二、WBYD-10KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)采用單(dan)框(kuang)芯(xin)(xin)式(shi)鐵芯(xin)(xin)結構,初級(ji)繞組(zu)繞在鐵芯(xin)(xin)上(shang),高壓(ya)繞組(zu)在外,這種同軸布(bu)置減少了漏磁通,因而增大了繞組(zu)間的(de)耦(ou)合。產品的(de)外殼為圓(yuan)柱灌式(shi)容器(qi)結構,能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)力。其結構見圖(tu)1:

三、WBYD-10KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器工作原理

YDQ系(xi)(xi)列高(gao)壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器為(wei)單相(xiang)變(bian)壓(ya)器,聯結組(zu)(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻(pin)220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電源接入 (為(wei)本公司生產的試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器配套專用(yong)設(she)備,詳(xiang)細資料請見其具體(ti)使用(yong)說明書(shu))系(xi)(xi)列操作箱(xiang)(臺(tai)),經操作箱(xiang)內(nei)自偶調(diao)壓(ya)器(50kVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)器外(wai)附(fu))調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)輸出(chu)至YDQ試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的初級繞(rao)組(zu)(zu),根據(ju)電磁(ci)感應原理,在試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)可獲得(de)試驗所(suo)需(xu)的高(gao)電壓(ya)。

單臺YDQ系列交直流高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中(zhong)裝有高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)(gui)堆,串接在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路中(zhong)作(zuo)(zuo)半波(bo)整流,以獲(huo)(huo)得直流高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。當用(yong)一短路桿將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)(gui)堆短接時,可(ke)獲(huo)(huo)得工(gong)頻高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)交流輸(shu)出狀(zhuang)態;取消(xiao)短路桿時,作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)直流輸(shu)出狀(zhuang)態。

試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)套管中(zhong)的高壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)未畫出,其原理與上圖(tu)相同。

工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗中限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)R1應根據(ju)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的額定容量(liang)(liang)來(lai)選擇。如高壓(ya)側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時,可(ke)(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)(dian)流為(wei)1A以(yi)上時,可(ke)(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用水電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)作為(wei)限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu),管子長度可(ke)(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應具有足夠的熱(re)容量(liang)(liang)(水阻(zu)(zu)(zu)液配(pei)制方法:用蒸餾水加入適量(liang)(liang)硫酸銅配(pei)制成各種(zhong)不同的阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙及保(bao)(bao)護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓超過球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙整定值時(一(yi)般(ban)取試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙放電(dian),對被試品起到保(bao)(bao)護作用。球(qiu)(qiu)間(jian)隙保(bao)(bao)護電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)壓)選(xuan)取。

在(zai)工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中(zhong),低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非常(chang)準確的(de)(de),其原因是(shi)由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存(cun)在(zai)著漏抗(kang),在(zai)這個(ge)漏抗(kang)上必然存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上反(fan)映出來(lai)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時,被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)所謂容升(sheng)現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時,試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)漏抗(kang)必然存(cun)在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測(ce)量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)上所施加的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入(ru)FRC阻容分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來(lai)測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試(shi)驗人員應做好(hao)分工,明確相互間聯系方法。并有專門人監護(hu)現場(chang)**及觀察試(shi)品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品應先清掃(sao)干凈,并**干燥,以(yi)免(mian)損(sun)壞被(bei)試品和試驗帶來的(de)誤差(cha)。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗,一般(ban)都應(ying)先(xian)進(jin)行(xing)空升試(shi)驗。即(ji)不接試(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)驗電壓,校(xiao)對各(ge)種表計,調整(zheng)球(qiu)間隙。

4)升(sheng)壓速度(du)不能(neng)太快,并必須防(fang)止突(tu)然加壓。例如調(diao)壓器不在零位時(shi)突(tu)然合閘(zha)(zha)。也不能(neng)突(tu)然切斷(duan)電源(yuan),一般應在調(diao)壓器降至零位時(shi)拉閘(zha)(zha)。

5)當(dang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升至試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時,開始計(ji)時,到1min后,迅(xun)速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)以下時,才能拉開電(dian)(dian)源。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)過(guo)程中,如發(fa)(fa)現下列不正常情況時,應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電源。停(ting)止試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)并查明原因(yin):①電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表指針擺(bai)動很大;②發(fa)(fa)現絕緣燒焦或冒煙;③被試(shi)品(pin)內有不正常的聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓試驗前后應(ying)測量絕(jue)(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)(jue)緣情(qing)況。

