),一般都應先進行空升試驗(yan)。即不(bu)接試品時升壓至(zhi)試驗(yan)電壓,校對(dui)各種表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不(bu)能太快,并必須防止突(tu)(tu)然(ran)加壓(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)器不(bu)在(zai)零(ling)位時(shi)突(tu)(tu)然(ran)合閘。也不(bu)能突(tu)(tu)然(ran)切斷電源,一(yi)般應在(zai)調(diao)壓(ya)器降至零(ling)位時(shi)拉閘。

5)當(dang)電(dian)壓(ya)升至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開始計時(shi),到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)以下時(shi),才能拉(la)開電(dian)源(yuan)。

6)在升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)過程中,如發(fa)現下列不(bu)正常(chang)情況時,應(ying)立(li)即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)源。停止試(shi)驗(yan)并查(cha)明原因(yin):①電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)表指針擺(bai)動很(hen)大;②發(fa)現絕緣燒(shao)焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不(bu)正常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應(ying)測(ce)量絕緣(yuan)電(dian)阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗變壓器在做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓或泄露試(shi)驗時接線原理圖如(ru)圖6。

注:此試驗(yan)應(ying)先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示(shi)。

泄露試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中(zhong)限流(liu)電阻R1選擇(ze)在額定輸出(chu)電壓(ya)時,輸出(chu)端短路電流(liu)不超過高壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的*大(da)整流(liu)。如電壓(ya)硅堆(dui)的*大(da)整流(liu)電流(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置中(zhong),限流(liu)電阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限流(liu)電阻還應(ying)具有足夠的容量和沿(yan)面放電距離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品的電容(rong)量很(hen)大時,C1可(ke)省(sheng)略不用。

泄露(lu)試驗的(de)操作及注意事項

1)試(shi)驗前應先檢查被試(shi)品(pin)是(shi)否停電(dian),接地(di)放電(dian),一(yi)切(qie)對外連線是(shi)否擦干(gan)凈。要(yao)嚴防將試(shi)驗電(dian)壓加到有人工作的部位上(shang)去(qu)。

2)接好試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)的接線后(hou),應(ying)復查(cha)無誤后(hou)才可(ke)加壓。應(ying)特別(bie)注意(yi)檢查(cha)高壓設備及引(yin)線與地(di)、與操作人員的**距離,被試(shi)品的外殼(ke)是(shi)否可(ke)靠接地(di),要按(an)**規程中所規定的內容(rong)進行試(shi)驗。

3)對(dui)于大電(dian)容量設備應緩慢升壓(ya),防止(zhi)被(bei)試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞(huai)微安表。必要時應分級(ji)加壓(ya),分別(bie)讀取各級(ji)電(dian)壓(ya)下微安表的穩(wen)定讀數。

4)試驗過程(cheng)中,應密切(qie)監視被(bei)試品、試驗裝置(zhi)、微安表(biao),一旦發生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍等(deng)異常現象應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源,并(bing)查明原(yuan)因,詳細(xi)記(ji)錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降壓,切斷電源(yuan)后應將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)本(ben)身充分(fen)放電。

四、WBYD-5KVA/100KV試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您(nin)所進行的試(shi)驗(yan)接(jie)(jie)好工作(zuo)線路。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)殼以及操作(zuo)系統的外(wai)殼必須(xu)可靠(kao)接(jie)(jie)地。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)高壓(ya)繞組的X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾)以及測量繞組的F端(duan)必須(xu)可靠(kao)接(jie)(jie)地。

2、做(zuo)串級試(shi)驗時,**級、第三級試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)低壓繞(rao)組的(de)X端(duan),測量繞(rao)組的(de)F端(duan)以及高壓繞(rao)組的(de)X端(duan)(高壓尾)均接本級試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)外殼(ke)(ke)。**級、第三級試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)外殼(ke)(ke)必須通(tong)過(guo)絕緣支架(jia)接地。

3、接(jie)通電源前(qian),操作系統的(de)調壓器(qi)必須(xu)調到零位后(hou)方(fang)可接(jie)通電源,合閘,開始(shi)升壓。

4、從(cong)零開始均勻旋轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)器(qi)手輪升壓(ya)。升壓(ya)方法(fa)有:快(kuai)速升壓(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升壓(ya)法(fa);慢(man)速升壓(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升壓(ya)法(fa);極慢(man)速升壓(ya)法(fa)供(gong)選用。電(dian)壓(ya)從(cong)零開始按一定(ding)(ding)的升壓(ya)方式和速度(du)上升到(dao)您所(suo)需(xu)的額定(ding)(ding)試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)的75%后(hou),在以(yi)每秒(miao)2%額定(ding)(ding)試驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)的速度(du)升到(dao)您所(suo)需(xu)的額定(ding)(ding)電(dian)壓(ya),并(bing)密切注意測(ce)量儀表的指(zhi)示(shi)以(yi)及(ji)被試品的情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)。升壓(ya)過程中或(huo)試驗(yan)過程中如(ru)發現測(ce)量儀表的指(zhi)示(shi)及(ji)被試品情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源,查明(ming)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后(hou)(hou),應在數秒內勻速的將調壓器返回至零位,然后(hou)(hou)切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超(chao)過額定參數使用。除(chu)試驗必須(xu)外,決不允許全電(dian)壓通(tong)電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓或耐壓試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中(zhong),如發現以(yi)下不(bu)正常情(qing)況時,應立即(ji)降壓,切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan),停止試(shi)驗并查明原因。

被(bei)試(shi)品內有不正常的聲(sheng)音

8、圖1中第(di)9項系壓(ya)力閥及壓(ya)力表(biao),為長(chang)期關閉狀態。每6個月(yue)開閥一次,以(yi)檢查SF6壓(ya)力,應不(bu)小于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力后(hou)立即(ji)關閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣(qi)體,以(yi)增加氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后(hou)應測(ce)量被試設備的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情(qing)況(kuang)。

10、當試驗變壓器(qi)長期(qi)不使用時(shi),應放置于通風、干(gan)燥、無陽(yang)光直射的(de)地方(fang)。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的溫度下長(chang)期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸(shu)搬(ban)運途中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不(bu)得(de)擅自松動(dong)。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高壓(ya)試(shi)驗時,出熟悉本(ben)說(shuo)明書外,還必(bi)須(xu)嚴(yan)格執行國家(jia)有關標(biao)準(zhun)和操作規(gui)程(cheng)(cheng)。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸(shu)變設(she)備的絕緣配(pei)合,高壓(ya)試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣(qi)設(she)備預(yu)防性試(shi)驗規(gui)程(cheng)(cheng)》等。

五、WBYD-5KVA/100KV試驗變壓器容量選擇

標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容量(liang)Pn的確定公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗變壓器的(de)額定輸(shu)出高壓的(de)有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓較低時,k值可取高一些(xie)。

Ct——被試品的電(dian)容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗電(dian)源的頻率

被試設備的電容量Ct可由交流(liu)電橋測出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設(she)備的類型而定。