試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)在做被試(shi)(shi)品的直流耐壓或泄露試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi)接線原理圖如圖6。

注(zhu):此試驗應先(xian)抽出短(duan)路桿“D”,圖6中所(suo)示。

泄(xie)露試(shi)驗(yan)中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇(ze)在額定輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時,輸(shu)出端短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)不(bu)超過高壓硅堆的*大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的*大整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為100mA時用于60kV的試(shi)驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置中,限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)。限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)還應具有足夠的容(rong)量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電容(rong)量很大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試(shi)驗的操(cao)作(zuo)及注意事項(xiang)

1)試(shi)驗前應先檢(jian)查被(bei)試(shi)品是否停電,接地放電,一切對外連線是否擦干(gan)凈(jing)。要嚴防(fang)將試(shi)驗電壓加(jia)到有人工(gong)作的部位上去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)裝置(zhi)的(de)接(jie)線后(hou),應復查無誤后(hou)才可加壓。應特(te)別(bie)注意檢查高(gao)壓設備及(ji)引線與(yu)地、與(yu)操作人員的(de)**距離,被試(shi)(shi)品的(de)外殼是否(fou)可靠接(jie)地,要按**規程中所規定的(de)內容進行試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)。

3)對于大電容量(liang)設備應緩慢升壓,防止被試品的充電電流燒壞微安表。必要時應分級加壓,分別讀取(qu)各級電壓下(xia)微安表的穩定讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應(ying)密切(qie)(qie)監(jian)視(shi)被試(shi)品(pin)、試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、微(wei)安表,一旦發生擊穿(chuan)、閃爍等異(yi)常現象應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切(qie)(qie)斷電源,并查明原因,詳(xiang)細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切(qie)斷電源后(hou)應(ying)將(jiang)被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗(yan)裝置本身充分放電。

四、WBYD-10KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器注意事項

1、按(an)照(zhao)您所(suo)進行的試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)接(jie)好工作(zuo)(zuo)線路。試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的外(wai)殼(ke)以及操作(zuo)(zuo)系統的外(wai)殼(ke)必須可靠接(jie)地。試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)的X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以及測量繞組(zu)的F端必須可靠接(jie)地。

2、做串級試(shi)(shi)驗時(shi),**級、第三級試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端,測量繞(rao)組的(de)F端以及(ji)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接本級試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外(wai)(wai)殼(ke)。**級、第三級試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外(wai)(wai)殼(ke)必須(xu)通過絕緣支架接地。

3、接通電源前,操作系(xi)統的調(diao)壓器(qi)必須調(diao)到零(ling)位后方可接通電源,合閘,開始升壓。

5、試(shi)驗完畢后,應在數秒內勻速的將調壓器返回至零位(wei),然后切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過額(e)定(ding)參數使用。除試驗必須外,決不允許(xu)全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷(duan)電(dian)。

7、再(zai)升壓(ya)(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試驗過(guo)程(cheng)中,如(ru)發現以下不正常情況時,應立即降壓(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電源,停止試驗并查明原因。

8、圖1中第9項系壓力(li)閥及壓力(li)表,為(wei)長期關(guan)閉(bi)狀態。每(mei)6個(ge)月(yue)開閥一次,以檢查(cha)SF6壓力(li),應不小于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓力(li)后立即(ji)關(guan)閉(bi)閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加(jia)(jia)SF6氣(qi)體,以增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實驗(yan)前后應(ying)測量被(bei)試設備的絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢查絕緣(yuan)情況(kuang)。

10、當試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)長期不使用時(shi),應放置于(yu)通風、干燥、無(wu)陽光(guang)直射的地方。

11、該產品不(bu)允許在高(gao)于(yu)45℃的(de)溫度下長期存(cun)放、使用(yong)、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不(bu)得(de)重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自松(song)動。

14、使用本產(chan)品做高壓試(shi)驗時,出熟悉本說(shuo)明書(shu)外,還必(bi)須(xu)嚴(yan)格執行國家有關標準(zhun)和(he)操(cao)作規(gui)程。可參照(zhao)GB311-83《高壓輸變設備(bei)的絕(jue)緣配合,高壓試(shi)驗技術》;《電氣(qi)設備(bei)預(yu)防性試(shi)驗規(gui)程》等。

五、WBYD-10KVA/100KV交直流耐壓發生器容量選擇

標稱試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器容量(liang)Pn的確定(ding)公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗(yan)變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器(qi)的額(e)定輸出高(gao)壓的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標稱電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)較低時,k值(zhi)可取高一些。
